The Manager was so kind, I didnt catch her name, but I ordered food and as i was walking a few blocks down the bag ripped and everything fell on the floor, i went back with a photo of what happened and the manager made me another bowl and replaced everything. I am so thankful for them. She was working around 1:30 pm 8/18/2021. Anyways thank you to whoever it was that replaced my food.

This place is very spacious, located a few blocks from both, 23rd Court Square and Queens plaza and is very close to Gantry park. Tables are clean, serving table is clean and the bathrooms are clean. The staff are nice and easy to talk to as well. I have not seen it crowded at all, there's always a space that is free. So get your order and take a seat or even take a rest while you eat. This place is welcoming.

Ashley made my day! There was only two employees and they both tackled the line and order like a pro! Great service and good portions! I was a little afraid of going to this location with some of the reviews. But went the night before and the food was just as good. I did notice that like most places they’re short staffed, plus you have folks deciding what they want and asking random questions like if Chipotle is brand new… And just like most places that are short staffed; avoid rush hours, decide what you want while waiting on line, have empathy for the staff and BE KIND to them!

I’m a bit surprised by all the recent bad reviews. I came in around 1 PM on a Wednesday. All of the food was fresh and fully stocked. The portions were generous and they moved the line quickly. The staff weren’t overly friendly, but they certainly weren’t rude.

I ordered via Uber Eats and compared to the other Chipotle I ordered from ; in terms of food organization and cleanliness in terms of packaging. I’m giving them 5 stars. The food was more secure ensuring no spills. The food is also yummy, especially the guac. Omg the guac. I’ll defo order from this location again.

5 stars cause I got a show, so I was there I was minding my business in chipotle , ears open and bam woman over the counter is verbally attacking a man for asking for his order. she had to know him with the way she going off and it was so low volume too , like if I wasn’t standing there I wouldn’t have heard it. The other people behind the counter were silent too, wild I hope she’s okay though and I hope she got his order right especially if she didn’t know him and she talked to him that way cause that was wild , she was channeling the anger of all the services workers before her 😂

Very satisfied with the service and the food. I walked over here to get food at around 1:30p on a Tuesday and there was virtually no wait and, the staff was super friendly and quick, and I got in and out in less than 5 minutes. Back at work, now eating my grilled chicken salad with guac, a sprinkle of cheese, poured with the hottest hot sauce, and very little sour cream. It's totally worth it. 💜 My co-workers saw my brown paper and asked me about it. I'm telling them how great it is. ☺👍🏾

Always have really fast and good service. Their burrito ingredient selection is great. The freshness is usually on point but this one time (or maybe just the LIC location since this was my first time eating here), the food was a little stale.

1st time visiting this location. It feels like a Business area. But on a Saturday it felt like locals were out n about . This Chipotle felt nice and inviting a clean modern atmosphere. It was quiet inside and there was no line but I appreciated that it didn't mean workers slacked on their assignment. I was in and out quickly with a healthy salad bowl.😊

One of my orders was the quesadillas but they forgot the sides, they forgot to put the sides “sour cream, guacamole, salsa”. But overall it was good!

I had came in here for an interview one morning which unexpectedly turned out to be a group interview, and the boss herself who started the interview 10 minutes later. While waiting I noticed that the tables were dirty of dried up Hot sauce, the employees didn’t acknowledge a customer standing for 5 minutes, and that the soda fountain station had spillage almost everywhere on the counter! When it came to the interview, the boss seemed very nonchalant about everything which made the interview last only for 8-10 minutes top. I barely remember anything at all, complete waste of time. Besides my bad interview experience, I’m glad I didn’t get called back. This place seemed dirtier and unprofessional than other chipotles I’ve visited as a customer

Convenient location from my job and dining in is usually tight for space at lunch, so, finding a place nearby works too. Food is as expected, mostly fresh and flavorful. Check your order to verify you’re getting what you asked for, they are busy and sometimes forget. Overall it’s not great and not all bad.

