We used this location to feed the wedding party before a late afternoon wedding. The manager, Rodolph, was so nice to work with. The delivery was very smooth & all of the wedding party was happy.
We dine in most visits. It's a clean place & they treat us good. My reason for giving a review is because I noticed a lady hanging out that clearly needed help. I did feed her & then days later found out all WB did for her was way beyond a hamburger. Good people matter & they've got my business.
I had a problem with my order and an employee named Jon (saw his name tag) went and personally took care of the mistake and fixed our order pronto!! It’s nice to see people like him taking pride in their work and the level of professionalism he put forth.. Great job Jon!!! I will absolutely be coming back!!! 👍
I’ve been going to Whataburger for many years, but for many years I quit because every time I went no matter where i went the burgers were cold today I went to go do a favor and stopped at Whataburger on the way home It was the first and best hot hamburger I’ve had in ages thank y’all for your awesome customer service and a hot hamburger!!!!!! If you have not ever tried their banana pudding shake it is a must have it was excellent!!!!!!
I love this location. The manager, Shellie, is just the best!!! I was ordering breakfast for my customer and she helped me have it nice and presentable in a box. Needless to say, my customer was very happy.

We visited this location tonight and were very pleased with our service and food!! Jordan took our order. He is very friendly, patient, helpful, and accurate!! Amy brought our order out to us and took our payment. She was happy and so nice! The cooks also did a great job. Our food was accurate and fresh!! We took a break for a couple months from this location bc the service during breakfast and lunch time was not great and the food was gross. We are happy with our decision to eat there this evening! Thank you Jordan, Amy and the rest of the crew!
Update: They changed staff. Now they are back to awesome, thank you guys! Extremely rude manager. Workers were chatting to each other cussing loudly instead of helping customers. One small order took 25 minutes-NOBODY in the drive through. Will not be back. It was managed well when it first opened now it went to hell.

Excellent customer service. I asked if they could create a low carb burger which would be a burger without the buns wrapped in lettuce instead. They we're very accommodating. Everybody was very pleasant, the facility is very clean and organized. Very pleased.
Last night's (11/10/23) service was amazing. The cashier even remember seeing me on a cruise! Talk about great observation. Food was fresh. Attitude was the best, cant ask for me than that!! Great Job

Ordered a #5 (bacon cheeseburger) had zero issues and came as I ordered it. I have had the issue of not getting it exactly how I ordered so I do I always check to make sure they get it right. The line here around noonish until 5pm is usually fairly packed and does take prob 20 mins to get though the drive though! Other than that it's worth the wait, haven't had an issue with the food quality!
First time coming to this location on Saturday and the staff were really nice, the food was great. Will come again in the future :)
After a dismal 15 minute wait the last time I purchased food through the drive through, today I had a very positive experience. There were 2 people taking orders in the drive thru line, allowing me to order quickly, pay and pull forward. The wait for my order was extremely short, as it was brought to me almost as soon as I drove up. This is the fastest I have gone through the drive through at this location since it has been here. Hopefully the changes to speed up the service are permanent! I can't comment on the quality of the food because I bought it for my granddaughter.
Not much to write. Everyone knows Whataburger is the bomb 💣 😋 I love Whataburger ❤️ The food is always fresh, made to order and the staff is always friendly. Please bring back the Monterey melt it is to die for. It cures any sadness. Good friendly and fast service. They start your order fresh from the start, not already made food. My food is always hot, delicious, and Texas born! The young people who work here are hard working, polite, and care about doing a good job! All of this reflects on the food being served. I live in the area and have never had a problem with my order. Best burger in Texas!
You were so excited when we got the Whataburger in Old magnolia. We have not been disappointed. The management team didn't excellent job of training this group of folks. The food is always consistently good, service is quick even with two drive-throughs that get you in and out. Highly recommend you visit
I had one issue in all the times ive eaten here, a small piece of plastic in one of the burger's cheese. They happily made me a whole new meal so honestly, I consider it a net gain. I love this place

I came in today and this might have been the BEST Whataburger I've ever been to. The lobby was clean and the food was hot and fresh. Hands down the best Whataburger experience I've had in a while.

