Service has gotten waaaaay better. They used to get my order wrong in the drive thru almost every time I went (and I didn't go often). But the last few times I've gone there haven't been any mistakes. Good friendly service.
Great crews. They even gave me a extra fries for my mistake. My Dog was thirsty they gave me extra cup for water and took care of us professionally. Nice people. God Bless guys 🙏🏻
The idea behind McDonald's success is consistency. It worked with the food, but it fails at the drive through. It is unfortunate the order needs to be checked before leaving the drive through.
Went above and beyond when I was told they didn’t carry a artisan sandwich anymore and they did. Wasn’t anyone’s fault except too many.chicken sandwiches and I confused order t well what I wanted. I got the artisan bbq sandwich !👏🏻 Great service just by manager/owner overhearing and making sure I got the right one! Awesome!
Food was very fresh and hot. Cashier was friendly. Be careful, there is usually homeless around. Location was very clean. Food came out pretty quickly.
Drive thru so no real atmosphere but the food was fresh and the service was fast.
Went there with my in laws when they came down to visit with my son. Had a good time. Place was clean as it usually is. The straw dispenser was empty at the drink bar but they refilled it promptly.

Crazy labor day Saturday morning. Pulled up and drive e thru was packed. BUT I had my order in less than 4 minutes and was on my way. Employees were cheerful and large order was correct!!!
Stopped here on our way to Santa Cruz for a quick breakfast had no problems at all will definitely be stopping at this McDonald's next time drive to Santa Cruz or anywhere on that route for a quick bite.
We stopped by here on the way to Yosemite in the early morning. The store and restroom were clean and the service was fast. We ordered 5 meals and everything inside the bag was correct. The only problem was their crashing app, so I had to order and pay inside.
Fries are usually barely warm, I ALWAYS ask for fresh-to-order bc I like fresh HOT Fries. Service was good, I asked if I could please wait on my chicken sandwich and 1 medium fry until I left after dining in so I could take it home to my daughter fresh. They did replace my dine-in fries that were not fresh and hot.
Service was quick and when i ordered the cashier was attentive to my order which was exactly how i ordered it. Also restrooms were clean to use. Dining area was clean as well and quite comfortable for us to dine here. I was accommodated with a good amount of sauces for my meal. Asked for a water cup and was given one without any questioning so i appreciate that very much. Overall my experience here was five stars and i left satisfied and had an economic & fulfilling meal for less than $4! I will come back here when im in town.
I never (ever!) thought I’d dedicate some time to write a review to a Mc Donald’s, but this one deserves it. We stop by on a long trip and was a great surprise! The restaurant was sparking clean: floors, tables, restroom….when we sit a staff member came and wiped our table. Food was tasty (Mc Donalds standard) and hot. I would totally come back and recommend to friends!

At first I could use Kiosk, took my reward and then had a clitch. Try another reward same food, wouldn't work. Went us to cashier and she was very friendly, took my reward number as saw it was for a different one, but wouldn't let her do it either. She ended up charging me the first reward, which was cheaper and then as I was leaving, she asked if I wanted a FREE mango smoothie.
Very clean bathrooms No code required to use bathroom. Dinning area also very clean.
A week ago it was fine. They didn't mess up my order and food was good. Customer service was good too I believe? I can't remember, but can't complain then.

I usually stop here for breakfast before hitting the local fishing spots they're usually really fast to get food out I have had my order being incorrect 1 or 2 times but they where quick on correcting it
I always stop at this Mc Donald’s when I drive back and fourth from San Jose. I usually will just order some coffee and each time, it’s been pretty consistent. Not a lot of complaints and it’s easy to get on and off the main road from this location. Although, one time it was tee-peed and they didn’t clean it up and this was at 8:30pm. So bizarre. It’s a Mc Donald’s, I don’t expect anything outstanding from this place but I’ve never had an issue.
