Very good and light piadina, excellent dough. Lots of choices on the menu and daily variations. Since I don't eat meat, I opted for the vegetarian version (tomato, squacquerone, and arugula). They have several dough options and also offer gluten-free piadina. Friendly and helpful service. Small but functional. We'll definitely be back!

We were in this delicious piadineria and the owner advised us on the choice of particular piadinas we chose the vegan one with chickpea hummus and grilled vegetables and the green one with raw spinach and ricotta... very good... highly recommended

While it took a while to get our food, it was soooooo good. We both had the porchetta with cheese, mushrooms, lettuce and a “special” Mayo. Just be patient. It’s worth it.

A casual spot in the heart of the historic center for a quick piadina. Excellent selection of house specials. The dough, however, is very thin (probably the thinnest piadina I've ever eaten) and the filling is rather sparse. But given the low prices, if you're hungry, you can even order two...

The piadina shop is quite good, but there are several things I wasn't happy with. First of all, there's no bathroom, which I personally find unacceptable. As for the food, the piadinas are sparsely seasoned, and the menu is so long it's confusing. Many people ordered two piadinas to fill up, ultimately paying almost €20 with a drink. At this point, it's better to sit down at the restaurant and enjoy a nice plate of pasta. The staff is friendly, but the kitchen is very slow in fulfilling orders. I wouldn't return.

Sono qui di fronte a voi e siete così lenti! Ho ordinato alle 13:43 e scrivo alle 14:18. Che cavolo di street food é? Non vale l'attesa.

Non ho detto o fatto niente al signore che sta alla cassa, che forse è il proprietario, non perché sono gentile, ma per non peggiorare la mia situazione. Prima di tutti tu mangi, dopo 35 minuti, che pare che il grano lo hanno dovuto mietere. Poi quando arriva, tu ti sei già digerito, è una sfoglia con dentro niente. Unica cosa positiva è il prezzo, che per non non mangiare quasi niente, non è proprio male.

Il proprietario ti dà più volte indicazioni su come tenere la piadina perchè non fuori escano quei due miseri ingredienti all'interno. Troppo gourmet! Non ci tornerò.

I'll start by saying that eating well in Mantua is almost impossible these days, but leaving aside the restaurants, last night confirmed that even a simple, miserable piadina isn't an option. It's unthinkable to think that such a small, charming place can give you complete satisfaction by selling a poorly made piadina, with minimal toppings and low-quality ingredients. It undermines the integrity and pride of those who work in the food industry. (My opinion.) If you're not capable or don't have the organization to make gourmet piadinas or specialty piadinas, such as those with cutlet, or with pumpkin and Mantua sausage, offering fresh or well-prepared ingredients, then it's best not to include them, given that there's already a list with at least 50 classic piadinas. Listing a piadina with rancid tomato and fiappo and a cutlet whose meat was two millimeters thick and covered in grease is unthinkable. That piadina was completely unworthy. In the owner's shoes, I wouldn't even have let it go. I therefore strongly but sincerely advise that rather than losing customers, it's better to opt for classic, authentic products, freshly prepared cold cuts, and fresh vegetables. Not to mention the slow preparation process...one might say, "Well, I'll wait, drink a beer, and pray that the piadina is exceptional... and then..."

The piadina was good but the 45 minute wait was ridiculous. When I commented on it saying we could have been warned about the wait on ordering I was told that I should have said I was in a hurry! A simple apology would have gone a long way in avoiding this review.
