Opinions de Delilah LA Los Angeles
Glitz, Glamour, and a Heavy Tab I visited Delilah Miami with work colleagues and it is definitely an experience. If you’re looking for a quiet dinner to discuss business , this isn’t it , but if you want a scene, this is the place. The 1920s Art Deco decor is stunning. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped back into a Gatsby-style speakeasy. It’s opulent and very stylish. They actually have a strict no-photo policy to keep the vibe "exclusive," but I didn't really know that until I had already snapped a few! The food was genuinely good and better than your typical high-end lounge. Whether it’s their famous chicken tenders or the more upscale entrees, the quality and presentation were on point. Just be prepared for the noise level; it is incredibly loud, making conversation a bit of a challenge once the live entertainment gets going. Be sure to check your receipt because the "Miami Tax" is real here. They have a very specific fee structure that adds up quickly: a 20% standard service charge plus a 4% entertainment fee. While the show is great, seeing an automatic 24% added to the bill is something to keep in mind. Bottom line: Go for the incredible decor and the high-energy vibe, but bring a healthy credit limit!
We had a wonderful experience at Delilah Miami, thanks to the exceptional service from Alexa and Kim. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and professional, making our evening feel seamless and special. Their great energy, thoughtful recommendations, and perfect balance of attentiveness made the night even more enjoyable for our table. Alexa and Kim truly elevated the experience, and we really appreciated the care they showed throughout the evening.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first time visiting Delilah Miami, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible. Our waiter Joel was amazing—super attentive and gave us great recommendations throughout the night. From the cocktails to the entrée, everything he suggested was spot on and absolutely delicious. The live music was such a great bonus and really elevated the whole atmosphere. It made the evening feel even more special. Also want to give a big shoutout to Joseph, the manager, who made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had a great experience. Amazing food, great service, and a fantastic vibe. Highly recommend Delilah Miami!
The restaurant was clearly having a busy night but Joel handled everything with such professionalism and care. Even with the fast pace of the room, he made sure our table felt like a priority. He stayed attentive, kept a positive attitude, and made sure every detail of our experience was taken care of. It’s impressive to see someone maintain such thoughtful service even during a hectic evening.
This was our first time visiting and Joel made such a great impression. He welcomed us warmly and took the time to walk us through the menu and highlight some of the most popular dishes and drinks. His recommendations were spot on and he made the whole experience feel enjoyable. He was attentive to every detail and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Chicken tenders are worth the hype!!!
We came here to celebrate a birthday and Joel made the night feel so special. From the moment we sat down he was warm, attentive, and really helped make the celebration feel memorable. He made great suggestions from the menu, checked in on us at the perfect times, and made sure everything at our table was exactly right. What stood out most was how thoughtful he was with the little details that made the birthday feel acknowledged without being over the top. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience.
We came for a girls night out and had the best time thanks to Joel. He was friendly, attentive, and had such great energy that it made the night even more fun. He helped us pick some great drinks, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made sure our table had everything we needed throughout the evening. Service like that really adds to the experience when you’re out enjoying time with friends.
My husband and I had been dying to try this place out and I have to say I’m so glad we did! Joel made our date night such a great experience. He had the perfect balance of being attentive while still giving us space to enjoy our time together. His recommendations were excellent and he was very knowledgeable about the menu, which helped us pick dishes we ended up loving. He checked in at just the right moments and made sure every part of the meal flowed smoothly. It’s clear he takes pride in making sure guests feel taken care of. Would definitely come back!
We came in with a group for a bachelorette dinner and Joel handled our table perfectly. Large groups can sometimes feel chaotic but he kept everything organized and fun while making sure everyone was taken care of. He was patient with our questions, helped with drink suggestions, and kept the energy positive the entire night. Even with a big group he managed to give everyone great service and attention.
Golden hour, which is from 5pm to 7pm, has appetizers and drinks with decent prices. Croquetas were delicious and harmonized perfectly with the Malbec wine. Server (Ernel) was cordial and efficient; he made the experience there more pleasant. Atmosphere outside is dark but cosy. Excellent for couples or small groups. There was live music inside that they charged a 4%fee. The 20% service charge is already included.