Busy place at lunch time with all the construction workers and office workers. Didn't like the queso dip, was to soupy and rather expensive. Chips were stale. Everything else was good Update 05/16/23 Not quite as crowded due to multiple restaurants open in this area, but you'd still be lucky to get a seat at lunch time. It's great for take out, but rather expensive

The food here is usually pretty good, it’s not as great as the one on 3rd Avenue but taking the train 3 minutes isn’t what I’m trying to do. Sometimes this location gets skimpy but a few chipotles do that. It always taste like what I wanted so I can’t complain there, it is fresh, fast, and good but they don’t always follow online orders correctly. I’m giving it 3 stars because on top of skipping guac I paid extra for and skimping on the pollo - for some reason the woman in the pick up area decided to ask me to see the email that I placed an order. Literally did not ask anyone else and it’s not like I had some generic name like John or Jill, my food was ready, not as if she didn’t see my order so she needed confirmation, that’d be understandable. I gave her my very unique name so I don’t understand the need for me to hold up a line to load up an email to prove that I placed an order. Then to have me wait while simply handing out orders to people walking in just giving their names.

Food quality was okay. At the time of visiting the lines were very long and the tables were left untidy for a long time. I opted to dine in and had to end up cleaning my own table. The napkin dispenser was out of napkins, hot sauce bottles were empty and utensils were running low. It may be in their best interest to hire more staff or manage restocking more effectively. On the plus side, the persons behind the counter were very courteous and friendly.

What a bad service. I just got out of the store. After i had paid, i asked for folk. You know what he said to me? 'We don't have' I said. 'What? How do i eat?' Love the food and concept of Chipotle but I feel employees at this location should have more training. It's not right to have just one customer waiting on line and ignored his presence for minutes. Even though they were doing preparations, they should of at least approach and ask if I have been served.

I got a burrito to go and within the first bite, the rice was hard like they didn't wash the rice and I found a hair. a waste of 14 dollars. would not recommend this location. always have a dirty dining area.

I don’t know why anyone would go to eat here. I made the mistake myself after not having gone to a chipotle in many years. I was charged $3 for adding guacamole to a sad burrito, which was about the only thing that tasted good in it. There is no way a burrito should cost almost $18- especially if it is not good. You could literally have any other type of food you desire in the neighborhood for less money. I could’ve had Thai food for $12 or a sushi lunch special three roll combo for $17. Never again!

Update: After a filed complaint, their Customer Service online is a lot more friendly and apologized on behalf of this store. They are reimbursing my money to me. I'd still say the customer service of the manager could be better, changing from 1 -> 2 stars. ------------------ Specifically, my visit on 7/4 @1:40pm was not a customer-friendly visit. We were juggling two kids and a stroller when we ordered two bowls. Although the line staff was friendly, the manager on site is not understanding. We had accidentally dropped our two bowls on the way to the tables to dine-in. It was on our own fault, but I would have expected that the manager on site would have better customer service skills. I went though the line with our half empty bowls to get two new bowls. At the cashier, I politely requested if it’s possible that we don’t pay again, as we had dropped our two bowls on the floor on the way to sit down. The cashier wasn’t sure and went to the on-site manager/cook and asked about my request. He told her(and subsequently to me) that we would have to pay again. As such a reputable company, I would have thought they manager would be a bit more understanding and customer/child friendly to not require us to pay for two more bowls. I do enjoy the food from chipotle, but with many options with better customer service, I’d suggest going across he street or elsewhere. They would be a bit more understanding in any other situations.

This place is dirty. They need to clean the tables and counters more often. They’re also frequently out of certain toppings and ingredients. They need to step it up if they want to compete with other fast casual restaurants near Court Square. I bet the new Naya that’s opening on the same block will put a big dent in this Chipotle’s sales.

Skimpy portions, bad attitude behind the counter, and the restaurant is always a mess inside. This location alone was enough for me to swear off this chain entirely. Check out Hot Peppers across the street - they are so much better in every way!

