Beautiful atmosphere with amazing food. They even throw in a little entertainment in from time to time in the form of traditional Georgian dancing. We ate so much It seemed like we enjoyed a little bit of the entire menu. From the bread and different sauces to the wine and kabobs, it was all delicious. The place is smaller than we realized, so get a reservation before going. Enjoy this savory soul food.
Very good food! It’s pricey but it’s worth it in my opinion. The food tastes like it’s actually cooked by somebody from Georgia, with quality ingredients no less! I would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s hard to find good quality authentic foreign cuisine abroad but I think they did a great job here. Atmosphere is also very nice, well decorated and just generally a pleasant environment.
I’m happy to share a detailed review of this Georgian restaurant, which left truly warm and memorable impressions. From the very beginning, you can feel the authentic Georgian spirit and legendary hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and sincere — you are welcomed here like an honored guest rather than just a customer. The waiters are happy to explain the menu, recommend dishes, and make sure everything is perfect throughout the visit. The interior is cozy, atmospheric, and full of character. Warm colors, traditional Georgian décor, and soft lighting create a welcoming and soulful ambiance. The space feels comfortable and inviting, making you want to stay longer, enjoy good company, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. The food is the true highlight. The khinkali are outstanding — juicy, flavorful, with delicate dough and rich broth inside, cooked to perfection and served hot. The kharcho soup deserves special praise: deeply aromatic, hearty, and perfectly balanced, with tender meat and a bold, comforting flavor that reflects authentic Georgian cuisine. Overall, this restaurant is a wonderful place where exceptional service, a beautiful interior, and truly authentic Georgian dishes come together. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine Georgian dining experience and will definitely be coming back.
Good georgian food. Price is good for the serving size and the quality of food. Servers are really nice and attentive. Better to make reservations before. If you are lucky there are performer/s during the meal (quick one but interesting!) love the soup they have and everything actually. You can ask them for their specialties as well! Lots of their food are really good!
A restaurant that has a menu that makes you want to order everything. All of the options we tried were absolutely fantastic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Even had the privileged of seeing a traditional dance. The menu is such an informative catalogue of Georgian cuisine with so much attention to detail in everything. Probably our best meal in Madrid. ❤️
A rather unexpected discovery in the heart of Madrid - an authentic Georgian restaurant. Well thought out from the interior to the menu and the iconic Georgian service. We truly enjoyed our Khachapuri (baked with the real, prepared in-house Sulguni cheese!) and delicious vegetarian Khinkali. Certainly hope to return.
We recently had dinner at Kinza, a Georgian restaurant in Madrid, and what a fantastic surprise it was! Having never been to Georgia or tried Georgian food before, we weren’t sure what to expect, but our friends highly recommended it—and they were absolutely right. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone. The décor is spot on—warm, cozy, and beautifully designed, creating an inviting atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and efficient staff ensuring we had a great experience. We tried a variety of dishes, and every single one was bursting with flavor. Georgian cuisine turned out to be a real treat, and Kinza certainly knows how to do it right. This place has now earned a spot among my favorite restaurants in Madrid, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience! See you soon again 😋😋😋
The best and authentic Georgian restaurant! The food is fresh, beautifully presented, reasonable and amazing. The service is warm, kind and efficient. The ambiance is loveky, menu is so artistic and easy to understand new dishes. Also the wine and desserts are high quality. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
Already added as one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid! It was my first time trying Georgian Food and I can’t be happier about the selection! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The staffs are very friendly and attended us with good energy. They explained to us how the dishes are supposed to be eaten and also a little fact about the sparkling water. I definitely cant get over the dessert menu which is represented as photo cards! It’s so aesthetic and cute! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

The food is truly Georgian and delicious, but the prices are quite high. I had a birthday dinner there and had been preliminary said that they would give me a complimentary piece of cake. However, in reality, I had to order one more dessert to get my gift, even though our bill was already more than 60 eur for 2 people. Besides, it's only possible to book a table by phone - not by email nor on Instagram. It's inconvenient because you need to keep the reservation information in mind and trust a guy who took your request that they did it right - this approach is already well in the past century.
