COMO MOLAS BILLY BRUNCH Billy Brunch mola un montón. Es un sitio súper original y único y con una carta amplia y exquisita. El personal de 10 y su atención, pues de 10 también. Es muy popular y hay bastante gente, pero en realidad no ha resultado agobiante ni nada en ningún momento. Hay rotación rapidilla de gente en las mesas y no hay que esperar mucho, pero desde luego, merece la pena la visita. Benedictine de locos de rico y de cantidad el plato. Recomendadísimo y repetiré visita y varias veces desde luego.

Enamorado de Deimi! ha sido un encanto con nosotros, ha estado muy pendiente de lo que pudiésemos necesitar. El servicio del resto de camareros ha sido muy rápido, la amabilidad del personal muy buena y la comida estaba muy buena! Gran cantidad, buena presentación, gran sabor! Mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo de la cocina. La música me encantó, entrar y escuchar Still DRE, fue un puntazo.

Lo visité por recomendaciones en redes sociales y no decepcionó! Es una excelente opción si estás por la zona, la comida está muy buena y aunque el personal siempre está súper ocupado, brindan un excelente servicio. Eso sí, al visitarlo trata de ir con tiempo ya que casi siempre hay fila, pero vale la pena totalmente!

No me gusta crear expectativas muy altas de los sitios a los que voy, pero este sitio lo merece. De los mejores brunch que he comido, delicioso! Los huevos Benedict estaban en el punto perfecto y la tortilla con queso estaba espectacular. El personal super amable y atento, éramos una mesa grande y rápidamente lo gestionaron. Además venían niños y nos dieron para pintar y que estuviesen entretenidos. El local es súper bonito.

Probamos este sitio de brunch y nos ha encantado. Sirven las mejores tortitas que hemos probado hasta ahora. Son tiernas y sabrosas. Pedimos los huevos benedict que estaban increíbles. El capuccino estabas muy bueno también. Los platos son abundantes, perfectos para compartir. Nos ha atendido Laura, simpática y atenta. El servicio fue de diez, volveremos muy pronto.

La atención de Xavier fue excelente, siempre muy amable. Las cocineras Sofía y su ayudante Leonela hicieron un trabajo maravilloso, todo muy rico. Los cafés son deliciosos, preparados por Laura y Yuri con mucho amor y cariño. Además, fue increíble el dibujo que me hizo Yuri, un detalle hermoso que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Totalmente recomendado

La verdad que la comida estaba súper rica, el servicio de todos los trabajadores ha sido excelente, especialmente de Almudena que fue la chica que nos atendió. Además, el lugar es impresionante, la decoración nos encantó. Sin duda, volvería a ir.

Hemos estado hoy y nos ha encantado. Los platos son copiosos y súper ricos. Os recomendamos los huevos benedict y el sandwich. El smoothie espectacular. El café, si te gusta, este sitio es súper recomendable, Las tortitas llenan una barbaridad, las fresas y el choco negro, tremendos. Y preguntamos el nombre a la camarera, Mery, porque nos encantaron sus recomendaciones y su trato. Ibamos con niños y fueron encantadores. Volveremos!

Such a cute spot for brunch! We ate really well, everything was super fresh and full of flavour. I had the avocado toast and I’d totally recommend it, it was so good. Also, a special mention to the staff because they were honestly so kind and welcoming the whole time. I had iced tea and my bf got apple juice and even those were surprisingly good. It was busy, but lucky for me I was eating solo and the staff got me a seat immediately. I saw another guest ordering the dulce de leche pancake and couldn’t help but to order it for myself. Upon its arrival, a gargantuan stack of three pancakes with a side of whipped cream is placed in front of me, and I can’t but to take a photo. Overall, the food was tasty, and as an English speaker, every staff member I interacted with reciprocated the language. No complaints on my end.

I had the best brunch experience at Billy Brunch. The food was great and the English breakfast was exactly what I was hoping for — tasty, well prepared, and filling. The ambience was amazing with really great music. What really made my visit special was the service. After my girlfriend mentioned it was my birthday, the staff went out of their way to make it memorable. I received a free mug as a gift, a cupcake made on the spot, and they even sang Happy Birthday for me, which was such a nice and genuine surprise.

