SOUPER good vegetarian noodle soup. The broth is very flavorful unlike a lot of other veggie based broths where you need to add a bunch of things to get it to not taste just like water. The noodles are delicious and the bok choy is fresh. Vegetable dumplings are never greasy or heavy and are a nice addition. Staff is very kind and it’s a nice quiet dining experience.

Great bowl of noodles! Good range of classic soup and dry noodles, as well as appetizers and dim sum. Really delicious, good quality ingredients, and very fast and friendly service! About $15 for a large bowl of noodles. $7-10 for appetizers. You can choose your noodle type, I had the flat hand pulled and they had a great chew. Will be back!

C
Carrie Brown

Oh, Noodlecraft, how I love thee. The scallion pancakes are crispy and savory. The hand pulled noodles are chewy and flavorful. The bubble tea is yummy! Sometimes the dumplings are a little dense, but the flavor is always so good. And the service - the staff is so friendly and nice, they're just so kind to my kiddos who love to go there! The outdoor seating is not very lovely, I which they would improve that, but otherwise we love them!

K
Kevin Slater

Great place for a quick lunch/dinner! They have a large menu with many dim sum and noodle options. The noodles are good (I think the dan dan is best) although not standout on their own — but for the price, convenience, and atmosphere we keep coming back!

Y
Yat Sang Yan

The cool decor, noodles and desserts are tasty and delicious. There are a few big tables for big group of customers, but they don't have a private room. The service is friendly and the price is reasonable. I will be there to try out more food.

What a great hidden gem in LIC. Been here a few times now they never disappoint. I have eaten a lot of hand pulled noodles in NYC and definitely ranked top five. Also their dim sum is on point they're roasted duck dumplings are out of this world and probably some of the best dumplings I've ever had.. they were extremely unique and delicious!! Definitely go with a bunch of people to try all of their food.

A little out of the way but wow is it worth it. Sat down, took a look at the menu and about 15 things jumped out. Ended up trying a mix of: Pan-friend hand cut noodle and beef, cabbage. 10/10 Hong Kong wonton soup with bok choy and hand pulled noodles. 9/10 Sticky rice in tea leaf. 10/10 Pork shumai. 9/10 Soup dumplings. 9/10 Very simple place but really kind, friendly service. Friendly prices too.

Chill, after school hangout vibe type of place with the perfect bowl of comfort noodles. Brings memories of my high school days, but with much better noodles 😆 I’ve tried at least 8 diff dishes, and everyone of them have been good. Giant portions. This place is a neighbourhood gem! + even after a year later, this place is the best in LIC! Love the added dimsum menus and being able to dine with my dog in the outdoor patio is amazing!

R
Rebecca Kason Wong

Delicious noodle soup! Well packaged takeout (they separate the noodles from the broth which is great for when you want to reheat the broth). Great portions, lots of flavor. I also love the pickled cucumber. Not a problem because I have chili sauce at home, but I feel like when I choose spicy I don’t get spice. Maybe next time I will ask for spicy on the side so i can add the heat.

A
Alex Bruening

Food is very good, service is even better. The broth was flavorful without being oily and inedible. Dumplings were actually really well seasoned so I could get away with eating them without chili oil or anything. Noodles have great texture. Also very fast.

I didn't took any picture of the meals but everything was great! went with a couple of friends, we all tried different noodles and nothing disappointed us! the scallion noodles were amazing!!!! the green tea was so good too! they do not sell alcohol so just keep that in mind. we will definitely come back to try more dishes!

Y
Yilin Liu

Their noodles are freshly made, live, by a real noodle chef. It may look like a Japanese ramen place from outside, given all these shabby and confusing lanterns, but it is actually a really good Chinese noodle restaurant. My personal fav is pulled round noodles, either pan fried or in soups. The noodles are chewy and cooked perfectly. I would say their takeout is not as good as dine-in because the noodles are cooked a bit more being steamed in the container. So if you want to try, please come in-person. I hope this place is here to stay in this neighborhood for the long haul because it doesn't seem to have enough customers.

