First time here, I ordered a BBQ sandwich and a iced coffee small, the iced coffee is strong and really good, the sandwich was fresh and taste good, customer service was great as well I didn't have to wait long for my order, I will be back to try other sandwiches and drinks.

There was a guy working tonight by himself who was cleaning, taking orders, cashing people out, making the food and probably 10 other things all while maintaining proper food handing procedures by changing his gloves and wearing a mask. Keep it up man, those are transferable skills you can apply to any career path. Don't be afraid to put together a proposition to management regarding your specific capabilities to get paid appropriately.

this was unexpectedly delicious i was hungry and in the neighborhood so i got a ham and cheese croissant with an iced coffee, it was def the best coffee I've had in my life starbucks and take notes. the food was so good that i almost cried when it was gone, but i still left over satisfied and full. the service was so friendly i felt like I just went to my friends house for lunch.

There is a man that runs the cashier name Kevin and is super friendly and kind to everyone that walks in and it’s always a pleasure interacting with him. As well as another gentleman that runs the counter as well. Both are great. Definitely going to be a regular coming here in the future.

Very thin layer of meat but, the bread is terrific. It's got a crisp crust with just the right softness on the inside. Also, liked the egg rolls, both the chicken and the chicken and shrimp but, don't forget to ask for the sauce. Overall, pretty good sandwiches and a good value.

Good sandwiches, great prices, very slow takeout operation. Last few times I called ahead, they'd hadn't started preparing it by the time they said it'd be ready. Hope they fix it as I like the chain.

Food is amazing here! I go at least once per week! Only problem is I'm allergic to cilantro and 1/2 the time they get my #6 (BBQ pork sandwich) wrong and add cilantro. Lol but it's so good I keep, and will continue to keep, going back!

Great sandwiches. **NOTE: If you are ordering for pickup, CALL. Do NOT place your order via DoorDash, etc. There was a $2.50 price difference for the grilled chicken sandwiches. Why is it SO much more expensive ordering for pickup via DoorDash?!

I love Lee's Sandwiches! I love Vietnamese sandwiches in general, but I think Lee's are the best! They used to have two Lee's Sandwiches in Sacramento, but both of them closed down. When I was visiting in Long Beach and found they had one right down the street from our hotel, I went two days in a row! The bread is so fresh and soft, the meat is so flavorful, and both together are so harmonious, I just can't say anything bad about these sandwiches! Ugh, I miss Lee's Sandwiches! I hope to have one again soon!

Every so often something eminently tasty and fairly healthy hits your palette. Then WHAM!, you're hooked. Well the lemon grass chicken sandwich is damn good. Full of tasty fried chicken and delicious vegetables, I liked it very much. Bread was tasty too. I only added a lil' chili oil but it was spicy already so be careful. Other Lees dont feature this delicacy. Nice job. Fair price for a filling, tasty meal.

Otherwise the sandwich was flavorful and fresh. The customer service was great. If you can’t eat spicy, make sure you tell them not to add it in the sandwich. Traditionally the sliced peppers are added for flavoring.

Overall decent food, but not the best ingredients. Their baguettes are yummy only when fresh and hot. Their iced coffee is VERY SWEET AND MILKY and you cannot customize it.

I used to go to this place quite regularly. Haven't been there in a couple of years. It seems like the quality of food has gone down a bit. Their sizes have gotten smaller as well. Prices have gone up.

Standard Lee's fare but note, they've been putting their chairs/seats away early. Ordered some food with friends to eat here and the lady started putting away the chairs an hour before closing time. 2nd time this has happened.

I ordered 5 sandwiches to go from this place, I reviewed the order not twice but 3 times with them, none of the sandwiches were to have tomato or lettuce, 1 was no mayo, only mustard, 2 were add pepper chinos and extra pickles, 1 with red onion. Not 1 sandwich was right, they all had lettuce and 2 had tomato. The mustard only had lots of mayo. And on and on. This was a to go order, so we did not find out until we were miles away. With times being so hard today and we want to support our local vendors but when your order is this bad, how can you keep going back. This was so was sad because I really like this place. Oh, and the bread was not fresh. Heartbroken.