I usually mark McDonald’s low, but, due to the fact that the food, despite it being McDonald’s, it was actually very well cooked and well-made, and the order was correct, I gave them decent marks. I do wish the clerk would slow down when taking our order. Everywhere I go the clerk talks way too fast and is not clear and their diction is not, well spoken. In other words, it sounds like a blob and cliché, drive-through microphone speaker situation. But as for a McDonald’s experience, it was one of the better ones.
C'mon, it's McDonald's. You know what you're doing when you come here. But the staff is nice, the food is fresh 90% of the time, and the place is clean. So a big win for me when compared to other locations.
My first time there January 24th 2024. Maybe I got lucky but, the person that helped me at the register I believe was a supervisor and was very nice very sweet very attentive and not that it matters but also quite beautiful. I put in my normal request of a little bit of extra tartar sauce on a filet fish and expected it to even be loan dry or stuck deep in the middle of the bucket of tartar sauce and for the first time in my personal McDonald's experience, I thought what I asked for. The phone was hot and freshly made just for me about sitting there the tartar sauce was perfect I took the order to go so I can't comment on the atmosphere too much but in my experience is like that every time or even close to it, I have to say this is one of the best McDonald's that I've ever been in in my life
Fast food and service, we wanted to take a break from our drive home and sit inside to eat dinner, when we walked in, it was like 50 degrees in there....freezing 🥶 this made it very uncomfortable. Im not sure if thats purposely done to keep guests from dining in, I ended up going next door for pizza and salad and the temperature was much more comfortable.
I love McDonald’s. I mean who doesn’t 🤷 It’s a very convenient place to grab something and go. However you get stores like this one that mess up your order, give attitude, and always out of something. I understand wanting to be fast and get the line moving but put some care into your work. Employees are very stressed and it’s understandable trying to feed thousands of people and being fast at the same time. But slow down, take a breath, and honestly take your time. We’re all going somewhere and stopping for food we understand it may take some time. Anyhow this store needs to get on the same page and reconstruct themselves. And if a mistake arises make an effort to fix it with a good attitude.
The service was very slow and the 2 people that served me were not very pleasant to say the least. The guy taking order's was overwhelmed by the customers. The gal that served me was less than pleasant as well. Not the usual McDonald's type of service.
Scary....I ordered a small mocha frappe in the drive thru. Got it and took a sip....tasted like bleach. Drove back thru to get a refund...the young man at the window said "sorry about that, we just cleaned the machine and yours was the first one we made. I'm feeling a little nauseated. Don't know if its from the bleach or the lame explanation I got. There must be better procedures used than a single rinse after "cleaning". The words better oversight and quality control come to mind. No wonder this McDonalds has such a low rating score!
The food was fine, but the service was slow. Although I waited patiently for my number to be called, it never was. When all the numbers before and after mine were finished, I went asking for mine. It was sitting there, ready. Just forgotten.
Inside it was very dingy and the floors happened to be very sticky. On the other hand the staff was polite and courteous. Huge plus the french fries were very fresh.
Correct completion of orders is a hit and miss. More often than not items are always missing when I use the drive thru. Some employees are always nice and cheerful, but others even get annoyed when you bring to their attention your order is wrong. Morning and lunch it's always busy. I love their coffees and all their drink selections. I now prefer going in the evening.
I usually don't go to fast food restaurants but I do like to go threw the drive threw for the refreshing beverages. I love the smoothies they offer and that is what I purchased at this time. You can never go wrong with refreshing smoothies in the hot weather.
I have always liked McDonald’s for its breakfasts, especially the hash browns! Their hamburgers are good, too, but we avoid McDonald’s now when we can, because despite inflation for all, my husband and I feel their prices have increased disproportionately. The last few times we have eaten there, we didn’t even get two full meals and our bill was over $24.
If the Fries were fresh and hot I would give a perfect 5 star review. It seems they just give you left overs from the last customer. And there is nothing worse than cold hard McDonald's French Fries 🍟. And when you go through the drive through its hard to go back and request them fresh so I just don't eat them.
