During my visit, I experience good customer service. Due to being on schedule to watch a film, I ask an employee, Brittany, about Vegan options. She is Vegan and expounds upon possible Vegan transformations available from her experience eating at the eatery. The Vegan transformation of the Short Rib Melt is good; the sour dough bread arrives at a really good toast level, there is just enough avocado (avocado texture can be a bit much on my tongue and in my stomach sometimes if too much)—I don't have to chew it super slow (to prepare for swallowing avocado texture), the onions offer a subtle crunch with a bit of tang, the Arugula offers a subtle greenier flavor which offsets textures of the other ingredients primarily the onions, and the mushrooms soften the crunchiness of the toast as well as extremes of other flavors, to me. Dipping the sandwich in Balsamic Vinaigrette makes the Vegan transformation of the Short Rib Melt so much better, to me. I actually take the fries to go then find myself eating them on my way to a theater. The fries are unlike any fries I've come to taste so far: I'm curious if the seasoning goes beyond just salt and pepper—because one aspect of cooking Riley's on 2nd Street (at least the chef(s)/preparer(s) of my meal seem to have) seems to have is an understanding of a flavor/flavors the right amount of crisp can bring to a meal. Shout out to the chef(s)/preparer(s) of my meal the night of 6/3/2022, and thank you Brittany for being the Vegan Connoisseur Translator (if/when management is going to add more Vegan options to the menu, they're already set with a Vegan Connoisseur Translator).

Always have a great time here. Service can be slow at times but great food! We had the cheeseburger and fried chicken sandwich this last time! And a bloody and French 75.

When you are hanging out on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore you need to come by this staple of the Shore. We love the Fig & Pig pizza & the burgers are great. Sip on your drink and enjoy the people watching. The waitresses are always so pleasant & friendly. Fun place to hang out, watch sports and live the dream.

Not you're normal bar here. Not your normal bar food here. I think they have an actual chef or something. Ribeye steak... bacon brie burger...damn good! Happy hour... damn good! People here...damn good! Excellent place to visit to eat and drink. Thanks to all of you @Riley's LB. Love, T

Great place to have bottomless mimosas with your friends. Place has great food and good staff.

First off, the service is what I consider the standard of what bars and restaurants should be. The servers/waiters are very attentive and friendly. Drinks are made well. Under pours can be disappointing, but here they serve proper portions. Food is good. Better than chain restaurants for sure. At the right time a day, it has an amazing view and vibe filled with fun people.

Great food. I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Only thing I thought was odd was that they allow service animals on the patio, but they're not allowed to sit in your lap.

Our group went to Riley’s on 2nd to celebrate my birthday and to celebrate US as mom’s too! My last name is Riley so I thought this would be the best place to go😆 Our server Cody was awesome and met all our numerous requests with a smile. The food was delicious! We chose the Short Rib Melt and the Cali Chicken sandwiches and we all had the salad.

Yummy 😋 first time ever, in the heart of 2nd Street and I can't believe I've never been here. I havent eaten beef in a decade, unsure but had a taste for it today. 🤩 We shared all the goodness, short rib pizzzzzzza, BBQ scrumptious and so juicy burger, along with the poke tostada, which was piled high with aoli and fresh tartar. The staff sets this place apart, all are welcoming, inviting and make you feel like your neighbors, including recommendations that melt in your mouth. Had to get a piece of swag memorabilia ie; truckers hat.....so much gratitude. They always say it's not just the food, yet who was a part of the taste test that matters.......highly recommended, scrumptious and delicious 😋

It was nice until a loud group sat behind us. We started with a drink and ordered our lunches. Fried chicken sandwich (yes, creature of habit) and a burger for my friend. They were good but nothing special. It was just nice to get out and visit. Would I go back? Absolutely! I would just try something different.

Food was okay, I had the spicy chicken sandwich, but when I bit into it I saw the grease drip on my plate and after that I lost my appetite.. service is good.. other than that its fine..

No vegan options, hence tow 1 star in that, however all of the omnivores I know like the food. Service is great, but this place has the dirtiest bathrooms on 2nd. Blood smears and poop on the bathroom walls (I brought this up to the owner a few weeks ago, and said I’d post a bad review if it wasn’t taken care of, and it’s clearly not). Gross. Service is great, but this place is dirty. It used to be a great place to be. I don’t know why they’re letting the health standards slide like this. It’s seriously a health hazard.