Everything was pretty good, we got the georgian cheese salad, the aperitifs mix, the Adjaruli and a spicy kind of pie? Every so often, dancers came out to perform, and that made the experience more entertaining. The place is good for few people but also large groups (as we saw they accommodated a group for a birthday). The atmosphere was chill and relaxing, and the menu design was so cute. It's a bit expensive, but we got more food than we could eat. For a dish each, it should be around 20-25€ per person.
It offers a very wide and varied menu with many traditional Georgian dishes. I recommend the khachapuri (bread with delicious grilled cheese) and some of the different stews, specially the ones with lamb. Despite the warning of spicy dishes, it seems flavors are flattened a bit for sensitive palates, it's not spicy at all. We went for a birthday and they gave us candles and help us to cheer the celebration, very friendly staff! Also the traditional dancing brings a sample of Georgian culture!
I’d give a 4.5 if it was possible. Very lively fun restaurant. We shared 4 different entrees..kebabs, large dumplings, a cheese and mushrooms dish and a salad. We enjoyed all. wine was good. Servic…

Our airbnb was literally across the street from this place and of course as we are all from former soviet union - we all love Georgian kitchen…so on out last night in Madrid we decided to have dinner/supper there… Strike one - tried calling to book a table starting 4pm (1600) and noone answered the phone. We kept trying for few hours until finally walked in and were told - they were fully booked! Understandingly so - friday night and all, but it was frustrating that we tried and tried to book in advance. Since we lived across the street - we decided to just get take out and eat at home - thats why all photos are in foil and not plates! Yaroslav was very kind and helpful and made recommendations and took our order. Below i will list and rate what we had Lamb khinkali - among us is a pro… and while there are many recipes one thing is a constant - Kinza (ironically name of the restaurant) was missing from the stuffing. What wasnt missing was SALT - too salty Kubdari - meat pie! Sorry but NOT eatable! Chef was having a field day with salt - EXTREMELY OVERSALTED!!! Lamb shishkebob - my friend loved it! I found it just ok. But pass Chicken shishkebob - not juicy and soft and too plain in taste Traditional salad with nuts - my wife loved it. Only dish we ordered that got 5 stars Adjika sauce - likely home made by them and was great!!! Plenty of pastry that is available and looked great but we opted against it… perhaps our loss Place also has they own brand of Georgian wines - we didnt try… Overall i am sadly giving 3 stars as having every token dish not even 3 stars for a place that charges premium prices is just not acceptable and disappointing. I hope it was a fluke and maybe just an accident…
The bald waiter looked whole dinner at me like i had sex with his girlfriend, ignored my questions and also “forgot” my order, whatsmore we were in four and he brought menus for all except me, clea…
The food was not terrible, but as a Georgian I can confidently say it was mid at best. That, however, was not the main issue. The main problem was the service. My friend and I ordered two of the exact same dish (pelmeni), one for each of us. They brought only one plate. When we asked where the second one was, they said it would come right away. Fifteen minutes passed — nothing. I asked again. They said “five minutes max.” That was a lie. Another 15+ minutes passed. In total, we had to wait over half an hour gap to receive both dishes so we could eat together. By that time, the first dish was completely cold, and the whole experience was ruined. The service was genuinely bad. They were clearly focused on a Russian family sitting next to us and gave us little to no attention. It was very uncomfortable and frankly intimidating to be treated as secondary customers. They had one job: bring two identical dishes at the same time. Instead, they brought one dish, ignored us for over 30 minutes, and during that time managed to serve everything — food and drinks — to the table next to us without any issue. Honestly, if I hadn’t reminded them multiple times that we ordered two pelmeni, I don’t think they would have ever brought the second one. We didn’t even order many items. Just two pelmeni and two Coca-Colas. That’s it. Somehow, they still managed to mess that up. I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and every single visit it keeps getting worse. As a Georgian, I strongly recommend going to literally any other Georgian restaurant instead. If you’re in Madrid, Nunuka is by far the best option.
They are multi language, the food was great, not like in Georgia but very similar. My first impression was more about food, I do not have it back home. Today I was my second visit and I would prefer never come back there. Two young guys behind the bar were discussing on Russian everything and anything, how to накачать жопу и ноги, and many more, they were swore every second word. I would probably accept if they discuss art or literature, but unfortunately it was not. Absolutely disgusting experience
