Great lattes, freezes, and drinks. Best hot chocolate in town has been my daughter's favorite for years. You can ask for it kids temp if necessary. If drinks are too sweet you can ask for them half-sweet like I do.

I previously never really drank Dutch Bros. until this location opened up in Madera, and now I prefer it over Starbucks for price and quality! ☕ Violet is super nice and always remembers who I am and my order, super kind and friendly. The staff I've talked to always seem friendly and down to earth. 💜 Lines move comparatively faster than other drive-thrus, they do have busy hours especially on the weekends. So be advised! TLDR: Nice place to get yummy drinks, thank you much baristas and runners!! 👏🏻

This is by far the best Dutch Bros in the Central Valley. The service was amazing—especially considering how busy they were. We got our drinks very quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I went here for the first time today. I go to Dutch Bros all the time in other areas. This one in Madera did a good job with my drink and made it quick. I really liked the young girl that helped me. I think her name was Mikenzie or Kenzie . She had a really good attitude and helped me with finding a new drink.

Food is very good. Always love stopping at this place for a coffee. The wait is very long. I would recommend staying in the car, it takes so long to order outside. So better waiting in the car than outside with the cold weather.

Fyi, if you go through the DT around 5pm on a Th afternoon, even when you arrive at the window, they may insist that you pull around to the other side of the building, exit your car that you were in, and wait by the walk up pedestrian window. You're better off just doing the walk up window unless you go through the DT in the morning before it starts to get busy.

I'm a coffee fiend and I've tried different Dutch Bros around Cali and WA state, tbh I give this one a 3.5- 3.7⭐ because the service isn't always the best, in fact I've only had one really positive experience here and the rest I felt like I was a bother. I've worked food service I get it but still everytime I usually go, no one seems happy except the people inside. Anyways that's just my review. I love coffee and I feel good service helps the coffee taste better

I walked up to the window, placed my 2 drink order, then waited... 15min later (and after all the cars in the drive thru -plus the 5+ more that arrived after I placed my order) had gotten their orders, then I finally revived my drinks. Madera needs to step up their game, you wouldn't see this at any other location!

Worst dutch in the Valley. Horrible customer service!!! The whole team has bad attitudes and straight disrespectful. They apparently don't know how to take orders yet let alone make a simple drink.

The people taking the orders skipped me even though I was first they took everyone else order and wasted my time . People taking the orders are just not taking the job seriously definitely need better workers

This girl kept being on one side of the lane, and I got skipped by 4 cars. And as I keep pulling forward she told me to keep stopping. Smh some blond with bad makeup.

First time going to this Dutch Bros and was disappointed. Me and my family waited in a long line for 30mins until our drinks were finally brought out to us. The blended drinks were kind of watered down like they were sitting out. Going to stick to the other locations that are actually quick to order and serve, shout out to the Oakdale, Modesto, Turlock, & Merced locations.

Why is it when I order a medium 24 oz with no ice they always give me half a cup. When I ask why they do this, they say it’s policy when we ask for no ice. 24 oz is 24oz. I’m not buying ice I’m buying your drink. I believe the employees are just doing what they are told. (That’s why I’m nice to them). Oh did I mention if I want no ice but a full cup I have to pay $1.00 extra

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Cashier and staff need to learn how to prioritize better.!! They had messed up on my order so I drove up to the store again, allowing them to amend their mistake but I was once again disappointed!!! They had me waiting and waiting for my replacement and were planing to have me wait 10 minutes longer for a single drink that THEY MESSED UP ON, out in this 100 degree heat!! I complained and asked for a refund, cashier then proceeded to pull out my drink. I still wasn’t 100% satisfied with my drink but had enough of this nonsense!!! Staff need retraining in prioritizing and good customer service!!

Lately the employees have not been friendly. The drinks have been coming out disgusting. They don't even listen to you correctly when your ordering so they get your drink wrong and when you tell them they get an attitude and wanna charge you for their mistakes. I'd rather drive to fresno again to get it made right

Let me first say I’m a total Dutch girl!! Gave up Starbucks for Dutch!! I’ve visited different locations in different cities. The Madera location is the worse location I’ve been to! Always long lines no matter what time you go and staff not very personable.

Last time I went here, the person taking our order seemed inconvenienced at even being there before taking our order. Not very attentive. Syrup for drink was at bottom of cup and I had to stir it when I got home before it tasted like anything. On this visit, the speakers were so loud with country music that I could hardly hear the people handing out drinks at the widow. They gave me attitude because I had them repeat themselves a few times before I could understand them. Not at all a pleasant experience like it used to be about 6 months back and won't be going back for awhile. Hope things change for the better because I used to really enjoy going here.

