Como siempre un espectáculo comer en esta casa, tanto el dueño, Carlos, el personal transmiten desde el minuto uno profesionalidad y el género de primerísima calidad. Ayer tocó un cochinillo espectacular nos recomiendo 100 × 100
Excelente sitio para comer un asado y lo que desees, la ensalada de burrata y tomate rosa le faltaba un poco de gracia, algo sosa. Por lo demás estupendo tanto el cochinillo como la morcilla muy rico todo y muy amables los trabajadores. Volveremos a ir seguro.

El ambiente es cálido y auténtico, perfecto para comidas en familia, con amigos o celebraciones especiales, destacando especialmente por su trato atento y profesional, así como por la calidad constante de los platos que muchos clientes elogian como “deliciosos y bien ejecutados”. Tips: Suelen recomendar reservar con antelación los fines de semana para asegurar mesa, ya que es habitual que esté concurrido.
Todo perfecto. Reservamos para el día 27 de diciembre sin ningún problema. Pedimos de entrante... MUY ACONSEJABLE, Hojaldre de morcilla con puré de patata y de plato principal lomo de corvina con salsa de cítricos y ración de cochinillo asado. Todo de 10. La verdad es que pienso volver. El servicio muy atento educado, joven y muy profesional. La cocina perfecta porque estando totalmente lleno, no tardarán prácticamente nada en sacar los platos. Muy aconsejable.

Menús muy ricos a buen precio. Fuera de carta, también tienen platos que merecen la pena. Amplia gama de vinos y buenos vermús. A destacar el cocido.
Restaurante totalmente recomendable, local agradable, servicio muy bueno y la comida muy bien (para mi hay un pero en el postre del tatin de manzana, demasiada canela le resta sabor) . Nos gusta mucho las patatas revolconas, exquisito. Repetiremos seguro.
The restaurant is welcoming, and although it was quite lively, the service was very efficient, with no unnecessary waiting. We started by sharing several dishes, which was a great choice. The croquettes were creamy on the inside and perfectly golden brown—the kind that disappear quickly from the plate. The chistorra sausage and the mashed potatoes were a wonderful accompaniment. It's in the main courses where the wood-fired oven truly shines. The suckling pig was crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside, and the shoulder of lamb, the ribeye steak, and the roast lamb were all cooked to perfection, with tender, flavorful meat. We also tried the sea bass, a lighter option but very well prepared, perfect for balancing the meal. The staff was friendly and professional at all times, attentive to our table and explaining the dishes without rushing. All in all... a meal enjoyed from beginning to end, the kind you remember and want to return to.
We visited Asador Avelino and the experience couldn't have been better. To start, we were served chistorritas with thyme and honey sauce that surprised us with their flavor and successful combination. To share, we tried very original lamb croquettes and scrambled eggs with ham, both prepared with care and traditional flavor. The main courses were excellent: the lamb shoulder was juicy and tender, the suckling pig crispy and flavorful, the tenderloin cooked to perfection, and the lamb chops were a real success. The desserts were the perfect finishing touch: brownies for those with a sweet tooth and a cheesecake that was simply spectacular. The price is around €50 per person, more than justified by the quality, service, and experience. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended place for lovers of good meat and quality Castilian cuisine.
Highly recommended. 10/10 food quality. Special mention to the lamb and lamb croquettes. Next time we'll try the suckling pig, which has very good reviews. We also ordered shrimp fritters as a starter, which were delicious. The service from the entire staff was excellent. We'd like to give a shout-out to the waitress, who wore a black suit, who took excellent care of us and was very kind to us.
Today we went for lunch four people without a reservation, thinking that being a Tuesday and in August there would be no problem and when we arrived it was full, but they were very kind to tell us not to worry that they would find a solution for us and that is what happened, we have not been waiting even 30 minutes and they already gave us a table (while we were having an aperitif). The whole month of August they have the suckling pig at 50% and of course, we have clearly understood why everything was full. They make a delicious suckling pig, the meat and fish are perfectly cooked. The desserts and coffees are very nice, which accompanied by the good service of the waiters makes us note to return on another occasion. Congratulations to all.
This restaurant had been recommended to us, and it was quite an experience. The starters (we tried four), the main courses, and the desserts were exquisite (what a taste that wonderful wood-fired oven gives us). The staff was always very professional, attentive, and extremely kind (even accommodating some special needs). We will definitely return.
we found this place by chance, and it was the best dinner I had in my 5 days in madrid, sunny and kind waitress, but not only her, all the staff super nice . Really good point the food, starting from the calamari, to the chicken leg and the typical snails of the place, all delicious and perfect, thank you for making us spend a lovely evening

In my experience, it's rare to find a restaurant that excels in all categories: decor, ambience, service, cleanliness, food. Asador Avelino is such a place. It's a bit of a ride outside of central Madrid, but you won't be disappointed. The restaurant, whose specialty is succulent lamb roasted to perfection in a wood oven, has been in business for forty four years. Pedro, our waiter, clearly takes his job seriously; he was attentive, and also explained how each dish was prepared . Grilled octopus; snails were an excellent first course before the lamb, which was fall-off-the-bone succulent. After dinner, the mojito and tangerine and cava sorbets were the perfect end to a perfect night.
Supernice place and an excellent service. The waiters were superhelpful, proactive and attentives. Please do not miss desserts.
Although its in a normal working class neighborhood you end up pleasantly surprise at the quality in service and food,price is at the high end but it is worth the visit.
Celebramos una fiesta familiar, seis adultos. Reservamos mesa porque nos dijeron que suele llenarse. Encargamos cinco raciones de cochinillo y otro pidió solomillo con foie y Pedro Ximénez. Entrantes para compartir y postres a la carta . Con un par de botellas de Rioja Crianza. Servicio amable y profesional. Tiempo de servicio normal. Cochinillo en su punto, crujiente y delicioso. La cecina de Angus excelente. Las croquetas muy ricas de sabor y con jamón. El choco estaba rico. Precio/calidad. Bueno.
A neighborhood grill, in an area that's easy to miss unless you go with a recommendation. I didn't have a reservation, but there was a table available (the place filled up, but there were still one or two tables free). The place is spacious, but not too big, and a bit noisy. You can easily organize a family meal, but it might be a bit cramped for a company dinner. The food was good. The menu has a lot of variety, and some dishes are quite original. The croquettes were delicious, which is rare these days. The salmon was also good, and the portobello mushrooms were amazing. Perhaps they should work a little on the doneness of the food (it was a bit overcooked for my taste), but you leave satisfied. The wine list is also very extensive, with prices to suit all budgets. The staff was friendly and efficient, very good. The kitchen should bring out the dishes in a more organized way, but I suppose it's difficult to do it perfectly at the same time. The desserts are in line with what you'd expect from a place like this. I missed having fruit and something a bit more original, but you can choose from several options. The price is reasonable and affordable. In short, it's a great place to celebrate an event where you know everyone will leave happy. I recommend it.
