The vibe is super beachy and laid-back, with beers on draft and plenty of specialty options to choose from. One of the things that makes them stand out is their use of cream cheese instead of traditional cheese—it adds a rich, delicious twist that really sets their sandwiches apart. I really like that there’s something for everyone here, whether you’re craving something classic or a little more adventurous. Definitely worth checking out!

Food was great! So many choices, we had the surfing bird and the rueben. There was also red potato salad on special and we tried it. It was delicious. We will do this again, great ambience with a laid back vibe.

I really like this beach themed sandwich shop. I chose to get the Spicoli which is Sean Penn’s inspired meal named after his character in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. It was quite funny to hear the cashier say it was named after Matthew McConnaughey’s character but I had to tell him he had the wrong stoner movie. My dudette sandwich sister was a delight to engage. Too bad she couldn’t find me any chalk for the pool table due to some thieves walking off with the supply. I did have fun spanking some Cal Poly seniors at the pool table whilst they were taking the afternoon off from their studies.I’d invest in this family friendly restaurant if I was in the franchise business. It’s a great place that reminded me of my favorite sandwich shop from college in Athens, Ga: Loco’s… but anyway your sandwich served here will come on wax paper atop a frisbee embossed with their logo. Now that’s a cool treat for a beach trip and great advertising. Thanks y’all!

I had a coupon for a free sandwich at beach, hut, deli, and It said come in and meet the “friendliest staff,” and I can honestly say they were the friendliest sandwich shop I have been to. I ordered the Surfin bird, and it was delicious. I love that they bring the sandwiches on a frisbee and the surf decor is such a nice vibe. They also have games to play while you wait. I highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best damn sandwiches I've had. If you like pastrami, this is a must-have:. The Santa Cruz. Do it. The ambiance was nice also. Kind of beachin'.

The sandwiches are packed full! I meant to take a picture buuut ended up devouring my sandwich instead 😅 They also have a good beer selection and some arcade style games. My go to is the Hobie sandwich, highly suggest if you like pastrami.

This place is awesome! It was my first time eating here and I definitely recommend it. The menu has all kinds of fun options. Super fun vibe inside as well. Staff is very friendly and serving sizes are off the charts! Stop by and check them out!

Best Nachos ever!!! Carnitas nachos with bacon, red onion, tomatoes, avocado and plenty of cheese... no dry chips at the end, yay!! Will always return here for my nacho fix.

Kind, Attentive, & Accomidating Servers, easy access to all you may need/want, Smart & Healthy Eatery Options. The Atmospher is Hip, Calm, Open & Intentional for all Visitors! Each booth has its own TV accompanied by the Classic Branded Surfboard Table, Complete with Logo!. Restroom Large, Clean, & Well Stocked. The Music is Moving but Comforting at the same time, adding rhythm with ability to communicate with Friends & Family. Eat outside for the Ocean breeze & esthetics or inside. Great over all Vibe!

Quick and easy counter-serve stop for both hot and cold sandwiches, and/or soup. The staff were super friendly but, especially given the lackluster amount of filling, unfortunately the sandwich was just not that impressive. Soup was decent though.

I had an issue with two the workers here a while ago and the owner refuses to do something about it so never go here. It's overpriced and if you have an issue with one of the workers because of their terrible behavior, the large woman owner won't do anything about it.
