Repetí visita y sigue siendo un 5 estrellas sin duda! La comida está buenísima, los rollos de sushi son de muy buena calidad y la atención es excelente. Una opción muy top para comer en Madrid si te gusta el sushi 🍣👏

Muy buen sitio! Local bonito, de la comida nos ha gustado todo y sobretodo la atención del personal en especial Leo que fue nuestro camarero. Volveremos!!

Nos apetecia una noche de sushi y vaya si cumplió expectativas. Tienen como joya de la corona el anticuchero, con una salsa unica. El resto de sushis que pedimos, tiger redondo beach y spicy tuna, muy tops, ademas del nigiri de foie. Finalizamos con una lemon pie que casi se salia el merengue del plato. Destacar la amabilidad de los camareros y el ambiente japones, aunque bien es cierto que el domingo que fuimos debian tener algun problema en la cocina porque tardaron algo mas de la cuenta. Tambien decir que el precio no es amistoso en comparacion con un sibuya u otros del estilo contra los que compiten. Para todo lo demás, mastercard. Un abrazo y que paseis buena noche.

Calidad muy alta de todos los ingredientes. Recomiendo probar el sashimi de Toro. La atención de Gregory fue increíble y nos hizo tener una experiencia muy positiva. Volveremos.

La atención de Zayda espectacular. La comida es deliciosa, los cócteles te dejan sin palabras. Del grupo de Robata y esta a la altura, con un toque más informal. Nos encantó.

La cena ha estado espectacular. El servicio ha sido impecable, Leo ha sido muy atento y amable. El producto muy bueno. Repetiremos!

Japonés de los buenos, en una valoración global alcanza el cinco en todos los aspectos. El restaurante como tal esta muy bien decorado, amplio y con varias opciones. A la entrada tiene incluso la posibilidad de una media terraza, al aire libre, ideal para el buen tiempo. En el interior, una primera posibilidad en mesas ya internas, y al lado de una especie de bar acristalado , que también sirve de recepción, muy bonito. Y , tras ello, ya se conecta con el comedor principal, dividido en varios habitáculos, con diferentes ambientes. Todos en común tienen buenas mesas, cómodas, y sillas y sofás a la última moda. Sin ser recargado. La luz ambiente es suave y acogedora, sin hacerse oscuro. En ese comedor principal esta al frente la cocina abierta. Los platos, todos ellos, llevan productos de calidad, y no sólo pescado, se preparan en el momento y la espera es razonable. La presentación es muy bonita. Tanto el atún, como la carne de buey, feliteados , son una opción aconsejable. Los fideos no quedan atrás. Suaves y bien sabrosos. El personal, todo el, y en especial el que hace las veces de encargado, dan mas realce al local. Son amables y educados y hacen una estancia muy agradable. La relación calidad precio de lo mejor, como la zona de Madrid en la que se ubica. Suerte 💪 .

First I’ll say that we eat a lot and came hungry. We love sushi and after a while restaurant tend to have a lot of the same rolls or variations. This was not the case at all here. The Bad Boy roll (beef tenderloin, mushrooms avocado, and caramelized onions on top) was so savory and a fun departure from the norm. Plus our non fish eater had a roll they could order. We also had the sexy tuna with its caramelized strawberries and sugar crust that was a fresh take on a tuna roll. The star for us was the Gyu Katsu Sando. The dijonaise (mustard/mayo slaw) and the perfectly cooked Tenderloin had us weak. Was devoured and we ordered two more. The staff was very accommodating and for someone with nut allergies having a preprinted allergy menu (also digital QR code) ready with a full breakdown of everything on the menu it made ordering very quick and easy

I’m going to start with dessert, the chocolate cake was to die for! It was so good, I felt like I was eating the cake from Matilda. The rest of the food was just as impressive, especially the tuna tataki. The sushi was a solid 8/10, in two of the rolls there was just a bit too much cream cheese for my taste. The aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful, and the service was great as well.

This place is phenomenal, for my €urodollars the finest Sushi place in Madrid. Food and service are great though to be fair the last time I went the poor staff could definitely use a hand but they are extremely patient and accommodating. As others have mentioned and I can attest, the Spicy Beef is king but to be honest everything I have tried on the menu is made with the freshest of quality ingredients. Not only is the food the proverbial bees knees but likewise the cocktails are spanktastic as well; the pisco sours in a couple of flavours are all fluffy goodness as well on the potent potable scale. Furthermore, naturally the place is brimming and filled to the gills with the beautiful people of Chamberí. Note to user; when confronted with a bathtub, be a guitar player and look to your pedals... Highly recommended for your next Sushi outing extravaganza!

This place is amazing. We ordered margaritas, the katsu sandwich appetizer, a roll with salmon and mango, a roll with tempura and spicy tuna, and toro nigiri and it was all insane! I would recommend this place to ANYONE coming to Madrid. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had

Absolutely amazing, my girlfriend took me here for a lunch date and everything was just perfect. We had the sake avocado, chicken gyoza, salmon maki, and tori katsu all to share and it was perfect. Only cost 42€ for all of this + our drinks which I thought was perfectly fair. The atmosphere was so nice and the decoration was really pleasant, the service was really good and we felt very valued as customers with servers always checking that all of our dishes were right for us and asking whether we wanted anything more. I really loved it.

Visitamos Monster Sushi Zurbano y la experiencia fue, en general, muy positiva. Probamos los shiumai de cangrejo, el roll Fresky, el pollo salteado con teriyaki acompañado de arroz blanco y el nigiri de atún flambeado. Aunque la mayoría de los platos nos gustaron, el pollo teriyaki fue sin duda el más destacado: jugoso, con un punto perfecto de salsa y muy bien acompañado por el arroz blanco. El nigiri de atún flambeado, en cambio, no nos convenció tanto; el sabor nos pareció menos equilibrado en comparación con el resto de la comida. El servicio fue ágil y amable, y el ambiente del local invita a disfrutar. En conjunto, un sitio recomendable para quienes buscan sushi y platos asiáticos con buena calidad.

Pedí a domicilio y llegó bien la comida. Estaba rica, pero tenía las expectativas un poco altas con respecto a las reseñas y el precio. Me gustaría ir presencialmente al restaurante ya que tiene una pinta increíble.

Everything was delicious the rolls and the rice were exceptionally tasty, you can order half half of different rolls so it is a nice way to try different sushi rolls.

Hemos pedido cinco platos de uramakis, gyozas y solomillo laminado para cuatro personas, así como un postre y agua para beber. Nos hemos quedado con hambre. La cuenta, 137€. El sushi deja mucho que desear, además de que son platos pequeños. Nos ha parecido caro y muy mejorable. Un sitio bastante mediocre, a pesar de tantas buenas valoraciones que habíamos leído. No repetiría.

Sushi is too big, you have to take 2 bites for each piece. Too much rice almost no fish. Price is also too high specially considering the quality. Regarding the place, it was beautiful and relaxing.
