Very nice place and bartenders especially Carmen who attended us with her devil horns. And Jesus the super nice bartender! We just had the cocktails during the happy hour and enjoyed pretty much the experience. I know TGI Fridays from other countries and I know without trying it here that their food is amazing.

It is a really nice place to enjoy some authentic American food. Everything is set up like in a US TGI. The portions are huge and good quality. The staff was really friendly. Not sure why they add the cheese cold though

I love this place ! The atmosphere is nice and relax. A special mention to the waiters especially Miguel, really available and friendly, who made my experience a great one ! The price for quality is excellent - and above all be sure you’ll have a big portion of food ! The refill for drinks is free. I’ll come back for sure for great meat meals !

Had lunch here. Staff is really kind, and I like their typical American interior. I loved their vegetarian option, the burger was really tasty. Waiting time is not too long, and prices are very reasonable. I can definitely recommend their lemonade. If I had the chance, I’d come back here!

Nice food, pleasant service, would like to visit it again at some point; can recommend to try baby ribs, or a classic burger.

Llegamos a las 2pm de un domingo. Demoraron unos 5 minutos en asignarnos mesa y otros 20 en tomarnos el pedido. Para nuestra sorpresa el pedido bovino rápido luego de haber ordenado, solo unos 15 minutos después. Marcela nos atendió super bien y estuvo atenta a verificar que no nos falte nada y estuviésemos a gusto. La comida muy buena. Las alitas de pollo son las mejores que hemos probado. El clima agradable y se puede conversar.

Es una de las franquicias que hay que probar, pero sinceramente, no tiene nada especial a destacar. Todo correcto, buen trato y el local muy bien ambientado. Los precios si no vas a menú del día, son exagerados para la propuesta que tienen. Consejo: aprovecha las ofertas del Club By.

Un establecimiento más de la franquicia, el más céntrico al estar ubicado cerca de Sol. La comida es correcta, raciones buenas pero el precio es excesivo para la calidad. Por ejemplo 5'20 por una Cocacola con rellenado es excesivo cuando en otras marcas del Club By están a 3'25. Está bien para ir cuando tienes ofertas, en caso contrario hay opciones mejores.

Pricey. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to notice us to get a table. It took a while for to be able to order, it was full of people. Atmosphere was very festive and everything decorated with Christmas. The drinks were very expensive but you can get them refill. Like Coca-Cola and etc. However other type of drinks like lemonade no refill. The first dish, it was well fried and the sauce was good. The pasta was also good, the sauce was nice. The food was good but perhaps a bit pricey for the amount of food that you get. For the dessert, I got brownie. Brownie was very very delicious but it was very heavy for foodies who don't eat much. The brownie was 3 brownies in 1. The bill had been confused with another table, and was a mess.

experiencia un tanto amarga sobre todo por la atención de las camareras, súper groseras y se les notaba obviamente que no tienen ganas de trabajar tan siquiera. Se lo que es trabajar en hostelería pero lo de estas chicas es digno de una amonestación o despido Tardaron 35mins en sacar unos fingers de mozzarella, y otros 25 en poner una simple coca cola, todo esto estaba siendo atendido por una chica de pelo rizado aponpado y piel morena, le quería pedir más cosas aparte de lo que pedí ya y me dejaba hablando solo A la hora de pagar me quería cobrar esta misma chica que nos atendió y al parecer no sabía restar bien y necesitaba ayuda de su amiga que al parecer sabía restar y dar cambio bien, pista, nos dio el cambio mal… con la contestación de… sumalo tu si no te fías No volveré ni para pedir un vaso de agua 0% recomendable

Soy cliente habitual porque la comida suele ser muy rica, y esta vez no fue la excepción: el medio costillar y las hamburguesas whiskey estaban deliciosas. Sin embargo, la experiencia fue pésima por culpa del servicio. Fuimos el pasado día 6 sobre las 20:00. Tardaron muchísimo en tomarnos nota y, cuando nos atendieron, la actitud fue muy desagradable: nos tiraron los sobres de salsas y las servilletas a la mesa sin ninguna delicadeza. No entiendo la necesidad de ese trato. Para colmo, los baños estaban muy sucios y olían fatal. Es una pena que descuiden tanto la atención y la limpieza cuando la cocina es buena.

Pedimos comida a domicilio, y era realmente asquerosa, sinceramente no he probado una hamburguesa tan mala en mi vida, la carne estaba súper mustio y la hamburguesa que se supone que en la foto llevaba lechuga y tenía buena pinta no tenía y dos trocitos de lechuga, aunque si tenéis dudas mejor mirar la foto. Un saludo. No se lo recomiendo que no quiera contraer una enfermedad.