While we don't expect much from fast food places, this was a bit of a disappointment. We were just passing through as out-of-towners and thought that the burgers were pretty good. Unfortunately, the french fries were old. I thought those things stayed fresh forever, so I was a bit surprised. Also the ice tea was "milky". It is in a stainless steel dispenser, so you can't really see the contents until it's too late. It was so bad that we dumped it out and went into the neighboring grocery store for bottled tea. Other than that, the service was good and the restaurant was relatively clean. It was about 2:00pm on a weekend and we'll return again at which time we will post an update to this review.
Most of the time the employees are good, but for the most part it's always slow service. This morning I waited for my curbside order for so long. I had to go in and ask for it and the employee tried to blame me for it when I said I never got my curbside order. She said I had never confirmed my spot even though I showed her the message saying "enjoy your food". I definitely confirmed it. Idk if it was a glitch on the app or whatever but its just crazy to blame the customer instead of a simple "oh here it is" or "sorry about that" 😐
Dude, I ordered the Large Combo meal. The fry box I got was large, but was basically empty. This is one of the main reasons I go to Mc Donalds. Why so stingy with the fries. Why am I paying for a large, and getting a medium???? Not happy!
There are 2 McDonald's on Highway 152 this one is located on the east side of town. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and they were terrible. This is not the first time I have gotten poor quality food from this location. From now on I will only stop at the McDonald's on the west side of town
Drive thru. 2nd lane has an issue. The speaker is Abnoxuously loud and the attendants are unaware of this as they Scream "Welcome to McDonald's!!!!😩". If you have a car I recommend the left lane. Next complaint is ordering a chicken sandwich, came burnt like they used Old Grease. The sprite was only carbonated and I had to wait for my food after the window. Also I asked for light mayo and it was still globbed on there. Ordered the cheese Danish is it seemed to be melted down to mush. Inside is updated like the other micky ds. Customer service and food isn't always this bad but recently they dropped the ball on Me.
I just stopped here for a Coke and a restroom break. The people were friendly, but the men's restroom was flooded and the regular Coca-Cola had a distinctly cherry taste to it. These seem like very basic things to get right. Hopefully I just caught them on a bad day.
I’ve been here several times thru drive thru. The manager in the mornings is super rude. He is always wearing a grey shirt, male, Hispanic. You ask for items and he looks at you with a dirty face. Like seriously!!! He forgot the bbq sauce for the chicken nuggets so I asked nicely and he said it was in there. I responded that I had checked and it wasn’t in the bag. He rolled his eyes and gave it to me. Another day he forgot my apple pies and my yoghurt. Which he had offered to me while placing my order. His attitude is the worst. Hey if you don’t like your job then quit!! Other employees are nice and polite but he should be an example not a complete JERK!!!
Food is GROSS!!! It’s always dry, never fresh. The service is TERRIBLE, no one assist you when upfront of the counter and it takes almost 10 minutes to get service. The tables are also disgusting and never clean.
I went here at midnight and they are remodeling. The employee that was helping me didn't really care that I was calling him 7+ times for something, he sat there talking to fellow employees as I am trying to get his attention. When I finally got my food, he had to get my drink I had asked for. I believe he was off the clock and got irritated at me for him not doing his job. 🤷
Went on 6-18-2021 to the McDonald's at location 1480 S. Mercey Spring Rd. In Los Banos, Ca. 10:10pm waited 10 min's in side to be attended, then the gentleman git my order charged me for 2 frozen cokes. Then took another 6 mins for him to say oh we dont have any. Omg, so i ask for 2 mcflurry's indicated thoses are more. Fine i want my refund. & indicated i dont want to wait another 20 mins for it. The manager on duty was very impatient & rude. She came over gave me my refund & never apologized for the wait & inconvenience. Nothing. Ive tried over & over to see if this location can improve no matter time or day it is. And its always running out of stuff & orders not made right. I should get a coupon fir a meal at any McDonald's that way i can go to the McDonald's on 1500 W. Pacheco Blvd. In Los Banos, Ca. They are never jam pack & great customer service & never rude & always very stocked with foods & drinks & ice creams. In side are always friendly & great personalities. Never pile up yelling at each other for orders & atmosphere is pleasant. Drive through is always fast & orders are correct. Never in town do i hear complaints as to this McDonalds. Not even the McDonald's inside Walmart Supercenter 1575 W. Pacheco Blvd. In Los Banos, Ca. I just dont understand why, but why is the one on Mercy Springs Rd so horrible, disrespectful, & unsupplied often & poorly on there customer service. Very stress out employees. Not good.
