Da gusto venir a comer aquí ya que desde el primer momento te reciben maravillosamente. A nosotros nos atendió David, súper agradable, resolutivo y con un claro control de la sala que sorprende. La comida, desde el buffet hasta las carnes, increíble también. La piña con el helado el mejor de los postres, y el chupito casero que tienen de maracuyá y cachaza, increíble. Muy recomendado. Volveremos seguro.

I have to admit, visiting this restaurant wasn't on my agenda, but I'm so glad the other one was closed that day! As soon as I stepped inside, I noticed it was unlike any other Rodizio I've been to. The place is absolutely beautiful! Everything was spotless, and you could tell that every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Now, let’s talk about the food—it was downright delicious! I tried my best to savour every single cut that the waiters brought to our table, but I just couldn't manage it all. The salad bar was loaded with so many tempting options, like the freshest sushi, delicious cheeses, beans, and more. Seriously, pace yourself if you want to enjoy all the cuts! And don’t miss out on the juices, especially the maracuya one—it's heavenly! 😍 I can't recommend this place enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great place to visit in Madrid! As a Brazilian I can say that this feels as an original Brazilian restaurant, everything was amazing and it was good to have food that “tastes like home”. The service wasn’t a really good part, we were the first group that arrived, and we still got some time to get people to take our order and as it started to get more customers it got harder. Overall experience was good but it’s probably worth it to book for a table and/or arrive early to enjoy it with more time and attention. PS: Don’t forget to get a caipirinha drink.

Restaurante Rodizio Brasileño, buen surtido de productos, atención buena del personal. Para reservar, hay que hacerlo por la página web y no telefónicamente, deberían poder dar esa opción también. Buena calidad de los productos. Relación calidad/precio algo elevado. Repetimos seguro.

Al llegar son un poco secos. Luego servicio de las mesas mejor. Comida de buffet variada y taaaan tipica: buenisimos los guisos (feijoada y caldeirada de mariscos). Mucha variedad. Carnes también espectaculares, no repiten tanto como dicen pero nos quedamos bien. Cocteles muy ricos. Comida (2 menus), cervezas, vino, cocteles y postre 160/2 pax, muy bien calidad-precio

Fui al restaurante Guanabará y la experiencia en general fue buena. Al entrar no nos explicaron bien cómo funcionaba el sistema, así que estuvimos un rato esperando a que pasaran con la carne hasta que nos dimos cuenta de que tenían que darnos el disco verde/rojo. Una vez aclarado eso, todo fluyó mejor. La comida estaba rica y de buena calidad, y el trato de los camareros fue amable en todo momento. Sí noté que pasaron varias veces con las mismas carnes y que la variedad no era tan amplia como esperaba, aunque lo que probamos estaba bien preparado. El ambiente del local es muy bonito, agradable y bien cuidado, y en general creo que vale lo que cuesta. Buena opción si te apetece este tipo de experiencia.

As a Brazilian I had really high hopes for this place. I'm happy to say that the service and food were good but it didnt have a ton of Brazilian food options. The biggest sin would be that they dont have a vinagrette instead they have a "molho baiano" which is just bell peppers in oil (as a Baiano I can promise you thats not some we have)...also sushi at a Brazilian place is just wrong....Food was good but I wouldnt call it Brazilian

4,5/5 Stars. The atmosphere is highly impressive. This is an aesthetic location. The buffet has loooots of options (I really enjoyed the carpaccio) - unfortunately the sushi was not too good, it seemed as if it has been sitting for a while, though we came right after opening. The meats are delicious, the picanha (my favorite) has a solid fat cap and was salted to perfection. The chicken hearts on the other hand were lacking salt. We wish the picanha came a little more often, though after asking for it, it was served immediately. If you fancy a Brazilian rodizio and you happen to be in Madrid, I recommend you check out Guanabara

The food was great! It was just like the rodizios you'll find in Brazil, plus here the salad bar/sidings buffet includes local Spanish delicacies. I was a little worried before coming here because of some bad reviews on the service (like you have to wait very long for servings, some people were saying they felt like they had to beg to be served). But I'm very happy to share that our experience was more than pleasant!! The servers came by our table in ideally spaced times--just as we're about to finish the previous meat, another comes. My only suggestion for improvement is if they can describe the meats a little bit more--every time I asked the servers, they only said "pollo, vaccuno, or cerdo". I was hoping for a little more description like lomo marinated in something. We paid around €240 for 5 people, which included two rounds of drinks.