I had been debating writing a review but after my last experience it is way over due. First and foremost stay in your car and order there. You will be out faster than ordering at the window!! I made the mistake not once but twice of doing this (because there was no one in line) and it took them 30 minutes to give me my drink... never again. Second of all as someone previously stated even after repeating orders at least 3 times they still mess up your drink and when you tell them "hey the drink is wrong" they roll their eyes at you like your are the one who messed it up! Unfortunately they don't wear name tags but the Latina girl with long straight hair who tends to work the window... yeah I'm talking about you. Your attitude is not of Dutch standards and I have no clue why you got hired but if someone tells you their drink is not made correct fix it without rolling your eyes. It is not my fault your co-workers messed it up. I did bring up the first incident with they eyerolling to the manager the first time but this happend yet again and their was no one in sight. I have never had bad customer service at Dutch Bros @ the Fresno locations but at Madera they lack the "Dutch vibe" they are famous for. I do hope that something is done about the long wait at the window. It should not take more than 30 minutes for one to get their drink when there is no one in line on that end. Also, these employees are up for some customers service classes because they are lacking in the department! Shot out to Moose because he holds up the place with his positive vibes and great tips and to those who actually have the Dutch vibe!!

I'm personally not coming back to this store the had me wait until 3 cars went in front of me just because I was in the shorter lane and the female comes out with the lame excuse that "she's supposedly following their rules" when it's supposed to be 1 then 1 when it's a two lane drive thru.

My drink tasted like river water and yeah my fault ordered online and went in drive thru but the employee told me it was fine just go in next time waited in a long line for 15 minutes and then the dude at the front after he was done flirting with the car in front of me and talked for 5 minutes we go up and tell him my order he scolds us for not doing it correctly and the girl who told us it was okay (she would’ve told us to go back there was no cars in back of us and we would’ve had no problem going back) said nothing as he scolded us for the mobile order said he guessed we could give us our drink we paid for as if he was contemplating walking ten steps to the counter to grab our drink and hand it to us or with hold the drink that was 11$ Next time just give us the drink or tell us to go to the window lol

I understand if it’s hot and the lines are slow, but really? 40 mins in the drive thru? And I can’t even back out? Send a couple people out every 15 mins or so and take an order or two then cool off

Awful service . They mess up orders so many times is not funny and when you have to get your drink replaced it takes so long your other drinks end up melting. How many times do I have to repeat my order so they won’t get it wrong, even after repeating it 3 times or more it still comes out wrong. I go to Dutch bros everywhere and usually the mistakes are not as often as here. Even the drinks don’t taste the same.. what’s up with that? I imagine is the same recipe for the whole company so I’ll chalk it up to the inexperience of the broristas. Either way they need to get their stuff together

The cashier said I'd have to pay an extra $1.50 to remove the ice–meaning the total for a medium cold latte would be over $8! I asked how much a hot latte would be, and he told me it would be $6.50.. I asked if they could just pour cold milk over two shots, and he said no, we have to steam the milk if you want it at that price. So you're essentially paying for ice in an iced drink, even though the amount of liquid volume is significantly less than if you got a hot drink. That math isn't mathing. Cmone, Dutch Bros– even Starbucks doesn’t quibble over this. Also- check your drinks before driving off at this location because I'm sure they only add one shot of espresso in a medium, unless you like iced milk. See photo of the medium drink after I poured the ice out. That is not a 16oz.

You order way ahead of time and they never have your order ready even after the expected time it tells you on the app. It’s happened multiple times. Drive thru lines are also long wait times. Slowest Dutch I’ve ever been too smfh

The guy who took our order did an amazing job. The wait was ridiculous although it is a Friday night. I was looking forward to my drink because I was driving back home and had a long drive to go. I highly recommend to taste your drink before you leave. I asked for a salted caramel drink and the girl that made my drink completely forgot the salted caramel portion of it. Sadly my drink taste totally different. It was a waste of time and money. Not sure if I’d consider this location to anyone. It was way way too busy to only have three on staff on a Friday night.

They sounded very passive aggressive as I didn’t know to go to the pick up window to grab my mobile order drink (I had just downloaded the app and I don’t go to Dutch Bros often). I really didn’t think the walk from one side of the shop to the other was going to be such an ordeal. Just my personal experience.

You have a busy line of customers waiting to order as you choose to play with a puppy. Lastly, I agree with other comments regarding the pick up window. I usually wait an additional 10minutes before I arrive to the pick up, just to give them time to catch up on order tickets. However, I still end up waiting another 15min at the window.