Over priced and poor quality of product
This is mainly in reference to the McDonald's near LB ross. Got a huge chunk of plastic in my chicken nugget last time and it was already too late to go back. The chicken nuggets here taste of compared to any other LB location, better off going to a different one. The BBQ sauce is also weirdly sweet for some reason compared to other locations. Gave 2 stars as opposed to one because the location is convenient for when I want a soft severe ice cream.

I went through the drive thru today 3/20/19 at 11:50 am. Store was slow I was the only car on drive thru and I requested my sausage egg Mcmuffin to be fresh. I also ordered a medium size Caramel Mocha. Total was almost $8 and when I got to the second window I got my food quick and thought to myself the employees were too quick to prepare me a fresh Sausage Mcmuffin?.... When I was driving back home I took a bite out of my sausage egg Mcmuffin and it was NOT fresh! I took a sip out of my caramel Mocha and it was cold! Definetly am not going back to this restaurant even if I'm starving! That was a waste of my $8 that I could've spend on any other FRESH decent food. This restaurant disappointed me.
Don’t go inside unless you want to be ignored for at least 15 minutes. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves.
Placed an order online @12:40am before they closed @1am and went to pick up my food got there @ 12:45am and they were already cleaning up and ignored me and 3 other cars just to clean up early and so they can leave the time they get off when they are supposed to be serving until 1am
Very rude Male manager! Forgot my drink and sauces for my 20 pcs. nuggets and so I ask for it nicely, but instead he look at me all mean without saying anything and give me 1 sweet and sour sauce for the 20 pcs.nuggets like seriously. I'd give a zero if it were available. I came in early morning to enjoy a couple breakfast sandwiches and their delicious coffee. I was on my phone watching Netflix when I got a phonecall. I answered it and while on the phone I hear the cashier and manager say, "he better not be recording us! That's all I'm saying." She said it twice. I get off the phone and go to her and ask what she was talking about. I told her, "why would I be recording you?" Very unprofessional and rude. I agree with most of the reviews. I will no longer visit this location.
Worst McDonald experience I ever had. The exterior lights off should have told me something. Ice cream was frozen (not creamy). One of the 2 ice creams was very small. The salse in one of McChicken had a weird flavor and was not very warm. The french fries did not have any salt. I asked for mayo packages I received a bunch of mayo squirted in a mcnugget package. I ordered at the kiosk but I could not pay there.
It is 5:17 p.m. I came through and I got a sausage biscuit with cheese and my biscuit was so hard I couldn't even bit it I didn't get my orange juice I had to come all the way back to have it all corrected on top of that I was standing here waiting for somebody to come an employee walked right by me doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing here and tells another employee that they have guest service SMH worst service ever 8:07 am went through drive-thru and I didn't get one of my sandwiches and I live 12 miles out of town it's only this McDonald's when I come through the drive-thru I get food before I have to go to work my food is made incorrectly and I work 20 minutes outside of town I just can't come back I'm allergic I'm allergic to onion onions always on My Sandwich even though the instructions on the box say no onion McDonald's on Mercy springs needs employees at pay attention
they always and i mean always mess up the order, god forbid they give out more then one sauce if you order nuggets because they get an attitude!! My fries are white nothing golden brown about them, and cold!!! i wish i could give no starts but this is the only way to leave a review!!!! Ill be driving to the one by Walmart instead.. The absolute worst McDonald's I have been to. Coffee tastes like they used the coffee grounds twice. NO sugar in either of our coffees though we were told "this one has 7 sugars and this one has 12 sugars". Ordered 2 Apple pies. Received 1 Apple and 1 strawberry and BOTH were 15 minutes past their expiration time (Enjoy by 9:28, ticket says I ordered at 9:36, received them around 9:42). I will be amazed if this place doesn't close. Revolting. Major health hazard. Avoid.