K

This place is absolutely fantastic. Have only ordered delivery so can’t comment on service or atmosphere, but every bowl of soup we have ordered (Classic Lan Zhou, Chicken Noodle, Braise Beef) have been phenomenal. Full depth of flavor, filling, and the perfect under-the-weather meal to get you back on your feet. Can’t recommend enough.

K

The pancake and fried chicken are good appetizers. I love my laksa, it’s very flavorful. Will come again!

Delicious noodles and I like the street style decor!

As a native Chinese person, I can say that Noodlecraft makes some of the best authentic noodle soups in the LIC area. Prices are fair and service is quick. I would recommend one the of the beef noodle soups if it is your first time.

I keep finding new reasons to return here. The taste quality is remarkable! Employees provided the impeccable service expected at this caliber. They offer varied dishes, sensible prices and service that exceeds expectations. I suggest dining at this place.

Food was great! Being able to watch them make your noodles was also nice. Will definitely return.

Lovely spontaneous find in Long Island City! Cutest decors, nicest staff, and really great noodles. Their homemade chili oil was especially 🔥🔥🔥

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Noodlecraft with my son and we were both blown away by the quality of the food and service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the menu had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My son ended up ordering the beef noodle soup and he really enjoyed watching the noodles being made by hand. He said the soup was delicious and had the perfect balance of flavors. I also really appreciated the clean and modern decor of the restaurant. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Noodlecraft and would not hesitate to give it a full 5 stars. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed.

J

casual noodle spot with quite a big space and some bigger tables in the back (may be good for a group). came here for a quick dinner with some friends and we each got a bowl of noodles and three appetizers to share. there wasn't a wait and we got the food really good. I got the classic beef noodle soup and it's the exact taste I was hoping. will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

E
Emily Wu

Their dan dan noodles were great! +1 to the waitress for being super respectful about not hovering over when you choose a tip. She stood back by the wall when I was paying and picking the tip amount. I appreciate the gesture and it’s something that definitely stuck with me from my experience dining here!

J
Jac Lanae

Wow this is a great noodle spot. The cold Shanghai noodles are fantastic, flavorful, and refreshing especially on a hot day (but also spicy!!) My friends got the Dan Dan noodles and the Laksa and both loved theirs as well. The bubble tea is also very good. Hands down my new favorite noodle place.

D
Dorota

Vegan friendly, you will find plenty of options here. I tried few things: Spring rolls w/mushrooms were good; cucumbers in garlic were not so great, I wasn’t a fan of the flavors. However, the scallion oil noodles (w/round pulled noodles) were fantastic and I will definitely be back for those! Service was great too :)

R

Delicious, affordable food crafted with love. The noodles are fresh, chewy and so flavourful. The pan-fried dumplings are to die for, so well made, absolutely delicious. Additionally, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff what more could you ask for. Highly recommended!

Absolutely sublime. Ordered the braised beef noodle soup (C-2) with flat pulled noodles. Soup was hearty and flavorful. Noodles were perfectly cooked and delightfully chewy. Will definitely be returning here!

We ordered the cucumber and two noodle dishes and the food was amazing!! We have been here several times before and this was the best time yet - everything was noticeably so tasty.

The beef soup was absolutely delicious and the perfect comfort food! Also got mango green tea boba for desert, it was great. This place has very yummy food for a very good price compared to most other places in LIC.

This place is a hidden gem! The beef noodle soup was one of the best I’ve had in the city and the service was great too. It had the vibe of a family run restaurant. I will definitely be back soon!

A

Fantastic noodle soup! I’m a huge fan of Lan Zhou La Mian and theirs is amazing, especially the fresh noodles. Highly HIGHLY recommend dining in over takeout. Stick with round noodles for soups, and wide ones for dry dishes.

G

The place is the best. Not only the noodles and snacks are so delicious, Jayden provides the best service, but also the owner loves kids so much he provides paintings, gifts and toys on different holidays. My daughter loves this place so much she asks to come here everyday after school:)

J
Julie Kuhrt

Some of the best noodles I’ve had in awhile! I got the Shanghai Cold Noodles with shredded chicken and Vegetarian Dumpings. Had never had cold noodles before but they were perfect for a hot nyc day. They offer several different noodle options, I went with the flat noodle which had a nice consistency and great taste. And the sauce was a flavor blast in the mouth with a kick. Would love to go back to try other dishes.