Mala experiencia. Habíamos reservado para 3 ayer 2 de marzo. Fui con mi mujer y mi hija y a la que entramos esperamos 10 min y de allí un chico *calvo nos dijo que nos sentará de primeras. Yo le dije que tenía una reserva donde había elegido sentarme dentro al fondo y me dijo que no se podía por qué estaba cerrada. Al final nos sentamos al lado de la puerta. Puso caras de mala leche. 10 min más tarde vino una camarera para tomar la comanda pero se dió cuenta de que su compañero no nos había dado la carta. El chico todo el rato mirandonos con mala cara. Experiencia desagradable. Pensábamos ir la otra semana 9 personas pero mejor no la verdad. Comida bueno por cierto. Menos el Postre PIE in the SKY ya no está tan buena como antes.. era mejor cuando los servían en un caso de cristal, ahora es muy difícil comerla y además solo lleva NATA. A la hora de pagar otra chica vino a con el datáfono y dijimos que habíamos hecho una reserva con el 2x1. Nos dijo que teníamos que descargar para que ella pudiera escanear el código. Muy borde. Mi hija de 4 años la hablo pero la chica la miro sin más. Lamentable. La otra camarera era mejor. Agrdable y correcto en todo.

Reservamos mesa por internet y llegamos a las 15h. Después de una hora y cuarto, nos traen dos platos de menú infantil y hora y media después la de los dos adultos que faltaban. Nos fuimos sin poder comer. Una vergüenza. Parte de las camareras fueron educadas y comprensivas, pero otras y la encargada no fueron acertadas en sus formas ni en la forma de resolver la situación. No volveremos.

1 Star (only because I can’t give 0) This was the worst dinner experience I have ever had. From the very beginning, the service was unbelievably disrespectful. When my friend tried to place her order, the waitress with long blonde hair ignored her twice, even though they clearly made eye contact. She didn’t say a word—no “one moment,” no acknowledgment, nothing. She just straight-up ignored us. Because of this, my friend wanted to leave due to the lack of respect, but I tried to be understanding and thought maybe the waitress was stressed or overwhelmed. Things only got worse. When the supervisor/manager came over, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he said, “no es el día de enfadarse,” and then added, “don’t fight with my waitresses.” The audacity. No apology, no professionalism, no accountability. Despite all this, we decided to stay. That was a mistake. We—and the tables around us—waited over two hours for our food. During that time, only one appetizer arrived (out of two), the main dish came much later, and only wine was served. The food did not arrive in the correct order, the gaps between dishes were extremely long, and we couldn’t even wait for dessert because it had already been over two hours. I lost my appetite just from waiting. We asked the waitresses four times about our order, and every single time we were ignored or brushed off. There were plenty of staff working, but there was zero organization—pure chaos. Many items from our order were missing, and we were only informed of this after waiting an unreasonable amount of time. One waitress with long, curly black hair was especially rude. When we asked for the third time about our food, she cut us off mid-sentence, spoke aggressively, and showed no interest in helping. And the food? Absolutely terrible: Fries were dry and stale Meat was overcooked Wings were tough and nearly inedible Cutlery and plates were dirty The food didn’t even come close to making up for the awful service and excessive wait time. Rude servers, horrible management, filthy dishes, and two hours wasted for the worst food I’ve ever tasted. This place does not deserve even one star.

We waited more than 30 mins for an appetizer then waited another 25 for our ribs where not only did they run out of French fries and had to switch it for a comically small amount of mashed potatoes, but they also somehow managed to bring the hottest plate in the world for barely warm stack of ribs. The taste was mid at best but considering the price you’d be better off literally anywhere else but here. The staff were slow and condescending, not nice at all.

Awful experience. Rude staff. The food was terrible. Green coloured chicken. One of my friends specifically asked for certain items to be removed from his burger and they actually added more. When he asked the waitress to change it she sucked her teeth.

We had a booking for 17.45, we arrived 10minutes early to find that it was very quiet, only 3 tables in use, we were left waiting for 10 minutes, finally a team member (red white top) asks if we'd like a table, she then left us where we were and proceeded to chat to a table to our left, a few minutes later the bar staff brought us to a table in the raised area, we were again left waiting , a young man in a bar staff shirt came and took our order, he took our order and then disappeared into the back, we waited 10 more minutes , and nothing no drinks no staff. The lady in the tgi shirt was just chatting away, the young man never reappeared, we left after a total of 35minutes... There was only 3 tables being used , your staff really were appalling, I've just started working near your restaurant, but I'll never visit again

Service is a big zero , 0, we have been waiting for to drinks more than 15 minutes, in addition the drinks were already ready on the bar , but nobody took care we almost ended up to bring them for us. .. it's a shame..and I have to add that there were only 7 or 8 tables in the restaurant..not even mentioned that cocktails weren't good at all!!
