Got there at about 2 in the morning due to an issue with our flight and rental car. Line was long but moved pretty fast. Food was hot and ready at the window.

When your kid needs a double fries fix in one day, you go to multiple McDonald's because it's cast, convenient, and on the way! ; ) We did drive-thru only. They did have someone standing outside of the window to give you your order. That was nice. And they had outdoor seating for anyone who wanted to eat there. Very nice touch at this time. ; )

I gotta say I usually hatttteeeee coming to this McDonalds as its usually quiet dirty and I alwaysss wait over 30-40 mins for an order even if its just fries ...butnyou knw hownit is its close to the park and the kids beg and beg so we go anyways .....but tonight there was a young man working there I believe his name was Nigel.... when I tell you this young man has the customer service skills as someone who works in a 5star diner restaurant and was so sweet and nice and can read the room and solve issues so fast ...I had about 7 kids with me and he helped bring the food and corrected the orders and everything and never had nothing but the sweetest smile on his face....I dont never write reviews but that young man's energy was definitely top tier and I just really had to write one to tell him he is noticed and appreciated....theres so many times I come in there and the store and the workers are nasty (in their attitude) it was just so nice to have someone who was the complete opposite for once....

Stopped by McDonald’s and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The service was quick, the staff stayed friendly even with a steady rush, and the food came out hot — which is really all you want when you’re grabbing something fast. My order was accurate, the fries were fresh, and the sandwich actually looked put together instead of rushed. The dining area was clean, and the vibe felt organized, not chaotic. Whether you’re pulling up for a quick bite or grabbing something on the go, this location handles business the right way. I’d definitely return.

When i visited this place a week ago i was shocked to walk up and find only the drive through open. An employee told me and a few other people outside we can order through the App. After downloading the app i wasn't sure of the address, when i asked the employee he didn't know either. WTH! Lol. Maybe it was his first day. A few people got frustrated with the whole idea and walked away to checkers down the street. I stayed but wished i had left before i placed my order. It was hot outside but, i was lucky enough to have a seat at the outside table that had an umbrella over it. Please remind your employees the address where they work. Lol

Food need to be well cook. After that the parking is beautiful, sometimes is very loud because of students after school. Staff meet the standards. Is a good place but as everything in life is not perfect. They only need to control the much noises kids make when they come from school. After that evwerything look fine. Just went there for a few minutes but the place is clean enough and have enough staff.... the parking is lovely due to the flowers. I love nature

I took a call from this parking lot. Thought this was a good spot to take a call from park the car in a nice section. There was plenty of parking for me to take this phone call as I didn’t wanna take the call and drive on the phone at the same time.

It was an ok experience. Ice cream machine wasn't working. The ordering kiosk wasn't working correctly and kept glitching. No paper receipts either. The food was ok. The fries had a nasty after taste. They need to clean and change the oil. Too many teenagers hanging out and causing issues. They were slow getting the orders together. It took 45 minutes to get out food. Really do not like this location.

This Mc D's is a typical one. It's not usually overtly busy in there, but it can get busy due to the regular traffic of teens hanging out at certain times, like Saturday evenings. For a place that isn't that busy, sometimes orders are missing things like sauce you asked for during the order or cups for your drinks. The worst is the ordering kiosks that almost never gives you a receipt, no matter which one you use.

The restaurant was clean on the inside and out. I like the new ordering system with them bring out your food and not having to wait on line. My only problem was my quarter pounder was cold considering I was eating in they should have made it to order. I would go back next time i will just make sure my 🍔 is hot.

Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. This particular store was my go to, but on this day it appeared as if the woman taking and filling my order was working alone. She was efficient, pleasant and professional, but the food wasn't it's freshest. My coffee was ok, but my SEC mc muffin and SEC biscuit seemed like it may have been from the previous day as the bread on both sandwiches was hard/ stale.