We went to Delilah for a happy hour on Friday. Not our first time and we often go in LA and Vegas when we visit. This time the Miami location. Beautiful spot with a beautiful view and vibrant interiors and vibe. Super busy on Friday happy hour so book ahead. It's worth it. I had a 5pm rese and I showed up 6:30 😭 We took forever to leave the house and getting the kids ready as well as myself and my mom. The manager not only was very welcoming, he walked us in himself, and he offered to carry my baby in her car seat up The stairs since the elevator was not working. Hubby was walking In after us. We apologized that we might need to change restaurants since my mom can't use that many stairs. He offered to meet us from the back side of the building and took us in thru his kitchen. We appreciate the mangers on his time he decided to spare to accommodate us, it's rare you find someone welcoming like this while being almost full in reservations outside over just a happy hour knowing we can't be spending that much anyways for that time and having 2 little kids.he sent us multiple plates complimentary for the unconvince since their elevator is broken and came and checked in ur twice. We were very pleased by the hospitality and had great time. And as usual Delilah's food always good. You if see this review, thank you.
We went for a quick snack on Monday and were met with incredibly good service and atmosphere. The environment is very calm and peaceful. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable.Food was incredible (potato app must try) Also they have great cocktails. Definitely a place to visit in Miami.
I went on Throwback Thursday and had such a fun time. It’s the perfect spot for a girls’ night out or a romantic date night. Delilah truly transports you straight into 1920s opulence! The vibes are unmatched! From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a glamorous vintage dream. The live performers were incredible and really brought the whole atmosphere to life. The food was good, but the drinks were even better! The aesthetics are just chef’s kiss… every corner is picture perfect. Can’t wait to go back!
Went on a Tuesday night for dinner. Skirt steak 🥩 is mind-blowing! Got it medium rare. We'll cooked on the outside, perfectly tender on the inside. Had the macaroni side which was amazing! Started with oysters which were on the small side but still tasty. Octopus 🐙 is also a great starter. Finished with the slutty brownie for dessert which was great. The atmosphere is intimate, a little bit on the darker side. Sat on the outside with a great view. Staff was also amazing. Attentive and provided great recommendations. Will definitely come back for the live music.
I didn’t expected Delilah as it is. I need to come back soon! Absolutely unforgettable experience at Delilah's on Brickell Key! The music was on point, the Dj, the dancers, setting the tone for a fantastic evening. HUGE thank you to the incredible hostess, Margarita who helped me with my reservation over the phone, and my attentive waitress, Daniela - their service was top-notch! And the food? WOW! The beef is big, good flavor. I’d request for the next time to have the whole filet without being cut. The branzino fish were cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Can't wait to come back and do it all again! Octopus were amazing. AMAZING, classic, elegant and very chic. It’s like old school Frank Sinatra type of deco. You can valet. They will tell you that’s $50, but you need to ask for the option of $25 because the baker people TAKE A LOT OF ADVANTAGE over the customers! I NEED TO ADD THIS TO MY REVIEW... I went back for second time on a different day of the week (Thursday). The chef might be different because the food's flavor was completely different. It wasn't good at all, it was very greasy, salty and poor quality.
This is by far my favorite place in Miami. Every time I come, the staff treats me with the upmost respect and the food is delicious. The view is unbeatable and the drinks are unlike anywhere else. Shane and Dawson check in to make sure everything is going smoothly and I never have any complaints. Definitely recommend checking this restaurant out if you’re in town or a local! You won’t regret it
Delilah Miami is absolutely beautiful, featuring incredible 1920s-style decor and live music that creates a fantastic vibe. However, the price point varies significantly depending on when you go. While the ambiance is top-tier, be prepared for an entertainment fee added to your final check. If you’re looking for the best value, Happy Hour until 7pm is the way to go. The cocktails are half off, and the food bites are much more reasonable at around $15. The chicken tenders and patatas bravas from the happy hour menu were both recommended. Outside of happy hour, the costs add up quickly. Entrées are pricey, and cocktails jump to around $22 each. It’s a great spot for a glamorous night out or a special occasion, but if you want the full experience without the steep bill, definitely aim for the earlier window.
We love this place and have brought all our friends and family here multiple times! Now you may be wondering why give it 4 stars if we love it so much , well the proportions for the meat never match the menu, I included a photo of the “10 oz skirt steak” I meal prep and weigh food daily and this was definitely only about 6 oz, we’ve came numerous times and this has always been the case. Also a lot of the appetizers though they say they can be shared are really only good for two people. The “Sundae for 2” however ?? It’s big enough for 4 people I included a photo. Other than that the drinks are A++++ , Across the Atlantic drink is so good , the Carrot Soufflé is a must order , and the chicken tenders are a great appetizer to share. We love the live music here too , overall highly recommend!
