Gracias a la mezcla de sus platos tendrás sabores tradicionales de Madrid con la mezcla de la firma colombiana, lo más rico fue el postre, en Colombia estos restaurantes son de lujo, solo se puede reservar entre diario, aún así tienen mucho espacio y te sientan rápido.

Como colombiano en el exterior, como aquí lo trae devuelta a la casa. A esos días que uno sale a comer con la familia o con la novia. Muy nostálgico. Pocos platos comparados como Colombia, pero la comida deliciosa, las porciones bastante decentes y muy buena atención. Habían pocos empleados para tantas mesas el día que fuimos, pero con muy buena actitud y carisma. Volveremos. Pedimos 2 jugos, la sopa covarachia, el Picadilly y el de pollo y champiñones. Todos recomendados.

Primera vez que vengo a este lugar y me gustó muchísimo. Probé una crepé salada, era de roost beef con cebolla asada y una mezcla de quesos que estaba increíble. Después un waffle de chocolate con fresas, estaba delicioso, el chocolate calentito, el helado arriba, increíble. El café también estaba muy rico, la chica supo entender lo que buscábamos y la atención fue de 10. El sitio también es muy acogedor. Nosotras éramos dos y fuimos, había espacio suficiente para estar cómodas sin mucha bulla. Volvería.

Desde el primer momento, la atención de Mauricio fue simplemente excepcional. Su amabilidad, calidez y dedicación hacen que la experiencia vaya mucho más allá de un buen servicio: te hacen sentir en casa. Cada visita se convierte en un viaje directo a mi tierra Colombia, y especialmente cuando voy por mi postre favorito. Los sabores, los detalles y el cariño con el que todo es preparado despiertan recuerdos, emociones y ese orgullo tan bonito de nuestras raíces. Gracias a la atención de Mauricio y a esta experiencia tan auténtica, no solo disfruto un postre, sino un pedacito de mi país. Sin duda, un lugar al que siempre quiero volver y que recomiendo con total confianza.

Excellent food, I do believe price was okay we had two drinks and two main courses for €32, this is for 2 person, toilets are clean, it wasn't crowded considering was lunch time

The music is not good. The limonada de coco is pretty similar to colombia, needs to add the mint leave in then presentation and the glass should be more tall. Also the ice should be more broken. The pollo thai should be more small the chicken but was pretty good And the tramotina was amazing!

With the poor reviews posted, I felt I had to set the record straight. I came here today as a promise to a friend, but expecting poor service from the reviews. This was not my experience today - I found the service excellent, served very quickly, everyone was very nice and patient even though I don’t speak Spanish. They helped me find the English menu on the website, and I ordered the crepe capresa. My meal came within 10 minutes, and it was delicious and fresh. Heaps of vege options. Everyone else around me was served quickly as well, no one looked unhappy. The desserts look amazing, this is what heaven looks like to me, but I didn’t order any - looking forward to my next visit.

Visited for something sweet after an afternoon of tapas with a friend when we were craving dessert. I loved that you can see the kitchen, the place is spacious and looks modern, and the service was good. I had some mini waffles with Nutella and it was delicious! Definitely recommend for sweet treats, if opens till late which is not so common for sweet things line waffles and crepes around here so that's a great strategy.

Que rico perder teen contrae los sabores de este sitio tan consagrado en Colombia. El servicio es lento, personal amable y la comida mantiene el sabor tradicional. Recomendable tener o opción de pan 🍞 ya que la mayoría de los plates tienen bastantes salsas.

Siempre que he comido en este lugar me parece que estoy en un cuento de hadas, me encantan los waffles y soy fan desde que estaba en mi país de este sitio gracias por estar en varios países, a mejorar un poco la atención. Pero de resto todo muy bien el lugar es muy agradable.

Sitio muy bueno y agradable, con crepes y gofres muy ricos; destaca especialmente el gofre de Nutella. Lo único a mejorar fue el té chai, que estaba bastante fuerte, con mucho sabor a jengibre y, al comentarlo, la única opción que me dieron fue añadir más leche porque, según la camarera, el té ya viene preparado. Por ese detalle no le pongo las cinco estrellas, aunque en general la experiencia fue buena.

Delicious Food, but Service Could Improve We visited Crepes & Waffles on Calle de Fuencarral in Madrid, and despite some service challenges, the food was absolutely worth the wait! When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, and we waited about 20 minutes for a table. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, possibly due to a shift change, which made the service feel slightly disorganized. The place was packed, but that’s often a good sign — it usually means the food is amazing, and it truly was! We ordered the natural fruit juice Alegría (mango, maracuyá, and pineapple) — fresh, tropical, and delicious. As a starter, we had the Sopa Covarachía (tomato soup with corn, avocado, fried plantain, sour cream, and cilantro) — full of flavor and comfort. For the main course, we chose the salty crêpe Stroganoff (beef tenderloin and mushrooms in sauce with cheese) — perfectly seasoned and satisfying. To finish, we shared a sweet crêpe with Nutella, banana, and red fruit ice cream — simply heavenly! I also had a Chai Tea, warm, aromatic, and very flavorful. Everything we ate was delicious and reminded us of the authentic Colombian flavors we love. However, the customer service could be improved. The servers were doing their best but seemed to lack coordination — orders were written manually, and I noticed a few mix-ups at nearby tables. My partner ordered a Pan Cook, but after taking our order, the staff informed us it was unavailable, showing a lack of communication with the kitchen. When we went to the restroom, we noticed an entire empty floor with over 20 available tables, yet it was closed — surprising, given the long waiting line downstairs. Overall, the food and flavors were outstanding, but I hope the restaurant improves organization and communication to match the excellence of their cuisine.

