Las guarniciones se piden a parte y pedimos puré de patata trufado que estaba muy rico. Repetiremos sin duda.

De lo mejor. Un sitio estupendo, el equipo de servicio funciona como una maquina bien engrasada. Found this gem while looking for a lunch spot near Malaga train station. We dragged 4 luggages and arrived at 3.30pm full house. Service manager Elina arranged a spot for luggage placement and seated us even though we did not make a reservation. THE FOOD- 5 STAR absolutely delicious. It’s a no fuss steak house that serves what they do best. We had such a delightful lunch that day and left the restaurant as a super happy customer. We are thankful that the restaurant treated us with care and respect even though we were the only Asian there with many luggages and no reservation made. Do note that this place is not for customer who are in a rush.

Yo! Dragged myself into this place thinking I’d not enjoy it - we don’t eat red meat and walked into a steakhouse. It was soooooo good. We ordered a bit of everything, checkout with commentary: - Caracoles - generous portion cooked in its on broth with 45 spices. The flavor was incredible and the texture was perfect. I’ll take these over France any day of the week. - Almejas - soo good white wine and garlic and 30-40 clams. Cooked to perfection, broth you could slurp with a spoon (or shell, like my kid). - Pulpo - flavor was outstanding! Pulpo is one of our favorite dishes, so we’re a little picky - but this one was a bit chewy and hard/crunchy for our taste. - Tartare de Atún, Mango y aguacate - in the states we have table side guacamole, here we had table side tuna tartare. This might have been one of the best tartare I’ve ever experienced. So delicious. - Bacalao Vizcaina - Cod cooked in slightly (just slightly) spicy red sauce. Great dish, but honestly, I’d probably try something else next time instead of go back to the well on this one. - Crema de puré trufado - the afterthought of the meal became one of the main attractions. What an insanely good mash - generous truffle flavors made this a table favorite. Overall, excellent dining experience, well worth every penny. Note to our fellow pescatarians - they have a very generous seafood menu, don’t hesitate to come here! My wife and I were just reflecting that we could come back for the snails and a drink and be totally fine! Provecho!

One of the most honest choices in the area. I've had a lamb dish and my partner a ribeye steak. Both delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had salad and fries, fresh and really good portions. If you love wine, they also have a very large selection. Next, the staff. All of them polite, welcoming, and checking often to make sure everything was to our standards. Finally, a warm thank you to our server, Daniel, for the excellent service. Totally recommend.

We arrived without a reservation, and even though the restaurant was fully booked, they kindly gave us a table until 9 PM. This worked perfectly for us, as we arrived at 7:30 PM and had to catch a train to Madrid at 8:40 PM. We ordered the octopus and a 300g steak. I started with a glass of wine, which was so good it honestly surprised me. Both dishes came out quickly, and they were incredibly tasty—truly impressive. The staff asked about the sides for the steak, performed the salt seasoning right in front of us, and timed each dish perfectly so we could enjoy them at their best. The combination of delicious food and attentive service made the experience exceptional. Next time, I’ll make a reservation in advance so I can enjoy a relaxed dinner here. Thank you so much! Great place! I went there twice. The first time I had the Wagyu tartar and then the grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious, the restaurant atmosphere is wonderful, the decorations and the feel is top-notch. The service was excellent, the staff are efficient, super helpful and friendly. Comida durante las Jornadas de bueyes y vacas, hace unos seis meses. La carne se presentaba en un carrito con chuletas de distintas razas y orígenes, perfectamente etiquetadas con raza, edad, maduración y precio/kg. Difícil elegir. Todas tenían buena pinta. Optamos por una chuleta de Vaca Asturiana de los Valles, muy bien asada, sabrosa y tierna. Lo mejor de la comida. Muy rica también la tortilla de aperitivo. Los espárragos con romesco estaban bien asados y muy frescos, aunque el romesco estaba algo ‘aguado’ y muy agrio. La chuleta venía con pimientos del piquillo “confitados” y patatas fritas; los pimientos eran excesivamente dulces, casi una confitura. Si los pimientos son buenos y se confitan lentamente, no es necesario añadir azúcar. A nivel de servicio, me resultó algo incómoda la insistencia para vender vinos. Prefiero elegir yo, con tranquilidad. Como detalle final, para una buena chuleta sigo prefiriendo cuchillos de filo liso frente a los de sierra, que desgarran la carne.