It's nice to have a whataburger so close to home, great food, Update 7/2/25, Idk if it's just a temporary drink or if it is being added to their menu, but they have prickly pear lemonade, it is very good. Just the right mixture of sweet and sour, and very refreshing on a hot Texas day. Even got a free Koozie and some stickers when I order the prickly pear lemonade. Very friendly young men and women working there also.

Came back home for a visit from Virginia. We were served by Juliana. She was very sweet and attentive. At one point, the POS system was giving her trouble and she was very apologetic (for no reason… you can’t control faulty tech Juliana?) Food was awesome as usual, place was clean and nice. Food is usually good. Minor issues such as leaving out ketchup or salt packets when requested. Have had a few issues with the order in the past but overall not bad.
Over night is ridiculously slow. We've been in line for over 30 minutes. Only 2 cars have been served and the one in front of us has been there for about 15 minutes. I had time to get out and smoke a cigarette and I'm still waiting. There is at least four people working. Ive worked at this company. This is not acceptable.
Update- I made the morning mgr aware and they kindly refunded me. This has always been my favorite location the morning staff is the best and I hate giving this one star but the night staff is awful and the food was cold, soggy and gross. The two side situation at night is ridiculous you can't merge. I'm sure that's the reason my food was nasty. They need to close the 2nd lane. When I mentioned it to the cashier she stated "I know". Wow, OK great thanks. I don't think I'll be returning for awhile.
Only reason why I’m creating a review is the delivery isn’t the greatest. They are always sending orders with missing items or the add ons on your food aren’t placed. I do delivery because I don’t want to drive to the location when I have a small child not to mention that’s why you pay EXTRA FOR IT. Y’all need to get y’all’s selves together.
The food here is hit ir miss and I spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Also I don't like how a worker had a big knife on his hip. Is that a Texas thing? I took pictures but it won't let me upload any here
Seems like things get more expensive every time I go out. 599 for three chicken strips,. But $9.99 to add a piece of toast and a side of 2 oz gravy is ridiculous

Took quite a bit and food wasn't my favorite, but not terrible. Pretty mid fast food.
Food is normally decent, but it has gotten ridiculously expensive to eat here. The biggest issue is it typically takes what feels like a really long time to receive your food. It doesn't matter whether it's busy, or whether you're in the drive through or not.

The food is delicious, but the drive through is horrendous. The drive through is brutal. I rarely eat here as I try and limit my carbs, so call this my cheat place. In that past 3 months I went twice, and both times they gave me the wrong order. As for the atmosphere, this place feels created as opposed to being curated. It feels empty inside, lacking character. In short, good food, consistently poor service, and lacking an atmosphere inside 😞
Just ordered 2 meals with 2 shake and both were extremely watery. When I told the girl her response was she just made it. That was obvious. The concern was that if there ice cream machine is not getting cold enough that is a huge food poisoning hazard. I worked in food and nutrition at the hospital. My husband was unable to drink his as well because it was also too watery to be sanitary to consume without risk of food poisoning. We did not ask for a refund and simply just left because she got too defensive. Not going to risk someone spitting in my drink and will instead let the report do the talking. I will advise that you fix your machine or stop serving ice cream before you kill somebody. Get it together before inspection.
This is a ok store never had any issues but please please CLEAN the drink section in the dining room. When you get drinks they’re sour and foul. Which is a sign the ice machine or soda machine hasn’t been cleaned which is really gross you could get someone really sick
Why so slow? No one in front of me. 1:40 am, hash browns were cold. Taquito put in a panini press came out mangled and Taco Bell crunch wrap crispy style! I almost fell asleep in the drive through!!
BAD SERVICE!! 11/3/24 No coffee, One person at the front counter line is out the door, look in the back and see management standing around talking, they don't care! mcDonald's is a better choice. 12/3/23lukewarm coffee in the lobby again...They're doing a little better! So I updated my rating the last time I was in there the coffee was actually hot
Never impressed with this particular location. The food usually tastes good and fresh a majority of the time but that's not the issue with this location, it's the service. The last 3 times I visited, I had an issue each time. First one was missing the extra gravy I paid extra for. Second time all 3 kids meals were missing their cookie, and today all 5 meals were missing their fries. Some might say the problems are because the majority of the staff are teens and while this could be attributed, ultimately management should be held accountable for the performance of their staff. These issues can be remedied with a few extra checks and balances, internal audits, etc. This location has the potential to be pegged as having the best food and service in the area, they just need to show they care about the community they serve and give a little extra effort. For full context, there was only 1 person inside and 1-2 cars in the drive thru at the time of my visit. In addition to everything mentioned, I set the food to be ready 30 minutes after I placed the order online but when I showed up 30 minutes later, I still had to wait another 15 minutes before the order was brought out. The food is what has been making me come back but the service will keep me away until it becomes more reliable and consistent.