One star is being generous. Worst service I’ve ever had at chipotle ever. They were stingy on the rice, meat and cheese. I had to tell them multiple times to put some more of each. Asked for guac and the manager personally scraped the left overs from the pan and scooped less than half a spoonful into my bowl. When I asked him for some more he opened another pan he had stashed and scraped it off the side and gave scrapings. Not only are they stingy but the attitude is disgusting unacceptable and the food was undercooked. Avoid this place at all cost I’d say.

If I could rate 0 stars for lack of customer service I would. Extremely poor customer service skills from one of the managers (I believe her name was Angie) Not sure why they hire people who make it seem like their miserable and take it out on their customers. Overheard the way she speaks to her employees and it was disturbing to watch and highly unprofessional. Shout out to the other employees who were pleasant, and made sure my food was BOMB!

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Tiny portions, forgets guac and others that you pay extra for and essentially puts in whatever meat they have most remaining. Called in to see what could be done, manager did not apologize nor offer compensation.

For a chain restaurant, this chipotle is shockingly below other chipotles. Food is as the other reviewers described, not well maintained and stale. Staff are often rude for no reason. Tables can be really dirty General lack of care.

This place is always a disappointment. Delivery orders have been wrong, so I went it to get food. The whole place was a mess, and the staff was very busy dancing and chatting with each other... far too busy to help the one person in there. Started to make my food and then they were simply out of pico... when I asked the guy just said "no tomatoes, what else?" If you don't want to pay $15+ to get whatever the staff decides they can bother to take the time to make you... just avoid. This place should get some people who care and a few basic ingredients.

I ordered extra lettuce, meat, corn, etc, but ended up not getting any lettuce. Out of every Chipotle store I ordered from, this store is... slacking. You can tell from just the weight of the bowl ordered from this store that this store in particular is too cheap to fulfill the order to its correct specifications. I'd love to get my chipotle delivered from a different location (like I was able to when this particular store stopped accepting mobile orders) but unfortunately, it looks like I have to stick with this store because it's the "closest". Maybe it'll be more beneficial for everyone to have this store go back to not accepting mobile orders.

I miss the older manger. Short guy with a thick Spanish accent. He had this chipotle running in the best shape. The food literally tasted better. Their rice is always hard. The employee short Spanish girl with short hair. Always has a nasty attitude. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I've only come here twice and I've always been attended by a staff with an attitude.I understand what it's like to work at a fast food joint. I get it, I disliked the labor I had to do but I wouldn't be giving attitude to people for no reason. What I don't get is why give off a bad energy when I've done nothing wrong to the person. It's funny to witness the attitude though, just would like to know what they gain from it personally. The last time I went the staff Nusaiba just slammed my bag down like whatever. I was amazed😂. I feel bad for the delivery workers that have to pick up the food from there.

Would give zero stars if possible. They can't handle the internet orders (the company obviously doesn't throttle what the staff can handle), meaning they're super greedy and not concerned about the customer experience. I ordered online with a pickup time of 7:40. At 8:10 they just made it on the front line and told me they're too busy. What? To busy to prepare the product the customer paid for? This location is always a bit sketchy in terms of cleanliness. After multiple tries, I've concluded Chipotle is not a hospitality business ~ just a Silicon Valley algorithm. Plus the food is heavy and nothing special.

Multiple times my pickup order has been missing things. Steak salad - missing steak, guacamole - gave queso, salad with sour cream - no sour cream, a quesadilla and a salad - ENTIRE salad missing. This is probably over a 2 month period. Chipotle and this location heavily force the app, but the staff obviously can’t follow the ticket correctly or just don’t care. Ordering from here is not worth the hassle. The manager should be re-assessed, as I’m sure this isn’t the type of quality Chipotle corporate is proud of.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff don’t give a dam. I recently ordered a kids quesadilla and I only received tortillas with rice on the side and no chips either. Horrible service. Who the manager is need to let go on that staff or have a serious conversation with them.