This place is soo good. I love me some hand pulled noodles. I think this is hunan style cuisine. Quite sure they just opened. The atmosphere is great. Really nice tables. I love the huge soup spoons. You can see the whole kitchen on display. I like how they got the restaurant name on all the plates. The braised beef noodle soup got me in the door. I’ll go far for a bowl of this stuff and it was worth it. Oxtail broth tasted like it was cooking all day. The service is a Lil confusing. You order at the front and pay, then they bring the food to you but It wasnt clear if they bus the tables or you do your self. There’s signs for trash but then a employee came out and helped me out. But then why is there a sign for trash? Anyways, I guess I’ll find out cuz I’m going back. Thanks noodleCraft.

This is a hidden gem in LIC. Quick and attentive service, clean and large space with plenty of tables, which can accommodate about 6-8 people easily. The food is delicious. The dan dan noodles were soft and springy, cooked perfectly. You can choose your noodle type (knife cut, round or flat, egg) and the garlicky soy cucumber is refreshing, crunchy and a welcome contrast to the rich sesame and peanut laden dan dan noodles. Definitely will be coming back for more of their interesting offerings.

A

I was looking for a ramen spot and so happy i found this place! I got the beef bokchoy ramen with flat hand pulled noodles. The beef was tender, the bok choy was flavorful and even a little spicy, and the hand pulled noodles were the perfect shape and texture. I was also pleasantly surprised to be able to get boba too. I ate more than i have in weeks here for much less than many other places. Im still thinking about this meal the next day, I will go back again soon. Can't wait to try more on their menu. It was great

I don’t spend too much time in Long Island City - so this was a treat getting to explore a much quieter part of NYC. Noodlecraft is just around the corner from the friends I was visiting, ideal for one of the first bone-chillingly cold nights of this upcoming winter season. The restaurant was clean with plenty of two-top or picnic bench-style seating. My boyfriend and I split orders of the Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup with rice noodles and Dan Dan Noodle with round pulled noodles. There was good spice to both dishes, which helped us thaw out. The Dan Dan Noodles definitely lean on the more-seasoned end, and the rice noodles didn’t retain much flavor from the Beef Noodle Soup - would probably try it with the knife sliced or flat pulled noodles next time. All-in-all, you can’t beat the lack of crowds, speedy service, and hot noodles on a cold night - not to mention Queens prices!

A
Andrew Dabydeen

Some of the best noodle soup that I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by because you will not be disappointed. Everything is reasonably priced as well and the waiting staff is super nice. Came here on a cold day and this definitely hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back and try out other options.

K

Ordered the Taiwanese salt and pepper chicken. Nice and crispy on the outside, meat juicy and tender, nicely spiced. I am, however, a sauce person but nevertheless an addicting snack to go. Will definitely be back to try their noodles, etc. Saw them handmaking the noodles fresh. Ample seating, very clean, warm service.

Been here twice in two weeks. Love the noodles. Cold noodles really good on hot day. Ask for spicy and they give you lots of hot chili. Service was fantastic. Very nice people. Good for quick eat. Chili wonton are a must! great value!

J

This place is a hidden gem in Long Island city. The beef noodle soup is so flavorful that you will crave more noodles to pair with the broth. And like any good noodle dish the meat is tender and falls apart so easily. The perfect meal for a chilly day. The noodle soup itself might not fill you up so I’d recommend getting one of their side dishes. I loved the shumai! Another thing that I love about this place is the multiple different noodle types you can choose from. I’ll definitely be back :)

A

Atmosphere is calming with a great vibe and music. the server was attentive and kind. the dan dan noodles were very flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. tawainese salt and pepper chicken and wontons were also delicious.