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. Let's start with the good stuff. Service: fantastic. Couldn't ask for more attentive staff. Food: Very good, but over priced. The wagu was prepared acceptably. But not worth the cost, in my opinion. Ambiance: Nice, old school dark. But... Our table, we had a reservation, was in a high traffic area. The tables never filled up, so there was no excuse. The seat cushions were embarrassingly stained. Management should be ashamed. A 20% service charge, and a 4% "entertainment fee" were added to the check without our consent. And they had the nerve to ask for more tip! So, it's a money grab. Once and done.
Delilah Miami is certainly glamorous — it even won the 2024 Restaurant & Bar Design Award. But honestly, the design feels more like a fancy banquet hall than a restaurant. Service was fine — polite and attentive enough. The food, however, was quite average. The octopus dish in particular was strange: warm octopus served with cold boiled potatoes — not the best pairing. The Happy Hour prices are great, though, and that’s probably the highlight.
Used to be a fun spot for dinner, however, Delilah has simply lost their charm. Rating goes off 4 categories: food, service, atmosphere, value. Food- the Mac and cheese ($24) was good we enjoyed the crust on the top. Caesar salad ($24) was ok but pretty basic with not a lot of dressing or Parmesan. The 8oz filet ($85) was mid tier at best. I’ve had better steak at steak 954 or any other basic chain steakhouse. Highly disappointed. Asked for Med rare and it came out basically well done. Half lobster ($42) was good but no side butter served was sad. They got rid of a lot of amazing dishes unfortunately. Service- absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ve lived in Miami for decades so I know how service is not the best around here, but this was downright horrible. Our initial server couldn’t care less about us. She ended up going to host a private party and passed us to another server. The only way we knew that was going on because we overheard her say it to the table NEXT to us. Never said a word to my take. Couldn’t tell you her name as she never even said it. Most disrespectful encounter I’ve had EVER in a restaurant. Honestly should’ve walked out right there. Our new server was okay. I walked up to him planning to surprise my wife with a birthday dessert, yet he put spoons on the table and waiting minutes- ruining the surprise. Only attentive when he wanted us out, otherwise you had to flag him down. Atmosphere- probably the only good thing about this place is the music and dancers. Very entertaining and definitely helped make this experience a little fun. If you’re lucky enough to get a table in front of the stage, go play the lottery. Been here 9-10 times and always sat in the corner with the pillar blocking all the action. Overall music was good. Value- definitely not worth it. Like most restaurants in Miami, you’re paying for the ambiance. Delilah is no different. Throughout the years prices have shot up drastically around Miami and especially here. If I’m paying $85 a filet it should be cooked exactly how I order, maybe that’s just me…
Delilah Miami in a small part of the best, but mainly the worst of the city. The ambiance is incredible but the operational side of the business feels like a trap that won't last. The valet "service" here is predatory. Regular valet is $60, yet the attendant simply drove my car to a garage 100 feet away and handed me the keys so I could walk across the street and retrieve it myself after dinner. Paying a premium for the privilege of self-parking is an "all show, no substance" approach that sets a terrible tone. "We'll do it because we can" type of feeling to start the evening. Let's move on to the reservation. I had a table booked multiple weeks in advance. That doesn't mean a thing here. We arrived on time and had to sit at the bar while they prepped the table which took almost 30 minutes. Another one of those moments that makes you wonder if they are consistently that unorganized or just trying to squeeze more money out of you while you wait. After almost 30 minutes I got up to check on what was happening and magically the table was ready 1 minute after I asked. The ambiance is elite. We had great seats inside with a clear view of the stage. The woman singing was great, the band was great, the dancers were great. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Credit where it's due. You come to a restaurant for the food and it was date night so we wanted to get the full experience. The food was good for the most part. Chicken tenders, crab cake, steak, and macaroni were all enjoyable. The asparagus and brownie weren't. The asparagus was terrible and the brownie was dry like it might have been 2+ days old. The pricing for food is egregious. Even the items we liked were in no way close to being reasonably priced for the quality. You could have probably guessed that off of the $60 self retrieval valet or the fact that the menu offers a $7000 drink that comes with a tennis bracelet. Service during the meal was good. Transactional but prompt and courteous. It took a very unprofessional turn at the end. After I placed my card in the check presenter, a random staff member that had not helped us all night took it. I got the check presenter back without my card. By the time I realized, the guy who had taken it was also gone. Our waitress had been missing for 15 minutes at this point and I had to get up and explain the issue to another employee. She said she would figure it out and returned with our waitress and the card in hand a few minutes later, but the damage was done. I have zero inclination to return. Delilah is a beautiful establishment, but until they prioritize operational integrity over predatory pricing, I recommend taking an Uber for a drink during golden hour and heading elsewhere for a meal that actually respects your time and wallet.
