Bomb! Seems like Loomis operates by a higher standard then most Taco Bells. Love me cheesy gorditas cruches sub beans for beef and cheese fries! Ya!!

I like this Taco Bell because it is close, in Penn Valley off Hwy 20 and there is good hot food ready quick if I'm on the road.

This is a really nice taco bell both inside and out. The food is always good and so is the service. I also love that I can walk here =) my fav menu item is the beefy five layer burrito but the cheesy gordita crunch, pints and cheese, and cheesy Fiesta potato are also really good. I really miss the 7 layer crunchwrap and the cherry limeade sparkler )=

He goes above and beyond to make people's experience here a great one. He remembers names, people's typical orders etc. He alone brings the place up by a few stars. Always decent food, and great Baja Blast freezes!

i’m not sure how this location has so many bad reviews, my food was correct, fast, warm and an absolute massive shout out to Sabrina for assisting me when i went in for lunch. will definitely be back!!

This Taco Bell franchise serves. Consistently. In fact, even though it like 5 miles from home, and DoorDash takes a while to deliver, the hard shell items and nacho plates are always crispy/crunchy enough. Whoever was working tonight, Thursday March 22nd, really delivered. Aced all the customizations, forgot no items at all! And it was all so tasty, each item gets 5/5 stars, the order 5/5 stars, the location 5/5 stars, and the team 5/5 stars. Highly recommend going to this location for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, any day of the week. On your way to or from Tahoe, or even if you’re a local even slightly considering Taco Bell as an option. Do it!

This TB has had more positive staff members than negative over the years, imo. But the past couple visits have been outstanding. Huge orders with "No Tomatoes" requests have been PERFECT! Also, the completion time on my orders have been nothing but outstanding! Monstrous orders that are served correctly with no issues. Great staff and phenomenal food. Bring back that Nacho Cheese Chalupa, pls.

I don't remember my cashiers name but he went the extra mile to call me by name as I was leaving and wished me a good rest of my night. Keep up the great Customer service. The point of sale ordering device is extremely beneficial to get your order fulfilled accurately. The swiping feature to show only vegetarian options is very convenient. Especially loved the layered burrito and taco supreme.

Sort of a wait during night hours, (about 4 staff there). But to be expected, when they have a drive-through, doordash, and dining lobby open all for orders.

Generally clean, Decent food. Floor is usually sticky from too much soap in the wash bucket.

The tostada shell was fresh and the fritos in the burrito was crunchy not soggy. Loved the happy hour pineapple drink. Looking forward to more specials during Happy Hour

Cinnabon delights were squirty (although the chef did an excellent job (compliments!) and my dad and I both liked them) and a machine was beeping loudly.

Would have given 5 stars in service, but they occasionally forget small things like nachos in our order or forget to take or add ingredients to specific items. Could happen anywhere though.

Good Taco Bell went through the drive-through employee was friendly courteous, and got her order right the first time everything was fresh, hot and delivered fast. Only thing they forgot was my Diablo sauce. No worries though.

Excellent service and employees. No problems there. Just in this day of Covid-19 it is weird to walk into a fast food place and be directed to a screen kiosk and NOT talk to a human to order your meal Plus the kiosk is very near the entrance so you cannot have more than two people indoor if you are trying to maintain a 6 for distance. PLUS e second kiosk is disabled so you have to used the one kiosk by the door.

Food was served in less than 5 minutes after order, 6 tacos and nacho fries, yummy and filling.

This place never has nacho fries they're always out of items that I always ask for such as send the dots as franchise should be like the rest of the Taco bells and have an open menu with the nacho fries like the rest of them

The customer service was great. It seems like every time I go in there which is quite often the portions are getting smaller and smaller

Im just addicted to taco bell. There is a really cool thing I just discovered about ordering online. There are a plethera of options to customize your food online that I was never aware of before. Try it and go pick it up and see how different the experience is!!

So this specific location is pretty decent. The food is good. Its hot and its pretty fast, but there's one thing that ruins it all. Screwing up the order!!! Every damn time!!! Somethings wrong everytime! Taco Bell, please hire one person to check all the orders before you give it away. Problem solved!

My person asked why I wasn't called, and we were told "it's a process change" now if you make an app order, we have to ask if it's ready. When I asked why the app states my order is still being made, I was told the app doesn't work very well. So basically, the store and the app will not tell me my order is ready unless I ask... The only reason I didn't give a 1 star review is because they got my order right.

Took 15 minutes at 12:30 in the afternoon to get 1 taco and 1 bean burrito. Never more than 2 people in line so they weren't overly busy. Food was not worth the wait.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in the sacramento area, but as of the last few years it's gone downhill. Last few times I went in, they got my order wrong, and the food came out cold and under cooked. Worst part was while we were ordering, there was only workers around, and one if not more of them decided to fart, and it was the most horrid smell I have ever smelt. Plus it was a bunch of teenagers working, who were constantly going outside and smoking, or were hanging out with their friends at the tables when people weren't ordering food. At one point the entire staff ran outside and went to someone's car. Who knows what they were doing in it, but there weren't employees in the building at that time. Nothing against young workers at all, but they should be somewhat professional, to make sure people come back to eat there. People might start going 2 exits down the freeway to the next towns taco bell, because they have bad experiences.

I love Taco Bell but yall did me dirty on this one. Chicken soft taco had one tiny tender in it. So disappointing. Everything else was good.

However, if you're you're looking for food that barely qualifies as edible, let alone, tastes good...Don't go here! If you need a Mexican food fix, hit Oaxaca in Rocklin on Taylor/Pacific.....The bonus here is they're just as friendly and Professional, but the food is very good.... It's like the difference between a McDonald's hamburger and a Ruth's Chris 40 oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. 😉

Lazy staff. I don't know how you can tell customers at 11:50 that you're out of food and you're not gonna make any more but you don't close until 12.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Asked what kind of boxes they had and the guy kept mumbling random things I didn’t ask. I ordered and he said,” yeah I ordered a box for you.” He wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying AT ALL. I got 2 random boxes filled with stuff i never asked for. But hey at least I got the right drinks. Never coming back, don’t waste your time here.

Spent 44 dollars for 2 people and I get home to find 10 dollars of the food missing. I hadn't been back to this TB for a year bc I was mad that I didn't get all my food last time. Had 10 item and was given 3 sauce! Never going back again and calling corporate tomorrow!

So I place a mobile order, there is a big shelf that says pick up your mobile order here. They dont put my order there, they leave it in the back and make me stand there for 15 minutes without helping me they look right at me acting like Im an inconveniance. Now my food is cold. I used to Come here fairly often if I didn't bring lunch to work. However the last 2 times I came here they completely messed up my order!! And the last Dr Pepper I got there Was horrible!s I don't know if it was out of syrup or they gave me some kind of strange T And soda mixture or what but that definitely wasn't Dr Pepper! I am never going back there again !!!

CAUTION. Dietary restriction are not accommodated. If you order no cheese they will give you cheese. They do not pay attention to restrictions. Custom orders are not observed. My family and I are too scared to return. I'll miss taco bell. But it is too dangerous.

I have no issues with the employees jer the staff Is great however of you order on the mobile app its very clear the prices here are substantially more the rocklin Tb 2 miles away. The same 26 dollar order for rocklin is 34 dollars. The craving box rocklin 4.99 loomis 7.99 for example.

We were eating and one of the employees came to our table and told us they were closing in 10 min. I was still eating...how rude! It would have been different if we were just sitting there talking. Was i just suppose to get up and leave. I have never been somewhere and the basically ask you to leave while you are still eating. Will never go here again.