This place is honestly amazing. Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews, but as an LIC resident I want this place to thrive and be around for a long time to come. My wife and I stopped into their fantastic location for lunch the other day and both had the Dan Dan noodles, and shared the fried wontons. Every bite was phenomenal. We went for lunch, but you could easily have a dinner if you wanted as well with large tables that would be great for groups. I can't recommend it enough. If you live in LIC, it's an absolute must visit.

Posting this review because Noodlecraft is a LIC/hunters point neighborhood staple. It’s nicely decorated, with great food and service. Noodle soup broth is Bonita. Menu highlights are the salt and pepper Taiwanese fried chicken, classic Lan Zhou beef noodle soup, and chili oil wontons. Noodles are handmade in-house and you have several options.

The beef noodle soup was truly amazing and flavorful. The broth was so good to enjoy on a breezy and cool day in their outdoor seating. I highly recommend it!

I always get the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with flat pulled noodles. They come out quick and the broth is rich and flavorful. The beef slices are always very tender too. Food aside, the decor is also nice and wait staff is very attentive.

This is the spot where they crafted their noodles. I ordered Singaporean Laksa with knife cut noodles. Delicious!! They have other types to choose from, like rice to ramen... Etc.

Great home flavors. I have been looking for a place that makes the most basic but everyday flavor that satisfies both my palate and my homesickness. Great soup base and very clean environment. Highly recommended!

I've eaten here 3x so far since I discovered them and everything is delicious I love the scallion pancake, and the braised beef soup OMG soooo good and the beef was actually really tender. I've also had the wonton soup with egg noodles yum!! The only thing I tried that I didn't like was the vegetable dumplings soup 🤢the broth was delicious but the actual dumplings not so much. But so far everything else great. I look forward to trying different things on the menu.

I'm picky about noodles, and it's tough to find great ones. At Noodlecraft, I enjoyed the peanut noodles - the sauce was just the right amount and the flavor combination was amazing. Definitely worth a try. The place also has a cute interior. On the flip side the pepper chicken didn't suit my taste because it was too dry.

This is a hidden gem in LIC, I am so glad Noodlecraft opened up in the neighborhood. It's located in the middle of the block on 47th Rd., between Vernon and Jackson Ave. The space is quite huge with wooden cafeteria type tables. It satisfies my cravings for Asian/Taiwanese food. I had the Classic Lan Zhou Beef noodle soup, which has a clearer broth than the braised beef noodle soup. The pan fried pork and cabbage dumplings and Taiwanese Salt and Pepper chicken were also delicious. I also tried their Hong Kong wonton noodle soup and the portion was very large and was very filling. Will definitely come back and try the other items on the menu!

G
Grace

Their beef noodle soup is amazing! The broth was very flavorful and salt level was on point. First time trying the dish with egg noodles and they were a great combo. Will definitely come back to try more dishes.

Some of the tastiest bowls of noodles I’ve had! Big portions for a great price! A very casual spot to try a bunch of noodle dishes! Will definitely be back!!! Nothing but great things for this spot!

I ordered takeout via Grubhub bc their wonton soup comes highly ranked. And let me tell you: it did not disappoint:) The wonton soup had so much flavor and I appreciated how they packaged it to go: with the broth seperate from the rest. And the veg spring rolls were flavorful and great crunch on the outside. I will def order from them again whenever I crave wonton soup :) and the ladies working were friendly when I came to pick up

Found this gem of a spot during a humid Saturday afternoon when lunch plans changed unexpectly. It's in the middle of a residental block. The place is huge with plenty of tables. Whimsical decorations add to the fun atmosphere of the place. A ton of items listed in a well thought out menu with large and clear photos of each item. The food was great and the noodle bowls were generous portions. Service was fantastic. It also wasn't very hectic during Saturday afternoon. I definitely will be back to try more of their dishes.

What a hidden gem! Seriously, the location on a quiet residential street in the heart of Long Island City surprised me because this spot has such great decor & food! The folks who work there are super nice. Tons of space to sit on benches at long tables. Extra bonus points for Pokémon themed altar. Great spot to meet friends and have some tasty noodles.

