Excelente restaurante de Fastfood! Productos muy fresco, se recomienda el de mortadela con salsa de psitacho

Local muy pequeño con 3 mesas, a pocos metros de Plaza Mayor. Su especialidad de Focaccias bien rellenas y calidad. De precio rondan todas los 10 euros. Aproximadamente. Pedimos la come a casa: mortadella, stracciatela, pesto y pistacho. Y espectacular. Muy recomendable. También pedimos la CARNEGRE: Pastrami, provola ahumada, salsa. Muy buena, pero mejor la de mostadella. Volveremos. Lo recomiendo.

Obvio vine por un TikTok, al punto, la focaccia muy buena, el servicio meh, el lugar pues ni bien ni mal, por el precio? Vale la pena, nosotros nos comimos la de mortadella con pistacho entre dos y está genial para compartir (ya veníamos con 1 bocata y papas encima)

El menu son sólo focaccias, probamos dos distintas y nos gustaron mucho ambas. La más viral (come a casa) merece la pena su popularidad!!! Lo único “malo” es que no tiene mesas para sentarse. Si queres comer en el lugar solo se puede en la barra y no hay mucho espacio.

Las focaccias están buenísimas, nos recordaron a las que probamos en Florencia. El servicio es rápido y el local está a dos pasos de la Plaza Mayor, perfecto para coger la focaccia y comértela en cualquier sitio del centro. La comimos dentro y nos arrepentimos, porque tenían el aire acondicionado muy fuerte y demasiado bajo. Estábamos congelados. Aun así, merece la pena. Muy recomendable si buscas una buena focaccia en el centro de Madrid.

Very flavorful Italian focaccia. The focaccia was crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and absolutely packed with filling. Full of flavor and very satisfying — they don’t hold back. I had the mortadella, and it was excellent. Waiting time was a bit long, but understandable: there were around 20 customers in the shop at the same time, and one girl was taking orders and preparing the food on her own. Definitely worth the wait for the quality and generosity of the sandwich.

The focaccia was so good. It gets so close to the italian flavor. The staff was open to changes as I wanted to make a combination between 2 types of their listings in the menu. The ingredients were fresh and tasty.

The BEST thing we ate this trip!! My husband and I got the Mortadella sandwich and shared! Instantly regretted it & each wanted our own. The flavors were amazing, and the focaccia bread was soft and easy to eat! Make sure you ADD HONEY!! You won’t be sorry! AMAZING!!!

I ordered the Campagnola and Gravissima, and both are amazing. The quality of every ingredient, from the focaccia, to the meat, and the pesto and stracciatella are all excellent. The Gravissima is a bit dry, but that is great when you want to take away and eat it later on the day, then the focaccia will not be soggy. I cannot wait to come back and try more flavours!! The shop is really small and it gets crowded easily, so it’s unlikely that you can eat inside. But the wait time for your order is quick, so overall, great service!

I know this is a chain and all but this sandwich was SO GOOD that we went back to New Jersey and tried for 2 weeks to make our own. We never got it right but wow, this sandwich was incredible. Absolutely loved it. It was the mortadela one, one of their most popular. So, so good. Eat it now!

Okay these are amazing focaccias! Must try when in Madrid. The sandwiches are packed to the max and super nicely grilled. We got the diverso- really creamy with a taste of the truffle sauce and ham, also diavola- actually really spicy but still good and buratta is amazing. It's kind of a wait to get your order but worth a visit for sure.

Lives up to the hype! It’s definitely one of those few viral places that actually live up to the hype. I got the Campagnola (baked tomatoes, stracciatella, and pesto) and for 6,90€ and it’s such a simple but filling food! They’re prepared fresh in front of you. The focaccia has the right balance of soft & crunch which I like! The place is quite small with limited seating (about 8-9 people I think) so expect that you won’t be able to eat them there, especially during meal times. I noticed the staff can also take orders in English so don’t sweat if you’re a tourist who doesn’t know Spanish. I just hope they add at least one more staff member because there were only 2 of them working when I went and the place was so busy.

The sandwich is really good and filling for one pax. Got the come a casa and it's very good. I would suggest eat on the spot, when the bread is still warm and crispy it taste amazing 🤩 there's some queue so I suggest you choose a less crowded time to go there

An absolute masterclass of sandwiches. Probably some of the best I've ever had. From Canada! My friend and I went here to try the viral focaccia sandwiches. We ordered two of the come a casa (the famous one with mortadella, stracciatella, pesto, and pistachio) for 10 euros each. In short, it was simply amazing. Such a high quality sandwich with high quality ingredients for only 10 euros. All the layers of toppings worked so well together and it leaves an explosion of flavor in your mouth. The drinks are expensive and the restaurant is quite small, so I'd highly recommend getting a drink elsewhere (maybe a grocery store) and find a bench to eat on. Highly, highly recommend coming here.

