I had great dinner here. I ordered little bacon cheese buger, lt.cheese buger, large fried potatoe and drink. Because I and my wife is not foodie :) and have small stomachea, we shared thing to order. The fries was very nice than my expect. I know they make fries with peanut oil. That make fries more delicious. If I want to eat delicious fries, I will go here.
My bacon double cheeseburger with all my favorite toppings was *awesome*. The fries are good, too - they just go cold pretty quickly. I'm still eating them, though. The sauces I ordered got left off, though - but that's okay, the burger tasted good anyway. Would definitely like to come back here sometime.
Five guys was good I've heard a lot about it and finally tried it. I mean it is pretty expensive for what it is. But its tasty and for once in a while why not !!!!! I mean you can get same quality but much cheaper at In & Out .
Has been and always will be one of my all time favorite burger joints and I love the fresh cut fries. Delicious!
Out of all the burger chains out there, I honestly think Five Guys is the best when it comes to pure taste. The burgers are super satisfying, with the beef flavor and fresh ingredients really coming through. But here's the thing—you've got to pick your own toppings, so it’s important to choose wisely. If you're new to Five Guys, you might go for the "All The Way" option, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It can make the burger too soggy, and you might lose that great beefy taste. Finding the right mix of toppings that works for you is the key to getting the most out of your Five Guys experience.
First time having Five Guys and it truely was a 5 star experience. The burger was mouth watering and was so worth it. Came with my family and the customer service was amazing as well, since it was our first time we asked them what we should get and questions about the food and they were so helpful and very warming to us. Even the fries are amazing. Wish they had five guys in New Zealand as well.
This is my favorite Five Guys location. I live on the other side of town, but I prefer to drive to this location; because of the warm friendly staff and great food!
Fantastic service! Today was another great visit. I always receive great service from the ladies and guys from Wilshire to West Hollywood location (closed). The food was prepared great, especially my little cheeseburger. I just love the choices available to customize your burger. Thanks and keep up the great work!

This Five Guys location on Wilshire absolutely hit the spot. I stopped in for a quick lunch and everything was exactly what you hope for—fast, fresh, and super satisfying. I ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, jalapeños, and their classic Cajun fries, and it came out hot, perfectly stacked, and bursting with flavor. The burger was juicy without being greasy, and the fries were seasoned just right with that signature kick. The staff were upbeat and efficient, keeping the line moving while still making you feel like a guest, not just a number. The space was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of seating, which made it easy to kick back for a few minutes before heading out. You know what you’re getting with Five Guys, but this location goes above and beyond in doing it right.
I want to make a point that small gestures in community service goes a long way for consumers. Remarkable customer service. Delicious as always .
I haven’t been to this location in person but frequently order delivery from here - and it is hands down the best five guys location ever. They are consistently amazing. Specifically, whoever was cooking 11/15/2025 at 6pm deserves a big raise because this meal was beyond my wildest dreams (I’m also dead sober). Rock on five guys on wilshire - you deserve awards.
What really stands out to me about Five Guys is their exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and were so friendly. Bbq Hawaiian mix with no veggies all rice and Mac and crab rolls the plus was no sesame seeds I have allergies to sesame seeds the Mac salad was fire the chicken was cooked well at this location my beef was soft and the plus is thay were open till midnight I was so happy I drove from South San Jose hills all the way to LA thanks for being wise and keeping the restaurant open till midnight let's get that money and keep us satisfied the portions were good .
The chefs deserve a raise, I only come to this location because the food is cooked well and consistently good. The chicken is tasty and not chewy or bland.

I hadn't been here in a long time. I ordered a two item plate of, chicken Katsu and, island white fish. I also ordered some BBQ chicken. The plates come with rice, macaroni salad, cabbage. Some lettuce too. I bought it last night, and have leftovers for today.
I love this location since it's the only one that stays open late, and till 2 at that! the place is usually very clean and the staff is nice, but their soda machine is one of those coca-cola red ones that have like a million drinks (which only makes them all taste funny) so that's my only complaint /: other than that the food is always made fresh and tastes amazing, plus I usually have a coupon so the prices are more than worth it. Five Guys is always a quick go to spot. The burgers are a bit expensive which is why I don't order them..... In n out burgers taste better and cheaper lol. I only ordered a Cajun and a regular fry but they were both really good. Not super greasy and flavorful.

This review is based off an Uber eats order. My rating would probably be better in dining, but either way, good spot for musubi’s. I ordered the crab cheese rangoons, spam with rice entree, spam musubi’s, beef musubi’s, & chicken musubi’s. The crab rangoons were really good but with they gave a sweet and sour sauce to dip it with. The spam with rice was descent and out of all the musubi’s the beef one was the best. Overall I thought it was a descent delivery order and I would probably order again but would prefer eating in restaurant for a better taste and fresher experience.

Great tasty kalbi and musubis (choices: Spam, bbq beef, and bbq chicken) and everything is to go but you can eat your food in the restaurant in takeout boxes and disposable utensils. I wish they used reusable plates and silverware to not contribute to the massive waste we already produce.
Great place if you want some Hawaiian/Polynesian flavor. If you've never tried this type of food before it's a very savory meal. Try the Kahlua Pork and macaroni salad. Their macaroni salad is prepared different from other ones. Something about the texture and flavor makes it a hot commodity there. If you've been disappointed by other macaroni salads give this one a chance, there's a high likelihood your going to like it.

Probably the saddest looking burgers I've seen. And they cost $8! Eight Dollars for one hamburger! The sign says all their patties are juicy and well-done. I’ve always been a loyal Five Guys customer because of the consistently high quality and great experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. My order was taken incorrectly: instead of a single hamburger with American cheese and toppings (mushrooms, tomato, lettuce, onions, etc.), I was given an extra combo with just a plain burger. On top of that, the overall quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys: The fries had a strange smell and were not fresh at all.The burger patty, which is usually juicy and flavorful, was dry and unpleasant. Even the bun tasted off and lacked its usual freshness.Everything about this order felt substandard compared to the Five Guys I know and recommend to others. This experience was very disappointing, and I truly hope your team takes this feedback seriously and addresses why both order accuracy and food quality have declined so much.

Don’t know what this guys problem was but he just had a pissed poor attitude. He just ignored me when I asked for help then the ordering tablet wasn’t working and he just said thank you like I was just letting him know. I asked for my fountain drink and I think he just chose to ask me to Get my receipt because of the previous interaction. Another employee stepped in and helped before he escalated.
The problem is that they don't give complete orders, we ordered a keiki dish, there were no bags and they didn't give us any warning and even so they gave it to us when we asked for an explanation they only told us There are no more bags, we asked to speak to the manager and they told us it was not available, my daughter asked them for the family pack bag on sale and even then she couldn't get it, we didn't want anything free We just wanted to deliver that gift from Hawaiian BBQ And it was not possible because their employees do not warn of the lack of material and another thing, what bad service and poor training, they should stop selling that product if there are no bags in stock, Don't make us waste our time waiting for something that you're not going to provide or give us what you want, that garbage of help at the counter.
Bought two meals today and let me start off by saying the wait time was about 20 mins all of that just to get home and get raw chicken. Now if you want food poisoning by all means order your food here. If i could give this place no stars i definitely would. This is honestly unacceptable and disgusting, read everyone else’s reviews looks like they’re known for giving people food poisoning. Will definitely be reporting them to the health department!
This place is whack as can be!!! Literally a popular spot in the middle of USC Village but yet they have no popular soft drink Coca Cola. I don’t recommend this place it has its moments where I pass by and there is not one soul present. I just happened to go on a day that they had no coke available and lots of people where complaining!!!!