Very nice and spacious noodle shop with plenty of seating. I can tell they were very busy for takeout. I ordered braised beef noodle soup and shrimp shumai. The soup came out first and was very flavorful, the beef was super tender. I found the chopsticks that they had extremely uncomfortable to use (they provide the interchangeable tips). Shrimp shumai was very tasty as well.

This restaurant is very reasonably priced and best of all, it takes only less than 5 minutes from the time you order to the time your food is ready. Free WiFi is also available. It also has a large space and two restrooms. The staff is very friendly. Very clean. The space is very large so you can eat in a relaxed and calm atmosphere.

Update: came back here to try their braised beef soup noodles and it was so good! I liked the soup noodles more than the cold noodles, and I thought the portion size was great as well. Would definitely recommend. Cute neighbourhood noodle bar with yummy noodles and lots of cat decorations. For each of their noodle dishes, you can customize the dish by choosing one of the five available noodle types (flat pulled noodles, round noodles, knife sliced noodles, rice noodles, egg noodles), of which the first three are made in-house. I tried the Dan Dan Noodles with flat pulled noodles. The seasoning was flavourful, the noodles were nice and chewy, and the cold vegetables were refreshing. The noodle portions are on the smaller side, and I think for a hungry customer, one bowl of noodles might not be enough. I did notice on their menu that they have a bunch of smaller dishes to share, like crushed cucumber and salt and pepper chicken, so I imagine getting a bowl of noodle each and ordering some apps to share might be the perfect amount of food.

C
Chris Albanese

This is a really awesome addition to the neighborhood. Hand pulled noodles that are super duper fresh. The Dan Dan noodles are spicy and have amazing flavor. And the pan fried noodles were one of the best noodle dishes I’ve ever had. We added chicken too, and it really amped up the flavor. The scallion pancakes were crispy and delicious. The space is huge with lots of big tables (although we did takeout). We’ll definitely be back

Comforting bowl of Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup at Noodlecraft. I don't think this place is the absolute best noodle place, but they're still fairly tasty.

Kinda named appropriately. The food is good, price is alright. We ordered: - veg Dumplings - She chuan shredded chicken - Dan Dan noodles I think the noodles can be improved. They are good but not mind blowing.

Pretty good. Love the laksa and the Taiwanese chicken. The Dan Dan noodles are just okay. Chili oil wonton (not pictured) was filled with lots of meat which is nice.

I went to Noodlecraft with some friends. The service is quick and the menu is straightforward. For the noodle options, you have a choice of soup or dry noodles with a choice of a handful of additions. I ordered the round noodles with peanut sauce and pineapple. I added shrimp for a couple of dollars more- but would have liked to see a vegan protein option. I also ordered a side of bok choy (bc veggies) which was steamed and sitting over a bed of spy sauce and some other flavors. The portion of noodles was huge, and I had leftovers for breakfast. The noodles themselves were very well cooked and chewy. They tasted fresh. The sauce was flavorful without needing any extra salt or soy sauce, but I did add the hot oil because I need spice. I wish there was more pineapple in the dish because that's the part I was really intrigued by but there was definitely enough cucumber and herbs. The bok choy was standard. Get it if you need a vegetable for the day. The service is efficient but no one really came in to check in on us, which is honestly fine by me. I would recommend this place for a quick bite and good noodles. The space is big so it can fit a larger group.

Y
Yanisa Kham

Yummy noodles, cute vibe and quick service. I ordered the scallion noodles (round hand pulled noodles) and steamed bok choy. Both were very delicious (: Prices are pretty good, but also servings are on the smaller size. 4$ bubble tea was pretty good too. Would come again for a quick lunch

Really fun decor and very welcoming staff. Love that you can choose your noodle style and it’s super fresh. Gobbled up my zha jian mien and 💗 the salted egg yolk custard buns 😋

Service was ok. That place is very nice inside, with a lot of seating and good decor. Food came out with in 2 minutes of ordering. There is a window where you can see the noodles being pulled by hand.

