Opinions de Noe Los Angeles
I actually didn't mind this diner, the food is remarkable, and the brooms were not bad. It was a little chilly inside, so yeah, it was not the most enjoyable. The service is awesome as well. I will definitely think about going back again if I have the chance. Me as well as my close friend bought the salad as well as we were not let down. My one pointer is to keep the chilly outside. Thank you!
Although I went straight to the bar, the hostess was friendly and courteous each time. Bartender James was friendly and on top of it with every patron. Charcuterie board was huge and very good
The best chef and best dishes at a hit! You can’t go wrong with the wine pairing, menu, and ambiance. The place is clean, fresh food, and lots of preparation before opening up. A nice vibe with pillars of excellence.
Noe has amazing views, amazing food, amazing staff. We had the rib eye and it was cooked perfectly! The staff was on it the whole night. Service was top notch. Very inexpensive for what you're getting. I would definitely go back again and again.
This was our first time visit to Noe Restaurant located in the Omni Hotel and Resort, and it DID NOT disappoint!! Service was amazing, friendly and polite we couldn’t have asked for a more wonder dining experience. The food quality and taste was top notch along with the beautiful bar and restaurant area! The patio outside has remarkable views of the DTLA skyscrapers and its gorgeous. This restaurant is just WOW all around, u MUST try it! 🏆
Ordered deserts and wine for our room. Tiramisu and it was delicious. Would recommend
Because my guest were able to have breakfast and dinner, I know they all were well pleased! Thank you to the entire staff for a job well done.
What a beautiful experience all thanks to our server Evencio! I don’t believe we would have had the ambience we received if it wasn’t for him. He went out of his way to turn on not only a fire pit, but also moved around heaters to ensure we had 2 working ones to keep us each individually warm. Amazing experience!!! I definitely recommend you come and visit and make sure you request the legend himself, Evencio.
My husband and I had such a pleasant visit to Noe Restaurant. We received exceptional service from Lucero and Brandon (manager), not to mention the exquisite dishes from the chef. Staff were extremely friendly and we'll definitely visit soon. We'll be recommending Noe to many others. Thanks for making our anniversary so special! 🥰
Was our favorite part of the hotel, Received excellent service from the following people. : James N “bartender” Andrea, Eva P, Amy T, “Restaurant service” Dieyan “room service” . The food and drinks were excellent and properly done. The atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing, perfect for dates and getaways.
The hotel stay was exceptional! To awake the next morning to a beautiful brunch was convenient and a refreshing change! The staff at the Noe was welcoming and provided excellent service! I had the veggie, egg-white omelette, my seed, the popcorn chicken and waffles. The fruit was fresh and the tea was like aroma therapy to my senses. The weather was delightfully mild and sunny which attributed to the relaxing outdoor atmosphere. Thank you for this experience!
Had two drinks from the Blitzen menu that were excellent. The decorations were fun too!
For dinner, I let the staff decide what they recommend. They recommended pasta with my choice of meat. Pasta is al dente, ingredients were fresh. I’ve been to Italy and it’s very rare to find quality Italian food here in the US. So I must say that the chef really knows his stuff. It is Olive oil based so don’t expect a creamy sauce. It has tomatoes, olives, capers, and grated cheese on top. I got the steak as my meat of choice and it was tender and packed with flavors. They paired the entree with white wine… perfect combo for the pasta, definitely. For breakfast, I got eggs benedict. Potato wedges tasted ordinary but the eggs benedict exceeded my expectation- eggs are perfectly poach and the hollandaise sauce was divine! Highly recommended!!!
Valet parking for $12. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side ($15 to $20+) but made very well. The calamari was lightly breaded and had an interesting Asian seasoning on it. I got the pork bolognese with parmesan midnight moon cheese(had to google it). The sauce was flavorful and the pasta was al dente. For a date night or friend meetup it has a great atmosphere.
Located at the Omni L.A. Hotel at California Plaza, this restaurant is clean, spacious and has a dim light atmosphere. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Great service, attentive/accommodating staff, tasty food and drinks. Highly recommended.