Fries were hot but old like they were just microwaved. Burgers were just thrown together. No condiments after asking for them. Plus side... The girl who brought our food was really sweet
Cold fries, beef patty so thin you can read a newspaper through it. Normally, I go to Burger King across the street and get the beyond burger, but was dining with a friend. The Beyond Beef patty at Burger King is easily double the weight the of the Whatburger patty with comparable protein which is why Whataburger's nutrition page doesn't list product weight. Also, who doesn't enjoy Whataburger's 450% more cholesterol? We did order at 3pm, so I guess they were too lazy to make fresh fries.
I went through drive thru and placed my order and paid i sat in lane B and they came out to give me my drinks and take my money and I sat there for about 25 minutes amd when the lady came out she ask me for my name and when I told her she didn't know where my order was but was taking the people's order behind me and then goes back in and come back out without my just to tell me they were out of something I ordered after I paid and waited for a while then they finally being me my food and head home and start unpacking my food and is missing double meat and instead I find a bbq chicken strip sandwich which I didn't order or want and my food was cold like it was sitting on the counter the whole time I was waiting was very disappointed with whataburger and this isn't the first time this location has messed up but I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt and give them another chance
I come to this restaurant often when I am staying up late working, today as I got home after ordering a #5 meal on my second bite as I swallowed something got caught in my throat. I spit the food out and there's a piece of thick plastic covered in mustard and chewed bread on my table. It was a sharp corner off of some bag and it hurt my throat. I called the store shortly after to ask to speak to a Manager and put in a complaint. I told them they should be more careful and if there was any way I could have a written complaint filed on paper. I was told that was not possible and to either go on Google Reviews or use the app, which I don't have. The whole time the manager sounds stoic and not really showing any interest or concern regarding the matter of almost choking on a hazardous piece of plastic. I have video and a photo of the piece of plastic I choked on. I also contacted the company through their "Contact Us" section on their website and hope they show a bit more concern for their customer.
Sat at the speaker 10 minutes, no response. I called the restaurant on my cellphone, spoke to the manager, he said oh we’re busy come inside. I came inside, no one came to the counter. I called again, the manager sent someone to the counter. There’s a full staff inside. No speed of service whatsoever. And they didn’t have napkins available in the lobby. Unbelievable. Not my typical whataburger experience. However the cashier who came to the counter was pleasant.
We waited for 20 min at the menu board with no acknowledgement. There was one car in front by the window. Tried asking if there was an ETA on when they would be able to take our order (after the car behind us was getting impatient and asking if they had even talked to us yet) and there was no answer. We went around to go inside. No one came to the front counter. We called out if anyone was available to help us and there was no answer. We stepped to the side to look into the back and asked if they were still taking lobby orders and all employees ignored us. (Check cameras at about 1:10 am 10/8/23) The person that was already waiting before us in the lobby left as well. When we went back out to the car they finally started taking the DT orders but we were already tired of waiting. As an Area Manager from another concept, this is unacceptable behavior from any level of management that may have been present for(or any level of employee to be honest) to behave towards a paying guest.
Why can't this Whataburger get it together. I placed an order on their app. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Get their to pick it up and as usual it's not ready. Remember great management makes a great location! Somebody from corporate needs to visit this location!
Expect to sepnd an hour here. Never have I been to a slower What a burger. Spent almost 20 mins just to get to the window to let them inform me that they don't take autopsy due to they can't grab your phone and scan it but more then welcome to come inside... okay after all that still waited 30 mins just for one meal that ended up with old fries... never again. Ordered breakfast honey butter chicken biscuit here and received a VERY stale biscuit with extremely tiny and super dry chicken tender. Also my sandwich only had 1 tiny tender. Very disappointed for paying $4. I will not be back at this location.
How have they been open 2 years and still can't get their system worked out? This is bar none the slowest Whataburger I've ever been in - and I used to be a regular at the one in Brenham, which ought to tell you how bad this one is. The entire staff moves with a supremely aggravating lack of any urgency whatsoever. The food is usually correct (assuming I haven't been waiting so long that I forgot what I ordered) but generally room temperature and served by someone who looks like they'd rather be back in prison. If only Ron's world fix their air conditioning, I'd have another option.