Incredibly rude staff. They didn’t know what a quesadilla was. Staff tried to purposefully upcharge me for the smallest things. The beans had no flavor at all and the steak was burnt. This place sucked

The worst Chipotle we have ever ordered. Not only the taste was awful (cold hard meat), but they also missed guacamole in our order for THREE consecutive times. One time they only put a guac in the bag for a “guac n chip” order! Even the portion was smaller than the other chipotle stores. We reported the poor quality of food and service to Chipotle multiple times and nothing happened. Extremely disappointing on Chipotle and will never order again from this location.

My receipt says the name noelia not sure if this was the person but they made my burrito and cashed me out.she was a dark skin Hispanic lady about 5'5", very rude this time but usually she is nice. She was giving me dirty looks and mumbling under her breath when I asked for things separate. The store just opened and it seemed as if they was rushing to get things done while helping customers . The rudeness in these employees is unprofessional. There was also a employee in the back that look like he was preparing food. He was about 5'10" light skin Hispanic guy with braces and peirceing on and about his face. He had the audicty to blow a kiss at me . This is not the 1st time this has happened. I will never return here again . I will never return here again or get anything catered

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude, the ice machine is always empty, and the soda machine is constantly out of order—but they still sell you a cup without warning. Portions are smaller than at other locations, and the service is just awful. My last visit was the final straw. They claimed they were out of white rice, said it would take 30 minutes, and then I saw fresh rice behind the counter. When I asked, they said it was only for to-go orders. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went in to find out you can only burritos online. You can get a bowl in person, but NOT a burrito. Staff are standing around waiting and they are NOT allowed to take my burrito order. INSANELY STUPID. I left and got pizza. Is this a new corporate policy or is some manager trying to get a bonus for more online orders? Another established restaurant headed in the wrong direction.

My family and I were trying to order food through Uber Eats and 5 drivers cancelled- we learnt that the fault was of the restaurant. They had not prepared the food and then cancelled our food as the store closed at 11pm. This was extremely disappointing.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Employees act like the food is coming out of their own pockets. Not only had to beg for a standard portion size of the toppings but had a manager blame me for her employee’s incompetence. I had a free guac on my app and scanned it as I normally do. The worker made me scan it multiple times before telling me I can go ahead and swipe my card. When I told him the price didn’t change, he insisted it went through and that I should pay. The manager then stepped in and asked what my code was for, then told me with a terrible attitude while rolling her eyes, “You have to tell us what you have”. I have never experienced this at any other location. Hope this Chipotle changes its requirements for hiring because this was ridiculous. After getting home, I found diced and raw red bell peppers in all of my food (guac and bowl). Not sure when the recipes changed but seems like it’s just very bad food safety practices.

I like chipotle food and I always eat chipotle food and I’m a taxi driver. The main reason why I go for chipotle for my lunch break because they have a restroom but this branch location refuses to restroom for me even though the restroom was fully operational. they said it’s not in service I could see that one restroom was out of order because there was a notice posted on the door, but the other one was full of operational and they still refuses. Never again coming to this branch again plus I think these foods are not that great what they used to be.

I have never been more disappointed in a fast food establishment. As a vegetarian I expect to have rice, beans, and fajita veggies —All of which they ran out of. Then they continued to scrape the bottom of the sofritas container bc they weren’t taking out anymore for the day. Might I remind you it’s only 7pm. Horrible location.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been. People It’s rude. The portions but are very small compared at other locations. Staff with nasty attitude. We saw how the woman in format of us was a bigger order while me and my friend just receive a smaller amount. We didn’t even enjoy our meal.

Surprisingly, the order I got this time in restaurant was fine, but experience was horrible. When paying with my credit card, two idiotic things happened. The first time I paid, and the screen said the transaction was approved. However, the girl at the register told me I haven’t paid yet. I asked her what she meant when the screen already told me it was approved. She said that was for another customer’s order, so she essentially acknowledged that I paid for someone else in front of me who left without paying I suppose. I asked her how that made any sense and she had no comeback. When I then went to pay a second time, because they wouldn’t give me my food without me paying a second time, they claimed my card was declined even though the screen said “approved” once again. Another girl came over and accused me of not listening to the pin pad and removing my card from the card reader too quickly, which was ridiculous because I had only removed it once it told me to. Then, it went through the 3rd time. The issue is that my bank statement now has 3 transactions pending for one order, and they basically lied to me about my card being declined / did not reverse the transaction of the order I paid for from another customer. Hoping Chipotle Support helps me to resolve this quickly, but what an incompetent staff! The place feels extremely dirty as well. Will not be returning.

