Make sure you have them repeat the order before you pay as I ordered a Smoked turkey breast and they gave me a Roast beef no. 8. My wife listened to my order and she said I was very clear in what I ordered. The manager did not refund me anything for the incorect order.

Got home and my sandwiches only had meat and cheese on them. The rueben did not have sauerkraut or thousand. The chicken fiesta had meat and cheese. Called and the employee would not put the manager on the phone and kept just telling me what he was saying. Very odd. No resolution!

Not as good as other locations. The cinnamon rolls were definitely old. Every single one of them were bad.

Well I’ve been going to this schlotzsky’s for a while. Not sure what’s gone south with staff and management but it’s worth driving to a different location. The lady at the drive through was pretty passive aggressive for no reason, not sure who spit in her Cheerios. Finally get home ready to enjoy my sandwich and there’s a hair in it. I’m not talking head hair. This thing is thick. How does this even happen… disgusting.

4 times in the last 3 months I have attempted to order here The first time I was grossly overcharged and the cashier refused to correct the issue. Stating she couldn’t correct the register and give a refund. Second time I attempted to order the California chicken flatbread and was told it’s not part of the special on pizzas Third time the sandwich tasted off and I got food poisoning Tonight I again attempted to order. The “open” sign was on, the lights were on, it was not yet closing time, and I was told over the drive up they were closed. I exited the parking lot and watched for another 7 minutes before the open sign was turned off. Highly don’t recommend

I’ve been to a ton of Schlotzsky’s locations and have never had any issues. But I’ve been to this location three times and all three times the food is either wrong or taste absolutely horrible. The girl and guy that have worked the window when I come are very rude and don’t acknowledge me at all. Doesn’t repeat the order. Doesn’t tell me what the total is. Just reaches their hand out for my card. Then they hand me my food and shut the window and don’t say “bye”, “have a nice day”, “here’s your order”. Absolutely nothing. The food taste worse than McDonald’s and the workers are worse than McDonald’s workers.

I tried to order from here a while back, and they did not serve Rubén sandwich's. I thought all served the same thing. Obviously not. So i ordered today from there and ordered the Turkey Bacon Club. I also ordered Smoke Cheesy sandwich. The Turkey Club came without bacon and when I went to pick up two orders one from a co worker. They gave me a hard time saying prove this is yours. I get back to the office and the order is wrong. I call and spoke a man and explained the situation and he said what do you want me to do about it. I said I am just letting you know the order was wrong and the guy was so rude about me picking up the order. He said ok. Ill let him know. That was his solution. I did not want my money back or to be refunded, but I did want to be acknowledged.

Just letting everyone know a small sandwich chips and drink rang up, just barely, under $15.00!!!! ***first barrier that made me give a horrible review would be....English is NOT the 'first' language at this establishment...so, yep!!! You got it!!! It was difficult to get a simple request understood. Will I be eating at this establishment in the near future ..... No way! I can get a much better meal, and you can too, at Subway or even Jason's Deli at a more reasonable price. ***ooops! I almost forgot....I am serious when I tell you a cinnamon roll, at this place, which would actually measure a minimum of 2inches by 2inches cost $5.00 + tax!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!

The only good thing about my visit was the front counter young man. Respectful, courteous, and good customer service. I ordered a small turkey original. First red flag was the cold temperature. The bread was so hard I could have played a drum solo. The 1 slice of meat was cut to resemble 3 slices. Not sure when they started using square plastic cheese, but it was hard and extremely thin. The rest of the toppings, olives, lettuce and onion I assume are still on the counter because they were not on my sandwich. My husband ordered a large cheese. His bread was just as hard, dry, and cold as mine. Although his had the appropriate amount of toppings. All in all I completely understand why this location is just above 3 stars. Sorry excuse for a Schlotzsky's sandwich.

So I ordered a large sandwich. The bread you see in the picture was all the bread that had NO meat or cheese on it. They left off the mayo completely. I used to love going here but I just spent 60.00 on absolute garbage and well bread!! Also got cold broccoli cheese soup that didn't taste fresh. Moving on, I'm positive the Cinnabon rolls were made at least 2 days ago. I am SO upset. I could have gotten so much better for my 60. Disappointed is an understatement.