The third time I go here since I moved to JC. Drive thru only experience, the 3 times I went they hurry you up after u pay and get the food but all the time I went something is missing or wrong with the order! And there was only one car behind us! Next time I will sit there until I check my whole order! Because that's theft! Not once have they added extras! Noope! But always missing something!

I really like this place compared to other Mcdonalds but your order accuracy has been abysmal. Half the time there is something wrong in my order usually it's the condiments I inputted on the kiosk but sometimes it's worst. A lot of times the kiosks don't give recipes so I have to prove my order using my mobile bank account another time my order was completely skipped. I will rewrite my ratings when it improves.

The food was okay could have been better, there was a wait but that was understandable due to the heavy traffic they got that day. Which is why I can understand why the fries didn't taste fresh, seem like the re-cooked them, my drink tasted like seltzer water and nuggets tasted like the been sitting for a while.

Coffee machine was not working and drive-in double line was too long. Nice staff though, don't know why its tipping them is not costumes but they were appreciative and kind. Nice outdoor sitting area.

The staff is very friendly, but they lack to have a service of 10, although they make a great effort. Today for example they did not give me napkins my milk from the Happy Meal. The other day they did not understand that I only wanted an American coffee and sometimes the machines do not print the tickets. Some of them speak Spanish and it is awesome!

Fast I ordered a sausage muffin, which had two bits of onions on it, please tell staff to clean utensils in between uses, otherwise it's gotten better on this visit used the drive thru, walk in is completely different, ordered coffee get no sugar inside staff always yelling at each other and not watching the front counter, managers are very young so they act like their staff young not professional....

Very crowded, and unorganized. I stopped by to get a door dash order, which didn't exist at this location. People were waiting on orders, items were sold out, yet still taken and charged to the customer. It was 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon.

Went to this place and was completely ignored at the drive through. I kept talking and the guy ignored me the whole time and keep taking orders at a different drive through but mind you both were open and he even asked me what he can get me and then nothing later. I had to drive to the window and told him I was talking and he had this sarcastic smile on his face like he doesn’t care. I love Macdonald and this place is the closest so I am very disappointed that I was treated this way. The business is open you work there and if I come to buy take my order I think at least I deserve that. I’m not asking extra.

Went for lunch. Inside there was no one taking orders and I stood there waiting and waiting, until I finally left and got in my car and went tonthe drive thru. Got my food and left. Sitting at my job and eating the double quarter pounder with cheese and noticed the top Patty is quite pink inside. At home, when I make a burger and it's pink inside, it's because I want it that way. At McDonald's I'm not even sure if it's allowed to be pink or not... either way I threw the rest of the burger away..... 😒

Very slow in the after hours. Waited pretty long with not unusual customer activity at the time. They nickel and dime you about everything including toppings. More importantly they didn't even give me the topping I paid for. Just grabbed a pre-made burger and passed it on.

2/24/24 Ordered again from ubereats, the milkshakes were sickeningly sweet. Sweeter than any milkshake I've ever had. It feels as though they're intentionally making it overly sweet so we wouldn't order it again. On top of that, they didn't bother to include straws in our order. This McDonald's needs extensive help. Old review: I order from here through UberEats all the time and they mess up my order from time to time. I don't like leaving low reviews unless I really have to but it's starting to become a common thing so hopefully a little constructive criticism will help them improve. Please pay attention to order details next time. Please. It's such a hassle for us hungry folks and I know it costs you guys money when we have to get refunded for your mistakes.

PLEASE READ. Would've given it 1 star but some of the workers are great. Some workers are pretty terrible. This one girl has the tendency to eat from people's fries mid order and she touches inside her shirt around the breast area without washing her hands after. In addition to this, while I (a female) was using the women's rest room, a male worker entered to clean and whatnot. He remained in there for a while and I felt uncomfortable with leaving my stall until he left, which he did and then returned immediately after I opened my stall. I sent my complaints to HQ and talked to one of those workers at HQ and both contacts reassured me that they contacted the franchise owner. They explained that the franchise owner has my information and should be contacting me, which I have been waiting for for over a month. This incident happened on July 16, around 8 in the morning. Can't use the rest room without having to worry about a man walking in now. This should not be something I have to worry about. UPDATE: Been almost 6 months and I have still not been contacted regarding the man entering and staying in the women's rest room. I stopped going to this McDonalds for a few months after said incident. They clearly don't care as I have not been contacted by neither HQ or the owner of this location.

customer service is not the best at this location. Crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich was poorly assembled with very thin and small piece of lettuce and tomato. Definitely not fast food today either. Drive thru, start to finish, 27 minutes.