🥩🥩Formato rodizio brasileño, con carnes que van saliendo de parrilla y van ofreciendo por las mesas en pequeños cortes. Se puede repetir las veces que quieras. ✅Antes de las carnes puedes pasar por un bufete de entrantes: sushi, ensaladas, embutidos y guisos brasileños de bastante buena calidad ❌La calidad de las carnes es regular. 🟰El precio del bufete, bebidas y postres aparte es de 30€ a mediodía los dias laborables. Como decía antes no vale lo que cuesta. ✅Atención correcta y atenta ✅Local amplio y muy bien decorado. Estuvo bien conocerlo pero creo que no repetiré.

Un sitio donde puedes comer toda la carne que quieras. Me ha parecido caro para la calidad que ofrecen, pero tambien es cierto que la cantidad es ilimitada, por eso le doy 3 estrellas. No tengo claro que repita. El servicio fue muy bueno. A destacar los panes de queso, una locura!!! 45 euros por personas(sin postre) y con solo una bebida cada uno.

Average Brazilian rodizio experience. Meat quality was nothing special, and we constantly had to ask for better cuts, which took a long time to arrive. Service felt disorganised, with little attention to our table …we had to ask repeatedly for water, drinks, and different meats. They mostly served pork and chicken. Don’t ask for the dessert, they are over priced for the quality and not included. The caipirinhas were too strong and poorly balanced. All three of us felt the same. On the positive side, the venue is beautifully decorated, and the live Brazilian singer was excellent, truly 5 stars for him. Overall, mediocre for the price. There are better options elsewhere.

I went there on weekend night, it was a very busy day so I had to wait a couple of minutes until someone’s attended me at the entrance. The dynamic of the meat was very interesting and worked really well, all the crew was really friendly. I asked for the truffle risotto and sadly that night there wasn’t truffle available, it was a pity because I was not aware of it but the manager was really attentive and diligent about my complaint. The atmosphere was cozy and the place is beautiful, we enjoyed live music and spent a good time there.

La comida espetacular, pero nos ha faltado atención desde que llegamos en la puerta por una señora morena alta que nos pidió para esperar unas cuantas veces sin ni siquiera mirarnos la cara. Pedimos unos cócteles, vinieron muy fuertes y calientes que incluso los preparó ella, y los habíamos pedido bien suave. Lo devolvemos y aún así trajeron iguales que los de antes y el camarero con una cara como si estuviera haciéndonos un favor. Puse una nota escrita en portugués en la cuenta que pagamos y lo dejamos ahí. El precio es súper elevado en comparación a otros sitios, pero de esto no nos quejamos porque no tenemos problemas de pagar para comer, pero por el precio, el servicio y la atención debería ser mejorada Volveré sí, porque la comida está espetacular, pero os dejo eso escrito para que mejoren.

Soy cliente recurrente de Guanabara tanto en Barcelona como en Madrid, y siempre he vuelto porque me gusta el ambiente y la calidad de la comida. Sin embargo, la experiencia de hoy ha sido, con diferencia, la peor que he tenido en cualquiera de sus locales. Había reservado para celebrar en familia y desde el inicio la atención de los camareros fue pésima: cero empatía, cero disposición y respuestas completamente fuera de lugar. Comentarios como “si no comes la carne al punto estás en el lugar equivocado” no solo son inapropiados, sino una falta total de respeto hacia los clientes. Si alguien está “en el lugar equivocado”, es quien trabaja de cara al público sin ganas ni profesionalismo. Quiero destacar que la maitrê sí fue muy atenta, y se lo agradecemos. Pero por desgracia no pudo compensar el mal rato que causó el servicio de mesa. Para ser un restaurante con precios elevados y pensado para ocasiones especiales, la experiencia debería estar muy por encima de lo que recibimos hoy. Salimos decepcionados y con la sensación de que el trato no estuvo a la altura. Ojalá tomen medidas, porque la comida puede ser excelente, pero sin un buen servicio es imposible disfrutarla.

Soy cliente , me gusta ir al de Madrid más que al de Barcelona , el día 30 de Diciembre una decepción absoluta ….. No se puede concebir que se pidan unas patatas o unas yucas y te digan que no se puede porque solo es con la carne, nunca me había pasado …. Tampoco es de buen recibo que por su falta de personal tenga que ir a la barra por una vaso con agua , eso en cualquier buffete libre de barrio aplica , pero pagando comidas de 100 € dos personas es inaceptable que un camarero te envíe a la barra por un vaso con agua. Señores mucho que desear y sobre todo mucho por mejorar …….