Tired of coming here and our order being wrong... this was the last time. I said no cheese and got cheese on mine. Said no lettuce on my husband's burger a got lettuce. Said just cheese and ketchup on my kids burger but got just mustard. Drinks were all wrong. They didn't have regular ketchup which was fine, so spicy it was... got 2 ketchups for all 3 orders. I mean I'll live lol 😆.. this isn't going to kill me but it is just annoying and we are not coming back to this location anymore because no one listens.
Emile the manager was very rude to me and my family, was not very helpful when I asked questions, poor customer service and watched as she was rude to some of the employees as well, absolutely disgusting and unprofessional especially if she is a manager, in my opinion she should be removed of the manager position or fired for the way she was treating people
This Whataburger makes McDonalds look fast and well organized. After one year we decided to try the drive through as we assumed by that time they would have the Kinks worked out. We have heard nothing but BAD from our friends and neighbors about the service here. We hoped things would be better after a year. We arrived at the drive up at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Not much of a line, about 4 cars in the right lane and about 3 cars with one pulling a trailer in the right lane. We quickly ordered and waited. About 10:50, YES 20 Minutes later, we moved forward one car length. Neither lane had moved for 20 minutes. A few minutes later, a nice young lady arrived at our car to check our order on her tablet. We cancelled as by this time it was CLEAR that making burgers is beyond their abilities and we did not want to hope things were OK. About 15 minutes later the car in front of us got their order and we were able to leave. This Whataburger needs new management, the employees seem to do their best, but this is a management problem. I will copy this review in my letter to Whataburger. Until then, AVOID this place.
This is the most dysfunctional fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The staff is inconsistently pleasant or unpleasant, but it's always at LEAST a 30 minute wait in the drive through, no matter how big the line is. The food is a 50/50 chance of being good or eh, and that's only if they get it right. If ever you need to satisfy the craving for whataburger, I'd say it's worth it to just drive 15 minutes to the one in New Magnolia.
*** Update: will never come to this location again. Decided to give them another chance. Ordered ahead on the app for Dine in. Checked in when we got here. Was given a number. Proceeded to sit for 10 minutes. Went to go check on our order and it was sitting in a bag for pick up. No apologies. But we did get our fair share of contempt. When we discovered one of the burgers was wrong, after waiting all that time, they wanted to look at our receipt. Then asked if we couldn't just make do. Do go here! **** Friendly service, but way too slow... Even compared to other Whataburgers.
Worst whataburger. Employees don't care - laugh and play games. Mock you when you ask for help. We waited for our food (no special items) for almost 20m then got cold mushy fries and rude service. Last visit i purchased a breakfast burrito. Got halfway to my destination and it was totally the wrong item in the bag. Had to go all the way back. Almost every time we have come it has been similar problems. Employees loud and obviously more intrested in goofing around with each other than working. Even the manager was yelling across the restaurant - not a great environment to enjoy a meal. I don't know why we came back again. Probably won't anymore.
Was the best place in town now they are shitty just like the rest takes forever even when not busy
I've been here twice, and both times they've gotten something in my order wrong. The first time I asked for a chocolate shake and they gave me vanilla. I just went through the drive thru to get a breakfast taco and asked for potato. The lady repeated it back to me "potato?" "Yes, potato." I get five minutes away and go to eat my taco and it's BACON. I hate bacon, so now I've wasted $5 and my time, and now I don't have breakfast. GET IT TOGETHER WHATABURGER. I shouldn't have to check your work on such a simple order.
Went Thursday around 830pm. Lines were to long!! I sat in line for 30 min. I noticed there were kids working only. Which understood why poor long service. Can’t train kids on nights! Then I ordered food. It was cold. And the cookies I got were stale!! Horrible.
Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the breakfast I had door dashed last night. Was fine then about a hr after eating started throwing up and feeling awful all night so I definitely don’t recommend this place.
Food quality and flavor is definitely slipping. Employees in the evening don't seem like they want to be there. Prices went up, quality went down. Salt content is ridiculous on every item on the menu. Might be time to re think these establishments and try to be more like In-n-Out . Which is cheaper, fresher and Employees smile more often.
Nicholas H in the drive thru has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen in fast food service. He didn't pay attention at all, giving us a bag that didn't have my complete order. Gave us the "complete" order without a large onion ring and then, when we asked for the spicy ketchup that was asked for to begin with and on the receipt, he rolled his eyes so hard with a sigh like he was being bothered to do the job hes paid for. Food is alright but people like this make you avoid it all together.

