They're always out of chicken you have to wait 45 minutes before you get your order and sometimes more than that but the workers are very hospitable and kind night manager that's a good job

I just got the famous bowl and I don't know what makes it so famous, the chicken and mash potatoes or the bread clip tab i found in it. If this was some sort of scavenger hunt and i won a prize let me know and i will gladly change the rating.

Rude staff , never have the food ready . Want you to pull out of drive through so there timers don’t show that they take forever getting you your order

I've been to this place a few times n every time I get soggy old chicken... this might be the worst kfc in America.... yikes... I wish there was a pop eye or jelly bee here

People that work at this restaurant aren’t able to provide a customer service experience that will make you welcome and appreciate your business with the restaurant. Not commitment at all of helping the customers in their need more that just take your orden and get your money. Made me wait (after ordering food) half and hour to use the restroom, they told me in the beginning that the restroom was close because someone was inside and then wen I asked again the end up saying (half and hour after) that they close it because smells bad. So frustrated specially because I have to hit the road for 3 hours.

I will preface this by saying I have never left a negative review before. I placed an online order at 3:06. At 3:18, I go up to the front and asked for my order. They looked surprised as if they had not been checking the system. “Oh, we just got it through right now.” Okay, fine. They’re swamped, I get it. My order was big: 6 piece meal, 10 piece meal, 2 famous bowls. I watched and waited as atleast 8 customers who came in after I had already alerted them of my order, receive their orders. Their orders included several meal combos including atleast a couple of 6 pieces and a 10 piece, by the way. I finally got my order at 3:48. Went to my car and they were missing sides. I had to go back. Left at 3:55. Associates were pleasant and apologetic, but their prioritization, organization, and management are terrible. You cannot just put off online/mobile orders and service the in-house line first even if you are busy. Maybe they lost their coleslaw somewhere and that was what was holding back my order, or they somehow ran out of an item that was in my order. Communication would have been helpful and I would have chose an alternate item. It was very frustrating as they said my order took so long because it was a big order, yet they serviced atleast 8 people after with multiple meal combos that could have went to my order. One bad incident and I would have let it slide as bad luck, but this has happened multiple times throughout the year at this location. Last time I’ll be here. Food quality was bad: mashed potatoes had very little gravy, old oil/salty batter, etc.

I told myself I would never give this place another chance but my dumbass did. Cold, overly greasy, rubbery chicke…gooey, mushy potato’s that are also cold but the coleslaw is warm…$65 and they acted like I was going to pull their teeth out when I asked fit sauce. No honey, no butter and no damn ketchup. Never ever again.

1 star from me because I went in to use the bathroom. There was 2 restrooms, 1 appeared to be for disabled people and the other one for everyone else. I had to pee so bad. The door said in use so I waited. They were taking forever and I asked if I could use the other one. I’m assuming he was the manager and he said just to wait for the other one. As bad as I had to pee, I just was like okay I’ll wait. I could hear someone in there but they were taking forever. So I went back to the front and asked if I could please use the other one and everyone just looked at each other like they didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager came back up and said I couldn’t but he knows that someone has been in the other restroom for a while. I was so mad and took off. It literally would have been so fast.

It was gross! The chicken was overly greasy, the grease was old as you can see how dark it is in the pic. There were only 4 pieces of chicken in this bucket. The fries also tasted like the old grease and were cold. I would not recommend

I went to KFC in Madera,CA, ordered chicken sandwiches,we were told that there would be a 22 minute wait, for all chicken. We waited approx 10 minutes, order was ready. Got home and noticed that we received chicken TENDER sandwiches. As I started to distribute everyone's food, all but ONE sandwich were chicken tenders. Tried calling the restaurant, to no avail. I really don't go here because my order is just about always incorrect or the service is horrible. I do not recommend coming here. I would definitely recommend POPEYE'S over KFC. Hopefully KFC corrects this !!