For the vibe Delilah is trying to achieve, they totally miss the mark. Yes, it’s a beautiful restaurant with an upscale feel and fun music, but the execution? Yikes. We had a 10:30 reservation and still didn’t get seated until 11. By the time my three-course meal wrapped, it was midnight. The music was so loud we were practically screaming across the table even our server apologized before taking our order because she knew we couldn’t hear her. The kitchen was all over the place, they brought out my friend’s birthday dessert before the main course. And don’t get me started on the “entertainment fee” for live music we never got. Pretty place, sure. But between the chaos, noise, and delays, it was giving nightclub confusion more than upscale dining.
Delilah is a beautifully designed restaurant, but unfortunately it’s poorly managed and disorganized. We had a reservation at 8:30pm ,which was made well in advance. Upon arrival we were asked to wait at the bar where we stood for two hours, having to basically beg to get seated, until finally being seated at 10:50pm. When ordering they were out of half the items on the menu (probably because it was already past 11:00pm) and the food took forever to get to the table. What was supposed to be a nice dinner and home at a decent time turned into getting the cheque at 1:20am. We were not the only ones to experience more than an hour wait for a reserved table. The whole bar was packed with people waiting to be seated, as if it was a lottery. The one positive thing I can say is they comped some appetizers and a desert. This was a considerable action by them, for which I appreciated. In my opinion, for a restaurant with so much buzz, providing good service and a positive experience to the patrons who support you should be of utmost importance. The whole thing just felt like a tourist trap. Gorgeous restaurant, but the experience was just horrendous, will not be returning.
New Year’s Eve at Delilah Miami. When Expectation and Reality Don’t Meet New Year’s Eve is a moment we choose carefully. It’s not just dinner it’s an experience, a memory we carry into the year ahead. That is why I selected Delilah Miami, a venue positioned as refined, glamorous, and elevated. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the promise. Despite holding an 11:00 PM reservation and checking in early, the restaurant was clearly overbooked and overcrowded. Movement within the space was extremely difficult, including access to the bar, where waits exceeded what one would reasonably expect from a high-end establishment especially on a night that commands a $100 per person reservation fee that does not apply toward dining. The atmosphere leaned overwhelmingly loud. While energy and music are expected on New Year’s Eve, the volume reached a point where conversation was impossible, not only with my guest, but even with the wait staff. A celebratory mood should never come at the cost of basic comfort. We were not seated until after midnight, which defeated the very purpose of a New Year’s Eve dinner reservation. Once seated, service was delayed further, and throughout the evening it was evident that the staff was doing their best under difficult circumstances. In fact, our waiter openly acknowledged the situation—an honesty I appreciated, but one that underscored deeper operational issues. An additional entertainment fee appeared on the bill an unexpected charge for a DJ on top of an already premium experience. Transparency matters, especially when expectations are set high. To be fair, the food itself was good, and that deserves recognition. A kind offer of complimentary dessert was made, though after another extended wait, we ultimately chose not to stay longer. What stayed with me most was the feeling that the night was not curated it was managed reactively. A New Year’s Eve experience at this level should feel seamless, celebratory, and thoughtful, not rushed or overwhelming. I believe Delilah Miami has the potential to deliver a beautiful experience on regular evenings. However, on this occasion, the execution did a disservice not only to guests, but also to a hardworking service team placed in an impossible situation. New Year’s Eve should leave you inspired for what’s ahead. This one, regrettably, did not.
Beautifully designed space, but that’s where the positives end. The cocktails were poorly made, and the food was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, a server spilled two full glasses of beer all over me and the already disappointing dishes — rushing by as if in a race. To be fair, the staff did their best to clean up and offered napkins, but the damage was done. I asked them to waive the $72 bill and left immediately. All in all, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in three years living in Miami. Gorgeous setting, terrible execution. Not recommended.
What a bad experience at my friend's birthday. This restaurant is super expensive for the quality of food, a rib eye $97, which was burned on the outside. Really loud music and trashy people come here. They kicked out a couple of people for bad behavior, and others were fighting behind us like they were in a boxing ring. Pushed us and even slapped my friend when they were trying to punch each other. Staff didn't apologize to us or at least offer a discount. Leaving the place, we asked some people to take a picture for us, and they said no, not one but twice. You can tell what type of people come here that they not nice enough to take a picture for someone. Service wasn't that bad, and the place is nice, just too dark for a restaurant. Watch the video to hear the loud music.