They renovated and the service is even worse than before. They should've just took the time to train staff properly and get the orders right. The kiosks never give receipt so I never know my number when they call it out. They have two cash registers which apparently are never used because I can never catch anyone manning the register. On top of all that they never my order right. I go back only because it's the only McDonald's in Bayonne.

It was not busy when I got there, then it became busy and this little girl behind the counter just panicked and didn't know what to do. By the time our food showed, everything was cold. Upon saying something to the girl behind the counter about AT LEAST replacing the fries, her response to us was " that's going to take a while". I'm like really? Are you kidding me??? She reluctantly took the bag of food. It still took another 5 min or so for her to return. We were so frustrated at this point. I'm NOT returning there.

Whenever I go to McDonald’s, I ordered not that much, I had to wait like 30 min for a cashier. I feel like they are short staffed especially at night. When I paid for my order, again they took like another 30 min just to get my order. Sometimes they just forget my order. When I finally got my order, I told this lady can I get four spicy buffalo sauce and she was like “you can have two” like the disrespect right there. The food was good and delicious.

The service at this place has gotten progressively worse. I know it's just fast food and we have low expectations, but they don't even bother trying to meet those. On my previous trip they closed the second drive-thru line while cars were waiting without telling any of us.

We placed an order for two burgers (combo meals) at the drive-thru. The first burger was a chicken crispy deluxe, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The burger was dry and lacked flavor. When I opened it, the contents were disorganized and appeared unappetizing. The fries were a small portion and were served cold, despite our request for a large size. The second burger, a fish burger, was also disappointing as it was cold and unappetizing. The lemonade was not enjoyable either. Additionally, I noticed that the service was not up to par, and I would recommend that gloves be worn when handling food in the future. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our meal.

Honestly I’m not one to complain at all but I walked down 3 blocks for 2 large Big Mac combos Lgr. Got everything aside from the fries.. I came to the McDonald's on communipaw in jersey city to dine in and order food while my car gets fixed in an auto body shop near by and they wanted me order food at the drive thru which is not safe and there are signs on the building saying the dining room is open but it's not. The dining room is closed and they want customers to walk up to the drive thru in the freezing cold as if I'm homeless to order food. I feel disgusted with there customers service and on top of that I decided okay I'll walk up to the drive thru and they refused to take my order as I stand in the drive thru in the cold. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would.

Really long waiting period on the drive through. Accompanied by a scary and persistent lady that comes up to your car window asking for money. They had two lanes but only one open. Drive through should be convenient and faster.

