It’s always busy in this popeyes location everytime I go there being it’s close to a hospital and schools. Nonetheless, I never had problems with my orders, whether it’s in store or online. Not only do I get fresh and warm food each time, I also receive good customer service.

Fairly typical of a Popeye's chain location. Clean, relatively fast. I love their spicy chicken, Cajun rice, and rice and beans.

I gotta give credit to whoever's running that place, because not all popeyes are as clean or well staffed as this place. Also, popeyes makes some incredible fried chicken. And the biscuits must be mixed with crack or something.

I have always loved that chicken from Popeyes. Been going to Popeyes for over 20 years and you can definitely see a difference in the recipes. 4 stars because of the name only.

These people can not read an order to save there lives. Front end goofs around and talks too much.I showed the manager I had a ticket, but was given the wrong order, he made me wait a half an hour and then he said 1 minute someone will take your order. Everyone who works there apparently can't do basic tasks that high school children can do.

The place itself is okay and the staff was actually really nice. You just have to ask politely and they will help you out. However, unlike other popeye branches, the fries and biscuit that i received tasted a bit odd as if it was not fresh. Other than that, the chickens were nice and tasty as well as the sauce.

I gave this store 4 stars because the food although it's unhealthy it's very tasty to have once in a blue, and the only reason I didn't give it five stars was because two times in a row when I ordered food a side was left out. The first time I didn't catch it, but the second time I was checking for it and sure enough one of my sides was missing, but other than that pretty cool place, friendly staff, lots of seating, and very quick service.

For those who are ordering online: they don’t place the prepared food on the counter, instead, they hide it. So you have to constantly ask them if your mobile order is ready!

My order was as wrong as it could be and the chicken pieces looked like the came from a pigeon. I ordered white meat, mild, but got dark meat spicy. I paid for 2 additional biscuits but I didn't get them. Its partly my fault, as I didn't check the order when I picked it up. When I did do it I was at home, already parked.

The stire has a sign for 20 PC meal for 24.99 but tried to charge 29.99. Cashier claims it was error. Asked to speak to the Mgr. No Mgr on duty so she had to call hee. The Mgr says they are waiting for the new sign that's why it's still hanging but the price is the one inside. Had to explain that the price discrepancy was a violation of the consumer protection laws of the state of NJ. And that a complaint will be filed. Also suggested they take the sign down since they were waiting for the new one. Once she was informed of this she finally did the override.

Simply, the worst Popeyes, I've ever been to. The food tastes terrible, not crispy, not flavorful, bland with just pepper flavor. The sweet tea tastes like just sugar with very little tea. Don't come here and expect the real Popeyes experience. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered a take out at the restaurant. I found out the 5pc spicy wings were not included when I got home. I didn't want to drive back there so called to ask for a refund. I called 4 times 8:44 - 9:37PM and once at 1:13PM the next day. Nobody picked it up. Their phone does not work. (It's not about the money. It's just frustrating when your are hungry and you don't have the food you paid for.)

two weeks ago, i got delicious spicy chicken sandwiches for my wife and myself, but when i returned last week it was awful. my wife went yesterday and again today. the sandwiches were terrible, and the server gave her 4 spicy chicken sandwiches instead of 2 sandwiches, each with fries. plus, the place is none too clean, the service is too slow and the staff are surly an unfriendly, as though they are doing you a favour rather than getting paid to do their job, no matter how low the wages. it's not the customer's fault. never going there again, though it's round the corner from us. they also never pick up the the phone, which is why i went online. i'm giving one star because there's no option for zero stars.

There was a time you went there and if the menu said 6 wings you got 6 whole chicken wings, well today I went there and what was supposed to be 6 wings were 6 half wings three drums and 3 flats, and they were cold and I bought 2 biscuits cold and hard over $10 dollars. I can deal with prices rising of course not by choice, but give the consumers what they deserve and expect!!!

They caked so much batter on them they looked like burnt breaded tenders. And let's not talk about how they tasted. Not eating there again.