The employee who brought out our curbside didn’t speak. He just pushed things thru the window into my face. Never a word spoken even when I said “thank you”. And the food was cold. Fries were gross. Worst whataburger ever. Have ordered here 7 times and have never gotten a completely correct order yet. I hope this one closes down first during whataburgers bankruptcy. I'm tired of seeing this beacon of failure every day while passing through tiwn.
First off, second window said my order was paid for. It wasn't. There was no one at the first window to even take my payment. Second, my food was missing items. Fries were cold and soggy. The girl swiping my card was completely clueless. Probably should have just drove away with my *paid food* but didn't. Ended up being a 60 dollar disaster. Wouldn't recommend coming back here. I've given this place second third fourth and fifth chances only to be disappointed. Apparently I don't learn 🤷♀️
Constantly have quality issues with this location, the most recent order I had they let someone else walk off with it and refused to remake it.
Heavy set Hispanic boy working the drive thru outside is rude and has no patience at all. Gets an attitude when you want to pull up and look at the menu board. This is the second time he personally has done that to me.
Ordered food for my employees via the app. We had 2 patty melt meals, 2 chicken strip meals, a Cobb salad with extra chicken, and a bunless cheeseburger. When picking up the order, it took forever bfor the order to come out. When I got the order, I asked the curbside employee if everything was there, and she hesitantly said yes. I'm not confident everything is there. I checked the order! It's missing the fries from one of the party melt meals, the Cobb salad, and the gravy for the chicken tenders meal. When I get out of the car to go inside, an employee informs me they're out of lettuce and can't make the salad, and go to get the fries. I said, "How are you out of lettuce, and why wasn't I told She apologize, but couldn't explain why I wasn't informed, I asked for a refund and she says she can't give me one because I ordered on the app. When a manager comes to talk to me, she goes on to blame the first young lady for but informing me and says she can't give me a refund and have to call. I told her I needed my refund because if you took the money and then got terrible service, missing items, and excuses, why shouldn't I get my money back? G eventually gave me my money while loudly expressing this wasn't allowed!!! When I finally get back to work, the food is cold! And the bunless burger looks like dog food! Brown lettuce, everything thrown on a plate, and it looks like it was on bread at one point taken off and thrown on the plate. If I could rate then 0 stars, i would. First off, lady at the register had a bad attitude. I asked to order the promotional pico burger and she gets an attitude even more because she had to go to the back to check if they still had the pico sauce. Acted like it was killing her to do so. Then when she comes back, she cant figure out how to put in the promotion. Another guy comes up and says its only an online promotion, I show him where it clearly states its accepted in store as well but he still says I have to order it online. I go to order it online and its not even an option to add. What a joke! I left and went somewhere else. Will never go back!
I Love all of ur food but when. I saw they added mustard too it on the top bun it became an problem i asked for plain. I'm not trying to be rude here most of ur food is very limited to me since I am allergic to onions and mustard and pepsi and cola and dr.pepper as well. I come in 9/23 to place an order an the drive through was fairly empty as I pulled up the girl taking my order was the rudest person id ever dealt with i come in to oder because she wouldn't let me finish my order Chris the manager on duty was completely ok with her interaction with me I am beyond flabbergasted by the way I was treated and will never come back to this Whataburger again I will from here on out go to the Tomball location
Literally the worst whataburger I have ever been too. I have been there countless times with terrible experiences. There's been several times where I go to the drive thru and have to say hello for 5+ minutes before anyone answered. I've doordashed thru them several times and never get the honey mustard they charge me for. I've also picked up orders for door dash thru them and they have no idea what's going on. They need some serious help. Whataburger needs to send in someone to figure this store out.