B

Your comfort noodle soup joint. Ordered the beef brisket hand-pulled noodle soup. The favor was good enough although the soup was too salty. Can’t say it’s Cantonese or Taiwanese or neither but good regardless for a quick comfort neighborhood bite.

Update: it's been more than 6 months since last visit. Before, I would order the 炸醬麵 and order another noodle and still able to finish it! Today, flavor change...too salty. I ate half of it. Pls bring back to it's original. 2nd Update: still salty. And now they add bean sprout on 炸酱面!I think they lost it. Not coming back. Update Oct 17, 2025: at last, the saltiness is gone! Giving 4 stars. Nice on making it right!👏

The HK Wonton Noodle was not the most authentic in terms of the noodle choice, but is still quite good! Portions are quite large though. Xiao long bao was quite good too. Just remember to eat it when it is fresh out of the steamer!

Steph W

Ambiance (5/5): There’s plenty of seating inside with a window to watch the staff make their noodles from scratch! The décor reminds me of the classic street food in Asia. Service (5/5): Their chopsticks are unique with disposable front ends for sanitary reasons! The service was prompt and staff was courteous. Wonton in Chili Oil (5/5): Very flavorful and the chili oil was a nice addition. It’s not super spicy! Braised Beef Noodle Soup (4/5): The beef chunks were generous in portion but I wished that they had more flavor infused in them. The broth was flavorful and rich with meat flavors—it tasted very authentic to Taiwanese flavors. I liked the thickness and chewiness of their noodles. The table chili sauce was a must-have to elevate the bowl.

Amanda Wang

The other reviews are right, the place is decor cutesy and discreet outside, but the noodle soup is bit bland. The stir fry is however, delicious. The chili wonton is the soup wonton form nd meat filling, which i wasn’t expecting and wasnt use to... The friendly service was very welcoming and I felt good. The chopsticks was cool, and theres two bathrooms that look like storage unit from thr outside. I didnt get to check it out.

Francis Ge

Tasty and quite reasonably priced! The decor is very beautiful. It’s not like the *best* taste wise, but I’d maybe come back when I’m in the area and feeling like noodles. My favorite is the Dan Dan Noodles for sure. Would definitely recommend that. I thought the shredded chicken was very dry and I would skip that. The Mouthwatering Chicken was very flavorful and quite pleasantly spicy (numbing pepper). Actually I thought the scallion oil noodles were too vinegary so I dipped them in the sauce for this and it was amazing. Alone, I would not get the scallion noodles again. Something I didn’t like was the menu showed these large servings of dim sum (like 8 XLB), but then on the menu it said only four pieces and it was like $8-10 which I thought was pretty overpriced.

Mark Canlas

Been here a few times and I really like the food. This time I had the dandan noodles with a fried egg. One tiny complaint about the “dry” noodles is that sometimes moisture pools on the bottom; not so dry! But besides that small thing, it is really tasty. Fried egg not necessary. Popcorn chicken also good! Totally worth sharing with someone else. Not pictured is the wonton appetizer in chili oil. A little disappointing; the wonton doesn’t have much flavor integrated with the oil. I just tastes like bland wonton with oil on top. Maybe a skip. This time I went with a large party and the service was a little crunchy. They wouldn’t take our orders individually and said we would be billed as two groups. Then when the orders came out, they never remembered who ordered what. And then we were initially billed as one giant group instead of two smaller ones (as they initially told us we had to). Kind of annoying. All other times I’ve gone here solo and it is great for an in and out affair. I’d totally go again. But maybe with more patience in a larger group.

Five stars for the service, and would be a 4 for the taste of the food. Noodles were good, but it got almost tied up and it was hard to pull. I got the chicken noodle and had to add to the taste. This place is definitely worth trying.

Cute spot for lunch or dinner with friends. They have a lot of taiwanese style dishes and bubble tea. Dan Dan noodles was ok. It didn’t have a lot of flavor and noodles were hard. Braised beef noodles soup was also ok. The broth could hAve been more flavorful and the beef could’ve been cooked longer. My preference is to have the beer in a “fall-off-the-bone” type texture. Sliced beef and popcorn chicken appetizer were delicious. Must try. Service was good.

