We used to order from Domino's in Benton AR sometimes and their food was always greesy and they didn't put many toppings on anything. When we moved to magnolia a few months ago we were hesitant to order Domino's when our son wanted pizza one night as his weekly reward. Oh my goodness we were shocked on how fresh, hot and good the food was! It wasn't greasy and my stomach didn't hurt afterward. Since October we have ordered form magnolia Domino's about 4 times. The last 2 have been for late night munchies/ home date night for my husband and I. We don't even really like pizza that much. We are just so pleased with this Domino's service. When I call they are always polite. The delivery drivers are quick and very friendly as well. Make sure you give them a good tip, they deserve it! We are definitely puting Domino's on our rotation for our weekly ordering out for our date night 🩵🩵🩵

My delivery driver tonight was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and punctual and a delight to talk to! Her customer service skills were absolutely 10 out of 10! I Think her name was Essence, they are truly lucky to have her delivering for them!

My Cinnamon treats were a little on the flat side, but this location is consistently hot and fresh. My order is never wrong, and the people at the window are pleasant.

The last 4 times I have ordered, they have been great!!! There was a miscommunication about the sauce on one pizza a month ago, called up there, took it back and they immediately made it right. Staff is always so very friendly and helpful I now only eat at domino's pizza🫶🏻🫶🏻

Not sure if they got new management or not but use to be excellent service and quality food. One good thing is Donna she's a amazing employee and the best delivery driver they have. She's friendly and very polite. Please give this woman a raise or something.

Moved to Magnolia a little over a week ago. Ordered 4 pizzas and wings tonight. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with the call center lady who decided she couldn't help and transferred my call to the Magnolia store. 1st time ordering from this location. Extremely sweet and pleasant girl took my delivery order. LOGAN delivered the food & he REQUESTED a tip from us, like straight up asked us for money. He told us to write it in on the receipt because Dominos now has a no cash tip policy 💁 we take our food and go to the kitchen. We realize that we didn't get our wings. Called the store back. Same sweet girl took care of it and I informed her of the verbal request for a tip. She apologized (even though it wasn't her fault) and said she'd send someone back with our wings. As soon as I got off the phone with her and opened our pizza boxes, there was an OBVIOUS slice of one of the pieces gone- as in MISSING! I called the store back (same sweet girl) and explained the situation. She apologized and gave me a credit for the pizza. Guess who brought our missing wings - Logan. He rang the doorbell, refused to hand the wings to the adult that answered the door and said it had to be me. I opened the door and Logan just stood there and made me reach for the wings but wouldn't actually hand them to me. Didn't say a word and just walked away. WTH?! If it wasn't for the girl on the phone being so polite and understanding and extremely patient during all of this, I'd say avoid this Dominos at all costs. Didn't catch her name. But, Sis deserves a raise.

Second time in one week ordered carry out. Was notified ready. Waited in drive thru 12 minutes then told it would be ready in 7 minutes. Young girl was pleasant as always. Come on Dominos you have the business just provide service !!.

Every single order we have got for two years is always messed up or lacking what we have ordered. It’s sloppy and we pay extra for things that we don’t get. Like extra jalapeños there will be 10 on one slice and two on the other. It’s just terrible quality!! I will not recommend this as a good pizza place to go to in Magnolia.

Called and they said “we’re out of pasta so we can’t bring you another”, and I asked for a refund and all they could offer was in store credit. Basically no help on the phone. This was completely inedible and a waste of money. Editing this review 7 months later. Got an Alfredo pizza, went to take a slice and thought there was some cheese hanging off, nope, a long piece of black hair was cooked into my pizza. Officially done getting food at the Magnolia Dominos!

Called and they said “we’re out of pasta so we can’t bring you another”, and I asked for a refund and all they could offer was in store credit. Basically no help on the phone. This was completely inedible and a waste of money. Editing this review 7 months later. Got an Alfredo pizza, went to take a slice and thought there was some cheese hanging off, nope, a long piece of black hair was cooked into my pizza. Officially done getting food at the Magnolia Dominos!

App said food was ready. Pulled up to window and food was not ready. Why did it say food was ready when it wasn’t had to wait additional 5-10 minutes for the food.