Plenty of parking in this plaza. Ordered the #11 special combo Gave 3 stars because the Lee's coffee was listed as $3.75 on the menu but I was charged $4.17?? I told the employee to make sure he was charging me for a regular size and not the large but he said that $4.17 is the price of that coffee. They should definitely change their menu if prices have gone up.

The sandwiches are decent considering there are no other Viet sandwiches nearby. I made the mistake of buying spring rolls today which didn't have very fresh shrimp, were loosely wrapped with too much rice noodles so they fell apart, and there wasn't enough dipping sauce.

Same exact sandwiches you'd fine elsewhere. A limited selection too. It would be better if it had more original gourmet idea sandwiches with its own signature. Has potential.

I went in and the crew was overwhelmed. I ordered my sandwiches and some ice coffee and the owner rung me up. I decided to get another ice coffee and politely asked when our sandwiches would be ready. He snapped at me saying he already told me it was gonna be a 15 minute wait and then asked me if I wanted a refund. After that I just wanted to get out of there. Even one of the employees decided to give me a free I ice coffee because of my bad experience. Over all, the food is great but don't expect your usual Starbucks experience. Ps. What is a iced americano latte????

If you’re craving lees in Long Beach, be sure to check out the one on Anaheim just a few blocks over. I’ve had much better experiences there. :)

I ordered my food and I waited 20 to 25 min for my order to be ready. I decided to go to the cashier and ask employees if my drink is ready. I look at the counter and both my drink was there, but employee waited to to finish up with customer then he hand me my drink. I say thank you to him but he didn't respond.

#11 special sandwich was bland and bread was cold and chewy. The pork bun/boa was warm but had very little filling. Chicken eggrolls filling looked like chicken paste. Went here because no line. I wonder why.

Ordered the asian grilled chicken sandwich. I have had this sandwich in other cities so I know what it was supposed to taste like. The bread was fresh but the chicken was old, tasteless and reheated many times. Not a true asian sandwich.

$12 for a sandwich at this location OMG. That doesn't include a drink. The ones in the OC seem to be a little less..

Called in for a few items for a 2 person dining experience. I was told my items would be ready in 10 minutes. We get there in 20 minutes and the food items were not ready. Very disappointed to say the least. I like Lee's Sandwiches but I will not be dining at this location again. I recommend you don't either!

Horrible service. Place that sells Boba smoothies and ran out of boba. Dirty dining room area which was closed to the public. Bathrooms shut as we waited 15 minutes for a smoothie with no bobas because they ran out. Paper signs up all over the place with sharpie explaining rules. Been to many Lees Sandwiches and this one was the absolute worst. Really run down. Sad because I have been to this Lees before and it was pretty good. Must be under new ownership. Awful experience. Just go to the wine in Westminster or the one on. Cherry Avenue cannot be worse than this one. .

This is the worst Lee's Sandwiches in all of LA county. The place is dirty, disgusting and the store stinks. The employee do not know how to make the sandwiches correctly. On top of that during this corona pandemic none of the employees were wearing any masks. I came here when the store first open and it was a horrible experience, i decided to give it another chance over 7 years later and nothing has change. DO NOT come to this Lee's, if u can drive 5 to 10 mins to the other location on aniheim. This is a review coming from a person who has been going to Lee's for all his life and plenty of different ones. The best ones are the ones in westminister.

As usual. Took half an hour for me to get a juice. Staff always overwhelmed. I don't eat sandwiches here. The bread Is way too hard. The meat quality is not good. Just for reference ..The price is not cheap for what you get...I always go back to oc to get my banh mi. Beside that I don't like it that cashier would be touching my food after handling money. I only come here to get sugar cane juice even though they don't put a squeeze of kumquat juice in it. All in all...don't come unless u have no choice. And operating hours are very unconvenient for ppl who work early. Oh yes ..my mom used to bakes baguettes and the meat for these sandwiches from scratch so i know what it's supposed to be like and lee's meat products is not what I would eat.

When I called for a refund, the shift lead had no idea what to do and asked if I could call my bank to resolve the charge. Unacceptable to shift the responsibility over to bank/credit card company.
