Una joya de Madrid. La atención junto a los aperitivos inesperados te hacen sentir en casa. Llegué sin saber del origen neohelvetico del emprendimiento, como uruguayo me voy orgulloso del servicio de primera clase que han logrado otros orientales. Brutal el flan, faltó el dulce de leche.

Llegamos hoy a Madrid y haber venido a este lugar hizo que nuestro viaje empiece 10/10. El servicio es EXCELENTE, te hacen sentir como en casa. Y la comida espectacular

Servicio de primera! Los camareros dieron un servicio fenomenal, el chico argentino de pelo colorado y su ayudante italiano fueron geniales en todo! La parrillada por 60€ es para 4 personas y viene con vino incluido!! Recomiendo totalmente venir a LAS BRASAS DE VULCANO! ⭐️

We had the parrillada, everything was properly cooked and the meat was good quality. I’d recommend to quickly move out of the hot skillet the beef cuts to avoid overcooking. The service was quick and attentive.

Well I would like to say that this restaurant is outstanding. I love the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly, even though they do not understand English that great, but they tried and gave us the best possible experience while dining there. The food is to die for. I had the meat dish with 2 other friends and devoured it in a few minutes. Highly recommend restaurant and if you like meat, then this is the place to go.

Their oxtail stew was tender and full of flavor, and even the side of fried potatoes stood out. The sangria was refreshing and perfectly suited for the hot weather, and the service was pleasant.

I had an amazing experience at The Grill House LAS BARASAS DE VULCANO! The service was outstanding — friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The restaurant was so delicious! We ordered the meat platter and wine bottle combination. Plenty of food for at least 4 people, where you can try a bit of everything. The waitress Victoria was very kind and even offered suggestions on site seeing in Madrid. She was very attentive and was genuine.

Hands down the best place we are in Madrid! I have so many food intolerances and they had a full allergy list which made it so easy to choose my meal. The have gluten and dairy free options which I had and they were absolutely amazing! Zero reaction so I felt so safe that we went back there a second night to eat there again. The staff are wonderful and so friendly and accommodating. The waitress who served us on the 1st night recognized us when we came back and sent over the allergy menu with her colleague. Great atmosphere and lovely deco. Very relaxed and comfortable. Definitely worth a try and if we come back to Madrid we would love to go back there.

This is a very fun spot to have dinner in Madrid. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The staff was so fun and very kind. It was our last night in Madrid and they sent us off with free shots and a bottle of wine. ❤️ The food was perfectly made typical Spanish style food with some extras you don’t usually see. We had the broken eggs (fried eggs over potatoes with ham), the pedron peppers, and the massive mixed carne grill (it’s enough for like 4 people jfyi) everything was absolutely delicious. We also had gin & tonics with the BIGGEST Gin pour I’ve ever had! Thanks for making our last day so memorable!! RING THE BELL!!!! 🔔

LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE In the city center, amazing atmosphere, focused on the people, loud, busy but I like this kind of restaurants. SERVICE You can see they care about the guests + they speak english which is a rarity. Friendly and professional. PRICE I would say cheap prices for the amount and quality you get. Lentil stew that I ordered was 12€ and I could fill up 4 plates. Meat plate for 46€ is easily for 3-4 people. Slice of tortilla de patata for 4.50€ is a banger. FOOD Very good quality, delicious, meat is still frying when they serve, everything was good. OVERALL After my 3rd time in Madrid, this could easily become my favorite place to eat. Really, I recommend it, go and try, you will not be hungry.

Fuimos a comer hoy y la verdad que bien. Dudaba con la paella, porque el plato del menú se veía pequeño y no quería arriesgarme a pedirla y que no me gustase, pero el camarero muy amable nos trajo un platito para probarla, lo cual se agradece. Estaba buena, aunque al final nos decidimos por la parrillada de carne (60€) y una ensalada. La parrillada estaba rica y bastante completa: traía cuatro costillas, secreto, churrasco, entraña, un chorizo criollo, una morcilla y también pollo (contramuslo y pechuga). Venía acompañada de patatas fritas y media patata asada. Eso sí, si la pides para cuatro, igual se queda un pelín justa en esas piezas; estaría bien que en lugar de tanta carne metiesen otra morcilla, otro chorizo o algo más de pollo. Y lo mismo con la patata asada: media patata para cuatro, pues claro, tocas a un cuarto cada uno… prácticamente a nada 😅. Pero bueno, si la pides para dos, comes de sobra, así que bien, está equilibrada en general. En resumen, comimos bien y salimos contentos. Si vuelvo, seguramente probaría otro plato, pero la experiencia ha sido buena.

Ordered the tortilla española con chorizo, lentejas estofadas, and iberia pork secreto. Overall good for getting some traditional Spanish cuisines. The pork was by far the best part 10/10, the lentils were really good 7/10, the tortilla was okay, lacking in salt 4/10. Service was good and atmosphere was good as well.

Lively an bustling restaurant in Las Leitras section of Madrid. Excellent tapa of seafood and veggies in vinaigrette at start. Vermouth de grifo (vermouth on tap) is excellent and very traditional Madrid. Menu is extremely classic old style Madrid. I went with anchoas fritas and Chuleton. Huge portions and I ended up sharing anchoas with table next to me. Chuleton was superb and cooked perfectly. After 2 weeks focusing on fish a big steak was perfect. Portions very much large enough to share. Service very much Madrid friendly but no nonsense. Restaurant is fully bilingual. Wine list small but well matched to the food. I arrived and it was all tourists but when I departed it was all locals.

Food had huge portions. Flavourful. Good for sharing definitely. Service was so so. We had to ask for our bill from another waiter because the first one decided to ignore us even if he knew we wanted the bill. It took longer to get the bill than to order.

Enjoyed a quick visit here. Seat in the window and a warm breeze passed through as we ate. This was a small lunch stop and we shared the cod croquettes and mixed vegetables, nice food, nice visit.

Txuleton fake. Vinimos por las reseñas tan buenas pero es un atrapaturistas. Pedimos txuleton que en principio es su especialidad. Es una chuleta falsa. Te ponen un hueso y trozos de carne. El hueso es un atrezzo, no tiene nada que ver con la carne, que son trozos de carne congelada, que se descongelan y se ponen junto al hueso para simular burdamente una txuleta. El hueso tenía un grosor muy superior a la carne y como lo pedimos poco hecho cantaba más ya que el hueso estaba muy hecho y los trozos de carne que supuestamente estaban pegados a ese hueso estaban poco hechos. Una payasada que supongo que la mayoría de las veces cuela pero no, no es txuleton, es carne troceada y congelada de Makro o de algún sitio parecido. Para los próximos pardillos en caer les sugerimos que les enseñen la txuleta antes de hacerla. El servicio rápido y las camareras muy simpáticas y eficientes Tras la respuesta contesto: Gracias por intentar aclarar la situación. Pedimos chuletón poco hecho, siempre lo pedimos así porque es la única posibilidad que tienes de si no está a tu gusto puedes corregirlo. Le remarcamos a la camarera lo de poco hecho y nos sacasteis trozos de carne totalmente cocida por todos los lados. Se lo dijimos y nos sacasteis otro poco hecho. Cuando tú haces un chuletón solo se cocina el exterior y luego se corta, nadie pone en la brasa los trozos cortados por todos los lados. En vuestro caso, como era carne congelada deshuesada la cocinasteis por todos los lados, la pusisteis en el plato y pusisteis el hueso de atrezzo. No dudo que sea carne de calidad, y a la gente le gusta seguro que si viendo las reseñas pero no, no era un chuletón.
