It is comforting to see at least 1 familiar face, and that is Jon's. His service is excellent, always with a smile, no matter how busy it is. He knows this is my Mom's favorite place and will ask how she's doing. The fact that he can remember that is beyond impressive. Besides the food and the convenient location of this branch, his pleasant and welcoming demeanor is why I keep coming back. This kind of customer service is almost non-existent. KUDOS, for hiring him!

Typical panda express. Good parking, nice seating area. Food is consistently fresh and good. Bit of a drawback is that quantity is a hit and miss. Sometimes portions are standard for a panda express and other times they are super stingy. I guess it depends on the server. Overall good.

One of the better Panda's in the area, I've been here when they get slammed (line to the door), and their staff handled it really well. They added more people to the prep line and even had someone just come ask what you wanted and wrote it on a paper so by the time you got to the front you just handed it to them and they were off. Food prepared to the usual standard as well.

Line was a little bit slow, food quality is good. One of the few Panda Express that I still buy from. The quality of the food from some others have dropped recently and I have taken them off my list. You should try this one out!

What can I say? Is there a bad Panda Express? I love their food. Their business model is great, very efficient d good value. Only reason I didn't give this one 5 stars is because their people (when we were there) weren't quite as friendly as at other locations.

We get their 3-item plate and share it. We prefer going when they're a little busy so the food is nice and fresh. We normally get their honey walnut shrimp, beef with broccoli, and chicken teriyaki about once a month.

Came in about 30 min prior to close with family, I didn’t know it was a big issue as workers gave dirty looks when asking for something. Coming from someone who works in fast food as well that’s horrible service . Orange chicken was crunchy and rice was flavorless.

Food was great! I get the same order and the prices changes every time? Atmosphere not good 👎🏻 homeless at front door when entering the restaurant. Please have management look into these issues love the food but will not keep coming back if those issues are not taken care of.

The order was all wrong but they were quick to fix the multiple errors. The food taste was bland, not that it was ever great, but no fault to the workers but the rice is flavorless. The chow main was crunchy with veggies. They put such small portions in the boxes compared to other places.

So there was very little selection of food items to purchase when I entered this location at 9:25pm. I asked for the orange chicken and the woman stated that they were not making anymore because they were about to close. I confirmed that they close at 10pm with her and that there was still over 30 minutes left that they were going to be open. She shook her head and stated that they would not be making any more. Is that Panda Express policy to not have food items available for purchase during business hours. There were plenty of other customers that were not happy at her response. And left. Usually friendly staff at this location.

Good food but the people that serve arr really stingy with the portions. The lady yolanda let half the scoop fall out of the ladle then copped an attitude when i asked for a little more. I was paying for a 3 item meal so not like i was trying to get something for nothing. The employees can obviously use a little guidance

The food was alright but I got food poisoning (my partner did not, though he ordered different items). Probably just a one-off, but it was my first time trying Panda Express and I don't think I'll be coming back, unfortunately.

I use to be in other panda express restaurant... but this one is the worst..the place is clean and organize but problem is on the service.. I don't mind to pay for what I eat never complain.. but at the same time time I what to eat for what I paid.. but place is so meserable in the portion of the food.. I went there today and I order to go. When I get home I open the bag.. I just find the 3 combos. That's it. No forks no napkins no hot sauce no soy sauce. If you buy food to go you expect to get everything you need to eat..

I waited for the vegfies and kun pao chicken around 9 minutes since they had run out of it, to receive the wrong order with all chowmein and honey sesame chicken instead.of my Kung pao chicken. I had also payed for my order while I was waiting and when we gave me the order was trying to charge me again. this is where he confused the orders.

Wow What happened to their food ? I haven't had PE in about 8 months. Fried Rice taste like nothing. I'm eating right now and it's seriously blah tasting. Orange chicken taste different also not that much flavor. Beef and Broccoli taste the same good. Food here has definitely gone down.

I have not been to Panda Express in about 5-6 months because it’s just not as good as it use to be. I decided for Valentine’s Day to order for picking up. We got the family feast and the rice idk what they do to it but it’s super dry and like slightly undercooked and I had to drown it in soy sauce just to make it edible. The noodles, I’m like did someone put them in a shrink machine because they are not what they once were and I swear I have had better top roman that tasted better. The teriyaki chicken was good but guess you have to ask for teriyaki sauce to get it since it was not included and also got the sweet green bean chicken and the green beans are so over cooked nothing was left to them and definitely over sweet compared to before. I also got my favorite thing on the menu the black pepper chicken and it definitely didn’t have the same flavor it was a bland version. So I must say definitely disappointed and for what I paid I can go to a better place to eat

Two stars because they are stingy with their portions. Ordered a 2 item plate and the amount of teriyaki chicken was the same as a bowl. See photo. Also, they have 1 trash can located near the entrance where people line up to get food just adds to the chaos in there.

I asked to an employee , she said that have to change the plates for the material.....but I asked for the portions not the plate.... then she said is a total of 24 oz. Of food, but when I asked the oz. Of every item or portion she's not sure about it....

This location frequently "misses" online orders, or takes 20-30+ minutes to have your order ready after the estimated time. I get it...you may be busy, but there needs to be a bit more respect for online orders. I don't think anyone showing up in-person will need to wait 35+ minutes from their time of arrival to their order completion.

Yesterday evening 8 15 22 the teriyaki chicken wasn't even cooked fully the orange chicken was hard. What a waste of $ . This location needs help seriously. I was so tired from working long hours I didn't have enough energy to go all the way back the traffic circle and I didn't want to call pm the phone. I got time for a Google review though!.

Very cheap when they serve the food, with a shaking hand they serve a very small amount. For the high prices panda express should gives a rasonable amount of food. Pésimos, ridiculous, tacaños. Acaso no les da vergüenza servir poco por tan carol precio????

I go to this place quite often. Yesterday I went and ordered to go . THIS is the first time I was upset. The customer service was A+!as usual . HOWEVER the food was nasty , old, and smelled bad . The chow menu was hard and old . The honey walnut shrimp watery.odd tasting . The Kung pao chickens vegetables were soggy and watery . I frequent this place a lot when Icam at home. I WILL NOT be returning . Within an hour I was having to run to the bathroom. Unbelievable!

Typically pretty reliable, it happened to be the day I spent upwards of $20 after fees and tips to have my order delivered that they included the completely incorrect sauce in my order and I was bed-ridden so unable to drive all the way there and back to correct it. Why do you have multiple types of sauce in the exact same color packet if your cashiers aren't going to be careful assembling the order???? Edit: Alright I gave them another chance, except this time I went in person. Can't get it wrong if I double check after their work right? She made the same mistake AGAIN. You can tell all the workers look absolutely miserable, likely hate their job and the fact that they have to be there, and are putting absolutely no less than the bare, ABSOLUTE minimum amount of effort in. I've worked fast food and multiple restaurants and can't express how easy it is to not make mistakes like this. Frankly just makes me sad for humanity. How can we do such a poor job at something so effortless. Really sad state of affairs. I wanted to share this review on all of the other platforms (Yelp, etc) but I'm going to give them another chance. Every time I go, I'll leave a new review, either on a different platform or a friend's account. Let's see how long it takes them to put forth the bare minimum effort.
