Buenisima comida acompaña de un excelente servicio y precio, sin duda un lugar perfecto para venir a comer o cenar!!

La experiencia fue impecable. Pedimos un arroz tres delicias y unos fideos udon espectaculares: todo fresco, sabroso y en su punto justo. Lo mejor: la atención fue excelente desde el primer momento, súper cálida y atenta. Hubo un pequeño error con uno de los platos y lo resolvieron al instante, lo cambiaron sin ningún problema y con la mejor predisposición. El mozo (un muchacho de Colombia) que nos atendió fue especialmente amable y se notó el cuidado en cada detalle. Un lugar al que dan ganas de volver siempre.

Comida deliciosa a un precio fantástico!! Puedes personalizar tu plato, elije el tipo de fideos o arroz, que siempre lleva verdura variada y huevo (puedes quitarlo si quieres), si te apetece una proteína ternera, pollo, gambas o extra de huevo y la salsa que más te guste, o elegir entre distintos platos de la carta. Todos muy abundantes. En la última visita gastamos 24€ por dos platos de fideos, verdura y huevo personalizados + 12 gyozas caseras + 2 refrescos, para dos personas y salimos supersaciados. Como te pases un poco pidiendo te llevaras comida a casa. El servicio es perfecto, simpáticos y muy atentos. Muy recomendable si estás en la zona y quieres comer bien por poco dinero y evitar las tourist tramp de la zona. Volveremos seguro!!

Every time that we come to Madrid we stop at this restaurant! We came for the first time in 2021. The food, service and atmosphere excellent! My waiter was excellent his name is Melvin.. Ask for him next time you come here. We love the BBQ ribs, the chicken, the nachos.. well everything that we order was delicious 😋

I had a delicious burger that was cooked perfectly. Partner had a T-bone and was also satisfied with his meal - but because of this, our average spend was a little higher than if he had picked something else. What I did like was the ability to be able to choose the size of your meat, ie. if you wanted to have the standard 160 grams of burger patty, or add on a few 100 more grams for a couple of extra €€. I stuck with the standard and it was more than enough for me since we also shared some chicken strips prior to our mains. It wasn’t too busy when we went although we did make a reservation just in case as we weren’t sure how busy it was going to be. Thus, the wait time for our food wasn’t long at all

We had an amazing meal at SteakBurger Bar on Gran Vía! We ordered the Solomillo de Ternera, Croquetas de Jamón Ibérico, and the La Brutal BBQ Dry burger — and everything was perfect. The starter and both main dishes were cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of the meat was excellent, and the flavors were truly delicious. Highly recommend! This is a super nice restaurant where you can still be dressed casually. It’s in a great location. the food was excellent and served quickly. The ribs were some of the best we’ve had! The burger and fries were really good, and the baked boniato sweet potato was delicious! The servers were all very friendly too!

We were walking around Madrid and wanted to eat something to hold us off until dinner. We stumbled upon this place and were impressed. The steak burger outstanding. Juicy, smoky, and delicious. I could not have asked for anything better. This came close to a wagyu burger I had in Japan. Our waitress, Christina, was attentive and made sure we had an excellent experience. Oh and the sangria, although sweet, paired well with the burger! Must try while in Madrid!

The burgers here are really delicious and full of flavor, you can taste the great grilled touch in every bite. The meat is juicy and cooked just right, and the menu has a nice variety to choose from. The decoration of the restaurant is modern and stylish, it gives a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Madrid, easy to reach and surrounded by a lot of nice streets to walk around before or after eating. The staff are very kind and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help with recommendations, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s definitely a place I would come back to and also recommend to anyone looking for a proper burger in Madrid.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I have to say the beef entrecôte was exceptional. Perfectly cooked to medium-rare, it had a rich, buttery flavor with just the right amount of marbling to make every bite melt in your mouth. The seasoning was spot-on—enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. What truly elevated the experience, however, was Daniela, our waitress. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was just right. Daniela managed to strike that perfect balance of being friendly without being intrusive, which made the meal feel even more special.

We ordered the T-bone steak, which was cooked over a real open flame—absolutely delicious. They even let us choose the cut ourselves, which added a personal touch to the experience. The meat was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. The restaurant itself is clean, beautifully designed, and smells amazing as you walk in. Alexandra went above and beyond to serve our group of 14 with patience and professionalism—she truly gave it her all. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This was a really nice restaurant with great food and really nice staff!I had a great time! My only complain is that I had a dirty fork but I understand it’s something that can happen and they politely changed immediately! I liked their menu because it had a lot of details of every food!

