The 2 gentlemen that worked the front counter were great. An older black gentleman and a white guy about late thirties. Super polite, very respectful and happy to do their jobs. A very refreshing change.

Food and service wonderful, parking sucks but nothing changed in 2 yrs. Love the idea of having a drive up food services just for drive up, makes it easier but if Any of the Subways are busy enough and aren't you have two different food areas one for drive up and one for walk-ins is it more economical that way? Are you saving money or saving time?

I love the online ordering app. I arrived 10 minutes early to pick up my food and they had it perfectly assembled and ready to go instantly almost. The drive thru attendant was courteous. Thank you!

This is my new favorite Subway to come to. The food was very good and the service was great. The restaurant was really clean. I’ve been disappointed by the Judson road store too many times even though it’s closer to my house. It’s worth it to drive out to the awesome gilmer rd store.

Stop by subway, just trying to get lunch and go. The young man behind the counter (Arshawn) was more than welcoming and should be the definition of a sandwich artist. Would recommend anyone to this location.

Typical Subway. A little difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. The parking lot was recently repaved, which was really needed. Never had a bad sandwich from them. Really enjoy there tuna sandwiches regardless of where the tuna comes from.

Always good and with new menu items you can switch up an old tire tried and true sandwich for something different. Right now you can choose to have cheesy garlic bread for ur sandwich and the ultimate meatball on cheesy garlic bread is phenomenal

Always clean even during busy times. Employees are amazing and helpful with questions. The place smells clean and not stuffy. Then again, maybe it's my jalapenos on my sandwich ... The business is friendly to LTC holders as of this writing, May 30 2017. I subtracted a star because I am pro-organic non-gmo, clean and not heavily processed food. It's may seem contradictory to eat at a place that does not offer this, no. A way to alert people to this interest is to share a personal experience at the establishment to verify the food offered.

Excellent Subway...Horrible parking lot. It's a shame that a Subway that is as nice as this has such a horrible parking lot. Food is always very good here and the staff always nice, but getting in the parking lot is somewhat a challenge. If you obey the entrance sign, you have to use the lube place next door's drive to get to the parking lot. If you turn in the one that leads directly to the parking lot, you're taking your life in your own hands. Once you get in the parking lot, good luck on not knocking your car out of alignment due to all the pot holes. Very sad that a place like this that is very popular, can't spend the money to take care of these issues.

They got my sandwich correct technically. However it was sloppy and poorly wrapped. Not enough sauce and veggies falling out. Not the norm for this particular location they generally get it right and packaged correctly. I'll give it another go next week. Trainees...

Clean store. Good sandwiches. One order was wrong but I ate it anyway. (I asked for extra bell pepper and there wasn't any when I came to pick up my order. Very confused til I tasted the heavy BLACK PEPPER she must have sprinkled on top) oh well, honest mistake. I'll still go back but maybe next time I'll watch them make it in front of me

I ordered the Monday daily deal which is the cold cut combo; everything was good on the sandwich with the exception of brown lettuce in the container; I asked for fresh lettuce. There always seems to be tension, anger etc at this location since some of their best workers are no longer there. Some of the workers don't know their job; making big money amount mistakes on the register. The manager is a smart butt and doesn't care how she speaks to customers when the workers made the mistake. If she's like this with customers , her attitude is probably reflected on the workers. The tea is ALWAYS watered down, and the cookies are touch and go. I don't like the multi grain bread that replaced the regular wheat bread; they need to bring it back because it's like eating huge nuts on your sandwich. One young man's hair was severely flaking and management should require him to cover his hair with the white caps.

My usual experience with subway is good, but this day was not. The one making the sub was dry, she was not friendly, and gave off the belief that she does not want to be here. She may not have been feeling like working that day or some other factors but overall, the food was amazing. I'm always pleased with eating at Subway and filling my card up with their reward points. I highly recommend going to subway.

Understaffed. 25 min to get a sub. Need team work -assembly line. Young lady working counter on walking side was polite, patient and friendly.

. I'm going to edit my review.I guess night is the wrong time to go. A guy actually threw food after he got an attitude. We were waiting so long in the beginning and he had no problem. Horrible service except for new hire that was acting better than the other employees. Rude!!

First time ever to use the drive thru at this location. I pulled up to place an order, and was told to hold for a moment, which was fine and acceptable. Then I kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The next thing I know, over ten minutes had passed. We even had another customer behind me that got tired of waiting, so they backed up and left. I got tired of waiting, so decided to back out of the drive thru line and go inside. After I had backed out of the line, another car pulled up to the speaker, and their order was taken immediately. So I went inside and my order was taken. When I got ready to check out, I presented my frustrated drive thru experience with the employee that was ringing up my order. She stated she was not the manager, and got the manager for me. A few minutes had passed, as the manager was busy, and then I was finally able to present my frustrated experience to the manager. The manager at first defended the long wait, as they had a large order of twelve subs to make. I could understand the wait if there were only a couple of employees, and they had stated so on the drive thru speaker. However, when I went inside, there were five employees, which were more than enough hands to knock out a large order, and not keep other customers waiting. The manager also did not even apologize and basically asked me what I would like her to do about it. An apology and compensation for having to wait so long would have sufficed, but she did not budge. Only thing that was presented was to order an extra sub to get for free, which was already part of a promotion. I did not need an extra sub, as would have gone to waste, so I just left. I will say, the food was great, just a horrible customer service experience. So word to the wise, if you go to this location, go inside, otherwise you might be waiting a while for their drive thru service. I personally plan on using another location in the future, in hopes of better customer service, though I doubt I will want Subway again anytime soon after this experience.

