Nuestro bartender Marco nos dio un servicio espectacular. El rooftop es la Mejor vista de todo Madrid. Lo único es que el lugar no tiene nada de música, si la tuviese sería un 10/10.

Todo bien, calidad de los platos muy buena, aunque quizá poca cantidad. Precios ajustados pero una vez más, poca cantidad. Personal muy amable. Las vistas desde la terraza son muy buenas. En general, recomendable.

We visited Nice to meet you hotel and had an amazing experience at Dear Hotel . We were served by Pedro, who truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a big smile and took great care of us throughout the meal. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel so welcome. We sat on the terrace, which offered a lovely view — the atmosphere was perfect. When we asked if we could move inside if the wind picked up, Pedro was more than accommodating and handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Combined with the excellent service, it made for a wonderful dining experience. The only negative point was that we couldn’t leave a tip for Pedro through the credit card — it’s the first time we’ve ever encountered this, and we really hope this changes in the future so the servers can receive the appreciation they truly deserve. Thank you to Pedro and the whole team for making our visit so special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place was amazing. The view, the food, the wine, the cocktails, and did I mention the view? The employees were lovely and attentive. The atmosphere was perfect, had such a great time. We had the Croquettes with squid in black sauce, the Salmon tartare with ponzu avocado and wasabi dressing and the Grilled octopus with potato parmentier and romesco sauce. Good portions, very tasty. Highly recommend this place.

We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views. The food was great, but I'd argue not the best I've had in the area. Very reasonable price for the experience you get being on a rooftop. The octopus & oxtail lasagna were probably the best dishes we had and the brownie was the best dessert. Would recommend sitting outside if you have the option!!

We ate here on our last night in Madrid and were very happy we found it! We made a reservation in advance for right when they opened and got the best seat in the house. From our table we could look out the window and see the Royal Palace and had an amazing view of the streets of Madrid. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was friendly and fast. Aloha fellow travelers! A friend and I booked our last night dinner in Madrid at Nice to Meet You which is the rooftop restaurant located in our hotel. We weren’t sure what to expect but the entire evening was spectacular. Amazing views of the sunset (pics attached), really tasteful and exquisite food! Pamela was our server and she was so very attentive, sweet, accommodating! She was there every minute we needed her and very friendly service! This was such a wonderful experience and perfect end to our stay here in Madrid.

Dispone de zona de terraza y de salón. La atención del personal muy buena. Precios se pueden ver en carta pero no son económicos. Te cobran 3 euros por agua del grifo . La comida está buena pero algo escasa a mí parecer. La terraza en la parte superior tiene buenas vistas de la Gran Vía y Plaza de España

Se está de lujo! Los camareros te tratan genial, son muy simpáticos y atentos. La comida muy buena, el pulpo un poco duro, lo único... Pero la lasaña de rabo de toro es una maravilla. También recomiendo muy encarecidamente la tarta de queso, ¡Está increíble! Muy recomendable el sitio para una cita tranquila con amigos, pareja o familia. Yo volveré.

My friends and I were here for dinner before leaving Madrid. Although the food was really good (duck confit with orange sauce, salmon with rice, and steak) - would revisit for the food, we had to wait an hour before our order arrived. We had our dinner around 11pm which was quite a long wait time. A waiter informed us of a kitchen mishap about 30 minutes after we placed our order so it kind of set off our experience. We had complimentary bread and chickpea sauce once we were seated. The tiramisu had too much of a strong coffee flavor in my opinion and it felt like it was just made when we ordered so the lady fingers weren’t soaked enough. The cake and ice cream were a better/safer choice. The cocktails were good too. The atmosphere was calm but I don’t think for high end fine dining. Although it was late at night, I’m sure the views (sunset) would be incredible as it’s a rooftop restaurant above a hotel, with scenes overlooking the city. Overall, it was decent, asides the long wait.

La verdad es que me llevé decepción. Veníamos de un viaje y ya sabíamos que parábamos en Madrid y decidimos ver el musical de Aladin, y al acabar subir a este local que tenía una gran pinta. Intentamos llamar por teléfono (no tienen), enviamos un sms por su página a la hora de reservar, ya que salíamos del musical y por si la hora no era adecuada y teníamos que ir a otro lugar cenar, pero al final arriesgamos y reservamos para última hora. Cuando llegamos nos recibe un chico, encargado, jefe, no se… pero debía ser más empatizó. Habíamos reservado en terraza, y nos pusieron en una mesa pequeñita. Ideal para tomar algo pero no para cenar, y encima en un lugar de paso y mal situados. Pedimos si podíamos cambiar para otra ya que estaban vacías y nos cambiaron sin problema, lo que no entendemos es el porqué no nos pusieron al llegar. Comimos bien, pero al acabar pedimos unos mojitos y que cerraban a las 12, como que acabáramos rápido. Nos llegan los mojitos y eran intragables, eran todo alcohol. Hablamos con una chica super super amable, que le pedimos por favor que los probara y nos dio la razón y nos hizo unos super ricos. Gracias a esta chica la experiencia fue algo mejor. Pero el chico, que nos atendió primero, mal, le pareció mal que pidiéramos el cambio de los mojitos, ni se disculpo. Debía pensar que éramos guiris, no se, o no nos atendió bien por escoger la última hora… no lo entendemos, pero gracias a la chica por su trato genial. Estuvimos en junio de 2024. Nos pareció caro para el disfrute, y por desgracia me picoteo algo en la terraza en la pierna ese día. No se lo que fue, pero aún tengo la marca hoy y me acuerdo de todo esto cada vez que lo veo. Fue una pena la verdad, porque yo personalmente tenía mucha ilusión, pero… aveces las cosas no salen bien.

Sitio muy agradable con azotea incluida un poco complicado de entrar al restaurante en la planta 14 en plena gran vía, con reserva anticipada mesa con unas vistas espectaculares, el servicio a destacar la atención del maitre que nos atendió y nos aconsejó fue excelente, pero la atención del camarero nada más entrar y a primera hora de servicio con la camisa con unas cuantas manchas me dejó un poco desconcertado a parte del servicio que fue un poco lento, tengo que destacar que el confit de pato y el lingote de cochinillo un poco escaso pero muy buenos y tiernos, el tiramisú se me quedó muy plano de sabor, el precio no es para nada abusivo, teniendo en cuenta las vistas y el ambiente del restaurante. Recomendable ⭐️

Teníamos reserva el sábado 29/11 a las 22:30h para una cena familiar. Confirmamos nuestra asistencia telefónicamente ese mismo día por la mañana. Gran Via estaba repleta de gente, ibamos con 3 personas mayores y llegamos con 20 minutos de retraso, no nos permitieron hacer uso de la reserva y nos hicieron el cargo de los 200€ de la reserva. No nos dieron ninguna alternativa, empatía 0. Nos sentimos profundamente engañados. No recomendamos este restaurante.
