LCS Lemgo

Been to many places but this one exceeds the top. It is the homogeneous kind of grown amalgamation; of stunning natural beauty and decades of sensitive building and improving. A hotel, restaurant, spa and so many other things. A private harbour and swimming deck, a bar virtually over the water. Everything in a place the Romans built and which makes you feel history and old sense of style at the same time. Great team and one of the best whisky sours I had so far. Spare me the artificial luxury of Arab mega hotels - this is what is meant by quality of life. Extremely dog friendly!

A very nice and relaxing place with good, authentic food. We had a small dog as well and got a fitting room upgrade on top. I want to specially thank the staff for our stay there. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Adding to the excellent atmosphere. Small thing to upgrade on a beautiful lake like this: stand up paddles. Thank you again for your hospitality!

We married at Villa Porta and it was the perfect wedding of our dreams. Everything was perfectly organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. the food was excellent and the wedding suite was oke of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever seen. I can 100% recommend.

We got married at this beautiful location and we highly recommend it as a wedding venue! The staff was highly professional, took great care of our guests and always fulfilled our wishes. They have a vast experience in wedding planning. We actually canceled our wedding planner because everything was taken care of (exquisite cuisine, high quality wine, tasty wedding cake, decoration, service, hotel room management etc.). The skyline and ball room “Limonaia” are newly renovated and they are an amazing location to celebrate a wedding with an unforgettable view of Lake Maggiore and high-tech equipment to host a party. We would especially like to thank Sumith, Leilani, Giulia and Betta for always taking care of us and for fulfilling the wedding of our dreams. PS: we are a German couple and a lot of the staff speaks English and German perfectly well.

Amazing Hotel and can only recommend. I am an artist and have painting weeks at the hotel. The location is great and is directly at the lago maggiore lake. You would drive past it if you wouldn't know it is there, because it is so hidden. So private! It is also not far from Luino and you can go to the market. The view from the hotel is a 10/10!!! The service and everyone at the hotel is great and very friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It is already starting in the morning so early and goes on until 11. The buffet is big and has a lot of different options. All the rest of the food is also incredible. Love the food!!! We do love the hotel a lot in every part and like to go there every year.

Beautiful lakefront property with gorgeous views from every spot to get enjoy food and drink (main dining room, cafe, beach bar, little nooks…). All of the staff were excellent. Wonderful base to cycle around the region, with thoughtful touches for riders. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

We upgraded our room to stay in the main hotel. Staff were helpful and courteous. The amenities are surprisingly varied and would cater for a wide range of visitor. Natural scenery is wonderfully integrated into hotel complex. We almost overlooked the hotel, it has a discrete, private setting with a luxury feel. We had a wonderful stay. We will certainly be back.

I did not stay at the hotel itself, but I did attend a wedding reception there. We started outside and the view was absolutely amazing. the staff were fast at refilling the appetizers and picking up the dirty dishes and the drinks were made to perfection. Once we got to the dinning hall, the view was still magical as there are floor to ceiling windows, and plants everywhere making you feel you’re still apart of the nature. The food presentation was very clean and appealing, and the food itself didn’t disappoint.

The first stay was ok, no problems, but at my second booking after I wanted to postpone the reservation for 2 weeks due to illness the receptionist told me it’s not possible because they were full. The hotel was not full in that week, you were able to book rooms everyday. They just didn’t want to postpone my reservation. Not a good service for that kind of “luxury” hotel.