A.M MANAGER TODAY DALEY, DAILY (Day)-Lee Found out her name after I wrote to corporate because a male employee provided it me as I left) I came into McDonald's approximately around 7:30 a.m on 09/2.0/2023. I went to the cashier to place my order , not the touch screen. The woman who took my order is the A.M MOD (purple shirt/Manager). I spent 13.50 on the 2 for 6 and 2 hashbrowns. I have my own little thermos of water, I politely asked if I may have some ice cubes to throw in my thermos so I can enjoy my meal at the restaurant cold. She refused. I was shocked honestly but didn't retaliate in a rude manner like she did once I said "how can you give the gentleman before 3 extra syrups for free and charge me for a couple ice cubes?" She had gotten annoyed and said "1.07 or nothing". I like LITERALLY came here before yesterday recieved a mini water cup with ice for free" ??? Instead of going back and forth about a natural recourse I ask for a refund and handed her the bag politely . I have been in customer service for 13 yrs never did someone; let alone a "MANAGER" deny me or charge me for a water cup. I even did my research and it's says some McDonald's have stopped giving them out because they fill it up with soda/juice instead. But now being that the fountain is behind the register, you shouldn't have to worry. I'm also 4 months pregnant and I crave ice so I was so upset inside lol. BUT THEN I asked for her name , ignored me. Waiting a bit as I read over my receipt, I asked again politely/same tone while she went back and left the front unattended. Asked again. .. she said "NO MAM NO NAME, A.M MANAGER THATS IT" ... which she is allowed to do but for what ? Why cause all of this over a couple ice cubes a pregnant, consistant customer of this branch asked for ? Why? Why be mean to me? Please remind her what customer service means and how to treat customers . Managers are supposed to address the problem , solve the problem , and Apologize. Not create one. I ordered it on Uber eats. It took them more than one hour and a half to make a freaking burger. Update: not only it took HOURS to arrive, there was a problem with EVERY single item. Wrong size fries and drinks, no sauce for nuggets, a regular single quarter pounder when I ordered a double deluxe, and the dessert simple didn't came. Our very kind Uber driver said that the place was crowded, but that's no excuse. Terrible experience. Save your money from a better place.

This location is ALWAYS slow, doesn’t matter the time of day. I arrived with only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to get my order of Nuggets and Fries. When I asked why it took 20 minutes, the worker said, “honestly, I really don’t know.”

I was trying to give the order in the drive thru and the person who was taking the order from me was kind of aggressive I told her just take it easy with me I'm ordering a lot of stuff and I want to make sure you got my order right, she kept rushing me, I asked for the supervisor to tell him about her reaction and that I need help, after he took the order and I paid the money I found that my order was missing items. When I asked about the missing items a lot of them plus the supervisor were talking at the same time saying that this is what I ordered and that I didn't pay for the missing items. I don't care about paying for it but now there are two kids that didn't get their drinks and meals because of them rushing my order and not taking care of it The supervisor said his name was: Lyndon And when I asked about the cashier name: to include in my complaint he said I'm not going to give you that Seriously what is wrong with these people, And by the way this is not the first time and it happened before that they talk to the customers in a really mean way. So disappointing no customer service and no good management, they really need someone to go to check on them in that location And by the way I swear I have work that I need to finish but I took this time to write this review here because it was really un acceptable Even my kid and my wife were so upset and disappointed from what happened with them

Waiting for my order and couldn’t stop hearing who I’m guessing the manager yelling at her workers. Spoke to her workers in a condescending manner, cursing, yelling etc.

I am not sure how it is possible for them to screw up my order 3 times. All I wanted was a burger with no ketchup. Somehow they put it in the burger all 3 times. The last time left a dab thinking I wouldn't notice. Was tired of walking back so many times so I just wiped it off. They don't care, but I am never going back there again.

What a bad experience at this place while on lunch I ordered a $3 deal to wait in drive through for more than 20 minutes and had to leave back to work with NO FOOD there was no one to collect the money and this establishment felt deserted. As if a 4th grader did the schedule, plus the only worker doing the best she could was overwhelmed with the daily lunch goers that come. What a very frustrating and sad experience!!

My visit was on December 1. I stopped there to get a quick bite after work. I will never return. First, the staff wasn't friendly. Secondly, I ordered 1 thing! A big mac meal!! Which took 45 mins for me to get. They let the line get out of hand. There was no management or order of any kind. My number finally showed up as ready on the screen but when I go to get it I have to fight thru a crowd of people and there is no food there and my number disappeared and when I ask a staff member about it they gave me an attitude. My food wasn't even warm anymore. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. I never in my life waited 45 mins for 1 damn meal. It's called fast food for a reason.

