We ordered delivery to our home and it came very fast. The food was also great and the packing was nice. This place deserves the 5 star rating!

Anything one orders off the menu is going to be delicious, love this place!

Wish I had taken a pic of our food but didn't but I had the Shawarma chicken wrap. The chicken cooked perfectly and was so tender plus the veggies were fresh and the sauce was so good could have drank it.

The Kabob Grill is the perfect spot to grab lunch. It’s a small place, but surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The food is some of the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever tasted. The hummus and fattoush salad are absolute must-haves, and while their Philly cheesesteak isn’t traditional, it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Late post December 18, 2021 Was visiting family & we all decided to order from Kebab Grill which is a Mediterranean Restaurant that my brother & his family love to eat at. It was a very delicious first time experience for me. I ordered the Shawarma with Broiled Chicken it is served with rice pilaf, salad, grilled vegetables, juju sauce & warm pita bread. Very delicious meal & filling. Loved their special juju sauce for dipping (YUM).👌☺️

Delicious! Beef Shawarma plate. Good portions and tasty flavor. Best first experience and has now become a regular lunch option.

Baklava was not made correctly, not tasty. The cashier was responsive. In general, it feels like the business is treated carelessly, without love. Disposable tableware is terrible, the tables are dirty both outside and inside. Despite the fact that the cafe is empty. Lots of flies. The restaurant positions itself as Mediterranean, but the atmosphere is American. At least they bought beautiful tableware and added Mediterranean drinks.

I like the food, but the portions are very small.

Food was okay. I ordered a pita wrap today visiting the restaurant for the first time. They put this weird sauce that tasted like sour ranch dressing or something so it kinda killed the flavor of the wrap. They took over 20+ minutes to make our food yet everyone else got their food faster so that didn't help things. I don't know if I can say I'd ever return to this place nor could I recommend it as far as food prepared in a timely manner.

Nice food. Chicken plate and hummus. Good flavorful chicken and sauce. Pita bread was good. Rice was very good, wish they served more. Hummus was good and had some good spices on top. Easy parki g and near the 99.

Friendly, fast service and clean restaurant. My falafel wrap was dry with a side of dry. My husbands lamb was chewy not soft. The wraps should come with sauce, instead I had to take a bite, realize there was no sauce and then go buy two little tzatziki sauces for a $1 each. I don’t mind paying the price if the food is good, but this place isn’t even trying.

This place used to be really good a couple a years ago, but today will be the last time I come back. My wife and I were truly disappointed in our beef and chicken kebab plates. We had more onion than we did meat, the rice had no flavor, and the salad was not fresh. Terrible. Even the pita bread was hard and cold. Only reason I gave it 2 starts was the damn sauce is good. Next time I’m craving Mediterranean food I will drive to Fresno.

We’re deciding after many years to no longer be customers at Kebab Grill. It has steadily over the past year declined in quality & customer service. Our recent experience was with our order of the vegetarian plate for takeout. They did not include the stuffed grape leaf & instead of 4 falafel, there were 3 & no dressing for the salad. We called them to let them know, we couldn’t take it back because we live in Fresno. They told us to call the next day to speak to the shift lead Caroline. Carlo line essentially said we couldn’t get compensated! What! We paid for the plate to include what is advertised. We were just asking for the missing items. BAD BUSINESS MOVE, Caroline!

Ordered an in person order to go, waited an hour long before they gave us the food. Turns out our food was sitting on the to go shelf for 30 minutes, the staff was too busy chatting. Meat was half cold, too much money for bad service. Will not be coming back here.

I have been changing my reviews for this place many times. They been negative and positive but lately they have been getting our orders right. Hopefully they keep it like that because we really enjoy eating hear and we been giving this place so many chances.

I’ll start by saying the food is good, we drive about an hour to come get food here as it’s the closest Mediterranean style food to us. That being said we won’t be doing it anymore! Last time we came, we ordered fries on the side, and the lady gave us rice… easy to misinterpret over the speaker so no big deal, she didn’t want to refund the difference so asked if we wanted juju sauce and the price would even out. So we said sure no problem… until we drove away and we didn’t get the sauce either. Then today we make the drive, get there over an hour before they close. Open sign is lit up, no one answers on the speaker, so we try calling, goes to voicemail full, so we pull up to the window that’s cracked open, the lady then comes over and says they’re closed. They have nothing left to make? How do they plan on operating going into the weekend? Super disappointed! Food is everywhere, I like to spend my money where the service is up to par, and this place is just not it.