I consider this a good place to try some authentic cuisine. Customer service is good, atmosphere is great, prices are fair. Shredded chicken cold noodles were excellent! , first time trying that and I definitely recommend. Broths of the soups were good and the spicy oil used was very flavorful and enhanced the flavors in the soups. Shu-Mai options were tasty, I only wished it came in larger portions 😅

We came in today and ordered Dan Dan noodles, minced pork dry noodles, and the pork and cabbage steamed dumplings. The Dan Dan noodles were excellent and this is a food item that I would return for. The minced pork dry noodles were uneventful and nothing special. The dumplings were waaaay too salty and would skip on them. Overall, a good place for a quick bite :)

Edited to reply to their: I have tried ordering take out and delivery around 7:45-7:50pm a few times, and I get the message that you aren't taking orders--hence my review. Your noodles are good, but I don't get home from work in time to order your food. Be aware of their bizarre hours. They close absurdly early, so don't expect food if you are hungry after 7:30pm. Hey Noodlecraft, not everyone eats at 6pm! This is NYC!

The bathrooms were clean and the decor was 10/10. However, the noodles were way too salty and the broth kind of tasted like packaged American soups. The laksa was so salty I didn’t taste the sweetness of the coconut milk at all. The salt and pepper chicken was more salt than pepper. It didn’t have the typical aroma you’d expect… prices are too high for mostly noodles and salt water.

It’s an okay place . The Bubble tea doesn’t taste good. The seafood soup has like 2 shrimps . The pricing is understandable. Great menu , easy to read and understand. Clean place . The atmosphere is very peaceful and nice .

Noodlecraft offers indoor and outdoor dining. The restaurant is set up with cafeteria style seating where you order at the back of the restaurant and you can sit down and they will bring you your food as it's ready. Water is self serve. They require proof of COVID vaccination and photo ID to eat in. We ordered wontons in chili oil and steamed pork ribs to share and I got the zha jiang with flat pulled noodles for myself. The zha jiang sauce was incredibly salty so I ended up eating all the noodles and only ate about half the sauce that was given. The noodle texture was good with great chewiness. The wontons were decent but soggy and the chili oil wasn't very strong. The best dish that we got was the steamed pork rib, but it was a little oily.

The restaurant is nice, but the broth wasn’t great. It had very little flavor and a strong cilantro aftertaste that overpowered everything else. It just didn’t have the depth or seasoning I was expecting. Hoping they improve it because the place itself seems promising.

food was disappointing. got the wonton noodle soup with knife cut noodles. broth is not rich but is just overly salty - you can tell that they use some type of shortcut seasoning. needed the chili oil and vinegar to save it. wontons are just fine but also too salty. the noodle portion was large, which i enjoyed, but they tend to be on the thinner and more overcooked side. service and the interior decor are nice though i probably wouldn't visit again.

The noodles were pretty good. Perfectly chewy. My soup was lacking in the broth, it had no flavor. The other soup broth at the table was good but salty. Decent portions but very expensive. Atmosphere is fine. Service is great. Overall it's good but feel expensive for what you get. I would come back if in the area but not go out of my way to make it here.

Clean, spacious place. Friendly service. Food - chicken noodle soup had no taste, it was not even salty, so was a disappointment. Soup dumplings were lovely.

This restaurant is one of the noodle staples in LIC, however, I find the quality inconsistent. The noodles sometimes are made perfectly and other times overcooked. The knife cut noodles are usually good but the egg noodles are overcooked. My husband usually gets the knife cut noodles stirfry and it is his go-to. Mine is the knife cut beef stew noodle soup. These dishes are good but can be very salty towards the end, especially the stirfry. The meat quality also not always fresh. The wonton noodle soup, however, was far from my expectations. The noodles were really soft and lacks the chewy texture of the classic egg noodles for this dish. The broth was bland, wonton skin was also too soft, and the filling was not plump and juicy like the ones in Chinatown/Flushing. The dim sum dishes were ok, nothing outstanding. The restaurant is very spacious inside and kid friendly which is great for LIC. I order takeout from here or come in when I need a quick noodle fix nearby. I will be sticking to knife cut noodles from now on.

