Amazing store with an eclectic selection of well priced items. They've some really unique pieces for bowls, plates, cups, chopstick holders, and more! They've deals for buying 2 of certain items as well. Some of the pieces we really liked were a Shiba bowl and a blue brush stroke bowl

Look no further if you are looking for Japanese pottery, dishes, cookwares, utensils etc. This place have variety of pottery dishes from many parts of Japan. Price are reasonable and they usually have many bargain items as well. It’s difficult bringing back pottery back from Japan in a suitcase so I’m grateful for this place. There are validated parking right next door for 90 minutes. 4.7/5 stars

lovely place. tons of made in japan pottery, not those potteries selling in little tokyo main street but actually made in china. affordable price. got a nice plate, it looks like milky way galaxy, i was attracted by that so much. $28 each. i cannot find more information about the manufacturer from internet, would def love to learn more about that

I’ve bought from here twice, the owners are very friendly and they source most ceramics from Soma, Japan. I really like knowing where the products come from and that I get to support craftsmanship rather than mass-produced products. Also very affordable, the bowls pictured here only cost $6 each

This hidden gem boasts a selection of tableware from handmade to commercial, inexpensive to expensive! Whatever you’re looking for they’ll have. Utsuwa-No-Yakata will give any of the stores in Little Tokyo Village a run for its money! After stopping by Daiso, I finally went into this shop after frequenting this mall for years. I was pleasantly surprised to see the immense collection of tableware to choose from. Matcha bowls, tea cups, plates, bowls, chopsticks, knives and even norens are offered. They have a great selection of handmade ceramics from Japanese artisans. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Ending up getting a small tea cup but, will come here again whenever I need to freshen up my dinnerware.
