We're a group of friends staying at a nearby rural house (Longa Nagusi, which is spectacular). We had a minor problem and went to ask for help, and they offered it without hesitation. While we were waiting, we saw everything they were bringing out of the kitchen, and since we're regulars at the house, we went downstairs because everything looked incredible. Thank you so much for everything.
Well-prepared, clean, and low-fat food. Exquisite fish and, in general, amazing desserts. We go four times a month, and the daily menu is amazing.
Since leaving, the famous chef has earned (in my humble opinion) several Michelin stars. Everything is excellent, from the daily menu to the la carte. Every time I've been there, everything is delicious and reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
The staff is very attentive. There's ample parking. The food is delicious and well-prepared. The produce is quality and the portions are very good. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it again.
Third Tripontzi menu of the year, phenomenal…when good food is combined with excellent service, it's always worth it. We started the meal with a small appetizer of foie gras covered in Mendaro white chocolate, a little ball that melted in your mouth. For the first course, they brought out the duck salad, which I think was the best I've ever had. The fish course was monkfish in sauce, accompanied by potatoes and a very creamy spinach sauce. It was good, but the potatoes were a little hard for my taste. The meat course was medallions of venison with a red berry sauce and some mushrooms; the meat was rare and tender, just the way I like it. To finish off the meal perfectly, a meringue cake covered in Mendaro chocolate—a fantastic way to end the experience. Everything was served to us with hardly any wait. The two waitresses were attentive and very friendly, something you don't find everywhere. The restaurant is very beautiful, with two dining rooms inside and another one outside. The typical spot that's a bit out of the way, with good parking, but the downside is having to walk uphill and then drive back down. We left very happy; I hadn't been there before and I loved it, highly recommended! Just in case, always make a reservation.
The place is beautiful, a farmhouse with a spacious dining room and spectacular surroundings; they also have a lovely outdoor terrace for nice days. We went on a Saturday at lunchtime and ordered a couple of portions of fried squid, which were delicious, with a light and crispy batter. Besides that, they also had other pintxos (small snacks) like cod, pork loin, cooked chorizo, and black pudding... There's plenty to choose from; and in fact, quite a few people were ordering for their midday snack. In addition, they also have a wide variety of starters/larger portions, fish, meat, and desserts, all at very reasonable prices. If you're in the area, it's a sure bet. Highly recommended. They have plenty of parking, which is also a big plus.
Imanol and the entire team provided exceptional service. The food was spectacular! 👌
A spacious and well-decorated space, good food, excellent pintxos... Ideal for a quick bite or lunch. The outdoor area is ideal for spending time with children, with large playgrounds, swings...
It's a very nice place, we went up to have a coffee
A daily menu of 10! Food well prepared and presented and of very good quality
We have eaten very well, the menu of the day is spectacular, the waiters are incredible, the service is spectacular, we will definitely repeat it, very very delicious food and very fast service
We had an excellent meal. The grilled sea bass in particular was spectacular. The service was very friendly, they guided us with the quantities and accommodated us with what they could, bringing out some varied croquettes for those who didn't want ham, for example. In addition to the menu, they had several tempting seasonal options to complement the meal, including grilled mushrooms and grilled fish.
The food was delicious, I haven't eaten thistle broth in a while and I fell in love with it again. The girl who served us was very nice and attentive. Definitely a place to return

Delicious food, well priced and delivered quickly.
It's a wonderful phenomenon.
Daily menu €14. Friendly service, good atmosphere, and excellent ingredients.
The food is very good.
A good menu. Homemade food and attentive service. Outside, there's a lovely garden for playing with the little ones.
Good place to drink a beer or coffee or eat something and be calm and quiet
An excellent restaurant in every sense: Food + Quality + Attention + Price + Service + Environment. 100% RECOMMENDED.
Good daily menu
Very comfortable, the food is very good.
A beautiful experience
Homemade food, homemade desserts. Ample portions, friendly and professional service. Good parking. I recommend it.
Bar located at the top of Trabakua... Great views... Large grassy area next to the bar with swings... Good bar with very good set menus or à la carte options... Highly recommended
The food is very good.
Elegant restaurant. The food is very good and the waiters' service is excellent. Highly recommended.
Everything was delicious.
Tasty and atmospheric
There's a friendly waitress and a guy who seems to have no tapas brings out a great variety from the kitchen
We had tried the menu before, but not the à la carte menu, and it was a real hit, everything was delicious. We had croquettes, eel and prawn salad, and scrambled eggs with mushrooms (to share) for starters. For main courses, we had scorpion fish and turbot, which were truly excellent. I highly recommend ordering the fish; it was spectacularly flavorful (on one note, the baked potatoes were a bit undercooked). And for dessert, we had tiramisu. We'll definitely return.
Nice and what pinchos...very good
Good daily menu and excellent service
It's a very quiet outdoor spot for when it's hot.
Awesome
The food is very good and it's not very expensive
It has good chops, it eats well
Decent
The roasted cod is impressive.
Excellent daily menu with a wide variety. Very good value for money. Recommended.
Excellent food and normal price
Good food, good service in a cool place, affordable weekend menu.
Beautiful
Like in a farmhouse
Good place to eat...inexpensive
Good place and good food, but for our reservation, they offered us a measly anchovy (one per person, and tiny at that) and practically forced us to order a starter that wasn't even on the menu (they told us we absolutely had to order it). In our case, since we went for lamb, we ordered scrambled eggs with mushrooms, and it was incredibly expensive. They served us the equivalent of about three eggs and a few mushrooms on two plates—it had better have been good! They charged us €24 per plate, so €48 in total (they must be rolling in dough). This scrambled eggs were considerably more expensive than a portion of lamb per person. SHAMEFUL!!!!
You're not given the menu until you're seated. You only know it costs €18. Once you're seated, they verbally tell you what's on offer. We found little variety: three starters and three main courses. There's a bit more choice in the dessert department. For €18, these days, you get more variety and quality. Behintzat langileen arreta ona izan da.
Good place to eat
We stopped for a coffee. The place is nice and has a comfortable environment for going with children.
Homemade food at a good price. It's one of those places you go all the way to for the food.
My experience wasn't good... Even though we ordered from the menu, the waitress (whose manner and manners left something to be desired) told us there was no warm salad, odd but okay. She sold us a multi-ingredient salad, which when it arrived didn't match what she'd told us, as did the croquettes, which we ordered with ham and blood sausage, but there wasn't any with blood sausage. The T-bone steak wasn't shown before cooking, and it was very bony. The wine, given its price and the way Teresa sold it to us, wasn't up to par either... Very expensive for the quality and quantity. I wouldn't return.
Normal quality at expensive prices
By the way, daily menu €17 4 starters 3 main courses Bland chickpeas Half-cooked and cold cod Sheep's curd is good, but it needs to set, that's why it's curdled, first and last, expensive and bad, at least what they served me
In the cheese portion they bring out the rind with the label, the dry cooked chorizo, and the blood sausage.
It was our first time there, and the set menu seemed very limited for the price. For starters, we had mixed salad, crab salad, or fideuà; and for the main course, fried eggs with ham, red mullet, or marinated pork loin—not even the potatoes were homemade... For €14, we expected more...
Very expensive!!!! The food is good but...you need to go with a full wallet.