Delicious smoothie/juices and desserts! Perfect for someone craving a bit of sweet treats. Don’t expect American drop-dead level service, this isn’t the states, this is Spain. That being said the wait staff were all so kind and attentive, let me practice my spanish, and although we had to wait for around 10-15 mins for a table, came back to check on us. I love fruit, waffles, and smoothies, so perfect! Make sure to be patient and enjoy your time, it makes everything so much sweeter

Estuve en ese lugar con mi familia y la comida muy buena, los postres divinos, lo único que no me gustó es que estábamos terminando de comer el postre y la camarera se acercó a la mesa a decir q si íbamos a pedir más porq necesitaban la mesa ya que habían personas esperando. Al salir no había nadie esperando y en la parte de la entrada las mesas solas. Realmente no se que fue lo que pasó. Pero en lo que es la comida y postres muy bueno

We found out there’s a Crepes & Waffles in Madrid and decided to check it out. The overall experience is very similar to the restaurants in Colombia, starting with the long line to get a table. Once we were finally seated, it took quite a while for someone to take our order. The place was packed, and there were very few servers. While the staff was kind and polite, they were clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up. The food quality was excellent, just like in Colombia, tasty, well-prepared, and nicely presented. However, the service was a major downside. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working well, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside. Great food, but the overall experience suffers due to poor service and a lack of proper ventilation and poor cooling system. If you want to spend 2.5 hours having lunch this is your place.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO Lastima que siendo colombiana y queriendo disfrutar de una buena comida, el servicio al cliente opaque esta experiencia. Al llegar, desde el recibimiento de las camareras no fue el mejor nos indicaron de mala manera el lugar que nos teníamos que hacer, después cuando nos llegaron los segundos platos nos tocó pedirle a la camarera que nos retirara los platos del compartir, esta poniendo mala cara y actitud; esto nos tocó repetir para los postres. Al finalizar pedimos la cuenta y nos lanzó el papel en la mesa sin el porta factura. Lastimosamente no volvería a este restaurante solo por su servicio y leyendo más comentarios ni e sido la única que se ha sentido mal atendida. Resalto que esto nos sucedió solo con las camareras mujeres por que en algún momento le pedimos un favor a un camarero y lo hizo con buena disposición.

I feel that my recent reviews are rather negative but in hindsight it is because there are so many fabulous places to eat in Madrid. This sadly isn’t really one. In full transparency my girlfriend liked it more than me. So I’ll go though the process. We waited in a queue of 2 for about 10mins in a half empty restaurant. There were plenty of staff who I am afraid seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than paying attention to customers around them. It was only when I decided to simply go inside and find someone that we and the couple in front of us were seated. The coffee. Oh dear. Sour and far to string for a cappuccino. The food was OK. I’ve had many waffles here so had higher expectations. Waffles OK, bacon not the best, but OK. Cost: €25. 2 coffees and two plates. So that was reasonable. In all, it’s easy to get a table (when you are noticed), there’s no big queue, but there’s a reason for that - so many better places nearby.

Me and 3 other guests were excited to indulge in crepes and waffles as a late breakfast. We enjoyed the environment and ambiance of the restaurant, but that is where the positives cede. Service was relatively slow, and although kind, misinterpreted our orders. We were excited by the various coffee options, but were disappointed with its execution, specifically the Viennese Coffee and Latte. Maybe coffee wasn't the restaurant's forte; the namesake Crepes and Waffles could've turned the experience around. However, the Jamon y Queso Crepe was extremely average, as was the basic waffle. This was acceptable to an extent, but the fancier waffles slobbed with toppings diminished any more hope for our table. The ice cream was on par with something I’d make for a science experiment. Making things worse, service took forever to get us out of the restaurant, and the bathrooms somehow disappointed as well. Haven't had too many bad restaurant experiences, but I can add this one to the list.

Personally I feel this place need more improvement. The place looks very new and clean. Brunch menu looks very good with many choices. But the service might need more improvement on customer attention. For the food, since the restaurant is called Crepes and Waffles, I was expected will be good. Turns out with 7.10€, u get a waffle that has no taste, a syrups that taste like diluted. Everything taste very individual that doesn’t worth for the price.

Fui a comer panqueques y estaba tan duro que fue imposible. Al momento de pagar lo mencioné y la opción que me dieron es darme otro. Pero a esa altura ya quería irme, lo correcto hubiese sido descontarlo de la cuenta. La camera que me atendió no mira a sus clientes y tampoco válida si el pedido llegó bien, de haber sido así le hubiera dicho que mi plato era incomible.

They take years to come and bring your food, the food was pretty mid ngl, the service was really bad, I waited for almost 2 hours for them to bring first the dessert when i clearly asked to plz bring the savory food first and last the dessert. I politely asked for salt and they ignored me so o had to stand up and look for the salt myself, when the waiter came and finally brought me. There is better places in costumer service aspect save the journey to come here

I don’t give this to harm anybody but YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR SERVICE. First we waited 20 min before they took our order and we order salted and sweet dishes 30 min in between. My food was not good, the ice cream melted because it was sitting on the counter. Has to be something wrong. I’ll never step foot there again.