Divorsre es un gran restaurante de focaccia aunque no es italiano al 100% sus focaccias son muy buenas. Este restaurante es como un restaurante de comida rápida pero más premium. El lugar es un poco chico está apretado y puede que no encuentres lugar pero el chiste es llegar pedir y te lo llevas. Tienen buena variedad de foccacias incluyendo unas dulces personalmente me pedí la de prosciutto coto y straciatella la verdad la el pan y todos los ingredientes están deliciosos te llenan tu focaccia de prosciutto y está delicioso aunque podrían mejorar su espacio para sentarse creo que no es lo que buscan. Se toman poco tiempo para prepararte tu comida y te la dan rápido la verdad es un muy buen restaurante si buscas algo rápido y muy rico

They range from the basics with Serhanohal and tomato to new taste sensations. We had the foccaccia with mortadella, stracciatella, pesto, and pistachio (8.5/10) and the foccaccia with tomato, stracciatella, and pesto (8/10). It definitely lives up to the hype and is worth a visit!

My husband and I went here in a Wednesday for lunch there was no line, we ordered the beef blue cheese and pickled onion sandwich it was tasty, the bread was beautiful crunchy on outside and soft in the middle not too thick, the filling was also the right amount of meat and salad. The shop is pretty small so when you are eating while others are coming in and ordering it’s pretty tight -although there are benches all around the shop to stand at and eat. The staff were very organised and friendly.

He ido hoy a comer después de seguirlos en redes durante meses y desde luego que tengo que repetir! Es un local pequeño y acogedor, con un personal amable, y comida espectacular. Y genial saber que tienen locales en varios sitios de Madrid. Yo me pedí la Diavola. Ya iba preparada para que no fuese muy picante, y efectivamente, si tienes buen aguante para el picante te resultará un toque muy sutil, pero se sentía lo suficiente para darte ese calorcito en la boca. Y más allá del picante, la combinación de la focaccia esponjosa, la burra suave y cremosa, con el embutido y el toque de miel es absolutamente brutal! Edición después de, efectivamente, haber repetido: Las focaccias no están mal, pero están sobrevaloradas. Los ingredientes son de buena calidad y tal y cuál, pero el pan es demasiado simple sin sabor ni textura especialmente memorables. Quién lea esta reseña ha de tener en cuenta que soy bastante específica con el pan, por eso me hecha para atrás.

Tenia curiosidad por probar sus famosos sándwiches de focaccia. El local es pequeño, con pocas mesas y bastante movimiento constante de gente entrando y saliendo, lo que ya marca el tipo de experiencia: rápida y directa. La elección fue la focaccia de mortadela con stracciatella, pesto, pistacho y un toque de miel. La combinación de sabores funciona bien; la cremosidad del queso contrasta con la intensidad de la mortadela y el dulzor suave de la miel. También cayó la de pastrami con provola ahumada. Tiene un perfil más potente y salado, con ese punto ahumado que llena bastante. Está bien resuelta, aunque personalmente resultó menos equilibrada que la anterior. Las cantidades son generosas y el pan mantiene buena textura, crujiente por fuera y esponjoso por dentro. El espacio para comer allí es algo limitado y, cuando se llena, se nota la falta de comodidad. El servicio fue correcto y ágil, enfocado en sacar pedidos rápido.

Pedimos a domicilio un menú para 4 pero trajeron 3 bebidas. Contactamos con el teléfono de referencia y lo cogió alguien que dijo que volvería a llamarnos pero hace más de una hora que no sabemos nada. Llamamos al teléfono que aparece en internet y nada. Una pena. La comida bien, pero el servicio nos dejó que desear

Experiencia algo agridulce... Esperaba más... He probado foccacias en restaurantes italianos y eso si eran focaccias de verdad... Sabor, textura, especias, romero... Pero lo que probé en este sitio fue una bocadillo caro, fin. No lo recomiendo para nada... La atención de los canareros muy buena, pero el producto no merce la pena. Probe también la Focaccia con Nutella, y me sentí como un niño que comer pan con nocilla... No iría jamás, encima 10 euros por eso... Me pareció un timo.

Overrated. I told the gentleman i don't want raw tomatoes in my sandwich he said no it's cooked tomatoes. Later when my sandwich was ready, i discovered that it was raw tomatoes and i had to take it all out. He offered to give me back my money, but it's best not to lie to customers at first place and deliver what your customer ask for. Never again!