I rarely leave reviews but when you find a piece of raw chicken in your bowl you almost have to. Some of the chips were probably two or three days old and others were mysteriously soggy. I also found what I can only pray is a vegetable stem and not a fingernail. I legitimately might get food poisoning after eating this place

Worst chipotle in Queens area. I had to go to it because it's close to my workplace. Got half-cooked or old brown rice on my last order. Portions were poor. Items looks old or not refilled in time even at lunch time.

Worst Chipotle I've been to. I should have checked the reviews 1st, but I was expecting it to be to the standards of most others. Well I was disappointed and revolted. We ordered 2 burrito bowls. Mine had a weird piece waxy/white paper on fresh lettuce that just came out the refrigerator. I informed an employee, but I wasn't overly concerned. She was polite and apologized. I devoured my bowl, my daughter continued to eat hers, then she found hair in hers. I was disgusted. I went straight to the counter and discreetly spoke to the 1st girl I spoke to regarding the paper. She again apologized and offered a refund. I agreed and got my daughter and our things. As I returned to the register, what I assume was a manager walked over and asked "what's the problem?". I was a little taken aback by her because of how she asked the question, however I informed her of the situation. She then informed me that "no one here has hair like this", I then asked what she was implying. She said maybe it blew off a customer, while staring at our hair. Our hair is brown and curly, not black and course. I was disgusted, not only by the hair, but her attitude. I said forget it, grabbed my daughter and left. My stomach turned thinking of what my child ate, let alone me. I have never experienced uncleanliness or rudeness at a Chipotle. I will never return to this location again. I should not have dismissed the dirty tables, overall a truly GROSS experience.

It's awful everytime I order from there so I won't anymore. First they gave me nasty tasting chicken which I guess was old or not seasoned properly. Then I ordered barbacoa this time and it was dried out and old. Save yourself the money.

They never have the peppers and onions available after 5 pm because they’re too lazy to make ‘em. Portion sizes small, and it’s like $32 for two burritos. shut this place down and give us a McDonald’s in place of it

Has to be one of the worst Chipotle’s in NYC. My boyfriend and I went here to get a burrito bowl and salad bowl. I got the chicken and he wanted the barbacoa. The worker looked over at the barbacoa tray and said that they were out and wasn’t enough for even half a scoop and that it would take at least 15 minutes for the next batch to be ready. My boyfriend said that was okay and asked for the chicken, he also asked if he could just get the scraps of barbacoa in his bowl if they were going to throw it out and the employee did not understand. He tried to explain again if it wasn’t going it be a problem if he could have the (genuinely the scraps) of barbacoa just throw in there and the employee said no problem and threw them in. Then when we both asked for guac and I was shocked to see him literally scrape the top of the guac and give the tiniest bit of guac I’d ever seen. So I asked if it was okay if I got a little bit more and he said sure and scraped the tip of the spoon on the guac again to give a tablespoon more. I was genuinely so shocked and upset that both scoops did not even come close to a full scoop but would still cost $3 but I moved on. When we got to the check out he tells the cashier that we both go chicken and barbacoa and extra guac. I was so confused, I corrected and said I got only chicken and the barbacoa was literally 3-4 pieces of scrap meat that I thought we both understood was just thrown in without extra costs. I also had to ask why the extra guac was and he responded with you asked for extra and I was very upset and quite furious at this point. I said I asked for a little bit more because the first scoop didn’t even make a tablespoon. What he did after appalled me. He opened up our bowls and proceeded to SCRAPE OFF SOME OF THE GUAC ALREADY IN OUR BOWLS. The cashier then told him to stop and don’t do that but he already scrapped out the guac from both our bowls and then put it BACK into the guac bowl. Firstly how rude and disgusting to contaminate food like that. I saw pieces of corn and rice from our bowls stuck in the guac and thrown back into the guac tray. I was appalled and over it at this point. It took a while for the cashier to go back and edit the order and finally was able to fix the order to just two chicken guac bowls. (They also forgot my vinaigrette) I will never be coming back to this chipotle location for what I witnessed here and after reading the other reviews the staff here seem to be rude and disorderly to all of the other customers as well.