This a very good place to dine, especially for date night and celebrations. I bought the Groupon which allowed for an appetizer, two entrees, two drinks and a dessert. The menu doesn't have everything that they offer in regards to dessert and cocktails. It was a very simple process to redeem the Groupon. The waiter was a little awkward and not as attentative as you want. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife had the lamb chops and I had the ribeye. Both dishes were very delicious, flavorful and simple. It wasn't overly greasy, seasoned or microwaved. The food was fresh, cooked perfectly and the right portion. The goat cheesecake was very tasty and fresh. Lastly, the spice old fashioned was extremely delicious and well balanced. This restaurant has great valet parking at only $13 for 4 hours. This is a must place for a Saturday night but reservation is a must as it will get crowded and busy.
This place was very interesting, live piano player playing good music. Loud but not too loud. Great ambiance, good food , prices are 5 star reflected prices. Service was impeccable,

We recently stayed at the Omni and due to protests we ended up eating all of our meals at Noe. The food was amazing. Every meal was delicious and satisfying. We were cared for by Jonathan every evening. I mean cared for. He was so attentive. The entire staff at Noe is superb. Thank you for making our trip memorable.
The best restaurant you can come across. They also have great drinks. You will fall in love I promise.

The food is quite yummy. The atmosphere is great. Can be romantic with a date or fun with friends. I'm not sure why some reviewers complain about lack of choices. There's something for everyone. And it's local food whenever possible. How many choices do you need!
UPDATED REVIEW12/27/2025…Went to Dinner with my sister and was looking forward to listening to the previous piano player (gentleman) but was surprised he wasn’t there and they moved the piano to the far wall next to the hostess stand. Poor girl that was playing was playing to a wall in front of her. She sounded great but we could barely hear her inside the restaurant. Now as far as this NEW menu is concerned, I think you need to bring your old menu back like the Brussel Sprouts and the Fried Rice. I loved the aged NY and the Chicken was alright but the selections weren’t that appealing. I love this restaurant but that night it seemed pretentious when I approached the host stand, the hostess asked if we had a reservation and seemed upset that we didn’t.I mean seriously you had like 5 tables in there that was eating dinner! She barely looked at us when seating. No personality. On the other hand, our Wait staff and server assistants were excellent. The carrots and sweet potato accompaniment to the chicken was excellent. One more suggestion, DON’T push a second bottle of PANNA water if we ask for regular water. I know you want your check average to increase but that $10 could have went to your tip. Thank you Noe’s. I would have given you 5 stars but the food and the hostess brought your score down. Old Review: Took my friend there for his Birthday and they went over the top with celebrating his birthday. They brought a personalized dessert with the piano man singing him a birthday song. Thank you for the excellent service and for personalizing our evening. Thank you Noe Restaurant and staff from the Hostess to the server and for expediter, it was 5 star service! We will be back!
Nice place, peaceful, piano playing, indoor and outdoor seating. Not a place with a view of the city if thats what you're looking for but service was excellent and pricing is fair. Small portions as its Tapas style. Recommend to check out.
We came here for DineLA. Good food, good drinks, nice view. This place is pretty good overall, but I don't like it well enough to pay full price.
It was great but the fillet mignon was a bit well done even thought I ordered medium rare. Otherwise they have good food and great atmosphere

The food isn’t the best but the presentation is nice and so is the setting. The food is way too bland. The vegan crab cakes were okay and the drinks were really good. But the pasta and steak were flavorless.
Beautiful building, lit with deep blue lighting. The food was cooked to perfection, great wine menu. Now the hostess was extremely rude, would not let us sit until our whole party arrived. The reason that's not a bright mood is because you lose out on a bump of sales. Now with that being said loved the waiters and the menu. The desert was beautifully done.