This was my worst visit ever!!!The drive thru line had about 20+ cars, so I went inside did my order by machine. Thinking this will go way fast. Then the wait began. Over 20 people waiting over 20-30 minutes. People were getting wrong orders, cold food and one person just asked for a refund. They had Uber eats orders with 20+ items, take out, plus all those drive thru people, too. Mayhem to say the least. Way, way understaffed!!! Have be coming here for years don't know what happened but they really dropped the ball tonight!!

i just paid for food through the mobile app i was trying to get it through the drive through but i accidentally chose pickup at counter i was told to go to the counter, when i arrived at the counter it was packed full of people and when i asked to cancel my order they said i can’t cancel mobil orders and i was gonna run late for work. i’m never buying through the mobile app again and i’m definitely not returning to this mcdonald’s again.

after driving a long way I stopped by. I parked my car went in door was open. when I picked up my order I asked for a tray that I was going sit inside and eat. They refused me and said it was closed and I was the last customer. I understand that it was closing time but my point is since I went in at least let me sit and finish my food. so I was gently kicked out. my experience here in short would be I was kicked out of the store because they closed it while I am inside.

Came in to this McDonald's disappointed. The kiosk machine does not give you the correct order flies inside the mcdonald's restaurant disrupting your meal. The paper straw is the worst because by the time you finish drinking, your beverage takes like cardboard

I asked for my fries to be hot since I was only eating fries and my son gotten a happy meal. The fries was half cooked. I thought they had a timer to tell when the fries are done. But they was extra salty and under cook. A very bad experience and a waste of my money.

Poor ownership & management. They constantly find new ways to show their disdain for locals and force customers to use drive-thru. Unfortunately, it's been this way prior to COVID and progressively getting worse. Several times I've gotten coffee orders either cold or incorrect... no one answers phone... need new management.

Worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to so far. They are so slow. They don't care who they are serving. I ordered happy meal for my son and the apple slices were busted open to the extent of the fruits are not safe to eat. Even selected "Elemental" for the toy that comes with it and they put "Black Panther" 🙄🙄 Just the worst.

McDonald's is McDonald's. I have not gone there in years. Let's just say I had a lapse in judgment for 2 days straight. I got reminded why. Clogs your whole system up. You are going into labor just to digest the damn thing. I'm definitely never doing that again.

My son's fries had a dirty blonde hair in it! And my McDouble was old! The cheese was hard it looked like it was made hrs before I had to throw it away. Horrible do better!

Ordered through Uber eats and it was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had yet. I ordered 2 large lattes, received iced coffee instead that tasted like they had been brewed that morning and were still being served at 1am. Both sets of 10 piece nuggets were rubbery and stale. And the fries were completely inedible, I attached a picture for example. I tried reaching out to the store to resolve this issue before I made this review but they’re not accepting any phone calls. The unfortunate part is that I work at a different location so this never should have happened, stickers are supposed to be used on all McCafé drinks so the employees can verify the correct drinks. Nuggets should be wasted as soon as the quality timer goes off on the food holding cabinets, and fries also have a quality timer on the fryers. Not only were they not following any food quality procedures but any delivery orders are supposed to be made cook to order to begin with. Overall very disappointing experience and I would recommend to anyone that you save your time and money and go literally anywhere else but this location.

Eat here often…soooooo! It happens all the time! Order my food via the app ten mins in advance pull up to only still wait 15 mins for 2 large drinks with no ice (skip a whole 😂😂) and a fry bruh whyyy??? Icing on da cake I was waiting for my drinks for 10 mins just slow for no reason! Why do you have an army back there and nobody is moving??? Ppl inside waiting to order for 10 mins only to wait another 20 mins for the food….FAST FOOD!!!! Only plus my fry’s are normally hot smh

Worst place ever. Rating it 1 coz that's the base rating. Haven't seen anything like this. 18 workers but still got all the orders wrong. Fries are supposed to be hot but received them frozen. The sandwich order with clear instructions and even the receipt had instructions but still got things messed up. I won't recommend this place. Find something else around.

