Terrace is very nice, service is polite, Copas are excellent and the vibe is great. There is a pool on the terrace which completes the atmosphere. Small food was also very tasty. Nice place for afternoon chill, djs, great music. Will come back surely.

Great rooftop lounge and pool for summer parties. Delicious and good looking food and cocktails. DJ plays European dance music and house which lifts the mood. Better go with friends though

La terraza está muy chula y me gustó el que nos buscasen un sitio cerca de la piscina para tomar un cocktail tras la cena. La hamburguesa está muy buena, el secreto ibérico estaba rico aunque tenía trozos grandes de grasa y no muy abundante la cantidad. Los camareros aunque agradables se les notaba con poca experiencia. La vajilla no estaba pulida. En este tipo de sitios esperas una mayor profesionalidad. De todas formas tengo claro que volveré y recomiendo el sitio.

Antiguo cine reformado en gimnasio restaurante by terraza con piscina en el ático para las tardes de verano es ideal subir y darse un chapuzón y al atardecer merece la pena las vistas y la puesta de sol eso si recomendable reservar si no quieres esperas colas infernales de más de dos horas para poder acceder sobretodo los fines de semana

Lounge Resort en azotea en el centro de Madrid, junto a la Gran Vía. Fuimos usuarias de la piscina y el restaurante, y la experiencia fué muy buena, repetiremos. La piscina es algo pequeña, pero suficiente para refrescarse. La comida, los combinados y el batido natural fueron correctos.

A good spacious gym for its price in the center of Madrid. 50 EUR is not bad, and variety of equipment and classes is sufficient even in the evenings when it’s more crowded. Even though it does ask for some refreshments, like yoga mats are so torn down.. But worst of all, and my oh my, please have your staff put back together weights in order. Even in the mornings they are in chaos, meaning no one cares to fix it before opening. And what a waste of time to keep looking for a pair of dumbbells. It needs very little effort to fix but would show you value your clients better.

Really nice rooftop, a bit overcrowded and a "pint" isn't really a pint there but the drinks are relatively priced and views are amazing. When you walk in as for the rooftop bar and take the lift to the top, once you get there try and get the seat on the highest terrace. This is where you get the best views! They have water sprinkles to keep you cool!

Fancy rooftop, chill out environment. It’s good to have some drinks and the food is nice a well, although for food you need to book un advance. A but overpriced but nothing crazy. The cool thing is you can also go in winter as they have a cover and still looks great.

What a cool place! Came straight from the airport. They were nice enough to let my small hand luggage in with me. Entry fee was 12 EUR and it included 1 free drink :) pool is a bit small but it's actually great for the price you pay.

A good option for tourists - close to the city center, offer a per entrance membership at an fair prices. The facility is quite big offer all kind of services: hair style, facial, restaurant, health store, etc. But the gym is rather small but not crowded.

El sitio tiene muy buen ambiente, es original y la decoración moderna y bonita. El sistema para pedir con el móvil directamente me parece una idea genial. Los precios son elevados (un cocktail no baja de los 11€) y el servicio es correcto. No me gustó que, teniendo una piscina no se pueda usar un domingo más tarde de las 18. Es el gran atractivo del sitio y pierde así no poder usarlo. Además depende de donde estés sentado, las sombrillas no te dan sombra y te da el sol de pleno.

Lo bueno, las vistas y la musica ambiental. Los sillones de plástico resbalan por lo que no hace que sea cómodo para estar rato. Los precios pica un poco. 5€ una copa de vino blanco sin ser muy generosos. 9,5€ un aperol spritz. No ha sido mala la experiencia igual.

El sitio muy chulo, parte personal lento y nada servicial. Caro, servido en vasos de plástico (imagino que por estar en la terraza con la piscina). Copas servidas en la barra por lo que te tienes que fiar del camarero.0

Muy buen gimnasio, céntrico,limpio loa instructores muy amable y competente... Y más.. pero la única cosa es que es fría..sea en verano.. demasiado aíre controlado que en invierno...y esto no te permite entrenarte bien... no se puede ir al gimnasio con el" abrigo " . Por el restante bien. Saludos

Not bad! Pretty nice, aesthetically, and the staff is very kind. The equipment is okay, not bad, but the real problem is that there’s not enough machines or racks at all. Not enough free weights of varying weight, not enough plates in general or of lower weight. No water fountain which is not okay for a gym (staff said to fill up at the bathroom sink which is not sanitary). Tap water is fine as drinking water in Madrid so I’m not sure why a gym wouldn’t have a water fountain or one of those basic filter fountains that places have…as a gym proving drinking water (tap or filtered) is a basic safety necessity. I couldn’t find the women’s locker room but there was two single bathrooms with showers that were new and very nice. Construction looks to be almost finished and seems to just be effecting one class rooms.

Heaps of potential, but poor service. Without knowing the policy I was told to put a shirt on even though a meter away someone was without a shirt. Later I asked if I can be upstairs without a shirt, and then they told me that for the pool area there is a fee. I should have asked how much, because that wasn’t told to me. Maybe I’m too fat for the place and they wanted to keep me clothed :D No smiles were given even tho the staff look good and cool. An umbrella fell on me and my laptop fell on the floor, but they took care of the umbrella more than me. I would have offered me a free drink! I’m not expecting much from spanish service, but as a touristy place like this they could put some effort in it. But maybe they get their customers anyway, like you, dear reader. Oh! They just brought me the popcorn they promised an hour ago!

