Ayer fui a comer con un amigo que acababa de venir a Madrid, y no es español, y quería que conociese la comida de por aquí, y fue un acierto total, la comida riquísima, y el servicio muy atento y amable en todo momento. Pedimos unas croquetas de cecinas y huevos rotos con jamón (que con la “salsa” de yema que había, estaba aún mejor) y todo riquísimo. Además de las torrijas, que estaban buenísimas. También quiero recalcar la amabilidad de Willy a la hora de atendernos, desde que entramos hasta que salimos, fue muy amable en todo momento, aconsejándonos y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitáramos, y procurando que todo estuviese bien. Muchas gracias.

La comida siempre está rica en lateral en relación calidad-precio. Nos atendió Alberto, que es un encanto y súper eficiente, no se perdía ni una mesa. Gracias!

Visited Lateral Fuencarral recently and had a pleasant experience overall. I tried the Spanish omelette and another dish (can't quite remember the name), and while the food was good, it wasn’t particularly memorable. That said, the ambience was fantastic — cozy and stylish with a modern touch, making it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were warm and friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A nice place to stop by for a comfortable dining experience in a great setting!

When we came around 21:45, they told us that the terrace closed at 22:30, but we were still able to sit outside which was super nice. The food came really fast, and tasted amazing. When they forgot to bring our tortilla they were so friendly and took it off our bill immediately. Great service!

Great casual place to try some tapas! Spanish omelette is a must and I especially liked the steak tartar. The restaurant is cozy and has a nice terrace and this one is located in a great stop to make a lunch break after shopping around Fuencarral or Gran Vía. It is also good value for money, so give it a try!

Delicious tapas! Not only traditional Spanish taps but also modern updated menu! The service is great too. I live the croquetas specially. Even the price is a little bit high. But definitely it deserves. I’ll come back for sure!

Lively atmosphere with only local people (besides us), but quiet enough to have a conversation and a romantic evening. Don't pass it because of the queue outside, it moves reasonably fast.

Bien en general, terraza amplia... las patatas bravas un poco flojas al ser cocidas para mi gusto, el brioche de chipirones muy bueno. Una Mahou 4€

Fantástica experiencia, ya somos habituales en esta cadena. En esta ocasión nos atendió Alberto y estaba muy pendiente de nosotros y nos sirvió rápido y eficientemente. La terraza es muy agradable y los precios bastante razonables aunque me da la sensación que han disminuido un poco las cantidades. Volveremos!!

Nos ha gustado pero el servicio (o quizás la cocina) era lento. El pan casi lo traen al final tras varias solicitudes. Lo que hemos pedido nos ha gustado todo (croquetas gambas, brioche carne, tartar aguacate..) El baño sucio y sin cambiador de bebes

We enjoyed a nice relaxed meal with cocktails. We can vouch for their Negroni and Aperol Spritz! We ordered a variety of dishes — the shrimp croquettes, the gyozas, the grilled artichoke hearts, the Caesar salad and the Hamburger Mama Mia. We enjoyed them all; the gyozas and artichoke hearts were stand outs. The staff were friendly and eager to help as needed.

It’s super nice but it is hard to get a table by night, we went and then you have to sign up on a list to get a table so you can not book a table! We then went back during the day and got a table right away, so definitely recommending to go during lunchtime instead! The food was amazing, especially their Spanish omelet, everything was super tasty and the waiter was very friendly! 🍷

Personalmente no me pareció mal pero un poco sin más. Comida rica pero algo cara para la calidad. El servicio bueno.

Uff, servicio lentísimo. Comida bien, nada reseñable. Si estás de paso bien. Solo destacar que no se puede poner un tomate sin haberlo limpiado bien (ver foto)

Fuimos a comer de tapeo. Tapas muy pequeñas, el canalón frío por dentro, productos aceptables pero no de calidad.Lo más reseñable fue la tostada de anchoa. El postre nada especial, es mejor no gastar dinero en eso. No es de mis sitios favoritos. Relación calidad-precio alto. No lo recomendaria.

Fuimos a cenar 5 personas un viernes por la noche. El local tiene un ambiente acogedor y moderno, agradable para pasar un buen rato, aunque estuvimos un poco apretados en la mesa para ser cinco. En cuanto al servicio, al principio les costó un poco traernos las bebidas, aunque después la atención fue correcta. Respecto a la comida, hubo luces y sombras. La hamburguesa Mamma Mia fue lo más decepcionante de la noche: el tamaño era algo escaso y el sabor resultó bastante insípido, no tan sabrosa como esperaba. En cambio, la tarta de queso estaba exquisita, sin duda lo mejor. También estaban muy ricas la ensaladilla y la tortilla de trufas. Otros platos como las croquetas estaban bien, pero sin destacar, simplemente correctos. Como punto positivo, el precio fue bastante contenido, ya que no superó los 30 € por persona. No obstante, nos quedamos con un poco de hambre al final de la noche, al no ser las raciones demasiado grandes. En general, si la hamburguesa hubiese estado a la altura, la experiencia habría sido de 4 estrellas, pero tal y como fue, se queda en una experiencia correcta sin más, por lo que le doy 3 estrellas sobre 5.
