Listen!!! Ha! This was an experience. So I walk up all late night. Lookin’ lonely and hungry right. 2 super cool ladies workin’ this huge bbq pit. My cousin suggested some super burrito full of all the meats. Man man. This meaty burrito took 2 days for me to eat. It had brisket , chicken sausage shrimp and bbq sauce. It was a SMASH hit. Marvelous crew too.

You just drive up and order. The meat is tough and can be tenderize more. They need too add cheese and onions and peppers and taco sauce in a little cup.. It will be excellent. I want a free steak burrito tender. 😆

For what it is Big Es bbq is good. No frills no crazy presentation..just meat on a tortilla. And it's dang good meat. The owner is a super cool dude who likes to chit chat while dishimg up your order. It's just a good time all around. Best place to grab a brisket wrap while cruising the depot..well the only place really.

When I moved to Lubbock me and my now fiancé found this place. Nicest guys ever. They always remembered who I was and the BBQ is excellent. They’ll grill you up one of the hottest jalapeños you’ve ever had if you ask. 6/5.

Excellent food for fair prices. Convenient location for if you’re already in the depot district (although if you’re not already in this area and aren’t familiar with it, be careful of the neighborhood it can certainly get real shady real quick). They also have trucks and they will go out to various busy and fun places and I run into them frequently. I’ve always enjoyed the food and the service in my experience has always been excellent. If you’re in Lubbock, Big E’s has worked it’s way into part of the culture of Lubbock now, and is absolutely a must try if you’re in the area!

Best place in town, ask around, even uncle Brown. But no for real this is the best meat wrap place in town Big E back there doing his thang cooking some of the best food in Lubbock period, anyone who has bad words to say about this place doesn't deserve his food.

Most delicious burritos I've ever had, and that's saying something for Texas. I only get chicken so I can only assess that, but the chicken is always juicy and flavorful. When combined with the delicious barbecue sauce they have you have a super tasty burrito. Prices are a bit expensive, but with quality like this, I'm more than happy buying two at a time.

Some of the best barbeque in the entire panhandle region! The Friday lunch plate is a great deal that will fill you up and make you happy. Be sure to get BBQ sauce AND pico de gallo for best flavors. Seriously, this is one of the best things about Lubbock.

I've known 'E' for over thirty years, he's always been cooking it up. The place is small, but big on flavor. The burning wood and steel grate are cool too. I got some 'E' bbg a month ago, my wife said it was the best she ever had...we've gone back every Thursday for 4 weeks now.

pretty much all the burritos are $5 and one dollar for water or soda. the food is tasty, don't go crazy with the hot sauce. the staff are friendly and very respectful. great place to grab food after a night of drinking instead driving to ihop.

We were craving BBQ a little late one night and decided to give this place a try. It smelled wonderful from the street and we were excited to try it. There is no menu displayed so we had to ask what they had. We spent $25 on 4 wraps. There were no combo options, it was just a tortilla with some meat and sauce. It was good but REALLY over priced. Its in the middle of lots of bars, I could only imagine myself eating there again after a long night of partying.

It was ok. They ran out of brisket it was cold outside, so I went and had to go try it from seing all the tiktok posts. It was fairly ok wish they would of had brisket tho

I'm not being racist but service goes you finish the order you are working on before going to the next order. They also ordered the same food that we had ordered. It will definitely be awhile before I decide to go there again.

Okay for 1 this place isn't great or remotely good AT ALL. Anyone who put 4 or 5 stars HAD to be too drunk to even notice anything. The food is flavorless the staff is horrible especially the intoxicated women serving the food and taking orders. (There was one guy that worked there that was decent and nice) The staff is usually rude regardless (been there 4 times now) im just fed up with the service and quality honestly. I don't even know how this place has as many stars as it does or why I ever went back . Maybe because it was just convenient at the time but honestly it's mostly drunk people who review this place because it's smacked right in the middle of all the down town bars so no one ever notices a difference. Either way it's garbage. Food quality 1 star, customer service half a star, oh and did I mention the price? Zero stars ! For the 5-6 bucks you are paying for 1 burrito that taste like nothing is horrible if I could I would negative 1 star. Let's not even talk about the sanitary levels. You might as well be dipping your burrito in toilet bowl water. The place is gross honestly and not even remotely clean. Please just fix your attitudes, clean up A LOT , and add some more seasoning to your food. Maybe try actually marinating your meat and I'll consider changing my review. I feel like I'm missing something though. Hopefully people get the idea already.
