One of the better Dunkin's in the mamaroneck/harrison area. I typically order an iced caramel coffee and matcha latte consistently. The staff is always kind and fixes orders quickly if there are mistakes.

Deliciousness! Don't go late afternoon, selection is not that great.

Quicker than the Dunkin in Harrison. In general Dunkin needs to implement something to indicate your order is ready. It's very hard to tell what's what and what's who's without touching the bags. Your stuff could be done but you'd never know.

It's okay for a quick bite

Service is good, but they really need to spend more time on cleanliness. The small trash container next to the straws and napkins is always over flowing on its counter and floor. Ketchup is not displayed but hidden under the various sugar selections on the takeout counter. Spills are not cleaned up.

Keep messing up my order.

Don’t bother ordering via the app - missing items, wrong items, or “lost order” - 3rd time in a row I’ve had to circle back - or wait in line to fix.

This quality is nothing compared to Starbucks and I would sympathize with those who have no choice but to consume these Duncan’s Donuts. I guess I have expensive taste. Not to much this place is so tiny.

I ordered a medium hot latte and received a lukewarm coffee with milk and sugar and paid over $5 cash. Sadly, I will NOT visit this location again.

Visited this business on 12-30-23 to takeout, and was disappointed at the small size of the jelly donut I ordered, the small size of the blueberry muffin, and the small size of a plain bagel that I had ordered. Additionally, the bagel was not cut in half as requested and the blueberry muffin was all crumbled-up. On top of this, the service was super slow, especially since there were five workers and no other customer inside the store, and the demeanor of the employees was not very welcoming. This visit was a waste of time & money.

I have ordered 10 times before. Always warm and tasty. No care in presentation. Ended up in garbage. I guess only coffee from now on

Was very rude and told me I was better off going to the diner, I agreed that was a good idea because clearly he didnt want or need my business. Im glad he suggested the diner because their food isnt microwavables and their coffee was much better. =)

This morning tried to get gift cards mind you they know me some by name, I tried to get 3 $10 cards with my debit card they denied me bcuz they want cash too many people come in with stolen cards. I offers to show drivers license for proof, again these people know me I keep going there guess I'm a glutton for punishment. The location by larchmont stop and shop is way better with fresh donuts they act like they are friendly but if you need something don't bother they suck.

They always get the orders wrong. I got charged more than I was supposed to pay because they didn’t get my order right and instead of just doing it again or charge me less, they told me they couldn’t change it. This isn’t the first time this happens to me. Never coming back again.