We were looking for breakfast and saw billy brunch on Tripadvisor and the pancakes looked amazing so despite a 20 minute walk we gave it a go. We had to wait because it was busy but that’s a good sign to me , the staff were very helpful and polite. Been walking this place many times when heading to another place for breakfast and always with huge queue. So thought to try and I was pleasantly surprised! Loved the service from all the staff ,and have to mention Susana, a chef at the kitchen, noticed her warmth and love for cooking. Its super felt, and good was delicious (also thanks to the rest in the kitchen).I asked for some mustard and she was super kind and gave it to me, although she didnt had to as i could have picked it up muself.Have to mention this as not always those who cook get mentioned (and not always visible). We were immediately seated at a comfortable and quiet table at the back of the dining area, a pleasant spot for a relaxed meal. The service was handled by Eli, who played a key role in making our experience outstanding. From the very first moment, he was kind, attentive, and exceptionally professional. He described each dish clearly and courteously, guided our choices with patience, and maintained the same high standard of service throughout the entire visit — always attentive, efficient, and genuinely friendly. We ordered two cappuccinos, one plate of huevos revueltos (creamy scrambled eggs on artisan bread), one huevos benedict con bacon served with roasted potatoes and fresh salad, and one muesli. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and everything tasted excellent. The eggs were perfectly cooked, soft and well-seasoned. The cappuccino was properly extracted, with smooth milk texture and a nice finishing touch. Billy Brunch offers a casual and welcoming atmosphere, but it was Eli’s attentive and sincere service that truly elevated the experience, turning an ordinary brunch into a memorable and delightful moment.

Hello again from another Billy Brunch! After being invited by Ms. Billy to visit another branch following my last visit in Barcelona I decided to try the one in Madrid and it was just as I expected! There was a short queue (around 15 minutes). I ordered the same dish as before and honestly the food in Madrid was even better! The staff were amazing very kind and professional although the team in Barcelona were a bit friendlier and always smiling. This place has a good reputation. It’s deserved. The food is good, the cappuccinos are in my humble opinion the best constructed in Madrid - as close to cappuccinos found in good places in Italy. That said as i wrote this my second cappuccino arrived… it was no where near the quality and care from the first…maybe because it was busier second time round. Top tip. Get there before 10:15 or you’ll be in a queue. It’s worth getting up a little earlier so you won’t wait. We did ask for the bacon to come crispy and it didn’t but frankly it was good anyway. YOU GOTTA TRY THIS ONE! We know that when it comes to where to eat, if we’re in Madrid, we have plenty of options. That’s why I consider it very important as a customer to choose a place that’s great in quality, prices, and of course service. This place just nailed those three, and that’s why I really feel you have to give it a chance, because I can assure you you’ll want to come back. I had a late brunch by myself on Sunday at 3 pm, and from the minute I walked in I was welcomed in a really nice way. They showed me a table where I could sit and gave me the menu, which btw they have in Spanish and English, with lots of options whether you want something light, more filling, or even vegetarian. I made my order and my food came out very fast — it was simply delicious! I had Benedict eggs with a fresh orange and ginger juice that tasted like glory!! And then my favorite part, THE COFFEE! Tell me how the magnificent barista, Xavier, made this beautiful drawing on my coffee 😍 I could NOT have had a better experience. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone because it is truly, truly worth it!

We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the pancakes, and both dishes were exceptional – cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. It was easily one of the best brunch meals we've had. ​What truly elevated our visit from great to unforgettable was the five-star service. We have to give a special shout-out to our waiter, Junior Melo, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. He hosted us perfectly from start to finish and made us feel so welcome. If you're looking for a memorable brunch, we cannot recommend this place enough!

Also what I love about they’ll ask you prefer to speak to them in English or Spanish which is a big help for us tourists. They have good service, which you’ll enjoy! We were here to have something to eat for my son's birthday and the experience was amazing. The ratio quality/price was great. We had several options from the menu and the kids and the adults were very good. But the best was the quality of the workers, they didn't know anything about his birthday but they must overhear us talking about it and by surprise they came with a cupcake, a candle and a bunch of them singing happy birthday very loudly!! My son was speechless and very happy about it, they even gave him a cup with their logo as a present. These guys make loyal customers!

My family have been going to Billy’s for years now, every year when we are in Madrid, and it has always been amazing. Unfortunately, yesterday we were disappointed. We ordered the club sandwich with potatoes. The potatoes were cold, and the chicken in the sandwich was also cold and not pleasant to eat, as it seemed to have just come out of the fridge. This was surprising given our consistently great experiences over the years. We truly hope this was just an off day, as Billy’s has always been a place we enjoy and look forward to visiting.
