I’ve been to Bobo’s Hamburgers a few times now, and while the food is solid, I’ve consistently had an issue with one particular employee who takes orders. On my first visit, I paused briefly while ordering burgers, and he insisted I give all drink details first, claiming he couldn’t continue otherwise which, as someone who’s worked in food service, I know isn’t really required. Yesterday, though, he did take my burger order first, so it seems it was unnecessary before. Additionally, this same employee often has a bit of an attitude and isn’t consistent with requests. Several times I’ve asked for ranch, and while he doesn't charge me, it never makes it into the bag, even when I remind him. I hate getting home only to find it missing. I’d really like to see more consistency and a friendlier experience. The food is good, but customer service matters!

I absolutely love coming here. Their food is so good. They have a variety of stuff to choose from. The fries are so good.. crispy, soft, and well seasoned. They have a variety of milk shakes.. very berry, pineapple, strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate. The wait time was not long at all. U can either drive through or walk up to order. Staff is very friendly.

I've been coming here since I was in elementary school, and it's been a favorite ever since. Over the years, they've introduced new dishes, retired some old ones, and changed up a few recipes—but they've also stayed true to what makes their food so good. Everything is delicious, but the grilled chicken is something special. I don't know how they marinate it, but it's easily one of my all-time favorites—tender, flavorful, and unforgettable.
My grilled chicken salad was delicious and huge! Everything on the salad was crispy fresh, and the chicken was grilled and seasoned to perfection! The french fries and steak my mother ordered were also delicious and well seasoned. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and engaging. I would definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area.

Was feeling like a burrito never had a burrito from Bobos and let me tell you the are super pack with meat and flavor they don't hold back 5 out 5 try their burritos I believe they only carry asada and chicken but asada was delicious
Had the Tostada Salad with steak... OMG, was it good!! It has A TON of tomato, so if you are not a fan, order without. The Avocado salad and Chicken salad are also freaking delicious! Ah, who am I kidding... everything is good!!

BIG^SS asada taco - made 2 outta 1; this is besides the point tho. The meat taste is real good and easily beats other Mexican taco spots. Got a bacon cheeseburger here yesterday and taste expectations were superseded also. Brkfst burrito 🔥 🔥 🔥 as well. I recommend... Better than most burger spots.
Tried the jr chili cheese burger with bacon and egg, and it was amazing. Also tried the pattymelt and some zucchini fries. Everything was fresh and really good. no lie though I didn't care for the fries, which is why I chose a substitution which they available with the meal either zucchini fries or onion rings.

I will start by saying that the Pastrami Sandwich is very, very good. I drive all the way across town to get it. However, a few complaints: some of the staff could use better customer service skills. I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich there, a couple of weeks ago, and the young Latino who took my order, failed to inform me that it the menu price doesn't include cheese. If I didn't check my order, before I left, I would have been quite upset when I got home. I don't know of anyplace which sells Pastramis, that doesn't automatically include cheese! Lastly, I don't like the fact that the cashier handles cash money, then touches the containers of food and hands you your order. I understand that the food is in containers. But, that's still unsanitary. I worked at Wendy's, Domino's, and (in Las Vegas) as a cashier at the Venetian and Capriotti's. That was NOT allowed. One had to scrub up to the elbows or put on gloves to touch ANYTHING after handling money! But, the young Latina is nice and they do give decent portions for the price. So, I'll continue to go.

Bad customer service i litrally just bought a bacon classic and the fries they gave me were already cold and damn near burnt. The drive through girl at night always has an attitude and is never polite
We have been having problems with them for the last 3 times that we've ordered due to rude employees, but today took the cake. Not only did they not give us our whole order, but they also put tomatoes in my southern-western sandwich after I specifically asked for no tomatoes due to allergy. The manager lady took the sides of her cooks when my brother told her we were missing one of our fries, instead of reviewing the camera. I will never support them ever again.