I’m providing a blended score of 3 based on food and service The food brought the score up to a 3 as the service would have probably stalled this review at about a 1 Let’s start with the bad so we can end on a positive note Our waitress was one of the most passive aggressive servers I’ve ever encountered and mind you I do food reviews on a regular basis. One member of our party ordered French toast which came with roasted potatoes. She also asked for a side of hash browns. Server responds your food already comes with potatoes My friend responds she’s aware but would like hash browns as well. Server responds You’re going to eat all of that food because that’s a lot of food for one person to eat Entire table just stared at her I then ask if they have coffee and if they’re able to make a caramel latte Server answers No I ask no to which part She responds again no At this point it’s too early and I’m too tired and haven’t had caffeine so I wave over another server and he and I discuss my latte options One of the girls stated she forgot something in our room and the new server states he can call someone to bring our items down. Old server seems confused and our new server explains we’re in one of the top suites (added perk for me traveling so much and doing reviews) and it’s one of the nicest suites there Now our old server is Miss Hospitality as she feels we now have money Needless to say a caramel latte can all of a sudden be hand crafted and one appears As the chefs have nothing to do with service I will say I had 0 complaints about the food. The food came out relatively quickly and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken and waffles was a fan favorite for the table. The chicken looks like chicken nuggets and we’re bursting with flavor. Dipped into whatever creamy sauce they created and it was pure bliss. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which arrived on super soft brioche bread and the bacon was deliciously crispy. I also got Tater tots and found myself doing a happy dance which sipping my latte. 0 complaints on food Service needs some work Perhaps don’t judge what people are ordering Offer options if something is not available And treat everyone the same regardless of perceived wealth or not That human standard goes a long way when it comes to service
Nice looking restaurant and bar. They offer brunch on the weekends according to a sign. The hostess is very nice. The only draw back the service was slow even though the places was practically empty. We order our drinks and asked for the bill because we were short on time. We then had to ask for the bill again and the server left before I could hand out my card to pay. We then had to wait again for the server to finally pay.
This bar and restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Omni Hotel and Resort. It has a lot of seating and open space outside of the restaurant and it seems to be good only for the summer time, since the heaters are not turned on. I was there for the Christmas Eve party, but the piano was not utilized and it only has one TV, no music, so you may feel bored very quickly. Maybe you will start to drink more, or order more food if you don't have much else to do.

This is a beautiful restaurant. And the food was enjoyable. However, the service was horrible. We were there celebrating a special occasion. And were looking forward to a nice evening. We were not done with our appetizers. When the server came by and actually asked us to "please hurry and finish your appetizers - your main dishes are ready". Less than 5 minutes later they actually came by cleared the table and brought our entrees. We felt very rushed. We also had to wait for our wine that we ordered. We actually had to flag someone down to check on our wine order. We were then told that the wine we ordered was not available. And we had to select something else. Overall not impressed with the service. Did I mention that after our orders were taken (including the wine) we did not see our waiter again until it was time to take our dessert order. We decided to pass on dessert and settled our bill. We stood up to leave and the servers were there clearing plates and the tablecloth. Very disappointed.
We went early to enjoy cocktails before our dinner reservations and the waitress (Michelle) had zero personality and only time she checked on us was when she wanted us to cash out because she was going on break. When we sat for dinner the food was okay and the service was unattentive. I wouldn't go back there!
Where do I start? Groupon (the vendor) cancelled an Argentine dinner/show event that I was looking forward to seeing. Regressing. Point is, I hated this place and I would never recommend it. Now I'm jumping ahead. I came here on a dinner date with my wife hoping to be another amazing night. I'm always surprising my wife and I always keep it interesting, new, unexpected and never disappointing...again going down the wrong path. Just know, it's always amazing and she's always impressed. To me, the key to my success is the element of surprise and always a sense of adventure. Back to the review. Came here because it was the best option in such a short notice. Do I regret that decision. First we couldn't find it. It is somewhere in the middle of DTLA (Barely learned that). Been to Downtown Los Angeles lately? Worse is that Google maps and Waze let us down because it kept us going around in circles. Wife using her freaking iPhone (... don't get me started) found how to get us here. I knew in advance there would be difficulties parking as it was expensive per reviews I read. I don't know how much it is but I'd recommend finding out or just paying to avoid the hassle. Found out they'll stamp your ticket. Wish I would have known as I ended parking next door and was that a mission. Sure...it is only a few hundred feet way...a quick 10 minutes walk but the poblem was finding how/where to actually park. It was the most confusing parking