I ordered a 5 piece meal with red beans and rice and the cajun fries and 2 apple pies when I checked my bag I was missing the fries bit the customer service was good when I told them.

The chicken is ok nothing special. It is expensive so don't forget to look for coupons or just down load the app for better deals

The only problem we had is they do not do 2 separate orders for the drive thru. So we had to place 1 order and go into place the second order.

Tonight’s experience was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Merchant ID 334331027881 demonstrated an alarming level of defensiveness, dismissal, and unprofessional behavior. The employee who took my order was openly impatient, abrupt, and hostile, creating an environment that made both me and my child feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the start. Rather than communicating clearly, he spoke so rapidly that he confused himself, then projected his frustration onto me. When I explained that I could not hear him, he became visibly irritated and escalated the situation. I was forced to raise my voice simply to be understood, and instead of showing professionalism, he reacted as though I had done something wrong.The situation worsened when other employees gathered nearby, stared, and made cold, judgmental eye contact. Their behavior felt intimidating and humiliating, especially as I was there with my child. No customer should ever feel ganged up on or made to feel ashamed for addressing poor treatment.I am extremely disappointed because I once believed this location provided excellent customer service. As of 1/12/2026, that belief has been completely shattered. This experience left me feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and angry, and it raises serious concerns about how customers—particularly parents and children—are treated at this location.

I order two tender meals a 3pc and a 5pc and they gave me regular chicken I went back a second time to get my order fixed right before closing and they gave me the wrong order again and when I went back a third time they acted as if I wasn’t sitting in the drive threw and didn’t help me.

Oh, no very bad service. I walked in for a reason. That reason was to see how a new Popeyes will look.. They chure ain't short staff, all rookies and don't even see a manager here. Counted like 10 staff in that location. And still took long to give me my order. "You should let all people waiting for there orders to move away from counter" ESPECIALLY, people waiting on there fresh chicken nuggets! Have a nice day.

I got food from here July 6 around 9:30 pm got 2, 2 wrap combos never have I had food so bad not even one was edible it was hard I even had trouble breaking it with my hands 🤮🤮I wanted to go back try again but I just ended up spending my money somewhere else. 30$ down the drain👎

Gave me one sauce for six tenders, had to pay extra for two. Then realized they gave me five tenders. Being petty now. The workers dont like their manager he’s a cockatoo. I agree. Now the workers are having a smoke break outside while i write this review. I think they are talking in sign language. Very aggressively. While another two workers seem like they are on Popeyes date. I’m speeding out of the parking lot because I’m scared. I just wanted some chicken!

WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION TO THE FDA IF NO RESPONSE!!! this was the last time i will ever eat at a popeyes i just ordered my food and requested a refund immediately no fries in my box and i asked for a large red beans and got a small do you think people play about the hard earned money we work for? these employees have to be INSANE! i have never tasted red beans and rice that disgusting it was truly awful to the point i want to speak to the franchise owner themselves about this DISTASTEFUL experience seriously upset that i spent 30$ and got 15$ worth of food and it was NASTY AT THAT if i don’t hear back i will encourage everyone not to even breathe at this place fire all the cooks immediately bc i am out for revenge.

Wish I could give it a negative star. The service was horrible in the drive thru and when we got to the window it got worst. The employees were mingling with the car in front of us. You can clearly hear it was a social interaction with someone they know about their "business" the conversation lasted a few minutes with them exchanging a personal bag back and forth. Finally after getting to the window I informed the employee of how I didn't appreciate the service and he didn't care at all. I ended up leaving with no food because I didn't feel comfortable with all the hand shaking and bag exchange while my food was supposed to be handled. I'm sure hands weren't being washed

I've been patiently struggling to write this review. I want to give any new restaurant some time to get its legs underneath them. And experience many visits before forming an opinion. Honestly the customer service is great and the people are friendly, no issues with ordering or getting what we asked for. But, we've had one bad experience after another here with the actual food. They've only been open barely a month and I don't think the grease in the fryer has been changed yet. The taste of the chicken is off. We've gotten mixed batches of spicy and regular chicken. The fries are often undercooked. And whatever cut of "chicken" that is, that they are serving as thighs, just stop! And 2 times we've gone, the machine that makes the frozen lemonade has been down. I should have given zero stars, but the good service deserves a little something. Whoever owns AND manages this location, needs to go check out another Popeyes and see how the food is supposed to be served and taste.
