We celebrated my grandparents' anniversary at La Perdiz (Somontes) and it was a fantastic experience. The food was spectacular and the atmosphere perfect. Special mention to Rafa, our waiter, who was attentive at all times and made us feel right at home. And also to Alba, the organizer, who took care of every detail to ensure the celebration was perfect. A highly recommended place! 100% ☺️🤗
We went to celebrate a family meal. We already knew the restaurant from a previous event, and since we liked it so much, we went back. It's located on the El Pardo road, within the Somontes complex, which has a swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, and a gym. The restaurant is quite large, with function rooms, a terrace, and a garden area. The specialty is Galician cuisine, meat, and fish. We ordered some starters to nibble on: a tomato salad 🍅 with tuna belly and grilled vegetables 🍆, which were delicious, the tomato was very flavorful. The main courses were grilled turbot, which was delicious; the grilled cod was spectacular; and the grilled T-bone steak 🥩 was impressive. The truth is that all the dishes were delicious and quite generous. The desserts were very tasty, but perhaps the portions could have been a little larger. The waiter who served us was very friendly, attentive, and efficient. In addition to serving you, he gave you recommendations and advice so you wouldn't overdo it when ordering. The prices, the ingredients, are very good, and the price matches what you order. It's not cheap, but you know you're ordering quality and plenty of it. Having gardens and being in a complex makes it very convenient if you're going with children, so they can run and play without worry.
A good place for events or meetings. Located within the Somontes Sports Complex, with easy parking. Spacious rooms and terraces. Good food and very friendly service from both the staff and the owner. Quality and excellent presentation of the dishes. There is a daily weekday menu for €26.
La Perdiz was originally a small kiosk in front of the river Manzanares, where people from Madrid use to come to enjoy nature since the early 20th century. The place still has an unique environment, especially if you go in a sunny day in spring or fall, before going or coming from a hiking nearby. Great food and honest prices.
Excellent service. Food was superb and prices were on point. I recommend this place 100%!
Located on the outskirts of Madrid, this restaurant is perfect for escaping the city and enjoying the countryside with family or friends. It features spacious dining rooms and a terrace where you can savor high-quality food. The anchovies and any of the meat or fish dishes are highly recommended.
We celebrated a communion in one of their glass-enclosed rooms, which allowed for cross-ventilation. As for the food, although not elaborate, everything was delicious. Perhaps the dessert was the weakest. As for the service, it was a 10/10. We were served by a super-friendly waiter who was attentive at all times.
Staff was very fast, and constantly checked in you. Food was ok. They serve way too many croquetas.
Perfect place to celebrate a group meal with or without children. The service is very friendly and willing to help the whole time. The food is also very good and fast served. In the sorroundings there are some parks for the kids. The big parking lot make Parking super easy.

Good restaurant in El Pardo. Inside the Somontes sports complex. With its fantastic summer pool. The set menu is a very decent €25. It has gone up considerably since last year, but it's still worth it. Four first courses and four main courses to choose from. Salads, vegetables, potato salad, gazpacho. And for the main course, a very tasty entrecote or spectacular fish. On my last visit, a grilled turbot was mouthwatering. Desserts, drinks, and coffee are included. Summer terrace or cozy retro-decorated indoor dining room. A good spot in that area. Highly recommended!!! 😉
We were at a communion with about 60 guests, and at the same time there was only one other communion with the same number of people. The waiters were very attentive at all times and attended to our requests at every turn (a bucket of ice for the wine, salt and pepper to season the food, and anything else we needed). Regarding the meal, the seafood cream starter was delicious, and the first course of hake with potatoes was unfortunately dry and bland. I asked for salt for the hake and pepper for the potatoes. Between the first and second courses, we were served a sorbet, and for the main course, entrecote (again with potatoes), but perfectly cooked, and those who wanted it more well-done got a second course. Maybe I'm being picky 🙈, but if I had to find a fault it would be that the tables could already have the things we ordered (salt, pepper, oil and vinegar) and that the side dishes for the first and second courses were practically the same (potatoes in both cases).
Comida en empresa. No elegido por los comensales. La comida muy normalita y no podría destacar nada. Fuimos a menú cerrado.

I emailed them to say I wanted to have a family gathering of 25 people in May, and asked them to please send me their menus. I didn't specify that it was a First Communion (which it is). They sent me First Communion menus, the cheapest being €70. I told them that it didn't matter to us that it was a First Communion because we didn't want entertainment or a cake, we just wanted to get together and eat well, and that I had seen menus on their website that seemed good in terms of both food and price (€50 for the cheapest). And their response was: "That day we only work with First Communion menus." Excuse me!!! So if someone wants to celebrate their birthday, get together with a group of friends... you're going to give them a FIRST COMMUNION MENU!!! WITH A LITTLE CAKE!!! That's a shame...
Old-fashioned restaurant, good for communions and family events. All dishes cost €23-24, and the price is unjustified. For dessert, we ordered cheesecake and sent it back: it was stale and clearly had been stored in a cooler with other products. We went expecting a traditional, high-quality place. A disappointment.
We went to celebrate my daughter's christening. The waiters were nice, but we missed them at times. The food was generally good, although the menu we chose wasn't the same as the one on the website. The worst part was that 80% of us got terrible stomach aches. I don't know if it was the prawns or a porcini mushroom sauce with cream... but we'll remember the christening for the night we spent in the bathroom, unable to sleep and with burning bottoms... I don't recommend it.
We had an event there this weekend. The cocktail party was very limited, not because of the order, which I'm not going to get into, but because there were only two waiters for 70 people. They served beer with an eyedropper, soft drinks never arrived, and ordering wine was impossible. The first courses were shared, tables of 10 people, two courses, that is, one for every five people, and the portions weren't very generous. The quality of the product was average. For the main course, there were four choices: hake, the suckling pig, which was quite good, the reheated suckling pig, which was obviously not fresh from the day, and the turbot was also decent. The dessert cake was frozen slices, and when it came to the shots, I asked for the bottle to see the ingredients in one of them, and the waiter told us that the bottle wasn't right, that they were liqueurs that came in large carafes. The children's menus were poorly prepared; many of the breaded steaks had to be returned because they were literally raw. The waiters' treatment wasn't the best either; they were annoyed when things got messed up and they argued with each other. The facilities were good, but they were poorly maintained. A shame.

Doesn't have the typical Spanish tapas like Bravas or Oreja. Very expensive too