On 8/25 I came to this McDonald’s on communipaw in Jersey City around 10:20pm. The drive thru was very long so I parked and went inside the restaurant. No one was on the register during this time to take my order so I went to the kiosk where you can place your order yourself. However, it was only 1 kiosk out of the 4 that were working. When it was time to pay for my order the card machine to insert your method of payment went black.The employee EDWIN who I tried to explain the issue to and try to express to that I need further assistance was very very rude and very impolite when he address me and or my concern. I understand things were busy during this time but this employee approach to me was very rude. I proceeded to request to speak the manger who was on duty at this time of day who was able to better assist me. Not to mention she advise me that this employee had 3 complaints already on this day. Edwin began to even be rude to his manger while on during in front of customers while she was talking to me and trying to resolve my issue. EDWIN customer service was terrible, the way he spoke to his manger was not professional, the way he treated me(the customer) was awful. This place after 10pm is a mad house and the service is not great at all. This review is to help the company and it’s employees treat people who come in for service with more dignity and respect.

I walked into this mc donalds and after waiting so long I'm like what did I just get myself into. I walked out and instead went through the drive thru thinking it might be faster now I'm waiting at the curbside pick up along side 4 other vehicles waiting for thier meal. Some kind of new system inside too where u can only order from the kiosk not from a person. No oversight. Nice workers. But no over sight. Wait a minute. I thought the robot kiosks would work better than people. Please find the balance

I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience at the McDonald's drive-thru in Jersey City. After paying, I waited a staggering 28 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me! When I finally asked how much longer it would take, the employee's response was shocking: "I don't know, nobody is working." Nobody is working?! That's a ridiculous answer from a fast-food chain that prides itself on speed and convenience. The lack of staff, organization, and basic customer respect is appalling. The manager's absence or inability to manage the team is evident. McDonald's corporate, this location needs a serious overhaul. Customers deserve better. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my appetite) elsewhere. Zero stars if possible. Unacceptable experience!"

I ordered my food and they screwed up my order, not to just make things right. This tall dude working the drive thru booth was being condescending about how I can’t read the order screen and ridiculed me in front of his own staff with cars waiting in line. Then he tried assertively pressed up the window and staff had to pull back. I was immediately displeased with this guys composure in a a simple and should I say common mistake. I went inside to get a refund and they did it, but as I was leaving the manager started sayin how it was my fault. Dude I just want two sandwiches not two meals. Everyone in that McDonald’s just looked at the staff and one customer said wow. Very violent behavior staff and unprofessional service with the management. Go to the next McDonald’s around the block.

Had to wait extremely long for the food, since they took the order out to the wrong table in the beginning. Following that, my cheeseburger did not have any ketchup or pickles in it. And the bread was extremely hard. After almost waiting 15 minutes we finally got our food but it was missing items so I had to go back to the counter. A bunch of people just sitting around using the free Wi-Fi and the place was messy. Not even any napkin dispensers around.

Today is May 14 mother's day. My family went here for a quick grab. Took us over 1hr waiting for the food. NOBODY is by the register to assist people who had problems with their orders. We end up leaving. We paid for our order already and since NOBODY was available for the whole 1 hr. We end up leaving and wasting our money. The staff was rude and I will tell my family and friends not to go to this location. This is supposed to be fast food. POOR MANAGEMENT and lack of staffs.

Communipaw Mc Donald's is the worst ever... today I spent 20 minutes in there. Than my order was wrong so I went back in and let them know. Waited 15 minutes for my order to be prepared over, got to my car and it was wrong again. So I asked for a manager which was young like all the other workers and she had a nasty attitude towards me like I worked there and made the mistakes. So I kindly just asked for a refund, and she walked off to the back for 10 more minutes before she would refund me... lost almost an hour of my day trying to get lunch from there, never again will I go there. And for those that chose to eat in be mindful of where you sit because it's nasty in there. Food on the floors, they don't clean up after people eat. They do not sanitize at all.....

On 02/21/26 I have lunch with family at 1:15pm McDonald, I ordered table service. However, surprise, my name and table number was called to pick up at counter. The staff did not want to deliver our meals to table. I don't think he was busy at all. This is my second time I made complaints to McDonald, this time, I write to Google as McDonald made no improvement to their service.