Una gran decepción. Fui de invitado tras pagas 15€ y la experiencia fue decepcionante. Mucha masificación, mucha; el espacio es pequeño para la cantidad de usuarios que tiene. Además sigue en unas obras perpetuas; lo único que parecía terminado el vestuario (que por cierto, cuando fui yo, no tenía las alarmas anti incendio) Además, algunas de las poleas les deberían echar una revisión y engrasarlas un poco. Aprovechar y revisar mancuernas y agarres que deberían cambiarse La trabajadora de recepción (chica rubia) muy simpática y amable; lo mejor de la experiencia, su trato. Esperemos terminen las obras y haya más espacio de entrenamiento.

Soy socio desde hace años. Estoy a punto ya de irme por el mal mantenimiento del mismo y el no acabar de las obras. Entiendo que Bulan no tiene capacidad económica para mantener un gimnasio así pero hay dos baños arriba, fuera del vestuario, uno lleva meses cerrado y otro que es un aseo, tiene el grifo para lavarse las manos sin funcionar desde hace meses ya, y ni siquiera quiera un cartel lo indica. Las taquillas algunas ya no funciona el mecanismo automático de cierre. El personal es encantador pero no con eso es suficiente.

This place has been under renovation for over 2 years now. Currently many of the machines are either broken/out of service or need pads or parts replacement. The staff is really nice but all they can say is that everything will be “fine” soon. The new lockers design is hideous (including faux animal print fabrics and every color you can imagine). I have been going to this gym for over 3 years now, but I am planning to switch.

Soy miembro del gym desde hace varios años, llevamos con las obras años, obras las cuales los acabados dejan mucho que desear, el mantenimiento es horrible, el suelo está deteriorado, las escaleras de la segunda planta en mal estado, hay un peldaño roto, que ojalá que no ocurra un accidente, agujero en el techo del baño por goteras, más de un mes sin reparar, máquinas rotas y sin arreglar más de un mes, aseos inservibles, así una lista interminable, eso si el recibo lo pasan puntual, a precio de gimnasio premiun.

Un gimnasio que lleva mas de dos años en obras, nunca acaban, y en verano a 30 grados en sala. Muchisimo calor para soportarlo en verano. Muy mal. Muy mal estado. Maquinas rotas dutante mucho tiempo.

Una vergüenza honestamente, el precio que se paga actualmente ya es elevado y encima van a seguir subiéndolo , obras infinitas que limitan el espacio ,máquinas rotas durante mucho tiempo , el cuero horrible Poco material y muy antiguo , ventanas muy sucias No merece la pena en lo más mínimo , esperando a que acabe mi plazo aquí e irme a uno más barato con mejor mantenimiento desde luego , ya que aquí solo se han preocupado en arreglar los baños y la terraza FOTOS ACTUALES Y REALES

Más de dos años de promesas de mejoras que no han llegado, de obras interminables, de un personal cuyo trabajo brilla por su ausencia. Y, como si fuera poco, resulta que todo su "esfuerzo" esta puesto en crear un box de crossfit mientras la zona de fitness se hunde pero la cuota sigue cobrándose y no barata precisamente. Llevamos más de un mes con la única máquina de extensión de cuádriceps rota, máquina que se ha roto varias veces, poleas rotas cada dos por tres, hace meses que el cartel fuera de servicio podría ser un socio más. También se están llevando mancuerneros, material, incluso bancos del vestuario, que uno no tiene ni donde poner sus cosas mientras te cambias. Para lo único que os lo recomiendo es para hacer un entrenamiento totalmente mediocre a un precio de lujo.

This place needs to get their pricing model fixed. I am in Madrid every other month and used to pay €60 for a month pass every time. Now they add on a €30 charge every time for “letting the membership lapse.” Unfortunately signing up for another gym.

The gym has been going through major renovation works for the last couple of years… and it’s only half finished… Dust is everywhere. Group classes are given in the roof top in the middle of a heat wave, airconditioning not working properly with over 30 degrees Celcius outside last year and again this year, water dripping from the roof when it rains heavily, numerous workout machines under repair simultaneously and so on. Their team is excellent though, and yoga classes are great.

This gym is an embarrassment. The leg extension (the only one) has been broken since November and nothing has been fixed. Half of the space is under construction, which means there’s barely any room to move around — yet they still charge you the full 50€ monthly fee. Makes no sense. The floor is completely uneven and straight-up dangerous. You can literally feel holes under your feet just standing with two dumbbells. Don’t even get me started on the squat racks — the surface under them feels like it’s about to collapse. It’s one of the most unsafe setups I’ve ever seen. On the second floor, where the bikes are, it’s just as bad. They’ve crammed the bikes so tightly together that you can’t even take a step without risking a fall. It honestly feels like one wrong move and you’re going straight through the floor. And the cherry on top? When it rains outside, it rains inside too. No joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. You’d get a better (and safer) workout training with bars in the free parking lot downstairs. Total waste of money.