Been to the drive through a couple of times now, and it has been consistently very slow. The food is fine, in line with Subway standards. But they've got to find a way to speed up the process. It's almost faster to park in front and walk in.

Slowest service. Every time I ce to this store I always wait in line for atleat 15-25 min. Noting is fast about this place at all. The portions on the meat is always very smalls. The worker are friendly but are slower then the US postal service during the 2020 election's.

Of all my years coming to this subway and ordering salad today I had the absolute worst and skimpiest salad ever! It only came halfway up the container!!! I took pics but can’t upload onto this review. Mind you they charge extra to turn your sandwich into a salad!!! Absolutely awful!!! I may have to find a new Subway to start going to!!

So I was under the impression that subway closes at 9... but apparently its 9:30, so that makes this even worse, Me and my husband were just there getting sandwiches and the lady taking our order couldn't hear us cause her rude coworker was slamming stuff around while she was making the sandwiches to the point we felt like we were inconvenience him by getting what we wanted on our sandwiches, if you don't close til a certain time, you shouldn't do any type of clean up till after closing and certainly not to the point where guest feel uncomfortable.

They only had wheat bread lobby, which was filthy. They had very little veggies, and the employees were complaining about barely holding themselves together that they all were very frustrated. Well we got our sandwiches to go and got to the park to eat and my cucumbers tasted rotten and I wanted Buffalo sauce on mine and instead I think they put red vinegar idk but the food was bad. My bread was hard as a rock and they were very skimpy with toppings mostly because they just didn't have any. That store needs desperate help. Will not be going back to this subway for a long long long time if ever again. Also we had gotten the foot long pretzel and it was a rock couldn't even eat it and the cookies were also rocks we spent almost 50 bucks and were very disappointed 😑

There's one lady, I believe her name is Jennifer (dark hair) she's awesome. She is working her tail off when we come here. BUT don't go through the drive through. You will wait 5 minutes before you're acknowledged, and if you aren't watching them, you're food will be wrong. Last time we came here, we came inside. There was 1 person in front of us, 4 people working, and it still took 20 minutes before we left. Ordered pretzel sticks, was only given 1, no sauce, drinks weren't rang up, so I had to run my card a second time. Bag ripped, food fell on the floor, and was only offered another bag. By then I was so frustrated I just took it and left.

Went through this Subway drive through a few days ago. Guy took my order. Ordered a sweet chicken teriyaki toasted. Got home and it was plain chicken. Not what ordered. I've had mostly bad service from this store. Prices are expensive so you'd hope to at least get what you ordered.

I would rate it zero stars if it would let me. Was placing an order not even 10 minutes ago. Customer service is trash lady was very rude. There was a loogey spit on drive thru menu I can imagine it was probably a Customer angry because of the trash service. Ended up just driving off.

Not a good experience. At 2:50pm on 9/8/19, My wife and I went in and there were 2 customers ahead of us. From the time we walked in until we paid and left was over 30 mins. There was no management that appeared to be in charge and the 3 employees who were there kept bickering between each other and complaining about the job itself. It took 2 different employees 20 minutes to make the 3 sandwiches I ordered. During that time they switched back and forth between making my order 3 times and bickering about whatever issues they had. I understand everybody's got struggles in life but it's unacceptable to be airing out your problems and differences in front of customers. As well one female employee complained several times that she should be leaving. I won't be patronizing this particular Subway anymore. Honestly, Jimmy John's is way better anyway.

Ordered two footlongs and received two 6 inches. When I asked for it to be corrected, they would only make the other half of one sandwich. They refused to refund the other half, and blamed me for their mistake, all while acting like I was trying to pull one over on them. I just wanted what I paid for. GOD AWFUL MANAGEMENT here.

The online hours say they close at 9:30pm, I show up at 9:00pm and the Open sign is still on. When I went to the drive through, the employees just ran to the back and ignored me. So I waited a few minutes & drove to park. I walk up to the door and it is locked. One male employee looked at me & then just went back to talking to a coworker. You should really update your hours or tell your employees not to ignore their customers.

This place is so slow and we are NEVER spoken to before we order. No greeting, no we will be right with you. Instead they just ignore you. I drew the line today, which was the third time we have had a problem, and we left to go eat at The Catfish Village. We are new to the area and Subway is the worst place we have ate at since moving here in April. Very Disappointed!!