I’m so ticked off that when I had driven in the drive thu I had a woman taking my order are I couldn’t hear her because she was talking in a low voice so I asked her to repeat my order so I can know what she had then she suddenly was mad and restated my order in a horrible tone. After we had paid and had gotten our food they suddenly forgot our Carmel frap. We had arrived home and saw that our order was mistaken we had our order sooo wrong my parents were beyond pissed and I know I should’ve checked the order first but they shouldn’t yell at us or get our order wrong in the first place!
These people working at this location are the worst. They are so incompetent every time I go there. Hate to continue going except my son has autism and loves the nuggets. I’ve tried calling corporate and nothing gets done. I don’t know if John and Mel are still the owners but this McDonald’s needs management and workers
God awful. Dont ever try the fraps there, it tastes like they never cleaned the machine, used outdated ingredients, and added literal garbage. I got a simple order, a sausage egg mcmuffin and a hashbrown, and there were no POTATOES in the hashbrown. How do you manage to have no potatoes in a hashbrown?? It was all just the outer skin and it was WAY too crispy to the point it was unedible.
One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. There is bugs everywhere, The Glass shield are not clean and they can't even get the order right. When we apply our coupon they don't even understand. I believe headquarter needs to someone to investigate this location. Not only they don't get the order correct. They laugh about it and while we have to wait for them to get the order correct all the other food is cold. We are a family of Six its should not be that hard to get six meals correctly. Also they never give you any sauces and if they do they only give you one. and try to charge you extra for it. Then you should have mentioned that at the payment check out spot. Please revise your company and Make Mc. Donald Great again.
We order 3 sundaes and we’re only given one, the guy at the second window said they were not given to you because you’d isn’t pay for them. I told him we didn’t pay for them because the employee at the drive thru failed to submit the order correctly, we had to pay at the second window and hold the line while they made them.
For years the McDonald's store located on Mercey Springs Road, Los Banos CA always gets my order wrong. I was charged for an item that I DIDN'T ORDER & I mentioned this to the night manager (9:30 p.m - 9 Marc 2020) who didn't actually correct the matter. I mentioned to her her FOR YEARS that this McDonald's store always doesn't get my order correct. She then stated to me' "since you have problem with this store and no one is perfect you can drive to the end of town to order your food there". I was not amused by her answer. This wasn't awesome customer service expectation that I expected normally from a McDonald's manager. I did mention to her that I am a competent business owner who owns a legal business and would never inform a customer to go to another location. I also mentioned that I have many years of customer service experience too. I would have a meeting or training to correct the matter. This night manager stated her supervisor informed her to say that comment whenever a customer showed dissatisfaction with something not correct. Actually I felt as if I was being mocked by her comment. I did own up to my part in the order believing that my order was correct without looking at my receipt. I gave up talking to her as I felt it wasn't anywhere. Still this manager didn't apologize for the incorrect order charged on my card and she didn't return any money. I mentioned to this manager that I'm sharing my experience with McDonald's corporation. She didn't show she cared. One last thing. As I walked away she and 2 employees began to laugh loudly as if the situation was an amusement to them. Wow. Very unprofessional. As it is, I rarely ever eat at McDonald's and mentioned to the manager that I I gave the store another opportunity to redeem itself by returning to the store in hopes this time they get my order correct. 🙅🏻 Nope. Not again. Siiigh. This has been going on at this store fore years. I'm not the only customer who's mentioned this problem!!! They need TRAINING AND TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER WALKS AWAY FEELING POSITIVE - the customer should never feel mocked, etc. AND I believe McDonald's employees should not tell their customers to go somewhere else if they have a problem. Wow. I'm 50 yrs old and I remember as a child McDonald's was always known for customer service and a big 😃 smile with no negative personality issues... With the customer feeling confident and happy being there. No longer those days. Very disappointed 💔😞!!!!!!!!!!!!