Estuvimos hace unos días en el Asador Iñaki de Málaga, un restaurante de cocina vasca con bastante fama. El local es grande y cuenta con una terraza cubierta y un comedor interior. Nosotros comimos en la terraza, que está bien, pero la diferencia con el interior es notable: el comedor está mucho más cuidado, decorado con gusto y resulta bastante más agradable, aunque los precios sean los mismos. De aperitivo de la casa nos sirvieron unos trozos de chistorra con pimiento morrón; correctos, sin más. De primero pedimos jamón ibérico, muy bueno, y unas ostras Guillardeau, también deliciosas. Las almejas al Tío Pepe estaban sabrosas. La parrillada de verduras de temporada nos encantó: hecha a la brasa, con espárrago, pimiento y calabacín en su punto, con ese toque de carbón que marca la diferencia. Para la carne, nos trajeron una bandeja con los diferentes cortes y tipos disponibles —detalle que se agradece mucho—. Nos decidimos por una vaca gallega con muy buena infiltración de grasa y excelente sabor, aunque llegó algo fría por dentro, y tuvimos que pedir que la calentaran. La acompañaron con pimientos del piquillo y patatas, pero los pimientos decepcionaron: parecían simplemente pasados por la sartén, sin ese confitado que se espera en un sitio así. De postre tomamos una torrija, rica y bien hecha. En general, la comida estuvo bien, con algunos altibajos, pero lo peor fue el servicio al final: después de los cafés, los camareros desaparecieron por completo. Queríamos tomar una copa, pero fue imposible, y al final tuvimos que levantarnos para ir a pagar a la recepción. Una pena, porque la experiencia podría haber sido redonda. En resumen, buen producto y buena cocina en general, especialmente las carnes y las verduras, pero con detalles mejorables tanto en el servicio como en algunos acompañamientos. Si se cuida más la atención y se mantiene la temperatura y los puntos de los platos, podría ser un sitio excelente.

Málaga y España debe tener restaurantes de nivel y que mantengan el nivel y la limpieza. The restaurant was almost empty, we have been shown the table and then it took about 30min before someone took the order, drinks were served fast, took another 30min to get TBone and Chuleton served, it was nicely served by waiter cutting it out in front of us but once we started to eat it was all cold, meat was nice but being cold ruined the experience. Then once we ate noone came to clean the table or offer desserts, after another 30min we had to call the waiter that was passing by randomly to ask for a bill. The bill came as quite expensive, we were charged for everything even the bread 2,20 per roll, it was served without even asking us if we wanted it, when paying so much for the food charging extra even for the bread is excessive. In overall meat was nice, enjoyed wagyu morcilla, but steaks arrived cold, long time waiting for service when there were no people was another dissapointment and then seeing the bill with being charged even for the bread rolls will keep us away from coming back. Shame had great expectations but was left dissapinted.

The price-performance ratio is extremely low. We literally left the place hungry. Even though I said we didn’t like it, as you can see in the photo, we were charged a high bill. The meat was raw, and even after asking to cook it again, it was still raw and tough. If you want to waste your money and have a terrible experience, go ahead and eat here. We ordered two of the same meat, and both were undercooked — plus, one of them had a terrible smell. Despite telling your waiters several times, you still charged us for the meat we didn’t eat. I don’t believe this was a misunderstanding. It was the worst meat I’ve ever had in Spain. What a waste of 82 euros.