El local supera el aforo máximo permitido. Son muy listos y no lo ponen en la puerta. Tardan más de 1h en servirte la comida, y como si fuera poco, al hablar con la encargada, está llena de prepotencia no deja al cliente hablar y dice siempre lo mismo, que no pueden hacer más. Ya muy molestos hemos pedido la hoja de reclamaciones y no tenían. Un dato muy importante del aforo, es que lo llenan tanto que no puedes bajar a la planta baja a usar el lavabo. Asusta pensar que tengas que salir corriendo por qué se obstaculizan la salida

Hemos ido algunos días antes de que cerraran, después hemos ido pero la verdad que el ambiente ha empeorado, entramos y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora para que nos entregaran la comida, la primera bien, pero las demás fatal quemada, sosa,.... La encargada bastante grosera, había mucha gente quejándose pero ella no hacía nada, personas que habían entrado después comiendo y marchándose. Me da bastante pena porque era un sitio bueno y barato.

Pedí la comida y me tardo en llegar más de 50 minutos y encima sabia a quemado. El aforo estaba superado, de tal manera que no podía salir de mi asiento porque tenía otra silla atrás de la mía. Y por si fuera poco para bajar al baño habían tantas mesas con personas en el medio que parecía la misión imposible salir de allí. Tienen una sala abajo con humedad y sin ventanas, es bastante claustrofóbico. Sobre la comida fuimos a reclamarlo varias veces y la encargada/gerente ha sido muy borde y prepotente. Me da mucha lástima porque iba mucho, pero no pienso volver después de este trato tan horroroso.

I am so upset that I have to write this review & say what I’m about to say… I had passed SteakBurger Bar earlier in the day & decided to come back & get dinner. I went in at 6.50pm. Something was going on…I followed the server towards the bar, he then spoke to a lady server & then I was escorted back in the direction I just came from, he looked quite stressed. I was seated & a few minutes later the lady server came & took my drinks order & told me to scan the qr code for the menu. She returned with my drink reasonably quickly. Meanwhile, 3 members of staff were opposite me with 2 customers & they were watching something on, I think, a phone. They looked quite serious. Anyway, no one came back to take my order within the next 22 minutes. If I didn’t order that drink I would’ve left! I attempted to get 4 different servers attention during that time. Eventually, I managed to get the attention of a young man from the bar, who took my order. My order was delivered approximately 15 minutes later but I was given the wrong order. I asked for a medium to well done steak & I was accidentally given a rare one. The server took it back & returned promptly with the correct steak. I just hoped that he hadn’t given my food to someone else & taken it back but I’ll never know. The steak was slightly over done but it was ok. At least I knew it was cooked. The chips were good & the green pepper things were lovely. Back to the steak…It had a massive section of gristle running along on side which was inedible. The meal also had sea salt added to all of it. I do not know if this is customary here in Madrid but it may be an issue for some people. I finished my meal at 7.40pm & the plate was taken at & my plate was taken about 5 minutes later. I wasn’t asked if I wanted dessert at this time. He just took it and left. I then had to again try to grab someone’s attention to order dessert. I managed to get the handsome young one’s attention again & he came and attempted to take my order. His English is good but not brilliant, I can’t complain as I don’t speak any Spanish. Anyway, I had to refer to the menu on my phone for him to understand me. Shortly after, the lady server, trotted past me and asked if I wanted the bill. I then explained that I was waiting on dessert. Considering, she was supposed to be my server, it would’ve been nice if she had offered dessert or asked how was my meal. Dessert was delivered promptly with a teaspoon. I again, do not know if this is customary here, but I would’ve hoped for a dessert spoon, but dessert tasted fine. The young server then came back & I requested the bill and paid without tipping. PLEASE NOTE- I NORMALLY TIP BUT THE SERVICE HERE IS SHOCKINGLY BAD! The young server then came back over to me and asked me if my food was ok? Or something along those lines. “I said it was ok “ but I shouldn’t have said that but I was over the whole experience and just wanted to go. I can honestly say, I will never come to this establishment again! Ps. I’m not sure but the customers that I mentioned in the beginning, I think they had something stolen as they went over to a table near the door with staff members & we’re talking. I heard something about a coat. Again, patrons were being neglected by staff who were talking to them & some were just watching. Please note- One member of senior staff should’ve been allocated to this incident not whoever was interested.