This store takes mobiles order but when you go in looking for your mobile order they claim it never popped up on the screen so when you show them the order that you made at the right location they still say they can’t make it for you bc it’s not on the screen. I showed THE MANAGER VIVIAN GUTIERREZ I literally paid for it Already and she just tells me I need to leave that they are not going to make it for me AND I DIDNT EVEN GET MY MONEY OR POINTS BACK so JUST DON’T MOBILE ORDER TO THIS LOCATION bc the MANAGER will not want to make it for you even though you sure you paid for it
I went there at 1:29am to get a bite to eat because online it said that this McDonald’s closes at 2am . Well yeah funny story is that I waited 10min and no answer but yet the employees were chit chatting not paying attention there’s a customer in the drive through!!! Like serious I worked in a fast food joint before, it’s not that hard to detect when there’s a customer. If a manager is reading this, check your cameras between 1:20am inside and outside of the drive through til 1:35am. Very poor service. I wish I can give 0 stars to you guys. Your employs just don’t care about your customers.
I don't usually complain but recently the food at this McDonald's is made so horrible. I understand that they have to put a certain amount on the produce but I got a burger with litterly like 8 little tiny pieces of lettuce. I know this isn't their fault but also they chicken was very very slimy.
As a former Mcdonald’s employee myself, I come to the city to do my errands. Every time I go to this place, the crew workers seem to be okay but the managers give me this rude and disrespectful look whenever I go in and order something. One time one of my orders was about to be taken by one of the crew members, until the manager told him to stay on drive thru thus ignoring me. A couple minutes later a friendly worker took my order which I really appreciated. As for the managers, next time I go in there, if continued with their disrespectful faces and negligence, I’m going to record them and report to the corporation to show how they represent the community with their ignorance.
The one in Los Banos, worker came out of 1st bathroom stall. Didn't wash her hands. When I asked her about it, she ignored me. She was immediately at the drive through window again, serving food. There was no time for her to wash her hands in their back work station, because she would've had to be a ninja. I calmly said something and 3 employees got ghetto and went off on me. Nasty , & Nasty bad staff. Careful eating there.
I went through the drive thru and the manager Clarissa who gave me my food was so rude. I asked her for ranch and she rolled her eyes at me, and slammed the window in my face. I have never been treated like this at a mcdonalds. Do better and hire better people.
Yet another disappointment from mcdonalds. I don't know why this company loves to short people. Ordered a 6 pc nugget for my son and they gave him 6 fries. 6 total fries. Ridiculous.
Horrible service. Rude employees. Always something wrong or missing with drive through orders. There are 2 other locations in town I would highly recommend over this one. The drive across the street is well worth it for better service and better food.
Once again this McDonald's seems to like to to not be customer friendly but when I made my app order and I was supposed to pick it up at around 10:30 I get there at 10:35 and the doors are locked and when I go to the drive-thru and ask him that I had an app order if I can get my orders still cuz I'm supposed to pick up the counter they tell me that the doors were locked because it was 11:00 already and I was like no it's only 10:35...... Then he goes and tells me a different excuse as to why the doors were locked

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The franchisee refuses to address food safety concerns. Having visible pests in lobby for months is interesting to say the least.
very rude, poor customer quality. went in to enjoy some food with my daughter and boyfriend, from the start they gave us attitude and even gave us cold fries, I asked for fresh fries and they gave me more cold fries. I left and forgot my wallet and I called to see if they still had it, they told me no and told me they can’t help me. I went back and they ended up having my wallet.
