My problem is the person that is packing the food don’t pay attention to the order slip. I ordered the 3 piece special today around 12:30 PM and asked for 3 legs. When I arrived home I opened my box I had 1 leg, 1 breast and 1 thigh. I wasted money because I had to throw the thigh away because I hate them. I didn’t feel like going back to the store to get it corrected It’s sad going forward I will have to check my food when given to me because of employees lack of paying attention to orders.

The place it’s busy but you get your good fast the only bad thing it’s that the inside place it’s not clean and it get really crowded and noisy. This it’s not a place to come and enjoy. It’s better to take to go. It’s almost winter and the heat it’s rally low. It’s cooler inside than outside

The food was fairly average, and the ambiance left a lot to be desired. Seating was very limited, and cleanliness was an issue — even the restrooms were out of order during our visit.

I don’t understand , the receipt specifically specifies HONEY MUSTARD, my order came and there was no sauce inside .. this is unbelievable, happened the first time I let it slide , and this is the second time .

Even though I do like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and fried chickens, their mobile ordering site is not user friendly resulting in incorrect orders. The mashed potato was so tiny and staff not friendly. The mobile order pickup window of the store near me is at a corner squeezed by the in-store order line. I had to snake through a long line of people to pick up my order.

This Jersey City Old colony Popeye's Chicken is ripping customers off. There was a time you went there and if the menu said 6 wings you got 6 whole chicken wings, well today I went there and what was supposed to be 6 wings were 6 half wings three drums and 3 flats, and they were cold and I bought 2 biscuits cold and hard over $10 dollars. I can deal with prices rising of course not by choice, but give the consumers what they deserve and expect!!!

Not my first time ordering from here but it will definitely be my last. I ordered blacken chicken strips, which I order often. They didn't have any ready as they have to be made when ordered. I had no problem with that. The first pic is what I initially received. There's little to no seasoning on them and when I bit in to it, it wasn't full cooked. I spoke to the manager about it and he went in the back to make a fresh order. The second picture is how they look correctly prepared. The 3rd picture is what I received 😐. They caked so much batter on them they looked like burnt breaded tenders. And let's not talk about how they tasted. Not eating there again.

Ordered a large mac and cheese and the container was only halfway full. The chicken wraps were cold and they also forgot the biscuit I ordered. When I went back to get it, they all looked at me as if I was lying. How do you mess up a mobile order? Terrible location.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Ordered the two piece combo and received one piece of chicken and didn’t receive any of the sauces that I ordered. Food is also poorly packaged.. not sure what’s going on here, but if humans are preparing the food and packaging the food, there’s clearly an issue with those folks.

Got here at 10:35pm and apparently they "closed" doors locked employee inside sweeping gave me closed sign language through window. Although posted hours said 11 pm for thankgiving eve. I get, We all are trying to make it home for the holidays. But the hours of operation should be honored as they appear

The Chicken is the worst I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was tasteless, completely dry without any meat or juice. Good part is that they replaced my order when I complained about it .