We ordered pickup and when we got home we discovered the scallion noodles were cold, not room temperature, cold. So we had to warm them up ourselves. On top of that the noodles just tasted really bad - like suspiciously bad. Do not recommend- very disappointing.

Bland noodles that are not hand-pulled, ice cold, chewy, and tasteless beef. My party ate dine-in and were one of two tables so there's no excuse for the temperature. Overall I was extremely disappointed, I was really excited to try this place.

Hand pulled noodle with beef was disappointing. The noodles were overcooked. At least service was good and staff was friendly.

The restaurant has a cute atmosphere and the service was great. That said, I was disappointed with the Lanzhou noodles. I ordered the round noodles, but they were overcooked and ended up too soft. It didn’t really have a bite to it. I was also surprised that the soup didn’t include any cilantro, which is usually a key garnish. The broth was just okay—one-dimensional in flavor. For the price, it’s not terrible, but if you’re choosing between this spot and Silky Noodle, I’d recommend Silky instead.

The atmosphere is great, and the servers were friendly and efficiently fast. The portion was generous, especially the beef in beef noodle soup. I was debating if the place should get a two or three stars from us. The place is called noodle craft, but I can complement on the quality of the noodle. Some said it was overcooked, but I think they were precooked and reheated. Either way, the noodle quality was among the worst, and the name of the restaurant is misleading.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! A Facebook LIC group recommended us to try this place when they first opened a few years back. It was good in the beginning but the quality of the food definitely declined. We use to dine here a lot but we slowly distance ourselves here because 1) there's better dining options in LIC 2) the sanitary level has gone down here. We came back with the family for dine in and ordered the HK Wonton Noodle Soup (wonton, noodles, boychoy and broth). But what a disaster! As my wife was making a small portion bowl for our kid, she found a huge bug lurking in between the Bokchoy leaves. We quickly sent it back into the kitchen and the waitress was nice enough to offer a replacement. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, it could've been a bad night, a bad shipment order of vegetables. So we gave them another try and ordered take out another night, when my in-laws came to LIC for visit. If I have issues with my food, call it unlucky that I got the short end of the stick, fine! But when my 87 year old In-Law came to visit us from Asia has issues with her order, then that is a NO NO! YET AGAIN! GUESS WHAT WE SAW IN OUR FOOD? BUGS! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT COMES WITH GARNISH OR VEGETABLES. How hard is it to wash the greens? I'm speculating the vegetables were not thoroughly cleaned and washed before cooking. Because there's no way that under two different incidents bugs and food worms were in our food. The greens were not fresh. They were yellowy and wilting with multiple holes which means they were eaten by the bugs or worms. Totally unprofessional and dissatisfied with how this restaurant is so careless and NOT attentive to detail on what they make for their guests. NOODLECRAFT DO BETTER! You set your prices higher than your competitors yet you put out food with such low standards. Get it together or a report to the New York State Department of Health will be soon in effect. Small mistakes like this will lead to bigger problems like food poisoning. You left a senior with an unpleasant and dissatisfied dining experience in which we use to always boast about since the restaurant is right around the corner from us! I will definitely respond back to the Facebook group and tell people to dine with caution. Like I said more establishments are opening up in LIC and Astoria. With all these errors, there's no reason for frequent diners to come back to dine at this place which was once an indeed Noodle Craft....

While the noodles tasted good we got extremely sick. My husband had not eaten for 2 days. I was instantly ill. There’s certain standards of cleanliness that are not upheld like cleaning the mutually used oil containers/salt/pepper shakers. We’re local and wanted this place to succeed, but unfortunately the low cleanliness standards combined with us getting sick made this a never-again for us. Good luck

The store took pickup orders on Uber Eats during a heavy snow day. I went over to pick up the order and the store is completely empty - no one answering any calls. The store door says they are open, but no one is at the restaurant. There were multiple people who also came up to pick up their orders and found out they were misled.