Was terrible food was wet and soggy . Food was almost frozen . It made me and my family sick and I'm pretty sure the woman that made our food was on drugs . She didn't wear glove to make our food and had poor hygiene. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here

Just left the Subway on Gilmer Road in Longview. I must say that I ordered TWO chopped salads very simple to make since it was only lettuce, tomato double turkey and cheese —asked for EXTRA OIL AND VINEGAR got home and no dressing. Called back and let them know. She offered two cookies and said she was sorry but did put extra on it — NO —-if you did you you taste it — Sorry but there isn’t even a little bit of dressing on this salad. No excuse for rudeness when you make a mistake fix it and offer a compensation besides cookies when you live on the other side of town !!

One of the sandwich artist openly said he didn't want to serve me and my boyfriend. I don't want to say it was a race thing but there isn't any other reason. He was making sandwiches just fine until we walked in. He looked at the young man next to him took off his gloves and said he's not making our sandwiches.

Service wasn't good at all. For numerous reasons I will be driving the extra 10 mins to go to the other subway.also I thought the food wound be better seeing how they changed everything... but it seemed worse. But the main reason for my review is due to the horrible customer service.....

Went to the drive thru but never got response to ask for my order so I pulled up to the window and sat there hoping someone would see me and ask for my order. Sat there for 5 minutes watching as two workers made sandwiches for customers and totally ignored me. So I left and got a sandwich at Schlotskys instead. So glad I did!

They seriously need help! Waited 20 minutes in drive-thru just to get to the window and they asked, what was my order! They still didnt get it right, and it wasn't a complicated order! 1 footlong bmt fully loaded and a footlong philly steak with double meat! My philly steak came with NO ONION OR BELL PEPPER! So, how is it a philly steak without veggies? WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION! I PROMISE!

The food is good but its subway so its not easy to mess up I guess .. but there is this one manager that works there that makes me want to talk crazy every time she is there. She is an older white lady with short hair super rude but not just to customers to the staff as well. The last time I was in there she was training a new younger girl she talked to her like she was an idiot in front of me and then snatched the card reader from her and basically threw the pen at me to sign the receipt. I wanted to go off but you can tell she is miserable in real life and that work has absolutely nothing to do with her issues.

This subway is so disorganized, I went tonight and I ordered online but the sandwiches weren't ready which was ok I didn't mind waiting. The lady that was making my sandwiches never changed her gloves, she was in the middle of making mine when she decided to go and start touching the screen and she never took off the gloves. Even after making my sandwiches she never changed then so I feel sorry if someone had a food allergy to certain things because she was just so unprofessional and kept cross contaminating things.

This is a joke. This is a place to receive food from and they won’t even tell you who the manager at the store is or help you with your food if there was an error ordering it. The evening employees need to be retrained. I will be calling the corporate office

Negative 20 stars!! Absolute worst subway I have ever been to! We are regulars here because it is close to where we live. We always have issues with the speed in which we are greeted and served. One customer in the whole store requires every single employees attention apparently. Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through. Someone came on the speaker and asked us to hold for a moment. 15 mins later and still they had not come back to take our order. We pull around to the window where a short, brunette girl opened the window with an attitude. We both told her that we had been waiting for 15 mins at the speaker. She said “do you have a mobile order?” We both answered rather annoyed that we do not have a mobile order, we are needing to order right now. She waved her hand towards the dining areas explaining that “yeah…well we’ve been busy”….with ONE WHOLE PERSON in the entire place. To add insult to injury, she was chewing food in between words. It’s clear that we interrupted her dinner and she had better things to do on the clock than her job. They’ve lost the business of 2 regular patrons for good.

I dont like to leave negative reviews, but this subway is just worse and worse every time I come here. The employees are very rude. They never have my order ready. Today, the drive thru speaker was out, and there was a sign to pull up to the window. There were several people inside and no one came to the window for over 15 minutes. Several of the girls made eye contact with me multiple times. I eventually had to pull away and go inside to get my order. I am honestly done coming here.

Rude older white lady who had her name tag hidden so you can’t even see her name she never greeted us of anything the line didn’t not look clean or sanitary I had to repeat myself a million times and she just kept mumbling like speak up….. and she didn’t even know what she was doing kept having to look at signs and stuff to figure it out and I go to pay after her taking 20 mins to make 3 5in subs and I said there nothing on the screen no total of anything telling me to swipe and she says with an attitude “it’s waiting on you” no lady it was waiting on you to hit the button she finally does and I pay and she literally just walks away not a thank you have a nice day nothing and leaves my food all the way across the counter I had to reach over and grab it like have so manners you miserable lady or go home. And she lucky I kept my cool iv been a GM of a restaurant and to act like that I would have fired her on the spot. Completely unacceptable

Horrible experience.There was an older lady that took my order I ordered a protein wrap. I asked her can I have it warmed up she said “I’ll try “ and gave me an attitude because I asked for it warmed up . After she warmed it up, she proceeded to tell me that I have to get it the way it comes I can’t get it custom to my liking or to where I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction. She told me I know I’m sorry and also informed her my last encounter there it was able to be done. She just looked at me dumbfounded. I just told her never mind and thank you. Maybe she was having a bad day or what but maybe she needs to be retrained on how to properly communicate and Or maybe she didn’t want my business and that is completely fine because I will not be coming back.