Asked 3 different people in all 3 occasions of interactions for extra sauces with my meal, got reassured everything was in bags. Get home, no sauces whatsoever (which I paid the extra fee for) and all my fries and burgers were cold. The manager was nice when I called but food was garbage. I already don't like McDonald's and don't care about the 2 dollars I paid for my sauce I didn't get its the fact that I asked 3 times and it got ignored 3 times and I would have paid double for my food to have been warmer than room temperature.
There is no way that their prices for their food can get anything but a one star. You don't pay $10 for a cheeseburger meal and give them anything higher but a one star. It is the value of the food compared to the quality of the food, and since there is no quality to McDonald's food, there sure as heck isn't any value in their food. Unless they figure out how to bring their prices back down, the golden arches era will be coming to an end because I don't see them sustaining these high prices for such crummy food.
A homeless guy doorcamped me for my McChicken. Would've ate it inside, but I did not want him to steal my bike.
First off we came and they were being mean and we asked for a large fry and they charged us the medium and they said we have to go back in line
Wow just wow! Went there this morning and it wasn't busy they made me wait for my food and then gave me my breakfast sandwich with no bottom muffin part smh this place is the worst! Go to the other one in town if you can!
Don't waste your time at this unit. Did not have drinks available at 9 am (no coffees, no OJ, no sodas, only tea and americanos) AND they mixed up my order. Now I see that other people rated this unit as one of the worst ones they have been to, should have read the reviews.
Manage Sabrina argued with me about an employee discount that I have from being an employee stating the code would not be valid because it doesn’t apply to $5 McChicken meal . Although the receipt I received applied my discount because of the code given . Very poor customer service specially if the receipt it self says it was applied to my order . The code doesn’t apply to buy one get one for $1 . Managers should be fully trained on policies regarding the codes or even be willing to listen to what the customer has to say when it shows on a printed receipt THEY handed me .
Alexis is a very poor example of a manager and his little attitude is why he will never achieve higher than fast food! It's called customer service learn it ALEXIS!!
Every time I order a coffee, they always give me the wrong sugar. Almost every time I order, something in the bag is missing. This time, my orange juice was literally just color with water. This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to!
There was a sign on the front door that said there were no drinks at this McDonald's. at all. Can you imagine that? Are we in Africa, in a third world country? Or is this a developed country?
They literally always screw up your order. Despite the fact that it’s correct on the order screen, why even ask if it looks correct? Had to ask for sauce I paid for and got major attitude from the girl working the window when I asked for the sweet and sour sauce that’s on the receipt. Very seldom do I come here for the reason that my order is almost ALWAYS incorrect. I have a child who is addicted to chicken nuggets. With that said, visit at your own risk. Store manager needs to step it up.
Idk why they action like they grow the potatoes themselves or Raised the cows to make the beef or like they own the business I ordered a large fry and they squeezed in the bottom of a large fri box to make it seem like it was full but they really gave me a small fry anyways didn’t notice till I got home next time I’ll make sure and if it happens again I will call corporate and 20$ a hour for what
Was asked to pull over before getting my order. Responded "No thanks. I will wait here." They gave me an incomplete order and sent me off. When I came back for the rest of my order they all pretended like they had no idea what I was talking about. After being yelled at, told I am blocking the driver thru and threatened with police, they finally concede and give me the rest of my order. When I finally go to eat I get a greasy mess of a burger. See picture. You can do better. Treat customers with respect.
Wanted to try the shamrock shake for St. Patrick's Day so before I pay I ask do you guys till have the shake available and cashier says yes. When a get my food the girl says we don't have the shamrock shak, what do you want vanilla, strawberry or chocolate? No apology and does not offer to give me my money back. Fries were cold and soggy and I asked for mustard on my filet-o-fish and I literally only got one drop. Very disappointing customer service.
