Hace mucho tiempo que no iba a una hamburguesería que no fueran las típicas de cadena rápida, estaba MUY indecisa y llegué media hora antes de que cierren. Armando y su compañera me atendieron con mucha calidez pese al horario ajustado; les agradezco el buen servicio. Me pedí La Muslona (y aunque era quizás la porción un poco grande para mí) era súper jugosa, crujiente y con muuuucho sabor, la verdad una experiencia excelente. Las papas fritas también geniales, aunque para mí un poquito saladas. En fin, la tienda también es muy acogedora, con iluminación cálida y decoración moderna. Recomiendo la experiencia ✨

Goiko has the best burgers and the NACHOS are fantastic—we have been to several around Spain but what really stood out with this visit was the incredible service from Sofia! She was knowledgeable about the menu, she was seating guests, taking orders and clearing, and the whole time was so engaging and lovely! Venezuela lost a gem when she moved to Madrid! We will be back and ask for her.

This place has 3 vegan options as of 2022-Sep. But still, I was extremely happy with my choice (La Greta). This place is mainly for non-vegan burgers, so I’d recommend it if you have a group with mix dietary requirements. The fries were spectacular. Seriously.

They have amazing salad and hamburgers. Service is relatively fast at lunchtime too on a weekday. Salad portion is huge for one person, hamburger with fried potato is reasonable. Ask for Valentina, she is a nice and atrentive waitress of the place!

Valoro con 4 estrellas por dos motivos: 1) Parece que el local tenía averiado el aire acondicionado y había momentos en los que hacía frío. 2) tardaron en servir más de lo habitual. No sé por qué pero estuvimos esperando más de 30 minutos hasta que nos sirvieron las hamburguesas. Por otra parte, señalar que la comida estaba buena y en su punto. Por último, decir que pude disfrutar sin problemas la promoción de 2x1 a través del club de fidelidad.

La atención de las chicas fue estupenda. En cuanto a la comida… Si bien las patatas fritas son excelentes, al igual que los chicken fingers, la hamburguesa no cumplió con mis expectativas, al smasheado le falta sabor y crocancia, de todas maneras me gustó.

The service 100%, a Venezuelan lady assisted us in a very nicely way, very correct and prompt. The burger, well, good but not a big deal. Just a bit overpriced considering it’s a regular bun, the restaurant decided to not having mustard and the fries are not special at all. It’s a good burger, anyway. My recommendation to the leadership of this chain: Work on the fries, add a Parmesan cheese version. Add mustard to the sides. Not having mustard in my burger is like a hot dog without sausage. Hard to repeat considering the abundance of choices.

Updated review: This is my go-to Goiko Grill location now and ny recent experiences have been far better than the ones from before. The servers are incredibly attentive and not at all suffocating and the burger quality has gone way up. We had the muslona and the new chick norris, both of which were delicious, so highly recommend either of them. The small locale was very much full, which is why I'd recommend you make a reservation beforehand, in order to avoid disappointment. The service was pretty okay, nothing to complain about, but we did get our drink orders passed around from table to table until it found us. The Kevin Bacon burger was very average, with really nothing spectacular about it (I'd recommend telling the server exactly how you like your meat cooked, since mine came medium-rare which I wasn't a fan of) so I wouldn't recommend it. Meanwhile the Bomba Sexy was incredibly tasty, if a bit much with the fried block of cheese element 😂. For dessert, we had a sugary sweet chocolate moose which was overkill, but overall it was a decent experience (you just have to know what to order).

Goiko was highly recommend for burger lovers like myself. Tried the Kevin bacon and wasn't disappointed but still can't give it 5/5, very delicious but should have included some garnish to make it a bit lighter. Great fries on the side. All in all, great place to get a yummy burger, next time I'll try another burger and while at it .. you can always order a fully custom one

You will feel full after this fantastic burguer. Probably in my top 5 best burguers. Didnt enjoy that much the dessert. Great staff too. You will need to reserve a table as it is a busy place.

Hicimos un pedido a domicilio, y probamos la hamburguesa Kevin Costner (carne, bacon bits, cebolla crunchy, queso cheddar, costilla desmenuzada y salsa barbacoa). Nos decepcionó un poco, ya que el queso ni siquiera estaba fundido, y la costilla estaba peor que en otras ocasiones. Las patatas tenían una textura extraña ya que estaban poco fritas, pero la salsa barbacoa que las acompañaba muy rica. Como postre pedimos un frozen original y otro de pistacho, y aunque soy muy fan de este fruto seco me quedo sin duda con la primera. Cuando lo hacen bien nos gusta bastante, pero es muy poco consistente.

Hemos visitando bastantes restaurantes de esta marca y ha ido perdiendo calidad con el tiempo... Estando vacío, tardaron en traer la cena.. las Hamburguesas finas y quemadas.. Creo que se puede mejorar , no tiene parking.

El restaurante es muy espectacular y agradable. De precio normal, no es caro. Coincidí con mi acompañante que la carne de las dos hamburguesas que pedimos tenía trozos duros de masticar que la hacían desagradable. Las patatas fritas y gajos estaban espectaculares. Otro punto a favor son los refrescos, que vienen en tamaño grande.

