After a long day of work I’m hungry and They gave me a regular chicken paddy instead of a the one for a jacks spicy cheese sandwich the inside was also drenched in mayo would not recommend eating here. I also asked for a double smash burger and received a double jack instead, asked for large fries but received a large sprite instead, make it make sense so disappointed Never coming back again😡

Worst jack in the box around. All the employees consistently and conveniently "take their break" at the same time so they won't have to work. Terrible management to allow that and undeserving of $20/hr. Already spoke to management about it and was told they weren't allowed to do that but they continue to do so.

First off I had an Order that was not too complicated simply asked for chicken strips and no onions on my burgers. The whole order was wrong. They gave me spicy chicken strips and onions in both my burgers which the food was for my sons who do not eat spicy food or onions. When I called to complain and asked for a refund, I was promised my food back and a full refund. When I went back to get it they denied me anything. This is bad customer service and bad management the whole store needs training. Managers should not be promising to give refunds and taking names down if it’s just a lie.

I ordered 2 Jr Jack in the box jumbo Jack's before in Merced with plainly of lettuce no problem, but in Madera they said we don't put that much lettuce because we are not part of Jack In Box, that is so wrong there cheating customers 🤔 that is not good I will never eat at this location

Ordered a supreme croissant (sandwich only) at 6:00 a.m. It took 10 minutes from the time I paid to when I got my food. I was thinking. " Oh cool, they're making everything fresh!" Unfortunately the egg was fried so hard, it was crunchy and inedible. And the croissant was about as hard as wood. (Not joking here unfortunately) Obviously, we're not accepting an order like that. So I went back, and had them do it over. The good news here is that customer service rocked. They were very willing and accepting to do the order over again. And apologized several times for getting it wrong. Unfortunately, the replacement was only just a bit better. The egg was only slightly less cooked till it was a hard piece of plastic, and the croissant was about half as hard as the first one. Certainly not the buttery, soft, and delicious croissants, I've gotten at other Jack in the boxes. From the reviews it seems their food quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately, for me it was miss. Twice within 10 minutes. Sorry Jack, you lost me. (You used to be really good. What happened?) We won't be coming back to this, or any others.

Ordered a large spicy chicken tender combo and found this dead cricket at the bottom of the fries, AFTER I ate most of them. Absolutely disgusting, check your food before you eat it because these guys do not care about you or your food. Unclean, unsanitary and unhealthy.

It’s sad how you come tru the drive tru and they tell u always a lie that the system is down that sometimes happened with the computer it’s always something and I see them on there phone laughing wat kind of service do customers get it’s really disappointed I been waiting over 39 mints the the system only takes 10 to 15 mints to come back I hope they check and have those people firer I have seen 22 cars leave and everyone saids they said 10 mints and it’s past 30 I call corporate and complain There just denying service to customers all this cars waiting and there looking a movie in there tv or something u can see it on the pic

I disagree just came from there an the fries where hard an oily an the meat of the buger was dry had to go no bk an u order a med fries the box has a small that crazy it was bad ? Sorry do u see juicy. In this burger he'll no this one of the 499 $ plumes tax did not look nothing an thay forgot the cheese both .???

Whoever the female was working at 225 AM on 6/11/2019 should be fired. Rude, unenergetic, obviously didnt want to be there. Also, my sriracha curly fry burger came on a SOURDOUGH bun, with jalapenos, tomato, and white cheese. If you don't want to work somewhere, quit. Dont take your annoyance and frustration on the guests. I worked Food and Beverage, this was completely childish.
