Opinions de The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Los Angeles
If you like your coffee super strong and packed with high caffeine content, this place won’t disappoint. I ordered a large iced latte and wasn’t expecting it to be so intense — I only made it through half! That said, it had a rich aroma and great flavor. Definitely a solid pick-me-up if you need a serious caffeine boost.
Right next to Panda Express, terminal 7, at the start of 80's Gates. Healthy options for snacks and a light meal. Also caffeine if you need for a pick me up. Water to stay hydrated. Some yummy, if less healthy options available too. The Chai latte was extremely good. Less impressed with the to go oatmeals. Pretty pricey
The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf shop at Los Angeles International Airport always features fresh brewed hot and cold beverages, the best pastries, sandwiches and snacks for those family and friends anticipating the arrival of international guests and passenger's at one the worlds busiest airports. The servers are always courteous and serve their customers quickly.
I really enjoyed the coffee here, and the line wasn’t too long. Most airport coffees are usually rushed and watered down, so I didn’t have high expectations. The espresso in the latte was strong, which I like. This location is even pricier than starbucks. I paid about $10 for a regular size iced cookie butter latte. For that I give it 4 stars.
Terminal 5 disappointing choices for dining and prices are expected but outrageous. The Coffee Bean actually had more reasonable prices the (Mint Chocolate Iced Coffee) exceeded my expectations and was amazing I also ordered a chocolate croissant which, on the other hand not good. Great service and super friendly workers. TERMINAL 5 - location
First time to try this coffee shop and had an iced matcha latte. The drink had a good flavor and I liked it, but the service was slow even though it wasn't busy. I wonder if this place and the Panda Express that's next to it have the same management because the service at both places was slow...
We visited at 9 am on a Wednesday morning. The line was lengthy but it went fairly quickly and our drinks and food were prepared immediately after ordering. We ordered two original ice blended drinks- one was vanilla, the other was cookie butter. We liked both but we thought the vanilla was the best. We also ordered a jalapeño bagel. We didn’t realize till after we had our receipt that they charged us $1.75 for cream cheese to go with it. I may have skipped the bagel and gotten something else if I had known prior to ordering.
The staff members are always on their toes because this is the only establishment serves coffee and sandwiches inside the Tom Bradley terminal. A coffee could cost over $ 3 and bottle of water may cost roughly $ 4 depending on the brand. A Fuji bottle may cost more. Becareful what brand you choose. The bagel and other sandwiches are not pricey but average. Sometimes you may have to stand in queue for more than 15 minutes because of the crowd. The customer service is not brilliant but helpful.
Terminal 7 United domestic has really limited cafe and food option so expect some very long lines especially during early morning madness rush hour. Coffee is however very much worth the long wait as it’s delicious. Baristas are very friendly and doing their best, but place is understaffed, there was just one person at lunch time, clearly not enough to serve amount of passengers. Prices are quite expensive e.g.$1.45 for an old and rotten banana is rip off. Some cabinet pastries and drink to go , grab options but not much and nothing vegetarian. Overall it’s good place for coffee but for food you are probably better off with the Panda next door
Drink was tasty (hazelnut latte) but I don’t get why they couldn’t remake the drink with almond milk when I didn’t drink from it at all after finding out my husband mistakenly ordered it with regular milk (I’m lactose). They said we would have to buy a whole new drink. Starbucks would have easily re-made it for us!
Dear Coffee Bean Managers, Your Terminal 5 store needs to hire more help. The workers are very nice and kind, however, there’s not enough help. The shelves were stocked and everything seemed cleaned. Just lack of help. It’s the morning, flights have arrived. We’ve been waiting in line and still am for over 30 min. #helpwanted
Worst coffee I’ve tried in years! I took latte and cheese danish. I don’t know what kind of coffee they use, but it was so bad, I threw it away👎👎👎 there was no line when I ordered it, at least I didn’t spend time for this😖. And pastry was also bad, it felt like cheese danish was my age((
Bad customer service from food handler. I received my breakfast sandwich but not the bagel and cream cheese. Not only did I have to ask about my order but it took forever and they didn’t call my name for pickup or said anything about the inconvenience of not completing my order.. customer service was bad enough to write this review.
On a bustling morning at the airport 26-Dec, they announced: “we only have decaf espresso and no hot coffee at all” You have one job as a business , and you failed.
Lady at the register gave me attitude for leaving a 1 cent tip on the card. I was planning to give cash but she rolled her eyes and said super sarcastically "Oh WOW, thank you SOOO much for that massive tip!" I'm flying out for a family funeral and that just left me gut wrenched. How miserable do you have to be about a tip at 8am ?
I was tired from my 18hr trip just to be welcomed by this rude (black lady) who seem so tired and unhappy of her work! Shes very unwelcoming, served Us the most bitter coffe we ever had! The worst coffe ever! No concern how their product taste like! Server seem dsnt care about their company (or maybe their company dsnt care about them and their product). My son (who is a chef and very knowledgeable about coffee) just stopped me from complaining cause its his first time coming to America and was welcomed with this rude and unhappy server with the worst coffe ever, just asked me to throw it away. Not coming back!
I was really disappointed with my experience at the coffee shop in the airport. The Carmel Macchiato I ordered was the worst coffee I've had in a while. It lacked the rich flavor and smooth texture I expected. The drink was overly sweet, and the caramel taste was artificial. The service was also quite slow, making it a frustrating experience overall. I wouldn't recommend this coffee shop to fellow travelers looking for a satisfying coffee break.