I came here at 4 something in the morning to get food before I go to work. There were cones in the drive-through, so I went through the doors. I walked in and started placing my order on the self-service kiosks. Someone came out and told me that this location is closed…which is weird bc this is a 24-hour McDonald’s…lazy workers, I’m guessing. My thing is if this location was closed, why are the doors open?

Not satisfied with the level of service. I placed a breakfast order was charged on my mobile app then I drove and arrived at the location 7 mins later to have my order cancelled and refunded. I was told someone would call me regarding my issue but never got a call back. Updated: Issued a complaint on app on 9/14/24 and like a month later they closed the complaint out. No store owner or manager ever called me back. Steer clear of this location it's one of the worst Mc Donald's in town. My wife decided to go to this location again and we asked for Big Mac sauce on the side for our Big Mac and they gave us tartar sauce. She wanted to go a 3rd time on Nov.30 2025 this time she ordered 2 $6 mc Double meals. Her Mc Double had hair right in the sandwich. If you don't want to get sick stay away from this place. The management/owners don't even call you back they don't address your issues. This place just takes your hard earned money and give you garbage from the service to the food. And if you zoom on the 3rd picture you will see a piece of hair on the burger. So Horrible this location will never change. It has the worst customer service and workers don't know how to read custom orders. I went in again on 12/22/25 used a promo on app and cause the cashier or mngr didn't know how to add it I made a purchase and never received my Big Mac with a $2 purchase. I'm officially done with this location. It's the worst location in Jersey City.and I was charged upcharge for my soda. Check your receipts everybody especially now for the Holiday Season.

Not a good experience. Went in there and computer didn't work had to wait till it restarted. Waited over 10 mins and then when we gave the ticket to pay cash the manager asked if I had a card or singles instead of a 20. I paid at counter cause I had cash only. Then waited long for the food and he was arguing with a customer.

Even more horrible! I used to frequent it because it is up the block from my social work side gig. From leaving people waiting in the lobby while they accommodate all the drive thru/food delivery app business to the useless manager. They have kept me waiting, repeatedly, at midnight, waiting around for a simple scoop and dispense order of fries and Hi-C that had me waiting there for over ten minutes while they were all about the GrubHub delivery crew waiting around/prioritized.

Some days the counter’s closed and only the drive-through works. Other days there’s no food at all. Drinks run out randomly. Shakes? Only if you go through the drive-through, which is painfully slow. I used to be a regular, but every visit now comes with a new problem. This place has turned into a joke

I, for one, am the kind of person who prefers to order from the cash register and not from the kiosk, because it my way of keeping these jobs available for the younger generation. My 1st job was a cashier at McDonald's but now these jobs are being replaced by Kiosk. Why did I give a 1 star for service? Because the Tall dark spanish man with yellow vest on (LGBTQ) Was extremely rude when I asked if someone can take my order in person. He said NO that's what the kiosks are for, I insisted and he still refused. Mcdonalds managers and franchise owner need to educate this guy on being more respectful and helpful

This night on July 10 2024 the girl with the eye condition/handing out the food, gave me my large caramel frappe with pieces of plastic in it. I reported it to the food administration and I’m expecting stomach pains. Don’t know if she did this but you guys need to check and make sure she isn’t trying to poison people. I’m a breastfeeding mother and I can’t afford to get sick and not be able to feed my baby. I had just got off work and just wanted a treat. This is not my first time having a bad experience with this location but it will definitely be my last. If I for sure get sick I’m suing.

Disgusting my holiday pies are old! No dates on any of the boxes for expiration date. It was like biting into crumbs and the cream on the inside was nearly hardened and chewy. I also ordered a Big Mac with cheese! No onion and they forgot the CHEESE! in my burger. Might I add the person at the counter knew I was in a rush and late for work as well. Not sure if this was done purposely, if so that’s not the way to treat customers regardless.