La gente que trabaja aquí son super buenos, pacientes y atentos. Todo es muy rápido y servido con una sonrisa. Tristemente la comida no estaba muy rica. Todo estaba bañado en sal de una manera exagerada, hasta la salsa que acompañaba la hamburguesa. Además, se nota que la comida ahora es prefabricada. Incluso estaba fría, cosa que me asombró porque pedí una hamburguesa de pollo frito y se supone que es algo que tienen que hacer en el momento pero la comida salió en 10 minutos después de pedirla. En fin, el sitio es bonito pero la calidad de no es como Goiko era cuando abrió.

Well, after seeing advertisements for years, I finally got a chance to come by and see if the burgers were as good as they seemed..... so, lets start with the good things (bad things come later, there were a few). They WERE! Omg, I got the Kevin Costner with sweet potatoes and it was outta this world, definitely worth every penny 😋 😍. If it were just down to the food , it'd get ten stars 🌟. But , a restaurant is more than the food. We walked in around 4 for a late lunch on a hot day (28 C / 81F ) and it was hotter inside than outside! They told us that it was broken, but I highly doubt it. You could probably go back in a week and it would still "Be broken" . Lots of restaurants do it when they don't want the pay the ridiculous energy bills. I get it, on one hand, energy costs are astronomically high with the war in Ukraine. Buuuuut, I'm also paying 25 euros to eat a burger with a drink, so I'd expect a place to not have me sweating without moving . There was a server with red hair that kept giving us the absolute worst looks every time she came near us. I say near us, because no one ever came over to even ask us what we wanted to drink..... For 15 minutes, we sat there waiting and waiting and waiting (when the staff wasnt mindlessly chatting with each other, she passed by us to help all the other 4 tables around us, which were the only tables there ), until I got up asked for service . Our server wasn't bad, and the food came out fast, he also passed by to look and see if we needed anything. Also, like I said, amazing burgers. Fix the air Fix certain staff members attitudes ,because I almost asked her if she had one and I'd love to what it is . Fix those things and I'll be back, but burger bars like this are prevalent everywhere, even in Madrid and after living here for ten years, I do have other options.

This place is all about marketing, very expensive (€34.50 single person), let’s start for the worst part: bbq sauce everywhere, Teques are really awful, dough not properly cooked, cheese not melted, and the horrible bbq sauce aside, owners are from Venezuela but it seems they forgot to have a good sauce for tequeños. Secondly the Burger itself, I really had high expectations after reading amazing reviews, and the look very good from the outside but again all full of. BBQ sauce that is the only thing I could taste, beef was way below medium cooked, completely raw in the inside. The fries full of something like paprika and salt, I did not ask for patatas bravas. But it seems that many people are enjoying this place, again really amazing Marketing.

Pedimos para llevar 2 hamburguesas. La pedimos a las 21:00 y nos indicó como hora a la que estaría listo el pedido las 21:38. Sin embargo, no nos lo dieron hasta las 22:30. Estuvimos casi 1 hora esperando en el local a que nos lo preparasen. Para más inri, las hamburguesas estaban aceptables por la salsa y el queso, ya que la carne demasiado hecha (carbonizada).

I don’t often leave negative reviews, but my friends and I had a really poor experience at this Goiko. Two of us have severe peanut allergies so we always ask about potential allergens anywhere we go. My friend handed our waiter an allergy card, translated into Spanish for ease of communication, and we expected the normal check with the kitchen before ordering. Instead, it took 30 minutes of sitting there to be told that there is potential cross-contamination and that we could not eat there, and said we had to go eat somewhere else! There is absolutely nothing on the menu that said it has nuts in it, so we kept asking what specifically had nuts; we aren’t concerned about cross-contamination at a burger place, nor about peanut oil since frying it cooks off the allergenic proteins. We did not get a straight answer after repeatedly trying to clarify what had peanuts, and the waiter just kept asking if we were going to cancel our order. Additionally, we all ordered water since we waited for 30 minutes without any food, and when we went to leave we were charged 12€ for just the waters after essentially being refused service. People with allergies, be careful to research or ask before you dine out, and please avoid Goiko. Very unfortunate that they don’t give any explanation or warning for peanut contamination when they have an expansive and careful gluten-free menu. The lack of clarity is dangerous for people with allergies!

On my first visit to Madrid, I came across this place and had a great experience. Naturally, when I returned for the second time, I knew I had to come back. I decided to try their chicken sandwich, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. When my sandwich arrived, I noticed the chicken was slightly pink. Concerned, I checked more closely and realized some parts of the chicken were undercooked. I politely asked if I could have a new sandwich or substitute it with another menu item and pay the difference. The server said he would check, and after speaking to (who I assume was) the manager, I was told they couldn't replace it with something else but could make me a new sandwich with properly cooked chicken. I agreed. However, the second sandwich was even more undercooked than the first. When I brought it up, the lady serving me was incredibly rude and upset for reasons I couldn't understand. She explained that the chicken is cooked by a machine and insisted it would turn out the same every time. Yet, somehow the second sandwich was worse than the first (last two images) Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the experience. The undercooked food and the unprofessional attitude from the staff left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.