7/17/23 at 702pm approx Patricia refused to serve us because they have a no pet policy. I have service animal and he has his service harness on. They required us to sit on the patio if we were to eat there. I explained he is a service animal and that was against the ADA regulations and asked for her manager. She stated he wasnt there and told me she is just following the rules that people may be allergic to pets. I asked her to call her manager which she did. She spoke to him in the kitchen for a couple of minutes then handed me the phone. Marcel is the owner or manager and i explained to him that we had a service animal and i had explained to Patricia he was trained and in a marked service harness. Marcel told me they have a strict no pet policy at which i reiterated he is a service animal and that rule is not applicable for service animals and we are not required to sit on the patio either according to the ADA and asked him to look up the rules with the website i could direct him to. He stated they have the right to refuse service to anyone and they would not allow my "pet" in the restaurant. I told him i would be reporting this to the ADA and he told me to go ahead. I have reported this issue and am waiting for a response. I have eaten inside on a number of occasions and very much enjoy the food but this was unacceptable

I almost never give bad reviews, let alone one star, but I'm so surprised by this restaurant's policies that I feel compelled to help other families. Their customer service is not so great, but that can change in the future. The food here is okay sometimes and other times its pretty bad...the meat can be very dry and the salad dressing is way too tart. The worst thing about this restaurant is that the owners/managers don't care about you, their customer. If you order something that tastes off from how it usually tastes, they will apologize and tell you they'll give you a ten percent off discount for your next visit, but they won't help you with it this visit. And if they leave off your extra dressing or hummus that you paid for, you can forget about that too. I called after getting an order through takeout, in which they left out all the extras I paid for, and they said they were closing so they would make it up to us next time. However, I told them next time (3 weeks later) and they blamed it on an old employee and said they didn't offer discounts anymore. When I remembered nded them that I paid for things I didn't receive they said, "we'll try to do better next time." I know many others with similar stories, unfortunately. My advice if you eat here is, check your takeout order before you leave, don't go anywhere near closing time, and just write it off permanently when they say they'll make it up to you next time. I quit going here after several negative experiences but I do root for them to do better.

Orders a swarma beef kebab on a French roll because I do not like pita bread. Lady who took my order even read it back to me as she handed me my bag. WELL, I got an about 5 to 6 thin slices of beef kebab on pita bread and the rest of it was all lettuce and tomatoes. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered a salad. Very disappointed they totally ignored my request. And as far as a the meal . I might as well been a vegetarian. Will not be going there again!

This review is mostly about the service, we find the food to be good, which is why we have continued to give the benefit of the doubt and continue to order their food. With that said, the quality of the service is terrible. They haven’t gotten our order right more than once in the last 6 months. We have had to take trips back for them to correct our order repeatedly as they will not refund. Today, I ordered from them on door Dash, hoping that they would do better with a digital print out of our order, but sadly they made more mistakes than normal and completely omitted 2/3rds of our order. I tried to call them to see if we could pick up what they left out, but they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Luckily in this instance, door dash reimbursed us, but that was a hassle, so we will just not be dining here in the future. This was enough of a headache that we will be leaving this review on other platforms as well, so others don’t have to deal with the same problem.

I wish I didn't have to give any stars. The food is absolutely awful! The lettuce of my salad was brown and wilted and the dressing was very tart! My husband's chicken sandwich was incredibly dry. We both couldn't eat our food. If you want great Mediterranean food, go to Fresno. It will be worth the drive.

Problem after problem with flaky staff. Overcharged, under served. Food is decent if you can actually get what you ordered and paid for. I don’t recommend going here.

The food is typically good, however we have gotten poor service, food items left out of our bag and today we ordered the chicken shawarma and rice pilaf kids meal and there was what looks to be a piece of metal from a brillo pad in it. Thankfully we had moved the meal over to a paper plate for our toddler or else we wouldn't have seen it. Never eating here again, too dangerous.

The portions was awful for the price. I literally got 5 chicken kebob plates that had four small pieces of chicken. My fatoush salad wasn’t as pictured at all. It was only cut up lettuce that’s it. SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE ABD SO DISAPPOINTED