This is a shockingly awful Chipotle location. I love Chipotle and used to frequent this location as it’s the only one near my residence. But I now know multiple people who have gotten food poisoning from this location, so will never go back under this management. Personally I’ve experienced terrible quality of food and ingredients (brown guac, hard rice, undercooked chicken, and more), and that’s when they actually have all of the ingredients available which is extremely rare. We used to order pickup through the app quite frequently, and they NEVER, not once, ever got our order right. And Chipotle makes it impossible to receive any kind of customer service or resolution, exacerbated by the fact that the actual store won’t help you, they always direct you back to Chipotle app which is no help. I love Chipotle and would love to have a well run and safe and clean location nearby - PLEASE take some accountability and make changes to do better for your customers in LIC!

Workers here are too playful. Always talking to each other when they are building my food. I don’t want their saliva on my food. Poor hygiene. Wouldn’t be surprised to hear that they have no supervisor or any manager of some sort. Food portion is always different, dependent on who is building my food.

This is the chipotle closest to my apartment so whenever I work from home it’s convenient to order from here. However, this is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever seen, not even close to the standards of midtown locations. Every time I get a burrito it’s a lottery - could be missing half of the burrito (super small), could be missing meat/guac, and today although it’s not missing anything, the chicken and steak are all on one end and the rice and beans are all on the other end. I thought I was missing both the chicken and steak at first since I see only rice and beans, so I unwrapped it and took a picture. In the picture you can kind of see a few pieces of steak peeking out from the meat end. Part of the guacamole is still avocado chunks, no flavor. I paid almost $20 for this mess of a burrito. Avoid this location at all cost!!!

It was my birthday and I go into redeem my free guac with a minimum purchase of $5, cool I order on the quesadilla app. My total is $15 but it wont let me use the coupon-- weird. I complete my purchase and as I'm picking up my food I ask the cashier to scan my barcode for the free guac. The manager comes over and "says I need to make a purchase"; I show her the food I ordered NOT EVEN FIVE MINUTES AGO. She says, "yeah there's nothing I can do about that. I needed to make the purchase during checkout and I need to call and talk to corporate about that." Worst customer service i've ever had on my birthday, thanks for nothing. You guys suck. EDIT: Scroll down and you will see the same woman im talking about and a picture of her face lol. Seems like she loves to mention corporate every chance she gets.

Served a kids meal missing 3 out of 5 items and I found a whole tomato stem in one of my first bites of the burrito bowl I got. Threw it all out put before I took a picture of that but I can assure you it didnt even look or taste half decent to begin with. Truly a waste of money and time. Dont bother

Where is the guacamole I asked for....gave me lettuce instead. Just cause it's green doesn't mean it taste the same. This is such a disappointment. I got charged extra to get the guacamole but I got a cheaper product called lettuce.

