My workplace is right across the street from this pulpería (octopus restaurant). I eat there every day; there's always something different. I have to say, the octopus with potatoes was the best I've ever had, the stews were superb, the beef chop was juicy and flavorful, and the service from the waiters and owners was excellent—they were always attentive, making sure you were comfortable and needed anything. It's a pulpería I wouldn't recommend missing if you're in the area. 100% recommended.

Four adults and two 12-year-olds. After having a couple of glasses of wine in the Milagrosa neighborhood, we wanted to have some tapas/dinner. We ordered five dishes to share: fried pork belly, grilled cuttlefish, pork loin, croquettes, and chicken fingers. The bill came to around €100. Great value for money.

A pleasant family meal at an unpretentious restaurant focused on quality ingredients. The portions offer good value for money, with standout dishes including the octopus "catro rúas," Iberian ham croquettes, and veal chop. Recommended if you want a good meal at a reasonable price (around €25 per person).

Going to Lugo and not eating well-cooked octopus should be a punishment. This pulpería prepares some of the best octopus I've ever tried, and they also have a menu with more dishes. The prices are quite reasonable, making it a great place to enjoy tentacles seasoned with house wine (recommended, by the way). The nice touch: after the binge, it's a good idea to order a vitamin-enriched coffee with a splash of aguardiente. Highly recommended.

Today, 28 of us went to lunch, and we left quite unhappy. I think they should have had more foresight; the reservation was made days ago, and they knew we'd be eating mostly octopus. The portions arrived in dribs and drabs, taking a long time between each. If they'd had a bit of foresight, we would have eaten much more, but out of boredom, we didn't even order. And it must be said that the portions were quite small. I want to be clear, it wasn't the waitress's fault; the poor thing had enough to deal with, being alone for so many people.

The octopus was delicious but excessively expensive. In the bars in downtown Lugo, you get a free tapa with your drink, and in this one, which is more remote, they offer a skewer-sized portion for €16, plus €3 for bread. Not worth it!

We ordered take away from here and we'll neveer do it again. Got some pork and beef churrasco plus 2 sausages. pork was very burnt outside and quite dry, beef was chewy and only 1 sausage arrived. We called to complain for the missng part of the order and they can't refund unless we go in person to the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience at all.
