I was stuck at the airport for 6 hours on a delay and spent the entire time sitting at the Reilly's Irish Pub bar. It was fantastic. The drinks were great. The bartenders were fantastic. They were friendly and engaging and joked around with us the whole time we were there. Roel in particular was great, so funny and friendly.

Roll was the best! He accommodated my very special drink, and I am so grateful.

Absolutely love this place! It makes you so happy. Great way to spend time in the airport. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond beyond to provide an excellent customer service. Teresa, the manager, was also extremely nice and made sure everything ran smoothly. If you are at Terminal 1 of LAX and want some good food, drinks, and great service—go to Reilly’s and ask for Rogelio!

Thess took such great care of us at the Southwest terminal! Unfortunately our flight was delayed, but she made it all better with being so kind and attentive. She was quick, efficient, and warm the entire time….constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for her great service and hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

OMG! Most fun that I’ve ever had at an airport bar! Immediately changed tv to Gonzaga hoops after I asked (couldn’t get Rock & Brews to get my game on) Thess & Roel are your Dream Team by pouring 2 beautiful black & tans and creating a fun sing along with me & many other customers! Take Goid care of them bc they created a wonderful experience for all of us!

Johnny was absolutely incredible. Rarely have I had service this good. He made me whole day. I will come back to this bar in the airport strictly to find him and no one else. He just provided such incredible service and made me feel better with my own personal matters.

I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member, whose name tag indicated was Tesh. When I requested 3 plastic take-out spoons, she became extremely rude and dismissive. I would have appreciated a polite apology or explanation if the spoons were not available. Instead, the interaction became confrontational. I hope that steps can be taken to improve customer service in such situations.

Slowest place ever. Only one server and cook for breakfast. No coffee. Breakfast sandwich microwaved sausage and egg between a hamburger bun. Rude servers. Acted like I was the problem. Stay away.

When I asked what time they close, the bartender had to check her watch and told me “9:45 PM.” I replied that seemed like an odd time, especially since Google Maps shows the bar closes at 10:30 PM…no response and no last call was ever mentioned while I waited in line for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, I noticed the other bartender was still serving drinks to other customers. It felt like I was being selectively ignored, which comes across as biased service. If this is how customers are treated, it might explain the drop in sales during what should be peak business hours. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the inconsistency in service. Until then, I recommend spending your time and money at other establishments in the SW terminal.