structure so be warned. As far as the restaurant, it is inside the hotel on the 7th floor (I believe). My first impression was positive until I took a closer look. The restaurant is like those you find at resorts and I don't mean in a good way. Before telling you why, let me tell you about the restaurant itself. We were promptly seated and were seated by a huge glass window facing the outdoors. The view we're pretty amazing. Unfortunately, the clientale and over all atmosphere were disappointing. The people were wearing shorts and t-shirts... extremely casual for my taste. The overall service was good. The waiter wasn't great but nothing to complain. The food and food options on the other hand was a totally different story. I'll confess. I am a picky eater whom doesn't go outside his comfort zone too often so there's that. I'll say this. Aside from the most expensive item in the menu; we could pick anything we wanted as far as the Groupon is concern. I hate to say it but greed got the best of us because we wanted steak so ended up going with the 2nd most expensive item on the menu. The steak was cooked perfectly and presented accordingly. Unfortunately, it had a cherry reduction sauce which looked amazing except we didn't like it. If you go this route, I'd suggest asking g for it on the side. The fish came with vegetables shavings so ended up having to order a side dish of mashed potatoes and that was the best part of our dinner. As far as alcohol/drinks. My wife ordered an a beer she's familiar with. I on the other hand picked a mixed drink and boy was it horrible which I ended up exchanging for this amazing Cabernet Sauvignon which our waiter suggested. For dessert, again we didn't see anything we'd like so instead we asked for chocolate ice cream (off menu). It wasn't great but hard to go wrong with ice cream. This restaurant has huge potential but for us, a total failure and I doubt we're alone as it was empty. Glad we got a deal ($87+tip+parking) otherwise my reviews would have been worse. I don't think it was it for us but it might be for you. My only tip is to make sure you know where is located. Know how to get there, where to park and what to expect. Aside for that, check the menu and know...emphasis on know what to eat before deciding to come so you're not disappointed. As you can tell, it wasn't an expected night so I was disappointed and worse, she was too....
Food was okay, I guess when it has to come up that many floors it loses freshness! The view was awesome but the service was a little snooty! When I came here with my mom and the restaurant was empty. We had a reservation and my mom walked right past the hostess to check out the view. I waited to check in but before I could a hostess chased after my mom and yelled excuse me ma'am it costs $65 a person to be up here. One word, wow!!! I get it you are an exclusive restaurant but that is no way to treat your customers.

After paying I received the receipt for someone else's card, with a different amount than our bill. I let the server know and he said he'd fix it. But when I looked at my bank statement, I had been charged an additional $45 over my half of the bill, for no reason, with no explanation. Ambience was lovely, service was extremely slow, food was average at best.
I had an early dinner there last night, while staying at the hotel. I ordered the lemongrass chicken. The food was not fresh and I got sick right after. It did not taste good either. It certainly is not worth the price. I suggest you go somewhere else. I would rather go out of my way outside the hotel and not eat there again.
I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out 95% uncooked. Like the outside was warm but the inside was purple and gooey. I tried to take a picture but they took it away too fast. Ate too much of it to think about. They made it again but then the bacon tasted burnt. The fries are okay but generic. Mac and cheese was heavy and generic also. The steak bites were good but I don’t know if any of this is worth the price.
Terrible all around! The parking is difficult. Even with the Groupon, it’s not worth it. Our server was a little rude and unresponsive. We were about to order and he just walks away. He didn’t take the time to make sure our food was prepared to our satisfaction. The food was definitely not worth the price. I had the ribeye and it had excessive fat and was tough to chew. And to top everything off, my wife told me there was puke in the restroom and it looked like it had been there awhile. NEVER again!!!
Used to come here to enjoy a glass or two while listening to pianist Ricky Bones live. Ricky was the highlight of the establishment and kept customers both entertained and impressed. Now that management fired him, the best part of coming to Noe is gone. With mediocre, overpriced food, this gives me little reason to ever come back to Noe considering the plentiful options mere steps away. I do not recommend coming here 👎
I came here with my partner on Thursday night (Feb 6, 2020). It wasn't that much busy so we got a table within 5 minutes. We ordered two glasses of Malbec and Ahi Tuna Tartare served with wonton to start. For main course i had Filet Mignon and my partner had ribeye steak. For dessert we had mocha chocolate pot de creme. We both loved the food but unfortunately we were not happy with the service. Our waiter was missing in action. Basically, he just took our order and dropped the check. We couldn’t even find him when we wanted to order a bottle of red wine. I’m not sure it’s worth it or not to give a second chance.

The hostess was sweet and did everything in her power but this was a messy, messy breakfast. The waiter was pissed about something, probably the fact that the restaurant was extremely understaffed on a busy Sunday morning. Nothing but attitude. He was more concerned about closing his breakfast shift at the hotel than he was about checking our table. We finally paid and left to try to enjoy the city