They somehow managed to serve me raw chicken, and now I feel incredibly sick. It doesn’t seem like a place where managers or employees care at all and there are no operational safeguards. Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve been to, and that’s saying something because I’ve eaten at dozens of them across the basic eastern seaboard. I ordered via GrubHub Thursday January 15th around 10pm. The order was completely wrong. Chicken instead of steak, spiciness for my wife and kids making their food inedible. No guacamole on any of the orders which we paid for. I got the last laugh GrubHub completely refunded my order so go stick it all of you who work here - especially the owner and managers who obviously teach their employees such carelessness toward their customers. You were mad you had to deal with a large order so close to quitting time - fine. But you made seven entrees which you had to pay for because you thought we would just accept it. Nope not this customer

Agree with the other comments that management needs to be changed. The server had an attitude that was uncalled for from the start. An elderly man ahead of me went to place his order and all he said was “3 tacos…” and she said “WAIT YOU HAVE TO LET ME FINISH” and began heating up 3 soft tortillas and then she finally asked what and he continued saying he wanted three hard shell tacos and she got mad at him bc she assumed he wanted soft shell and they “didn’t” have hard shell left. She then threw them out without even asking if he still wanted them just for her to have to make them again. Once he continued to order she kept interrupting him saying “YOU HAVE TO LET ME FINISH” when it came to me I asked for a bowl with brown rice and she said “white” then same with the beans I asked for “pinto” and she said “black?” And so on. I asked for steak she said “chicken?” And I was like no steak she got annoyed and gave me 6 pieces of steak, 6! When I told her that wasn’t a serving she proceeded to yell at me saying “THATS THE SIZE, THATS THE SIZE” I proceeded to tell the cashier that I’m sorry but she should not be serving that way, especially towards an elderly person, which was uncalled for.

Found this in my bowl as I was eating. I showed it to the staff, and they were sincere in the apology, but this almost broke my tooth as I was eating. They need to take more care when preparing the guacamole as they cut the avocados.

On March 23, 2025 at 3:30 PM, I visited the Jackson Avenue location (26-14) and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Right from the start, the store appeared poorly maintained—missing ice and trash around tables were the first things I noticed. I placed a to-go order for a burrito, and things quickly went downhill. The manager on duty became visibly irritated when I customized my order, even threatening to call corporate over a simple request—as if I was asking for something outrageous. When she did call, corporate instructed her to fulfill my order, which seemed to bruise her ego. From that point on, she became openly rude, tossing my bowl carelessly, shooting me disrespectful looks and comments, and then charged me $18.95 for what was supposed to be a kid’s meal—simply because I requested a slightly larger burrito. This behavior isn’t new; I’ve witnessed her treating others similarly in the past. It’s a pattern of poor customer service and overcharging. As a paying customer, no one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I highly recommend avoiding this location until serious management changes are made.

This was honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. There was barely any rice, so the food tasted insanely salty. I paid extra for two sauces and didn’t even get one. Not a single sauce. I also requested disposable utensils—didn’t get those either. Everything was just carelessly thrown together, and I ended up tossing it all in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable. These guys screw you so hard on portions. Double protein here is the equivalent to single protein servings at other locations. There was a brief period of time a couple months ago where the portions were more reasonable but they’ve regressed back to their unreasonable serving amount. Will stop coming here as I’m constantly disappointed. Corporate really ought to do something about this as this behavior is brand damaging.

As you can see in the picture, both portions are two separate portions. I asked the guy to give me more chicken. He gave me three little pieces I said can you please give me the same amount as you did for the brisk beef? He said no I can’t do that my managers watching. I said call the manager. The Manager says oh if we give you extra scope, we have to charge you more money but as you can see in the picture, one is full with meat and the other one barely has . The manager Angie obviously needs more training because that makes no sense you want to charge extra to fill my bowl is crazy. Both bowls should have the same portion!! Do better !!!

This is the worst chipotle in the tri state area.. the employees here are rude. There is a guy with braces with peirceings on his face with Rocker earrings in thats rude and disrespectful. I will never return here again. The server who made my salad was not friendly at all, asked about the sauce options they had, instead of explaining to me, the girl just pointed to the sauces and looked up at me. There was barley any lettuce in my salad, the bowl itself didn’t even weigh up to one pound but I was charged $11.32. That is extremely overpriced compared to other fast food restaurants. I get salads from many different restaurants and this is the most overpriced salad I’ve ever had. Does the salad in the picture look like something that should cost $12? Rude worker and over priced food, I wouldn’t return here.