I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE. reckon I do not eat here often as my home whataburger is elsewhere. 0/5 ps i still ate it because it was 30 bucks. i dont think they put it in a combo but separated it for more revenue.
I went Friday 2/21 shortly before midnight. Service was okay. But I ordered a breakfast burger for myself, and my kids got a whataburger and chicken tenders, and I got a potato taquito as extra. I got home, ate and by 2:30 am I was sick with food poisoning. Luckily, my kids are okay and didn't get food poisoning. But after being sick for the last 2 days, I'll never go back.
Firs time in texas and traying the famoso burgers. 🤮🤮30 minutes waiting for my french fries order. not acceptable. 🤮🤮 Cashier Kenya m. Because I'm hispanic that is DISCRIMINATION. She dropped off all my fries 🍟 all over the floor. After 15 minutes I get up and ask for it, she told me she will bring it to my table. After I'm finished all my meal after 30 min. I request a refund because this wasn't acceptable. Is not the money. All the employees where chatting and the old man, the superviser. Never look at me. TERRIBLE CuSTOMER SERVICE. California burgers and service are 100 💯 better.
No issues with this location while the sun is up. Afterwards, the night shift is horrible. They might as well shut down this location after dinner. No sense of urgency, cold food, lack of care at all for the customer.
Do not eat here in August they had roaches in the shake machine and managers tried to threaten kids that work their to be fired if anything was said so managers could hide the roach infested shake machine behind the dumpsters to try to clean it themselves instead of having the infestation take a care of properly! If you like extra protein go ahead…..
Every time we order from this whataburger or order is messed up, stuff in the wrong bags… they need an over haul of this location or to just close it… can’t complain about making minimum wage when your not worth it..
2 lines don't make any sense, pooy managed compared to every fast food place I've ever been to. Gave us the completely wrong order, so some poor kid got our order, we got his kids meal. Food was barely edible. Didn't have time to go back, traffic was too bad.
In drive-thru, one car behind speaker, 20 minutes until i ordered even when i was sitting at the speaker even tho the other line was moving and ordering immediately. spent over 40 minutes blocked into thule drive through, how and why on earth would it take 40 minutes for a drive thru that’s maybe 6 cars long.
Order my food through uber eats never had a problem till tdy order my burger cheese on my burger called kept blaming uber eats but you have to pay extra for cheese manger rude she barely even wanted to fix or remake my order for something her kitchen crew did its no cheese on my receipt so why put some you don’t see on a order and when I came a brought it back to get fixed I can hear them talking about how I’m complaining about cheese I’m allergic can’t eat my food or enjoy it that’s why I’m complaining and thank to the young man don’t know his name but got everything right and was nice and understanding
Food is terrible. Every time I eat at this location my order is wrong. Absolutely over it, I ordered fries today and they tasted like old soggy cardboard. I proceeded to ask for fresh fries and they came back with more old fries. Waste of money, don’t eat here.
This whataburger really just re dipped the fries back into the oil to get them hot … management should check the tape 10/17 3:37pm… The lady at the window seem stressed out that orders were taking too long, and I felt really bad for her and it wasn’t her fault
