Me encantan los restaurantes italianos, y OVEN Fuencarral ha sido todo un acierto. Probé su pan de ajo recién horneado y la pasta al pesto genovés que me encantó. El ambiente es moderno y acogedor, ideal para disfrutar de una buena comida italiana en pleno centro de Madrid. Se nota que cuidan los ingredientes y la elaboración. Realmente espectacular, toda la comida era deliciosa y la tarta de queso, riquísima. La música y el ambiente acompañan toda la estética que quiere transmitir el lugar. La cocina abre por la tarde también. Cuando vuelva a Madrid, volveré y muchas gracias!

Definitely one of the best ones in Madrid! Great option if you’re looking for an Italian dinner or lunch. We had a great experience overall, the food was right on point! Pizza, pasta, burrata and even dessert were all just made the right way 🙌. Quick tip though, it’s a bit crowded on weekends so make reservations with at least 3 days of anticipation, if you decide to walk in it’s at least a 1 hour wait but it’s worth it 👍

I came in to have some food, but I left without experience. The staff is absolutely amazing and hospitable of the food is out of this world is the mozzarella pizza the crust is something I have not experienced any pizza elsewhere. It’s as if you were eating lunch at the same time you were snacking. Of the salad with every amazing ingredients I forgot the name of this but it contains avocado what are a lot cheers Simon amazing sauce and lettuce and avocados is heavenly. Thank you

Estuvimos un día entre semana de noviembre, pata cenar. Reservamos previamente, aunque no hubiera hecho falta ya que estaba mefio vacío. El local es miy amplio, con una decoración moderna, basada en la exposición de botellas de vino, pero nada que ver con lo normalmente entendido para un italiano, en mi opinión muy neutra. Mesas para dos, cuatro, o seis comensales; sillones y sillas, todo limpio y ordenado. Tiene como unas tres zonas similares a lo largo de la nave del local (rectangular)y nos pusieron a todos en la primera, muy juntos cuando mas de la mitad del restaurantes estaba vacío (entiendo no usar todo, pero podían haber usado la mitad, pues se cruzaban conversaciones con los de al lado que tenían una mesa de seis, algo evitable). El horno de pizzas está a la vista a través de un gran ventanal, una zona bien diseñada y muy limpia, aunque no logré ver desde ahí resto de cocina. El servicio correcto, y la comida no tardó mucho en llegar, pero tampoco nada especialmente que reseñar como he leido en otros comentarios. Pedimos un pan relleno de quesos italianos a modo de fundee, una focaccia, dos pizzas, unos carbonara y unod tagliatelle para cuatro, acompañada por dos botellas de agua de medio litro y una cookie con bola de helado servida en sartén, de postre; todo 97,50 euros. La comida muy normal, bien de cantidad pero de gusto sencillo, nada que destacar en ninguno de los platos (no puefo decir que esté malo). Sé que uno nunca está conforme con nada y solemos quejarnos si la comida se retrasa pero en este caso me sorprendió que platos como la foundee (que vino no excesivamente caliente), tagliatelle o carbonara se sirvieran a la vez al poco de pedirlo, y no muy caliente, no sé solo lo apunto sin ninguna pretensión más. La pizza barbacoa, para mi gusto, tenía poca barbacoa. La de quedo sí estaba, de nuevo para mi gusto, mejor armada de ingredientes. En fin, hemos pasado por allí sin pena no gloria como experiencia culinaria, no puedo decir que mala, pero muy lineal sin nada que destacar.

The pictures on google map looked good so decided to pop in to order to take away. The prices online are not the prices in the restaurant. I was given a qr code by the waitress, but it was loading forever. No wifi. Finally got a printed menu, no prices. Gone to the website through googlemap, no prices on the menu. I decided i am too tired to search around just gonna order. A wopping 51eur for 3 pizzas. Restaurant is empty. Order was taken incorrectly so after 20min wait they brought out two pizzas and a burrata instead of the burrata pizza. When i said its incorrect she left the 2pizza front of me to get the third. I had to ask to keep it warm to not let it go completely cold while i wait. No matter how the pizzas will be for sure never to rerurn to this place. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. All look no substance.

Esperé durante 50 min aprox, pedí ir al baño y vi un montón de mesas libres. Le pregunté a la chica y me dijo que eran para reservas, son casi las 4pm ya la hora pico paso. En fin, he contado como aprox 9 personas se han ido porque al preguntar dicen que hay que esperar. No me voy porque ya tengo casi una hora esperando y aquí sigo. La verdad fatal. Tener a un cliente esperando 1 hora y más que todo perder clientes por no usar unas mesas que son “para reservas” pero están vacías. Y seguro que comeré, me iré y no se llenarán. Es una falta de respeto y suficiente para no volver, lamentable el servicio y la poca prioridad que tiene el cliente. Pongo un vídeo de todas las mesas que había libres mientras yo esperaba 1 hora aproximadamente. Primera y última. Las chicas no sonríen , prácticamente ni se comunican. Horrible. Ojalá mejoren el servicio.

I really wanted to love this place since it came highly recommended by a close friend, but the experience was truly disappointing. We had made reservations and arrived on time, yet the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Our drinks and appetizers took over 40 minutes to arrive while multiple tables that came in after us were served promptly. At first, we tried to be understanding, assuming maybe our order took longer, but when two more groups who arrived later received their drinks, appetizers, and even their meals before us, it became impossible to ignore. The treatment we received felt dismissive and, quite frankly, discriminatory. No one should feel that way while dining out. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best. I rarely ever write reviews, but this level of disregard and unprofessionalism was beyond frustrating. Cindy was our hostess, and I truly hope management takes accountability because this kind of service is completely unacceptable.
